We ordered from the Teasley Lane location in Corinth, TX and are extremely disappointed. We ordered two (2) double bacon cheeseburgers and received two single bacon cheeseburgers, yet charged for the price of two (2) doubles. Next, we ordered french fries and got tater tots.

No receipt with the order so we couldn't take it back. The order on the board said what we wanted, but we certainly didn't get what we were charged for. Highly dissatisfied and will not go back. We are now going to What A Burger from here on forward.

Ordered two BLT sandwich's and when I opened them up they had put one piece of bacon broke in half on them. If I wanted a lettuce and tomato sandwich I could have fixed that at home and saved the money.

Sonic should at least make it worth the money and it clearly wasn't. That is cheating the customer. We wont ever eat there again.. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT..

I placed an online order and it said 3 to 5 minutes we got to the store and pushed the button 3 times to ask when our food was coming out it took a total of 50 minutes to get our food. When I called to speak with a manager she was rude and popped her mouth. They are very rude and needless to say I probably will not return to that store.

I came to order a cheeseburger and a large coke at the sonic on 3000 cypress street in west monroe, Louisiana. My carhop Kasee Reed was so friendly and had the best customer service i have ever experienced. She greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct and was super sweet when i asked for extra napkins.

Will definitely be coming back.

I was trying to order 2 small cups of ice cream the guy name was karry Cory he was taking orders. He couldn't understand or hear me. I kept repeating myself. I'm aware they were pretty busy as it took 30 minutes to bring the ice cream an then it was melting.

I called for him to come get this ice cream it's melted I wanted some fresh. He again couldn't here me so I yelled at him. He said don't yell at me and I needed to leave. Service was horrible and I will never go there again.

I placed an order through Grubhub. My driver went to the location and they said they didn’t even have my order. I called the restaurant and told a team member to cancel my order yet, order. Manager indicated that he absolutely had no record order .

Later he indicated that the food was actually ready for pick up, but there was a miscommunication between him, and another manager, who is cleared my order away from the screen! It is TOO MUCH hassle to do business with them.

This is the second time in three months that my order has been misplaced.

Problem #1 At the speaker to give my order the person inside would not let me complete my order before interrupting me with her questions, it would have a lot better for her to listen to my order and then ask any question that she might have. Problem#2.

Part of my order included onion rings. I got the most refried, burned hard tasting items for onion rings that I have ever had. Wendy's make Sonic look like a garage can because that is where I ended up putting them. Problem #3.

Service has always been pretty good. But in the last month I have tried to order at 9:40-9:45 and never be a knowledge unless it was at 10 to say they were closed. In the mean time I'm watching them take orders and bring food to others the entire time.

I live behind sonic and love it but I'm about to say forget it. Treat everyone of every color the same!!!!!!! This doesn't look good for sonic. Hope this helps make it better.

Sonic on North Porter Norman Oklahoma. Three times in a roll cars using drive thru waiting in line and no one speaks to take order. This Sonic used to be one of the best in Norman. They have taken all the menus down from all spots except three which forces the drive thru and then no one takes your order most of the time.

You either move ahead or leave. Bet they have loss lots of business.

I ordered an Oreo blast. It took forever for my husband to receive it. We live three minutes from the sonic and by the time he got home it was so runny it wasn’t even thick by a shakes standard.

All he ordered was a medium Oreo blast and a bag of ice and it took forever to get his order so I know that Oreo blast sit the whole time he waited and then on the three minute drive home it was almost completely melted.. I am so sick of the service at our sonic in Rosehill.

Everything is over cooked, almost burnt most of the time it takes forever to get your food. They’re always mixing up and never getting the order right or you get home and they forgot to give you dipping sauce or a straw or napkins it’s always something at this sonic .

We have just decided to not give them our business…

Gross. We have been to three locations in two different states. ALL three locations we have had our order wrong and HAIR in our food. There was so much hair packed in the burger I was pulling it out my mouth.

WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER SONIC EVER!!! Employees that cook NEED to wear hair nets and gloves. Looking at the people's hands that bring you your food is disgusting. Their nails are dirty and stink.

Also the Employees need to not come to work smelling like pot.

I arrived at about 2:15 PM / Saturday (7/15/2023) ........Poor service....drive through 5 cars deep .... went to place an order pushed the red button.....waited about 5 to 8 minutes NO response NO body came out etc., poor bad service....decided to go somewhere else....this place needs help !!! and clean up !

Service is so so so slow. Food is old and hard and not freshly cooked. No one pays attention to detail and gets orders correct. Location is also very dirty. Several of the screens don’t work properly.

I bought my favorite foot long coney 2 of them with jalapeños it was the worst 2 foot longs I have ever had!! The Chile looked like it was old and burnt just nasty!! I live in Wichita Kansas was on west 21st and Tyler!

I’ve been eating these since I was 17 I’m 66 now I’m very disappointed in my order! I actually threw them away they were that bad!

the store in Colorado springs off Filmore say to me its going to be a 15 to 20 min wait, ive not even had any chance to say what i wanted to order! so i decided to play their game and wait,.

look around didnt see anyone around just me in the drive thru.... nobody else outside and i didn't get no explanation of any kind its 10:30 pm! this is beyond ridiculous! and the best part of all after the 20 min wait i get to pay almost $7 for a shake that took damn near 1/2 hr to get....

i don't even know how to feel about this store wasting my time. But what do know is that ill NEVER and again i say NEVER go back to that location!!! poor customer service this place!

Order was placed online for 71 dollars mgr stated it was handed out to someone else. I showed the reciept that was paid online. She refused to even look at it. I asked for the number to her store she told me to Google it .

We wait and wait way to long on the drive thru at 85 N Estrella Parkway Goodyear AZ and we call over and over no one answer it happens at 6:51pm July 3rd. We also had cars ss on front no help at all. Very disappointed.

Other places will walk outside and take orders or say please wait on the intercom. Employee fail. We want food for four and we had to go to get food in Another place. We are upset.

I went thru drive up at the Thomasville, Alabama location. I pulled in at 1:06 pm. Took several minutes to get someone over intercom to place my order. I placed order for large popcorn chicken entree only and large buffalos chicken nugget entree.

I waited for 20 minutes. No food. Tried several times to get someone on the intercom, like at least dozen times. No one would respond. I waited about 10 more minutes and nothong. At this point it was 1:40. Got out of car and walked up to kitchen area.

No one would answer my knock. A server finally walked up from delivering someone else’s food to their car. I told him I had been waiting for approximately 30 minutes. He ask what I ordered and when I told him, he said “Oh yes, I remember that order, let me check”.

Today I pulled into the sonic on west market street around 1:45pm I ordered the same thing I always ordered . Well the tall guy with shorts on that almost went to his ankles reeked of cigarettes smoke . He did not ask me if I needed any condiment's he just handed me my food and walked away. I was very upset.

I needed ketchup but he was gone so fast. And I was in a hurry to go to my doctor appointment. My food was good. But if I ever come back to this one again. I will leave the second I see that man.

I visited drive in 5601 around 18:38:3 on 30-Jun-2023 and there food was awful. The foot long coney tasted like rubber the tater tots were way over cooked and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was also way over cooked. I love sonic but today it makes me not want to go back.

todayJune 29.... Stall #17 and the Drive Thru are not working. No signs posted so you just sit there thinking thay it is working... WHY can they not post signs.???? On the the stalls sign needs to be posted on end of Menu box not on the glass part.

You can see a sign until u turn in so please post on the Yellow end part not the glass This is so time wasteful when you only have 30 minutes to get lunch and get back to work. One time I actually pulled in 3 different stalls that weren't working, so I just left.

Thanks for any help on educating Sonic Employees where to post a sign saying Not Working in the end of the stall and not on the glass part of menu. They could even put those orange cones in the stalls that aren't working!!!

There is no manager here. It's been the 3rd time this has happened. It's either there drinking by the dumpsters or they are not there. Joe and Nikki are never in the store, there always outside drinking or smoking weed.

Ashley go to work and sits outside in her car watching Facebook video's. I used to work there but Nikki and Joe where to drunk when they fired me. It's not the first and it will keep coming if they don't get this shit fixed.

Went to location: 13947 New Halls Ferry Rd. Florissant, Mo. 63033 at 5:47 pm. On 6/22/23. Upon getting to the drive-thru speaker there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the speaker, I was put on hold for approximately 15 minutes.

Several cars were behind me of which 2 cars drove off. After waiting for several minutes, I said something to make sure that they were aware that I was still waiting. They responded for me to hold and never came back.

I finally drove around to the window after waiting a total of approximately 15 minutes. No cars were at the window and a young lady(cashier) was leaning against the window, talking to a young man on the inside. They looked at me in a surprised manner upon which I drove away.

I use to get bags of ice at the sonic near me all the time. I would purchase 2-8 bags every week. Then their ice machine was down supposedly and I couldn’t get it for about a week. Then they started selling it again.

Now every time I go to this particular sonic they state that they only have enough ice to service their customers because their ice machine doesn’t work. If this is true why don’t they replace it or repair it so they can sell it.

I get the impression that the employees there just doesn’t want to be bothered to actually bag the ice. 3 miles from my house.

Tonight on the way home from work my wife and I decided to stop at sonic in Rocky Ford Colorado to get a hamburger 2 corn dogs a large order of cheddar peppers and a medium water with lemon and a route 44 water with lemon. This was placed on the mobile app at 8:50 PM we arrived at the Rocky Ford Colorado Sonic at 9:03 PM we got our order at 9:28PM.

This was without our cheddar pepper order, we were told we could order something else off the menu if we liked or get a refund---I don't know if we will ever see the refund and I really don't care. Almost 40 minutes for 5 items is ridiculous.

I would say this is the worst Sonic ever if I hadn't been to the La Junta Colorado Sonic. I don't just think it's coincidence your managers stink your service stinks and as far as I can see that is…

I was at the drive thru for a long 5 minutes, keep saying Hello and no one assisted me. I proceeded to the window and no one acknowledged me. There were 4 employees which all of them saw me at the window & yet ignored me.

I was there for another 5 minutes before driving away. If you are not going to acknowledge customers that are there to purchase food then you do not need to be there. Very upsetting and disappointed.

I need to bring this sonic location to your attention this location is at 7925 Coit Rd Plano, TX 75024,United States. This is hands-down, the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. On several occasions in the past I have experience terrible customer, service and slow wait times.

The least amount of time I’ve spent at this sonic has been 30 minutes. They literally take forever, even getting something as simple as a cherry limeade, all the employees are playing on their phones instead of taking orders. We asked for a spoon for our milkshake and after waiting five minutes and after figuring out that she wasn’t coming back with the spoon, we went up to the door and she laughed and said she forgot.

We frequent sonic often I am originally from Oklahoma. Eat at various sonics several times a month. The one in Wallingford CT. Is consistently exhausting. In the past 2 years. They have never gotten the order correct. Today we had to go inside the employees only door because neither at our car stop or in the outdoor area was anyone responding.

They proclaimed that stall was not working? (No sign) neither on the one in the communal area. Giving a bad name too a great company

I purchased a double meat with bacon meal on 6/9/23 and a medium strawberry shack. After eating this meal I got extremely ill with severe diarrhea for 3 days. I have never experience anything like this. Have not been able to eat or leave my home due to how bad and constant the diarrhea is.

Due to it being the weekend will call my doctor on Monday.

Everyday I come to get drinks, a couple of your employees in Pahrump is outside smoking marijuana, smoking whatever, while the trainees are the only ones upfront doing there jobs. I’m not sure if this is casual or if no one gets yelled at but I’m sure customers are going to start complaining about the stench it leaves.
