Was at the Sonic located in Neosho Mo on the evening of 1/06/23. Revived cold fries and there was a hole in on of the cups and was leaking. Poor service and the waitress.

I placed an order on the app and arrived to find that the employees decided to close early. There were three people there. Well I hoped that since they were all still in there just hanging out that they would at least make my order since it was just two drinks.

A kid finally came out after I pressed the call button, after waiting in the stall for 10 minutes. He told me that they were closed so I explained that I ordered two drinks and that my card was charged for them.

He said I should request a refund because they couldn’t refund me. I told him I didn’t want to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and I would really appreciate it if one of the three employees inside would just make my drinks. And he said no.

I told him I understood if it was an order for food and they already turned…

Sonic used to be the best place to get a burger or anything they have on the menu. Now its getting to be the worst no matter which one you eat at. The fries look and taste like the bottom of the last batch cooked that have sat out forever, all brown and hard to eat, they tasted horrible and the burgers taste like they been sitting around for a few hours and you NEVER get what you order on them.

I ask for extra onions and I only found two cubes on mine, no mustard as ordered ,no extra mayo either. It is a shame you can not get anything good anymore unless you cook at home. ) Everybody wants the money but does not give quality service, nor food.

You pay that kind of money for trash to eat. ) If I had been eating at the drive in I would have returned the WHOLE meal and ask for a refund and…

Bought 2breakfaxt meals Toaster sandwich was cold bread wasn't toasted. Brioach breakfast meal sandwich was cold. Bread was hard and my coffee was cold. Im so disappointed and dissatisfied. Bought breakfast because I was going out of town.

Aside from my prev complaint in re last night, missing food, unavail food, you also need to plan more effectively. Your walk up order area, with but 2 tables abutts to Highway 99. There were 2 x's more people than space, and you 1 kone person whom OCCASIONALLY assisted us, was overwhelmed and screwed up several orders, our included waaaay better planning required!

Was soooo excited to finally have a sonic to come to and ultimately was ripped off and underserved. Zero pts, fyi!

On 12-31-2022 I placed an online order with Sonic in Carnegie, Ok store #5100. When we got there to pick up order was informed they had no onion rings. So asked for cheddar peppers and was told no cheddar peppers. Ordered Mozzarella sticks.

Worker asked (in a not very nice tone) well do you still want these chili cheese tater tot’s? When we got home with order didn’t have any of the sauces we ordered but 3 ranches. Poor service! Not the first visit with dissatisfaction.

My complaint is after seeing a product on the website I drive to my local Sonic to place an order only to find out they were out. This is not the first time. I guess I need to go somewhere else.

This is the only fast food restaurant near me that this ever happens at.

The manager at the Aransas Pass Sonic came off at me fir the third time. The old management was nothing like this lad. She wants to jump down your throat about every thing. She grips when you kniw the hot chocolate doesn't gave enough chocolate yo not just taste like water.

She bitches about you wanting them to heat up the frozen cream cheese for the bites. She complains and makes it up that you are harrowing her girls when you just want your order right. Its funny but don't go to Sonic in Aransas pass during the end or 2st of the month.

That woman has a real biological problem that she can't control. Irratic arguing when you just want your money back and to leave. I've gone to Sonic for are and I believe that this Sonic has less business because of the lady manager who can't control her…

I went in on December 17th i purchased 2 premium Chili cheese dogs. The outside of them Was Brown and very little pink this Was the sonic in salem. I called and i Was told to come in and that they would replace them i went thé other day i Was told that we cant replace them i lost my receipt.

I will not be going Back there. There has Been alot of disatified customers Because of the food. The Guy i talked to said I could come in any time.

Bought jumbo popcorn chicken at Sonic on Sublet in Arlington Texas @ 5 pm on 12/31, the chicken was sow hard you could not bite or chew it, plus most of it was extremely small pieces with no chicken at all in them. They need some senior staff that knows how to run a Sonic

I went to sonic in clinton la. I was yelled at through the board to stop screaming. I was simple asking the person on the phone what they wanted. For the worker to get me a minute. She was very rude.

I am a Manager of a store and my employee would never talk to anyone like that. And especially to keep there job. That was very disrespectful.

I visited the Sonic in Waynesboro, Ga today and placed an order for Sonic Cheeseburger, tots and sprite. When it was my turn a the drive thru window (to which there were only 2 cars ahead of me and about 3 cars in the drive up spaces), the young lady asked me if I had 2 #1's.

I replied no, I only had 1 #1. She walked away and someone else came to window and repeated the same question, to which I replied again (1) #1, tots and a sprite. She looked at the screen and gave me my total to which I paid.

She walks away and another lady comes to the window and hands me a bag and says have a nice day. I replied "I didn't get my drink". She turns back around and hands out the window 2 drinks and says diet sprite right.

We have waited over 20 minutes for our food then they bring us a part of it won't take my gift cards that according to the website say that there are money on there then tell me it's going to be another 10 to 15 minutes for them to process my food correctly. I was picking up a doordash order, which consisted of one milkshake. I talked to the person on the speaker they said they are making it. 20 mins pass by I press the red button again and said “hello I’m still here for that doordash order”.

They said “yes we are working on it”. 10 mins pass I get in contact with Doordash Corporate and they called sonic 3 times with no answer. But they were inside pointing and laughing at me, that is unacceptable behavior and Doordash had to cancel the order because they refused to give me the order.

On Dec 26th @ 5pm I ordered the Super Sonic double heeseburger with bacon and Jalapeno After waiting 11 minutes for my burger. The burger was burnt and cold. I returned the uneaten burger and requested a refund with a refund receipt, after waiting 22 minutes I received neither.

The location of this Sonic is 1005 Henry Parkway Connector Mcdonough Georgia 30253 1-770-914-4123. The service there is awful and the establishment should be closed down. The 88 Grade they received should be a negative 1. NEVER AGAIN

I pushed the red button the lady says what can I get started for you I said checking on my order repeated order she said just a minute then she said your order was rung up on a different stall that car drove off go we didn’t make the order.

How does an order get rung up on a different stall. 49 should not have been charged.

Last night I went and got a vanilla Shake at Sonic in Moore Ok on South Penn. Either the whipped cream, the ice cream, or possibly both were soured/spoiled. It was awful and I ended up pouring the shake out. Very disappointing!!

waiting for there truck…. I complained and then asked for cinnamon sticks….. I continued to yell thru the closed window…. And told her she is not the manager…. The cook came to the window and politely told me the manager was not there and suggested I call corporate… I called the corporate number and twice it said thsnkyou and hung up on me….

The last 3 online orders in the last week have been over a 30 min wait. These are not big orders. Last night it wsa drink and cheese sticks and when I finally got my order the cheese sticks were cold. This service is totally unacceptable This is the Muskogee, OK store on North York.

There was no compensation offered.

This store needs help from the management on down.

, first time I’ve done that. I ordered it at the Derby. KS location. It was meant to be at the Rose Hill, KS store. When I got to Rose Hill, I realized my mistake and called Derby to see if I could cancel it.

My app said it was confirmed and ready for pickup and it had already went through my bank. Person I spoke to said no order for me was there. I asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to tell me I should have called quicker.

You guys are making us waste product. We’ll get is canceled and hung up on me!!! I wonder if I’ll ever get the refund. 19, not even that much food!

For some reason, our local Sonic doesn't open until 10am, but it's what my sister wanted for her birthday breakfast. She's developmentally disabled, and came to live with me after our mother died last year. I would have taken her to a nice restaurant for brunch, but she chose Sonic.

We waited until 11:30 to give them time to open. We ordered 2 Chicken Club Toasters and 2 shakes, which I believe is a simple order. There were only 2 cars in front of us in the drive thru. After they left, orders were taken to cars behind us in the line.

After 15 minutes, I turned my car off to conserve gas. The server took a THIRD order past us, but said ours was next. She then delivered two more orders to cars behind us in the line. We'd been there for over 30 minutes.

Finally, I explained to my sister…

My husband & son traveled from Gresham, OR to purchase food. Basically 4 meals ordered. My husband is allergic to tomatoes, so he always orders with no tomatoes. His SS Bacon Cheeseburger had tomatoes!! So that is the 1st fail.

One order was suppose to be cheese tator tots, no cheese 2nd fail. Chicken tenders were burnt 3rd fail. Basically only thing that was good were the shakes.. 45 with tax and most of the food got thrown away. Was Going to do survey, but it is a joke.

Our local Sonic store in Marrero, Louisiana is the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. the drive through forgot my order after sitting in line 20 minutes. Told me I’ll have to drive back around. This is a 3rd bad experience.

Sonic in Farmerville, Louisiana at 10:55 am when ordering the person taking the order would not listen to what was being order. We ordered a diet Dr Pepper add vanilla , cheddar peppers and she cut us off at diet Dr Pepper with vanilla and said that will be … and gave us a total.

My fiancé became aggravated and left. This is not the first time of receiving bad service at this sonic. Management needs to train and observe the employees in customer service.

I am an ex-customer at the sonic drive in at Kennett Missouri and i overheard the manager Madison Bost talking bad about customers saying they stink and that they need to learn to shower and how their braincells are dead because they're born stupid so then after i overheard it i decided not to go there because she is in no condition to be manager because she is very rude and

inpolite towards customers behind their backs so thanks sonic in Kennett i won't be eating there anymore. :(

Placed order online and went through all correct procedures and called three times on call button, had already given stall number and repeated name and information and it has been 40 minutes and still nothing. This is on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills.

They should have come out to the stall that was reported and straightened it out. They already have my credit card. Never coming back her again - Worthless

I ordered food from store 605 in Gulfport off the interstate. It was wrong 3 times so. I requested a refund I was told that I couldn't get one because I had already gotten the food which was not touched.

So I went home and called back. The manager first told me she didn't remember my transaction then said hold up I never to you I couldn't refund you I didn't because you already received the food and if you and your man friend was not sitting out here looking like drug dealers you would have gotten the order right. And hung up.

I purchased a Breakfast Toaster Combo w/ Bacon and Tots yesterday at store #5211 in Lee's Summit MO on my way to work . The Tots were very hard and tasted old, the Toast was burned and the burned side was on the inside so I didn't see it until after I opened it.

The bacon was rubbery as though it was microwaved when I ordered. I was the only customer there and should have been suspicious that my food was given to me right after I paid so not really enough time to cook Tots or put the sandwich together fresh.

The cashier was very nice, the best part of my experience.

Location most of time doesn't have items from menu to order from. Near closing time is not it either. If food, it will take 6 minutes to make. If ice cream our machine is down. It is a shame due to this Location is only one for miles and losing customers to its competitors near. Thank you.

I went to the Sonic in Fort Pierce this evening at approx, 9;30. I sat at the drive thru speaker for approx five min and got no response. I drove to the menu board and waited for another five min after I pressed the button and still on response.

I drove up to the drive thru window and was able to place my order for three shakes. The window person was not interested when I explained I had tried twice to order in two separate places, stating that they didn't hear the bell.

I waited another ten minutes for the shakes to be made. The crew was not at all interested in their customers. No sense of urgency at all. This used to be a great place but no longer. Management needs to be changed. No one cares.

The lady with the pink Mohawk refused to add sauce to my burger or to charge me for a side of sauce. I had to ask for her to ask the back people and she closed the window in my face and yells at the people in the back to add it! Awful customer service!

They need training if they can’t find the button on Wednesday but on Tuesday the day before it was magically there!

The telephone sonic at night time will not open nothing but the drive through they have 10 people standing inside you wait for 45 minutes I'm a door Dasher I can't even get through the line to get my order you cannot order online because they have that shutdown too so therefore you can't use your apt half part price drinks you can keep future coupons that you guys send out which is pointless they do nothing this is every night for the last 3 months and

Sonic in Chino Valley, AZ is terrible for service and wait times. Last 4 time I have gone there in 2022 my orders have been incorrect. Then yesterday at the drive up ordering station I waited 10 minutes for them to come back to the microphone. Nothing.

No cars at the window and a line growing behind me. I just drove off and the Burger King next door got my business instead.

My husband and I love Sonic, but we just had a terrible experience at the Sonic in Morganton, NC. He got a double cheeseburger Combo with onion rings and a caramel shake. His sandwich had a piece of tomato that looked like the blossom end that was nearly thin enough to read through!

Worst of all were the onion chunks that were in his caramel milkshake!!!! This was highly dissapointing!!!
