Snapchat is one of my favorite apps to use daily, though My complaint is about the discover/articles option. They are majority volguer tabloids that are exposing and explicit especially for the youth crowd that is downloading this app. The app says you need to be 13 years old but the content that Snapchat is promoting on the front page should not be exposed to minors.

My complaint is the fact that Snapchat's new filters are racist. You need to take down that filter that spreads out the nose and has the African Safari hat on. It is not a joke. It is offensive and rude.

One day I logged out of Snapchat by accident and when I went to go back on it wouldn't accept my password. So I went on the website to change but it wouldn't accept my email. I use the same email a password for everything.

And this is very annoying Snapchat was a good app until this happened to me.

I am a fellow user of snapchat. I love snapchat I use it everyday as you can tell from my score of 139,800 . Today I came across a horrible situation. My cousin and I have a streak of 234 .

We both snap chatted each other this morning and now the streak is gone. There is a problem, I replied to him, and vise versa. The streak should of went up, but instead it went away. We spent such hard work to keep up a streak and it is such a tragic to let it go away.

Is there any way to please put our streak back?

Hi, I am writing this complaint because of the bee voice changing filter. I would really like it to be back I have so much other friends wanting it back. I really don't understand why it's off because a lot of my friends on snapchat used it as well as me and I'm sure that many other people in the world must use it too.

Also I don't understand why its off in the first place the deer one is not As good as the bee. So if you could kindly put it back up I'm sure everyone would be grateful thank you.

Love Snapchat but the lips are never big enough. The lipstick in the filters covers half of my lips and it's pointless to use the filters if it doesn't fit you correctly. Then, I had a 174 day streak with one of my long friends who lives very far, we spoke everyday and somehow snapchat took the streak away!

Can you please put it up for us again, we worked very hard on it. I'm not happy with this at all.

I have a problem with the articles that have more recently been on snapchat when you go to watch your friends stories. They are mostly innaproproate and/or gossip that has nothing to do with snapchat. I don't like seeing those pictures/titles of the articles when I'm simply trying to communicate with friends.

I would like to know why I lost my streak with my sister when we both snapchated each other that day and it still went. We was on 172 days and I am not happy that it has gone and I would like to know the reason why.

So overall snapchat is great. But on the emojis sticker, not on they keyboard when you choose the two males or two females kiss option, it censors it with a different emoji. Two males with a heart and kiss emoji, but not with the heterosexual couple.

What is the point of that?

Snapchat has been getting really glitchy and slow. Every about half an hour or so I'll be sending a snap and it will just glitch out and go to a blank black screen for a second then I will have to get back into snapchat.

Another thing happening is things aren't sending properly I'll send something and then it will just glitch or something and will not send. So if you could please fix the glitches it would be much appreciated.

I changed my birthdate year and then got kicked out from the app (iPhone User). I have never used any 3rd party apps to date. I have now been locked out of my account after not being able to sign back in. Furthermore, it now says my account is permanently locked. In no way have i violated any of snapchats terms and conditions. I have not received a single email from them regarding being locked out of my account.

I have contacted snapchat support via twitter and got an immediate response earlier and followed the instructions given. It has now been 4 hours and I am still waiting for some sort of response. Now I think they are all computer generated responses and there is no other way to contact anyone about it.

I lost my streak when we texted in the 24 hours. So, I lost our 125 day…

When I go on snapchat to look at people's stories you have the news right there. And right there you put the results to the Olympics (which hasn't been shown yet). Why not put a simple tile there that says Olympic results or something that doesn't give the results away?

I snapchatted my friends (and they Sent one back) with the past 24hrs but somehow we lost our streaks. Snapchat needs to fix this!

I don't like how pictures taken on Snapchat no longer save to my phone. I know it is possible to download memories to your phone but this action always "fails" when I try to do it. I would love if when saved, the pictures and videos saved to both memories and my photo gallery on my phone.

I had a steak of 75 and for no reason snapchat took it away. it was with an important person and it pisses me off that I didn't even get an hourglass or anything. we both snapped daily more than once within the 24 hours the snap steak could go away.

I'm so angry that this has happened because this person meant a lot to me. someone or something please fix it. I wish I could call snap chat but they don't even have a number. this is bull shit. I don't want to start all over again.

I snap chatted everyone that I had a streak with yesterday and they responded, however a few hours later I looked at my snap chat and majority of my streaks were gone. I was in the 170s with one person and now it's gone.

I am very sad and annoyed at the fact that there is a few animal filters with that squeaky voice but no owl. I think that the owl filter would have a very good use to me and a lot of people.

They are very cute animals and deserve some recognition instead of adding a second dog filter. An owl would be very appreciated please and thank you!

This has been happening for months, I will open my snapchat and half my snapchats have been opened without me viewing them. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

Back a couple months ago when snapchat's update deleted the old filters but made it possible to buy them, I bought 3: the rainbow coming out of your mouth one, the mouse one where when you open your mouth it looks like it's eating, and the green face sick one. About a week ago, I went to use the mouse filter, and it was gone, and hasn't returned since. I understand the filters come and go, but I bought this filter! Not that it's a huge deal, but I'm just disappointed that I don't have my filter back.

I had a snap streak with a friend of mine, and we were snapping at 10 pm last night. Then I went to bed and woke up and had a snap from him this morning, but I realized our streak was gone. It never showed the timer and earlier that day it went up a number, so it's not like it showed any…

Me and my friends had a snapchat streak and we were up to 176 days! And we were snap chatting eachother all day then today we lost our streak! It didn't have the timer next to it and we were snap chatting all day! Makes me mad.

Ever since the new Snapchat update i haven't been able to view my videos on my story. Every time i press my story it plays everything except for my video. It just skips over it. I also used to be able to zoom using my front camera and now it does not work.

Another thing is, sometimes when I'm recording a video it shows that its recording, but once i lift my finger it comes out as a picture or it says "the video failed to record". These problems are starting to aggravate me and is making me want to use Snapchat less.

The filter for Eid al Fitr didn't last longer than 24 hours from when it started in the eastern hemisphere. I live in the usa and by the time we learned of the filter it was no longer open for contributions.

Eid lasts almost a week for some of us, much like Holy Week for the Catholics. Please allow all muslims from around the world to contribute to the filter by keeping it open for submissions at least 72 hours.

I had a snapchat streak of 47 days with my boyfriend as of last night, and we woke up this morning and it is no longer there.

Myself and my friend have very recently reached over 100 days on Snapchat for our streak, as I'm fully sure on the exact number of days I'm presuming it's around 120. We have snapped everyday however despite having snapped yesterday our streak was gone today.

I am complaining on behalf of myself AND my friend as we have been waiting and trying quite a long time to reach 100 days and now it's taken away due to your faulty system. On the same day my friend lost a 259 day snapstreak with a friend of hers.

Snapchats new forum at the top of the stories includes news, articles and hot gossip. Today I was disappointed to see that snapchat advertised a picture of the gone girl actress baring her ribs and describing it as a better and more sexy look.

Not only is that image outdated today but it upsets me that snapchat would advertise skin and bones for young individuals to aspire to. The next time I see an article like that I will delete my account.

I have sony sony c3. Snapchat is not work properly on this phone. When i trace my face and try different cameras it sometimes stop and sometime hang for long time. No app hangs on my phone except snapchat. 1 updated.

I went to go log in my snapchat and it locked me out of my snapchat. I did have a 3rd party app and it was snap upload but I deleted it. I also waited a day and it still wouldn't let me log in.

My account has been locked and I have no clue why as I don't use any of the jailbreak apps. I think this is really unfair and I am completely disappointed with snapchat services as I have been using it for 7 years with out no troubles. I am willing to take this further as I don't think my account being locked was necessary.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5. Whenever I use the back camera, the camera goes black. When I open the phone's camera app, it tells me "warning: camera failed" and I have to reset my phone again. This problem keeps reoccurring, can you update the app so it does not conflict with my phone?

The new update is not user friendly and nice at all. The live videos cover most of the page and you get really annoyed when u want to watch people's stories. Requesting to just please remove the wide live videos that cover almost all the screen.

Me and my friend had a 171 day streak. We snapchatted all day yesterday, and when we woke up the streak was gone. This has happened to me twice before and it is very frustrating to know that I can lose a large streak because of something that isn't my fault.

Not happy with snapchat. As most Muslims use snapchat and there is no ramadhan filter whatsoever I live in England, and this isn't good enough. We need a ramadhan filter. When it's Christmas you have a filter up but when it comes to Islamic things there's no filter to be Seen. I am not happy.

It's pretty basic. my snapchat is hacked it's not letting me log in it said its locked and visit a website ok. Well I did and it said a bunch of things and I don't have a plug in. This has happened before, but my streak with my sister just disappeared after about two hours of not snapping. We had snapchatted about two hours prior, (both ways) but I checked it a while later and it was gone. We were at about 180 days.

Our streak of 378 days went away after neither of us were given a timer for warning us! I attached my last proof taken that we had 365 days.
