I stopped by the Sonic on 4th st in Russellville, ar 11 May 23 and ordered a small milkshake. they brought me a hamburger and I told them again I wanted a small milkshake. I got the milkshake and gave them my card.

when i got my credit card statement they had charged me for 3 orders. 07 is too much for a small milkshake. Customers should NOT trust these Sonic employees with a credit card. It would not be cost-effective to drive back to Russellville to try to get a refund even if I could find a manager Their website doesn't seem to have a way to email the store manager so I contacted you. com.

The Sonic located in Farmersville texas is the absolute worst. The app is always unavailable. The service is horrible and the people are rude. Everything is broken. Can’t get slushes grilled cheese is like getting a cheese sandwich bread horrible experience!! Can’t get app prices.

I work in Farmersville and everyone I talk to says the exact same thing Grilled cheese is a plain piece of bread and cheese. Not toasted. They are giving Sonic a horrible name

Yesterday I stopped by the Sonic in Enid on West Owen K Garriott. It was around 5PM. I was in stall 1. I called in my order, as I had left my phone at home. Onlly about 30 seconds went by before I heard someone (male) shouting profanites.

It was behind me I waited a little bit and then saw a car pull in and stop in the area of concret that didn't have a speaker. That was the car that was yelling. I heard him when he was out in the 4 lane road.

He went on for a few seconds when another care pulled in and parked in the stall beside it. The driver (female) got out and started yelling the same type of language back at the other car. She went around her car and to the other car and the other passenger got out and they stood there yelling profanities at each other.

The sonic on NE 23rd has got to hire someone or get a manager something this store has gone downhill so fast and there are not alot of places to eat out here I dont blame the kids who work there because they are trying but I always expect a mistake with my food as does everyone because I guarantee they are gonna get it wrong but to get a unsweet tea and coke wrong is just crazy, Please whatever you have to do make it happen because I miss my sonic!!

We only have one location is Grants, NM. Whenever we go Sonic is always out of products two time this week they have been out of ice. On several other occasions they are out of onion rings. They let everyone know at the last minute when we have already wasted 20 minutes in line.

I find it very unprofessional that a franchise company is always out of thier product. If it is poor management if the company is not taking proper inventory or ordering properly. This is not a new thing this has been going on.

6/3/2023 approx 8pm Saw 4 people working,1 car in a bay,my car in bay 13 saw at least 3 cars go thru drive thru. This Sonic is close to my house so don't want to drive to the one on Military Drive which gives GREAT and prompt service.

I use my mobile app at least one time if not two times a day. The 7th St Clovis NM and the Prince St Clovis have stopped making sweet tea sweet. They also seem to be following a different recipe.

When I us my mobile app they don't bring the tea out in a timely manner. It has taken so long I could have order from the box and got it faster. Sonic had the best sweet ice tea. I wish you would take this serious and fix the issues.

I shouldn't have to come home and make simple syrup to make it sweet.

33) and of very poor quality, chicken not seasoned at all, fries had been under the lamp too long and was over salted, and sprite zero needed the tank changed, so it was almost flavorless. I was not given a receipt.

They put 1 napkin, 1 salt, and 1 mint in the bag, no ketsup. Corporate 866 line is doing the fast busy signal at 2 pm and Rolla Sonic won't answer their phone, and of course their mail box is not set up!

I was unable to return the food because I was already down the highway. If I could give zero stars, I would! I want my money back!

I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger, sandwich only, and got something fit for a 5 year old. Cheddar peppers, which I order nearly everytime I go to Sonic, with no ranch. I wasn't even asked if i wanted ranch. Sonic has always been my favorite burger for over 30 years, even above Whataburger.

This had no diced onions, no shredded lettuce, very little mayo and just not the Sonic I love(d). Basically it's a cheap McDonald's cheeseburger. Please don't fall into the poor service that all other restaurants seem to think is okay after the pandemic and use it as an excuse.

It'll be a while before I go back.

I ordered food 5/28 from the drivethru at the Newton, NC location. 45. I handed the server $20 and thought she went inside to get change. She came out and delivered someone else's food on the other side. I thought someone else was getting change.

That girl took the customer's receipt and card inside and promptly returned. I continued to wait for my change. A few minutes later she delivered another order to another customer and returned to get them a straw. I kept waiting.

Then she came out with drinks for someone behind me at the drive-thru and asked if they were mine. I told her I had been waiting for change. 45 and I paid $20. She acted like someone else has brought my food, and it's possible they did.

Screen for drive thru ordering doesn’t work. Pulled in last Sunday afternoon and girl said they were closed contrary to online posted hours. So no service drive thru or pull up. Several times have been here with very poor service.

If outside ordering you wait more than 15 minutes and we go inside and complain to get our order. Staff is often seen outside hanging out not doing anything or sitting in their cars smoking.

We only received one complimentary candy in the bag when we buy for two people, are we supposed to share the single piece of candy, I am very upset this is rude plain and simple. I am not sure I can ever emotionally bounce back from my depression.

I went to the Sonic in Covington, TN. Ticket # 191254, 05/25/2023 @ 13:47:53. The food was awful. 65 for 2 burgers & a chicken sandwich. They looked like someone had stepped on them!!!!! The chicken sandwich was the size of a slider.

It's horrible that we pay over inflated prices for take out food and get served slop. Sonic used to be a decent place to take your family to eat. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

The sonic on Belview in Plaquemine almost always has extremely long wait times. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. I've had to wait nearly an hour for food there many times even when they're not very busy.

After passing the button and waiting 20 minutes today the lady taking orders had the audacity to catch an attitude with me for pushing the button again. I give up. This location will never see my business again. It will be quicker to drive to the sonic a town over.

I can't understand how this location is still in business.

I never do this, but I feel like I absolutely had to this time. The two women that are working at the sonic at 7 AM in Sand Springs Oklahoma on this Tuesday morning were two of the worst people I’ve ever had to talk to.

It started when I told her I have a coupon for a free combo because of a mixup during a DoorDash order, and she accused me of lying. The coupon is signed by a store manager and she would’ve seen that in just a few minutes.

And I must’ve pulled up a little bit and their intercom shut off, so she came outside and yelled at us as if we were stupid and didn’t know that we had to pull up. Not sure why the hostility but I kept calm, even though she was incredibly rude and I then asked for a heath bar sonic blast.

I stopped by my local Sonic this morning for a drink. I have stopped by this Sonic as long as it has been open. 50. I ask about happy hour price and I was told cooperate stopped that. Sounds to me like you want to close Sonic.

I ordered the #1conbo it was terrible the burger was cold like it was made hours ago the burger had crispy pieces in it,like the grill that is was cooked on wasn't clean.the tater tots are cold,store # 5753...I never had an issue with Sonic in Oak Ridge, maybe the OR employees need to come to Knoxville and train the employees in Knoxville..I won't be back to this location.

We were sitting in one of the stalls for an hour they NEVER MADE THE FOOD we had to go inside because the screen went blank. When we went inside they proceeded to tell us that they were closing early at 9:50.

When we said we had placed the order already had been waiting for about an hour the worker named Madison said how they got their Asses slammed and had no workers to help. We also sat there and saw workers walking out in their phone but never to bring us our food.

Also when we went inside the only thing made was a drink. We had 3 ice creams a pretzel mozzarella sticks and a slushy.

The Sonic in Bruce, Mississippi, needs major work. The outside looks a disgrace. There is mildew stain all over the roof, the building is dirty, half of the order stands do not work. Today I visited and the ice cream was not working nor was the slushy machine. The employee told me their A/C was out as well. Bruce is a small town with very few places to eat. This Sonic is the only major chain in the area to provide service and has been a staple in our community, but over the last 2 years it has declined exponentially. Please have a word with the management and see if it can not be brought back up to normal Sonic standards.

The Sonic located in 3327 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043 has a manager called Brianna. A worker there was being screamed at in-front of workers and harassed customers as-well. This worker is a family member of mine and I am truly disgusted by his treatment as he is underage and only been working for less than a month. First, Brianna asked him to come in for an interview, and when the employee came in, she had asked him to wait outside. He was waiting two hours in the cold. After his hiring, the manager Brianna expected him to train a fellow carhop even though he was been there less than a month!!! This is where the incident took place. I am at sonic about 3 times a week. I get the same thing every time in the morning. Ultimate burrito is my favorite thing. I love the zesty cheese sauce. As of lately there hasn't been much cheese sauce on the burrito and hardly any egg.

I was told by a assistant that they have recently shortened the portions on some of the items. I have started to order a extra portion on my burrito because now they don't fill me up. This morning I ordered my same burrito, a 44 ice water and left a tip from my card.

I worked under Sabrina Williams for a year and 3 months. The whole time I worked for her all she did was be manipulative and mentally abusive. She told me that Buddy her supervisor would tell her me and the other Co didn’t deserve our bonus.

She would threaten my position if I couldn’t do exactly what she wanted me to do. She constantly started drama between everyone and between all the managers. I was nothing but harassed and targeted since she came to the aurora location.

Worst sonic ever. Always tell me the ice cream machine is out. I know it’s hard to hire people but why have stuff on the menu if you don’t want to sale it? Horrible customer service. I have tried 3 times over the last month to get an ice cream and it’s almost impossible after dinner as a treat in this town.

Fry's cold looks like they were cooked hours before. The bum on the burger was 1/8" thick. The meat was ice cold and probably cooked hours before. This is ashame that a business would sell food in the condition we received today.

Went to sonic to order food. 4 cars in parking lot. We’re told that it would be awhile before they took our order. We tried using the touch screen. No one answered for 5 minutes so we went to McDonalds.
