In Monday I exchanged snapchats with one friend (about 3 each), and by the afternoon I had lost our streak. Later hat night, I snapchatted 3 people separately (sending at least four to each and getting ready as many responses), and by morning those streaks were gone too.

Tuesday at lunch, I snapchatted my friends multiple times, and I didn't even get an hourglass when it ran out. How can I get my streaks back?

I love the new snapchat update more then anything but there are problems. Last night I was snapchatting someone. We stopped talking for an hour, then the little hourglass came up showing our streak was about to run out, although we had been talking a hour before.

I have a concern, in my snapchat the emojis that pop up aren't my regular Galaxy s6 emojis their other android phone emojis and I what my emojis like ios do have theirs. Can you change that?

I had been using snap chat for years now and all of a sudden they lock my account for no reason? Not only did I have any third party apps installed but when I used their customer help page to unlock my account I received multiple messages that said they were unable to file my request. Very disappointed and angry.

I had a 160 day snap streak with my friend Katie and it's literally been over 5 months and we lost it for no reason I'm 99% sure we snapchated yesterday and it's only 8:30 pm today and it's gone and now I'm depressed and am crying bring it back or I'm deleting the app.

My snapchat streak of over 260 was lost today even after both users received and sent a snap to each other. How can this be reversed?

i would like to complain about a snapstreak with one of my friends, we have been texting in spaps for the past 86 days non stop and we suddnely just lost it. We are snapping one minute then the next we have our 86 day atreak gone, so I would like that to be replaced and if not i will be very dissapointed!

However, I'm VERY disappointed with the new update! i don't want to see everyone's snap story. ONLY the snap stories I click on. The fact that one story goes to anther automatically is a huge mistake on your part. Please fix it.

The video chat doesn't seem to be working for me. After I send a video, it appears to be damaged. Kind of like what you see in TVs when there's no cable. The static thing. But when others send me videos they're fine.

I've tried restarting my phone and I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but to my disappointment, it still doesn't work. I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible before more people get frustrated. I love this app!

I woke up and wanted to use the bunny snapchat filter and it was gone. I'm really not satisfied about this because that was my favorite one but there still manages to be these ugly filters that no body likes. So what I'm saying is change it before more users complain.

My friend and I have been snapping consistently for 115+ days (going on 118 to be exact) and our streak just disappeared for no reason! We've responded and received snaps well within the 24-hour mark. This would be the third time this has happened.

I wish they didn't block people on rooted phones. My phone came with root and I don't even know what that means and now I can never use snapchat again unless I pay a phone store $100.

Snapchat keeps crashing and turning off my iPhone. Then it shows that I can't turn it on because it "needs to be plugged in Cuz it's out of battery." It's happened at least 7 times this week and leaves me unable to use my phone for an hour each time. Make it stop.

It is unfair that the video filters are just available only in iphones this should not be such android phones should also get those features as well as while saving my story its just blank I want the features as soon as possible. They should look on to it fast and improve it for android devices.

I log out of snapchat one time and it wont let me log back into it on the same device but it will let me go on it on other devices and the 2 updates hasn't done anything to help. Can they not just fix it!

I do not like the new update that I just got there on the 9/3/2016. It's all skinny writing and I wish for them to go back to bold writing. Normally I would rate Snapchat 5 stars but in this case of the UX I give them 2.

Snapchat is perfect. 5 star app for sure. This isn't really a complaint I have a laptop and i think it would be very useful to have snapchat on laptops or even desktops. I think it would be very cool.

I had a streak for 50 days with my friend and we snapped every day no change but our streak was deleted even though we didn't spend 24hours without snapping! Please can you give us back our streak?

I am really annoyed because I keep losing Snapstreaks for no reason and it's ruining my life to be honest because that it's so much effort to get them and then to unnecessarily lose them. It really upsets me please can you bring a few of them back? I am very annoyed and disappointed about the loss of our streak and it's going to take another 260 days to get back and it's snap chats fault we lost it. I was at my sister in law and the lady next door took pictures of myself and others in back yard and front yard and movies and posted them on snap chat with out our permission and at the moment my disabled son is under protection by the local detectives.

My friend and I had a snap streak for 86 days. We snap chatted each other every single day, and we clearly remembered we snap chatted each other however the streak just disappeared. We are both extremely annoyed for this mishap and want our streak to return.

I have been snapchatting someone for more than three consecutive days now and we still have not gotten our stream which makes me very angry.

I have been a snapchat user for a couple of years now. I thought that the "streak" idea with the amount of consecutive days with another snapchat user was very clever. That was until I noticed my streaks would end randomly even when I would actively and continuously snapchat the other snapchat users.

It did not say either of us opened each other, and we had been snapchatting less than 24 hours before. It's quite annoying, it's happened multiple times and I have no way of preventing it, even if I am snapchatting a lot.

I opt in for beta version in settings and according to process i uninstalled and reinstalled snapchat but now i have have tried like 100 times to log in but i can't. It says your login is temporarily unavailable! What is going on with this app?

My friend and I had 65 day streak, we were snapping today and yesterday and we lost it. We're both very annoyed!

So, about a year ago, I added Nash Grier (nashgrier), a famous person, on Snapchat. He stopped using it for some reason and five days ago he started using said app again. Since I am not interested anymore in receiving the snapchats he posts, I deleted him. However, his name and stories keep appearing in my device. I've been trying to remove him from my friends list for the past five days but the moment said user posts a new photo or video on his story it happens again.

I've also tried to block him but it won't let me do it. This is my only Snapchat complaint and I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

My Snapchat does not work unless is hooked with the wifi. This is happening after I did an upgrade can you please help me fix it. Of course, there is no real Snapchat customer service to help, which means I am sadly on my own for this one.

I have been having some serious complaints with my snapchat login. Several months ago I logged out of my snapchat account. When I tried to log back in I got an error message that stated "Oh no! your login temporarily failed, so please try again later.." I clicked on the link it sent me and tried everything it told me to. As well as that, I tried restarting my phone, resetting my phone to factory settings, changed the password, uninstall and reinstalled snapchat.

I tried to login on the account on my friends phone, and it worked fine. When I tried on my phone, the same error popped up. I even tried making a new account but the same thing happened when i logged out of it. Please I need to contact support, as I am getting tired of trying.

I had a snap streak with my pal, 61 days long we have snap chatted every day and it has randomly disappeared, if Snapchat customer service could please get back to me and resolve my dilemma that would be much appreciated.
