Hi there i have tried to contact customer service twice and i have no response from you i am unable to get in to my snap chat account ahnaiya1 as my phone broke it turned off and would not come on i did not have time to change anything before it was sent off, i was issued with a brand new phone as the phone was broke.

i have forgot my password for my snap chat and and i have also changed my mobile number and did not update it i am also having trouble with my emailed beckietuohey@yahoo.com forgot that password too i have emailed them and they are in the process of sorting this for me,

I see there was an issue with heart/bff emojis back in 2015. I've read that it has been corrected. Is there by chance still an issue? I'm having some crazy things happening with my Snapchat heart emoji between a best friend and I.

I'm hopeful it is still a glitch of some kind as it has caused controversy between us.

Snapchat has been very sucky lately. Whenever I go to watch someones story I either have to watch the whole thing all over again or it glitch out and say that the connection failed. I do not appreciate this at all.

I think you should get your shit together and fix snapchat right now. From the bottom of my heart I wanted to say I love snapchat and hope you fix it soon before I cry about it.

Me and mariah_figurski lost our streak today and we DEFINITELY snapchatted each other.

I just used the chat on Snapchat and wrote out something really long and really heart felt that I put a lot of time and thought into, and all of a sudden the app completely crashed and when I went to look on the chat, all of what I wrote was completely gone and it was back to the way it was before I even wrote anything. I am really frustrated because it took an hour and a half for me to write out all of what I wrote and now it is completely gone.

i have connectivity issues with goldfish_04, and it took our streak away, can i please get that back

I lost my streak with my boyfriend and we snapchat everyday. I'm not sure if we were off by like an hour but I think it should be back. It's been gone for a few days and I am filing a complaint now.

Snapchat led to the divorce of my marriage because there’s no way of catching the users because the messages automatically erased unless one saves them I believe there should be a way to check the content of a persons message or our children for that matter

The new “insomnia” filter added on Snapchat is rude and insensitive to people struggling with the condition that is very hard to deal with. I feel as if Snapchat is glorify a mental illness as if it’s funny when it’s a serious thing people struggle to deal with!

snapchat keeps crashing. Everytime i try to open the app it closes automatically. I am not impressed with what is happening and i would like it resolved as soon as possible.

Love the app, however, every time I get a snapchat notification it turns off my apple music that is playing. This is VERY annoying and I have no way to fix it. If you could fix how the notifcations come through so that doesn't happen that would be great. I would like to keep using snapchat but i'm very close to deleting it.

I have sent streaks every night and my highest streaks that I have are just completely gone when both sides have sent streaks. I want this fixed and my streaks back!

I can’t log in my snap account. I don’t know why. You need to fix it right away. You have a shitty customer care service. I need my snapchat fixed right now otherwise it will lead to breaking of my snapstreaks.

Snapchat has been great until the recent update. I want them to restore it before snap was bad. Everyone is complaining about it and Snap needs to fix it.

actually i opened my account yesterday in samsung note 8 and i captured alot of pics and saved in memories but then i log out and opened mu account in another mobile i saw there was no pics why? i really want please .

Snapchat hasnt been working for me and a lot of people,it wont let me send messges and anything someone sends to me i dont get it. I deleted it and reinstalled it and tried to log back in but it says could not connect try again later.But i have tried it multiple times at different hours and it still doesnt let me log back in

The new update is so difficult to use and hard to view stories. There should be a separate page for stories. Please take this into consideration. Thank you.

Overall I like Snapchat, however I randomly lost my streak and have no idea why. I send out a streak snap twice a day, typically when I go to bed and when I wake up. I went to bed around 8 and sent my streaks and woke up at about 5 and sent them again, at this point I still had all of my streaks.

Well a few hours later my friend sent me a few snaps as his daily streak to me, we still have it. And then I sent him random snaps all night only to notice around 6 AM that our streak was gone.

IT WAS AROUND 270 DAYS LONG!!! I MEAN ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? And this type of thing has happened before to shorter streaks but the process of trying to get them back is completely useless, their customer service is trash, and it completely pisses me off.

I’m sure if I try this time it’ll be no different.

As of 02/08/18 I had a snap streak of 35 days and me and the other friend sent pictures back and forth during the span of that date and yesterday but then my snap streak disappeared. I would like it back and would like to get a different response than I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do right now.

The new update that came out around about the 10 of Janie art 2018. When you open up the app you get the normal camera and then you swipe left to see your snaps and it comes up with a whole heap of new stories AND ALSO the snaps it is very annoying and everyone I know hates it aswell. Usually I love the updates but his ones just annoying and it frustrates you and all that crap

Yesterday I sent out streaks around 1am and this morning I woke up and some of me streaks are dead EVEN THOUGH I sent streaks to keep them. Can you please get back my streaks. Thank you

I have sent my streak last night at around half nine and the other person did SnapBack yet this morning some of my streaks have disappeared, they only come back when I send streaks but disappear soon after. How can I fix this issue?

i logged in on my brothers phone and I chatted a little then i went back to my phone and suddenly I couldn't find my chats then i go to quick chat i find my chats then I tried sending a message several times but didn't work so I check my wifi and the connection is good but it still doesn't want to send a text to my chats

Connectivity issues. I had a snapstreak on Snapchat going strong and then all of a sudden it just ended without warning or anything. I know we snapchatted multiple times that day and it just ended. I want my snapstreak back, I am still having problem. Fix this!
