Last 3 orders have been cold and wrong. I eat there atleast 3 times a week very dissapointed..my orders are no less than 20$
I used drive up restroom. every surface filty!! Ordered food # 2 for myself and # 11 for grandaughter. Food came out ,i swear 5 minutes after i ordered! was luke warm . My # 2 had 2 pieces of lettice HEART on it very large cuts of onion and buger was so dry and hard had to call for new 1. f.
were awful, couldnt even eat . The # 11 chicken strip were vert dry looked like they have been sitting awhile . Tatter tots were not warn .!! All in all best thing was drinks . Then we didnt know which was diet and wich was reg.

Saturday night April 15, 2023 I was at jefferson city sonic location made contac at car stall they asked me too wait 15 minutes later I hit red button and was told wait another minute then nothing after that. I was in jefferson city missouri stall 26 at sonic on highway 179 jefferson city missouri. Very poor customer service and left after being ignored.
I was there and it took about 10 minutes before they took my order I was there way before some of the cars got there but they took there order while I was waiting.

Why does it change my location from my favorite sonic? When I place an order it used to not do that. Last 2 times I've ordered a the sonic app. It changes my sonic from my favorite and I haveloss my money but cause the store cannot cancel it to refund my money.
I'm not real happy with this app.
I used door dash to deliver our dinner. I ordered onion rings which were in a lump in a bag. Rings were not distinguished. They were a disgusting mess. The chicken nuggets had zero chicken the grilled sandwich was a slop pile of ingredients and our sundaes were supposed to be the big size but were not I ordered banana and got two slices of it.
This was so disappointing and plainly awful. I will not order from Sonic wether it gets delivered or we would pick it up ourselves.
Put order in on phone, told them I would be there by 8:25 pm. Placed order at 8:18 pm. Got to location, signed in, popped up the screen order would be out at 8:30 pm. 8:40 pm hit call button and ask about order, said it would be out.
Hit call button again at 8:50 pm, told me order was coming, showed up at 8:52 pm. This is the first time I have had this problem with this location

Hope Arkansas location. Tried to order on line using location above, it let me put in my whole order then it would not proceed to place order. Drove to location, screen at slot was not operating. Pushed order button twice before someone answered.
Order taker made me repeat my order 4 times. Said he couldn’t hear me! Told me they were out of one of the drinks I ordered(my order was over $40). He then asked me to verify order. Reminded him screen was blank he didn’t repeat my order back to me.

I visited the sonic at 58 station cir, Hazleton pa 18202 on April 6th at around 6 pm. My experience was beyond frustrating. I came to find out they were out of fries, tater tots, peanut butter cups and cookie dough for blasts.
Even after that I proceeded to order due to the interest I had in trying the new double stack burger. I was utterly disgusted by what I received. The Pattie’s appeared over cooked, the cheese wasn’t melted, no cheddar cheese sauce, no grilled onions, no mustard, and the bun wasn’t toasted.
All it had on it was mayo and lettuce. And as for the service the girls could have cared less more involved in gossip than their jobs or my order. Worst of all no receipt was given and when I asked for it they said they were out of tape.

Went to local sonic in Muldorw OKlahoma. Pushed the button waited 15 minutes, watched 4 employees come out side and walk to the back and NO ONE EVER CAME TO TAKE MY ORDER!!!! When it clearly said on the menu that the red button was activated.
I own a business in Roland the town right next to Muldrow, and buy my employees lunch there weekly. I’m am very disappointed. Clearly there needs to be a supervisor that knows what’s going on. Actually working every shift not someone that is 16 worried about her cell phone and going outside to smoke a cigarette.

louis mo on south kingshighway is horrible and need to closed down! When you drive up and hit the red key to be served no one answered. But they kin folk pull up and they are serve immediately I sat there for 45 mins and watched all this going on about 730 pm on a Tuesday night so I moved to another spot and push the red button and sat there no one answered.
Either you hire more people or folks that give a got damn care about the customers that is keeping sonic open! This is ridiculous and is unacceptable!
Montano location Northeast. Could not run a card and a cash payment together. Ordered chili dogs were given chili cheese dogs. Cashier and other young woman insisted that they were correct and what I had ordered. They were cussing as they shut the door at the drive-thru window.

Sonic on Leavenworth road Kansas city kansas. We order fairly regular via Doordash and it is pretty much a guarantee that if we order from this store the order will be wrong, partially not available or the doordash driver waits 45+ minutes for pickup regardless of time of day.
Management at this branch needs to be retrained or outright replaced. Often when the food arrives minutes after being picked up half of the order is cold. Service is horrible at this branch.
I had worked all day was so hungry. Went to sonic got back home mind you I live 2 min down road . My burger meat was so cold the bun hard . I literally ate it anyway because I was to tired to go back .
This is a new restaurant by no means should they be putting food out like this!
It's a damn shame I went to my local sonic which is 2 miles from my home in wadesboro NC and spend over $20 for food that when I get home is cold and not what I ordered. Its always this way at this place. Just close it if you can't do any better.
I have used the Sonic's of Wichita Falls for many years and have always received great service until recently. The store on Seymour Highway in Wichita Falls, Texas has really went downhill under new management. They seem totally lost and overwhelmed.
A simple drive in drink order can take up to 15-20 minutes. I stopped in the other day and the app was down again and I asked why and was told that it was purposely turned off so they could get caught up.
Several times I have stopped in and they are badly understaffed and overwhelmed.
I know that I am wasting my time with sending this to the corporate office.

The sonic on sw 59th is either understaffed or extremely inexperienced and slow. I have a short time in between two jobs so I came to get a drink and a corn dog. I have been sitting jn the stall since 335 and it is 352 and no one has taken my order.
The drive through is also backed up and no one has moved. I now have to leave because I will be late. I have no drink or dinner. The other day was like this as well. I thought it was just a fluke. Apparently not.

I work across from a sonic in natchitoches, Louisiana and during my lunch break I walked over to get a burger. Location Wichita ks. Early morning people are rude. Then when sitting at window I see a cockroach climbing up the glass on window.
I had to wait 20 mins for 2 burgers.. I took my order home and both burgers were missing their second patty and one was missing bacon as well. When we brought it back they offered to bring out just two pattys instead of actually remaking it.
We asked for it to be remade. They never returned the receipt and we checked the order again before we left and we were still missing the bacon. The manager argued that it wasn’t on the ticket but when she double checked she saw she was mistaken and brought out two slices of bacon in a bag.

Stopped by Sonic in Middlesboro, Ky and the service was awful. It took 30+ minutes to get our food and the workers literally forgot to make our burgers, just brought out a bag of fries for our combo's. Not sure what's going on with the evening shift but it's ridiculous.

I did an online order and received my food in a box container. I began eating my food and that’s when I saw what appears to be bird or rat poop in the container. I immediately became nauseous and real angry because I don’t know if I consumed something or not.
The service is alway great, the staff are courteous. But this is unsettling and you should imagine how I’m feeling right now. Really angry and I just tried to upload my uneaten portion of food and the poop and it said it was too large or wrong format or something.

I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito yesterday evening. As I got home I put my burrito and my tater tots on a plate as I use a fork to eat everything that I eat. As I was cutting into my burrito with the plastic fork and knife that I got in my food bag.

Waited over 20 mins for food after 4 vehicles who arrived after myself and 8 drive through vehicles were served. Car hop was mouthy.
First time I have had an issue at Leesville, LA location. After speaking with the manager on duty it took an additional 8 minutes to wait for 1 number 15 meal, 1 brioche sausage sandwich and 1 sausage toaster sandwich. Ridiculous!
Ended up leaving with no food after your establishment wasted 35 minutes of my time.
I ordered 2 Sonic blasts, waited 30 minutes to get them, one was wrong. I mentioned the error to the carhop, she said "well, one is right". She didn't offer to correct the problem. This isn't an isolated problem, it happens ALL the time.
Management (or lack of) is and has been the problem for a couple of years now. How hard is it to manage a fast food place? My daughter used to work here, hire her. She'd get them straightened out. It sure needs it.

This is the absolute worst sonic I have ever been to in my entire life. I’ve been 4 or 5 times since being in the area and every single time I go my order is wrong the most recent visit was the worst.
I had to explain to them how to make their own food and even on the third try, when I got home, it was still wrong. I then called to get a refund and have been ignored by both the location and corporate for over a week.
It doesn’t take 2 weeks to process a refund. Worst experience ever. I will be avoiding it like the plague from now on.

I called to order sandwich and blizzard for my handicap son for he got called in to work and only had about thirty minutes to eat and get there. Phone rang about thirty times and they told me they were JUST TO BUSYto take any call in orders.

We love Cherry Limeade drinks. We stopped at the Sonic at 200 E New Hope Rd on Saturday 02252023 and again on 02262023, we did not get any cherries in our large drink and then yesterday 02262020 and we told them that we did not get any cherries the day before and to please squeeze the limes. Well, the person did squeeze the limes but again no cherries. Yes it is a trivial matter but the fact is still no Cherry and we are concerned about how often that has happened to other people?

I ordered in the App. It allowed me to pay and when I got to the resgruant, the app would not let me check in. I punched the red button in the stall ant the operator said she would check me in.
Ten minutes later, I punched the red button again and they said it would be right out. Ten more minutes more minutes went by and I was tole it would be right out. After 5 more minutes went by I had to leave never having gotten my single glass of iced tea.
I wasted 25 minutes of my time and the drink was paid for. This was at the Sonic on highway 61 in Vicksburg, Ms.
