We were at the sonic and went to use three different order stalls and despite after waiting for over 10-15 minutes at each no response was given. To be noted there were multiple cars in the stall and during the time we sat there waiting not a single employee was ever seen outside.

Additional complaints include: slow service, cold food, and incorrect orders. The store in question was the one at |915 SW 2nd St, Tulia, TX 79088|

My card was hacked and was charged about 10 times for sonic items I didn't order. The bank took care of the charges but Sonic corporate told me "Sorry you can no longer use your card here anymore". How does this make any sense?

I ordered the burritos we wanted (breakfast) then asked if Sonic had changed the recipe for the Salsa . I got a "no it's good", I proceeded to tell him we got salsa that was like water last time, which we did.

Then he proceeded to argue the point - "no it's good". My order was to my car in less than 2-3 minutes. It was almost 11:00 am. 5 miles away. So when I got home I opened mine, I ordered the same thing I have ever since Sonic opened.

Sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito. I got a barely warm hard, dried up cheese BACON burrito !! I called him - he argued AGAIN. Said I ordered bacon - I NEVER order bacon because it is usually half cooked so I order sausage. ALWAYS!

Price Gouging!! Live in a small town in the Bootheel of Missouri. 50 for a large. You can drive a 200mile radius around us and there’s no other town in Tennessee, Memphis, Jackson, Poplar Bluff, Mo , etc that prices are this high for drinks!!

The services on top of all is exceptionally poor as well. They’ve had good service in the past but with change of employment things got really bad. They worked a couple of the best employees to the point that they quit!! 06.

Sonic use to be my favorite place of choice for drinks and treats but not in Portageville, Missouri!! Either the Owner is “Padding his pockets very well or the Manager is getting her cut of sales by raising the prices like this! Something is going on!! Ridiculous!!!

I order on Mobil app today around 5:30 I took a screenshot of the confirmation because sometimes the app will not load at this sonic location. It said to arrive by 5:45. I got there at 5:40 called over the speaker to let them know I was there because of course the app did not load.

The girl said you’re order will be out in a moment. 3 cars later & 30 minutes I still had no food. I called back again on the speaker saying I just wanted to check on my order because I’ve been waiting 30 minutes.

I placed an order through the app, checked in, and my name came up on the screen. I waited for about 10 minutes before I thought my order didn’t actually go through. I placed another order, and the same thing happened.

When I called the workers out to my car, they were so rude and not willing to help me out. I showed them my payment history (where it shows the location) and my bank statement… they couldn’t care less.

I have been going to local Sonics every week for two blasts. Always have been good. Tonight they were like water or milkshake consistence. You could have eaten thru straw. I think the mixture was improper into machine or something.

Just ordered a Reese's sonic blast and asked for extra reeses, and yes I was charged for it. But you get half way down and low and behold there is NO reeses, this isn't the first time either. Something needs to be done, because paying extra and not getting what I ask for is not right!

Decided to go through the drive thru at sonic on 116th in owasso oklahoma and ordered a number 3 with no mayo add ketchup and mustard and a number 4. On the way home I took a bite of my burger and couldn't figure out what was on my burger so I had to wait til I was home when I opened my burger I realized it had a huge glob of mayo on it no ketchup and mustard.

On Halloween, we were at work at a remote Emergency Room facility. One of my coworkers tried to place an order on the app and when she finished, the app went down. She called the Center, TX Sonic and they said that they shut the app down because they were getting overwhelmed with drink and corndog orders because of the specials.

She asked if they'd take the order over the phone and honor the discount, at which time the employee said no. She told him that they just lost our business. About an hour later, we learned that a Sonic employee took 50 corndogs to a local party he was attending (this is a very small community).

We keep losing Tuesday special, because app doesn't work. Have ordered and gotten error, when and no one answer speaker to tell us they had our ordered, when somewhere else and lost my money. Lot of the time it tell us to go to another town.

This is about the 5th time I have sent complaints to you regarding your location on Beltline in Desoto. This location is a DISGRACE to your company. I live close so I keep trying this location in hopes that things will change.

I stopped by there today and was told from the stall speaker that they were only serving through the drive thru. Although there were several cars at stalls waiting for orders. I went to drive thru and sat for 10 minutes waiting for a voice to take my order. NOTHING!!!

So I left and came to the location on Hampton in Desoto and was treated very professionally and they even seemed to appreciate my business. I am letting you know once again that the Beltline location in Desoto is in dire need of TRAINING!!!

If I ask for ketchup and bbq sauce on the app. Please pay ATTENTION!!! Get to my destination and have corn dogs with no sauce. My grandson doesn’t like his corn dog dry. Nothing that pisses me off when you ask for something and they don’t give it to you that makes it poor customer service.

We have been a patron of Sonic for forty years and have never been so disappointed. Ordered 2 of the chicken Tender five strip diners got home and this is what we received. See pic. Well don’t see image. Won’t accept any larger than 2 megs.

Chicken strips were fried in old grease and we’re not strips they were nuggets, tater tots under cooked, the bread is not Texas toast and the strip batter was nasty. 99 bucks. We will NEVER go back.

We ordered food inside the location and were told 15–20-minute wait. There were several others inside waiting for food. Two separate people who had ordered food at the car hop came in to complain. One customer had been waiting 40 minutes and the other one hour, both hadn't received their food yet.

Our food order was finally brought out 35 minutes after we had ordered. I was very specific with my order. Requested the fries be hot and the tots be well done, both were cold. all the burgers were barely warm and one burger the #3 combo was requested no cheese and only mustard, pickles & onions, it came out barely warm, with cheese, no bacon and no onions.

Submitted my order via sonic app 15 minutes before arriving to pick up ice cream. Sat for over 20 minutes then order was canceled. 40 minutes went by before receiving my order. They forgot a item. They said the would be right back with order.

The customer service was awful. It took 15 minutes to get two orders of Chili tots, a Cheeseburger and a Crispy Chicken sandwich. When ordering they were rushing it and they didn’t get the order right to begin with.

Overall, it was a bad experience for my first time at that location.

Hello my husband and I went to the Sonic in Amarillo Tx. The address is 4151 Hillside road. Some of the stalls were down so we decided to go through the drive thru to order our food. We ordered, got to the window, and the cashier asked us the wrong order while proceeded to eat.

He then asked if it was an "Order ahead". They never took the order down, so it was a hectic experience at the window.

This happened in Andrews, TX this morning. I ordered a Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito and a medium tea. 57 I believe. I got it and took it home. It was the size of your egg burrito that costs much less.

It had one tater tot, two small pieces of sausage, no tomato, no onion. I requested no jalapeno. I was also taken aback by the size of the medium tea. It didn't appear to even be an 8 ounce serving.

The burrito was positively disgusting because it was missing what makes it super Sonic. It hasn't been the super burrito for a while, but it normally was made with all the ingredients. With the high price of everything now it was quite annoying to get one no better than your cheapest burrito. Thank you.

Awhile back I ordered your new pickle burger only to find out they were out of the special sauce for it. I found this out after I got home. I let that one go. Now tonight my husband went up and got us the new broccoli cheese tots. No dipping sauce!

He went back to sonic and asked for the green sauce. They told him they were out of the sauce!! This giving part of the food is getting really old!! We live three blocks from the sonic so we tend to eat there often but this is ridiculous to not give all the parts of an item.

I went to the sonic close to my apartment that I go to on an average of once a day. I ordered a route 44 strawberry lemonade and tater tots. My debt card did not work at outside station, not unusual.

When they brought my order I gave them my debt card to run inside. A few minutes later the carhop informed me my card was not working and they would have to take my order back. I had just used my card a few minutes before at several stores so I know there was nothing wrong with my card or account.

00 order this store has lost my business when they took my food back and threw it in the trash.

On 09/22/22, I drove to Sonic at 7:00 am before going to work and it was closed. Went back at 1:30 pm and the app was turned off. " I asked why was it down today? The response I received was "because we are short of help".

Can't quite figure out what the difference is if an order is placed on an app or at the stall because the worker will still need to bring the order out or the person preparing the food will still need to prepare the food. It they can't use the app and drive to a stall, they still will have to prepare the order. Poorest excuse imaginable.

Are the betting on people like me not placing an order if they can't use the app. Great way to increase your revenue That's probably why the wages are what they are at Sonic. ), this happens all the time.

I am in Kerrville, Tx. and we have 2 locations. Sonic I visit is at 1281 Junction Hwy. and since 2020 this location has had issues. Half the time we go to this location we leave without receiving our order because waiting more than 30 minutes to receive fast food is ridiculous. Tonight was especially bad.
