Drive through forgot to bag a major portion of my order. By the time I discovered the issue I was several miles away. Additionally, when opening my chicken sandwich I discovered what was supposed to be a tomato (please see attached photo), I think that Sonic could and should be doing better than this.

I witnessed a female employee tell people that this location was closed one hour before the 10:00pm closing time that is posted online and is what is the “normal” hours of closing in this area . After overhearing this female employee say to a vehicle who pulled into the spot next to me to order “ WE ARE CLOSED “ very rudely, I then placed a phone call to the Sonic to inquire if my order that I made for 1 milkshake and

I used my app to order food on 2-19-2023 at Sonic in Anson, Texas. When I got to the drive in, I realized I had forgotten my phone. I pushed the button and told them I had forgotten my phone if I needed to go get it.

He said no and asked my name and said it would be right out. this. This continues for 30 minutes. I pushed the button again and he said well let me put it in. I said it was already ordered on the app and then he said, “I know, let me explain it to you”.

Then he proceeded to make me sound stupid on the speaker saying, it is being put into the bag and the carhop is going to walk it out to you right now. Do you understand that? Very smart assed. When the carhop brought it out she told me it was because I didn’t check in on my phone.

My wife went to sonic burger on Mill Plain In Vancouver Washington the Nest day stared having nausea and diarrhea in a few hours of eating there and now will missing a days pay because a course of it

Sonic in Christiansburg, VA keeps closing up to two hours early with no notice but won't change their hours online or on the app. Meaning the app accepts the order and then I have to get a refund when I drive over there and the building's empty. Either stay open or post a notice about your new hours.

I drive for Uber and have been by the Sonic at 53rd and Broadway in Galveston and they used to if they didn't get the order would take the order and make the food for the customer so we can keep the customer happy. The last several times I've been there they say they don't take Uber and they don't have the order and the lights were all out and nobody appeared to be in there until you pull up to the ordering spot.

I told her I have the order information if they would please go ahead and make the order for the customer. They said NO, we don't have the order, NO we're not making the order. After about the 10th time of this I finally got fed up and told them I was going to report it.

Something needs to be done about these people. They want to sit there with the lights out making the place…

I go to the Sonic at 891 E Interstate 30, Garland, TX 75043 at least twice a week in the am. This morning I was a couple of minutes early due to light traffic. I waited for time to open and went in to place my order at 7:03 am, but the young lady said they were not open because she had just walked in.

I said I thought they opened at 7:00, she said "it does, but I just got here due to traffic and I have no idea where the cook is”. As I said I was earlier than usual because of light traffic.

I am a school bus driver and had to drive slower than normal to keep from dropping students at the school too early.

We ordered some food online tonight through the aop and my husband went to pick it up. The sonic is only a few blocks away from our house so I figured he would be back soon but he sat for over 30 minutes at a kiosk, waiting on a car hop to bring out our order.

After 20 minutes of waiting, he pushed the button and they said that a car hop was going to come out soon and it still took another 15 minutes for someone to bring out our order. He just arrived home and our order is incorrect.

They were rude to him about asking about our food, and then to wait all this time on food that was ordered ahead, and it be wrong is frustrating. Majority of the stalls are inoperable, they do not work, and half the time the drive thru is closed.

Good Afternoon,

Today I decided that it would be my last day to ever eat at a Sonic again. You ask why? well Id be glad to tell you. I have recently started my new diet and after a long day at the office I was literally dyeing of starvation so I decided to mosey on down to my local sonic here in Paducah Kentucky on Lone Oak Road. So I did an online order. Got to the location to be greeted by the coworker Named Rebecca is what it says on the receipt . One she was already looking like she hated her job. Where do I start? The last three times I’ve been to the Woodward restaurant my order had been WRONG! I ask for a mustard hamburger and it has cheese on it. How about I order a mustard hamburger and it comes with cheese and mayonnaise?Or I ask for a coke and get a Dr Pepper. You have an out of control restaurant.

So it’s 9:25pm ,I’m at sonic now on 900 w Sheridan, I just ordered a #1 sonic burger meal and wanted onion rings but was told “ we don’t have any more, I only make a certain amount, and once I’m out on my line, I’m out for the night! “

i went to the sonic in lavergne tn on 1/30/23 and ordered a bag of ice, i took them 25 minutes just to get me bag of ice. I usually do not complain, but this is the 3rd time this has happened, and complaining to the manager was useless, the only reason why I go to that Sonic is it is literally 2 minutes from my home. Sonic in Gluckstadt MS is HORRIBLE. Took kids for ice cream and ordered 2 blasts and 2 shakes. We sat there for 45 min before order came. When it came they were wrong. We got no napkins so I asked for some and they never brought them.

m. The box wasn't working so a young man came out and took my order. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no onions, no pickles and no ketchup. 2 large tater tots with cheese and 2 shakes. 00 and told him to keep the change.

When I got home I has 2 cheeseburgers with everything on them, 2 tater tots with cheese with cheese on one half of each and 2 shakes but one of the shakes didn't have the lid on it and it spilled in my passenger seat. I am highly allergic to onions and if I would have taken a bite of my burger I might not be here to write this.

Needless to say I was unable to eat a meal that I had just paid 30 dollars for. A refund or replacement would be greatly appreciated.

I received a text saying 1/2 price shakes. Said mention it or use Sonic App. I mentioned it. Management refused said App only. Very rude didn't even look at text. I will never go to Houston Missouri Sonic again. Why say mention it then not honor text.

I placed an order in the app that should have been ready at 6:10 I arrived at 6:17 it is now 6:40 and I’m currently waiting for a footlong combo. Several people have came and placed orders after me and they have gotten their food and left.

The people inside have came on the speaker and told my order will be right out. Needless to say I won’t be back to this establishment and I will spread the word around the job how slow and incompetent your workers are so they won’t come here.

8803 US-301, Parrish, FL 34219. I used the app and ordered 2 meals + 1/2 tea/1/2 unsweet tea and pretzel. One meal had fries, one had onion rings. I used the app there and checked-in that I was there. We waited for 30 min or longer for our food.

Once we got it, the tea was all unsweet and had a terrible taste. I took them inside and after waiting a few minutes someone took our drinks and poured 1/2 out and added sweet tea. I went and got in car and took a drink. Disgusting.

And I normally love sonic tea but these were terrible. It was watered down so bad and terrible. We opened our meals. The onion rings had been coated in sickly sweet batter. Why? Was it an accident? Did you change your recipe?

I wish I could give a zero on experience. My husband and I visit Sonic Drive-in at 14050 US Highway 190 W, Onalaska, TX 77360 quite often, but never again. Every time we go all he orders is a simple beef hot dog with onions and easy mustard.

Its always right on the screen, they bring him a freaking chili cheese dog with onions. How simple is it to get a plain hot dog. Well today the same thing happen, beef hot dog with onions and easy mustard.

We ordered various items, one being a jr. Cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo, pickle only. We received a double hamburger with ketchup and mustard. We asked for a replacement of the correct burger we ordered and received a double hamburger with mayo and lettuce.

I asked for a pice of cheese and she said she would remake the sandwich the correct way instead. The third sandwich we received was a double hamburger with lettuce, mayo and pickle. I asked for a piece of cheese again, and they offered to remake the sandwich a fourth time instead.

The fourth time a sandwich was brought out I waited outside my car for it as I had to go to employee door the last two times to retrieve the sandwich. We were mo longer being served at our vehicle for any needs.

I ordered 1cheeseburger on the Sonic app. The app said it would be ready at 8:26pm. I arrived at 8:27 and entered my stall # on the app. I waited about 10 minutes and finally pushed the button and one of the employees, very rudely said, “only our drive thru is open right now”.

I then told her that I had an order ahead and I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting and nobody told me it was drive thru only. She then turned the speaker off and one of the employees brought my burger to my car and almost threw it in my window and walked off.

Good Afternoon, my complaint isn't about the food but how I was treated as an employee. I may have been working for a month and a half and in that time frame I can count on my fingers how many times I actually worked a whole shift with mangers sending me home saying it was slow and that was never the case.

I got hired on as a cook and since I started it was always something. I received a text from one of the mangers saying that and mangers said not to come in that I was terminated. They couldn't give me a reason why.

I caught on to everything quickly which made me actually want to go to work. All in all I ask that you all talk to mangers and workers above and below that when they have good workers they should treat them the correctly, and work on scheduling.

Sonic in Rock Springs, Wy 3:15 PM Blue eyed girl with blue beanie. I told her I was there for DoorDash and she gets this confused look while staring at the ice creams and the screen then proceeds to sit down in the lobby (still with a confused face) and not tell anyone else about my DoorDash order.

So I’m the middle of a rush everyone thinks I’ve already been helped. And she is just sitting down in lobby. I told a customer about it since he knew that sonic is pretty good about having doordashes ready and I pointed at the girl and let him know that I told her about it and she just sat down.

He laughed and said it’s because they’re kids.

I’m really sorry that Sonic closed in our small town of Starke, Fl. This Sonic seems to be operated with teen children with no management skills. They were understaffed and under supplied as they were out of products most of the time.

We are a small town and have few options for dining out . Please reconsider and open this establishment again.

We tried the new steak & bacon grilled cheese sandwich, the first ones were great, plenty of steak and bacon. The second time wasn't so great, very little meat, especially on one of them. That skimpy one was taken back, they replaced it, but it wasn't a whole lot better.

30 difference. I find out today the entire amount was charged to my debit card and the location wasn't even taking gift cards last night! This should have been communicated. And also helped dispose of a perfectly good gift card tossed in the garbage.

Sonic in vinita Oklahoma, messed my order up, I live 10 minutes from there and I had to waste my gas to drive back up there and get my correct order, I asked if they would give me a complimentary drink for having to drive back up there, and they said I had to pay for it.

I think it's pretty crappy that they couldn't at least give me a drink for their mistake, when I had to waste my gas and my time for something that should've been right the first time. The person at the drive thru was rude, and I'll never go back to that sonic again.

I visited Sonic in Greenwood, AR on Sat. evening.

First they charged me double for my drinks, but the real problem came with my burger. I took a bite and bit down on something hard that scratched my gums and hurt my teeth. I spit it out and it was a plastic bread bag tie.

I brushed that off and took another bite and the same thing happened, so I took the burger apart and found 5 total plastic bread ties! I complained to staff and they did nothing other than give me 2 coupons!!!

I'm incredibly angry and I need to speak with someone asap!! This is ridiculous, disgusting, unacceptable and very dangerous!!!
