We ordered 2 of the frito chili cheese wraps on the app. 00). I called the restaurant and was told to bring them back, but we had already ate them. He said there was nothing they could do then. If it happens again to bring them back and they'd replace the item.

I don't like paying for something and not getting it.

The manger of Fordyce Ar sonic Micheal uses real vulgar and obscene language towards customers as well as employees. I’ve witnessed him using sexual innuendos towards other managers. Some of the employees are under 18 and they work past 11 pm this has been an on going issue that’s not being taken seriously.

It’s a disgrace to know that someone like this can continue to hold a manager position.

I stopped at sonic today for lunch. After sitting in the drive-through for a good 10-15 minutes I get to the speaker and she tells me it's gonna be 20 minutes before she can take my order if you are that shorthanded maybe you should shut the store, some of us only have 1/2 hour for lunch I'm done with Sonic & have instructed all employees to not go to Sonic on S. 8th st in Colorado Springs

We went to sonic on NW 63rd,in Oklahoma City ordered our food got home and very disapointed with our mesls I had a chicken tender dinner my fries were,old and rubbery and some so hard you couldn't eat them my gravy was only an inch in the cup and in asked and paid for extra,gravy which I didn't get then my son ordered the grilled cheese double burger meal he got two little burgers and

rubbery fries we did go back but we had to walk up there they fixed the burger but nothing else they were I bit rude about it oh and my toast in my meal was burned and I did get the onion ring in my dinner very disappointed in our meals thanks for your time

Hi tonight at 10:20pm on 8/13/22 I went to sonic and order sonic burger and the patty was overcooked burn. I order strawberry cheesecake shake and it tasted soured and pickle fries that were soggy and cold. The order was terrible I was not satisfied with the drink and food and spending 30 dollars for this to not be good.

Placed my order at the facility on NE 23rd and had to wait over 30 minutes and still have not received my order. No one ever asked a question or checked to see if I received my order or anything.

The sonic on Washington and 12th street in ogden utah charged me for 2 shakes and a pretzel that I ordered the shakes we not made properly they didn't not have the cheese cake in a cheese cake shake or the Reeses peanut butter cups in my Reese peanut butter shake.

Placed order on App. @ 8:20pm told to Pick-up @ 8:30pm. Was riding w/ friend who also used App. ordered after I did. Got there checked in they brought her order earlier as compared to time they said. I waited 15 minutes and called meanwhile bringing out numerous orders. Waited 10 more min.

asked for manager it was already her. Claimed it was on its way out right then. 10 minutes later which is after closing time. Still didn't come til 9:13 but receipt say 8:52. Manager lied to me said it was because they had to prepare everything hot and fresh.

Which it was not, then they forgot my shake that was ordered. Manager was extremely rude and I can live without being lied to. Hell just tell me you forgot my order. Shit happens but her lying for whatever reason. Uncalled for.

To whom it made concern. I have been a customer since Sonic open in Manchester ct. I eat ther 2 to 3 times weekly. Yesterday saterday August 6, 2022 around 6pm i drive in to drive-thru and Young lady sed thers nomore food or drinks.

Unbelievable weeks before I also come again and ask for onins rings and thers never any, i purchase chicken tender meal that also comes with a oniin ring but i never get the oniin ring and the cashier never ask me if i wanted something else to replace my missing item.

Thers no customer service or communication. I dont agree in false advertising. Am a loyal customer to Sonic. They need emergency new staffing. Other customers mention how they drove from far for nothing. Please consider This serious concer. Thank you.

Went for Ice Cream cone. 66 . 57.. Arrived back at store; manager is leaving for the day. I show her how I was charged 6 x amount for a cone. Things went well for a minute, then manager became aggressive about situation.

When questioning her staff , girl admits she knew I had gotten charged wrong price from prior customers who pulled off. 59; which I never ordered or recieved. Management informed her staff how this will effect HER; ( REALLY)? INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR ME GETTN ROBBED..

Hello let me first start off by saying me and my four children love Sonic and we always have. But for the past two weeks are Sonic here in Yakima Washington has been completely out of almost everything. One specifically it's in the middle of summer and the milkshake machine has been down for 2 weeks now.

And also for 6 days I have asked for the shark slushie which I was told they had the slushie but no shark gummies so now they are out of shark gummies for the new slushie for Shark Week. As well as you can get no milkshakes or ice cream.

I also asked for chicken tenders would she replied I'm sorry we're out of those as well. I would love to keep going to Sonic but someone really needs to take charge and order the things they need especially in the hottest times of the year.

Today I visited the Sonic in Wagoner OK as I do most Sundays. I place the order on line and then drive through to pick up. Today I waited in line for 15 min and when I received the food the iced tea was hot and every food item cold.

Seems like a bunch of kids with no supervision or customer service. Not a happy customer.

I’m a Senior citizen & I’ve always loved Sonic food & specials but I’m having a problem now! I love when Sonic sends me messages when something’s on sale but I don’t know & I’ve really tried but I can not figure out how to use the app!

Daily we buy 3 to 4 blue raspberry slushes with 3 times the Nerds for us and my workers. Every sonic we go to from Colorado to Texas has been accommodating to us. When we order we offer to pay extra of course.

The Sonic in Somerville Texas is really great to us EXCEPT if Emily is working. She must have a serious chip on her shoulder about our drinks. She will make them the way she wants to with very little additive.

If we ask for more we get lectures on how they don’t do it that way. If we want to pay extra then please just make the drink the way we want it and charge accordingly. Emily will intentionally make it wrong and then if we ask the carhop to add nerds (she will have them charge us a ridiculous amount with her little scoldings.

She is hateful and doesn’t fit the normal friendly…

Where do I begin? My husband and I stopped for a late dinner around 9:45pm on Friday july 15th 2022 in you Middlesboro ky drive in. We ordered a number 2 and a number 10 combo. I also ordered a pretzel on the side.

The lady on the speaker was very rude and barely listened to my order but I over looked that. The carhop came out and gave us our order. I tipped her and. She walked away. I looked in my bag and the chicken sandwich for the number 10 was not in the bag.

I called back in on the speaker to let them know. About 5 mins later the carhop returns and says my manager wants me to look in your bag for the chicken sandwich all the whole she is peeking into my car trying to see if I had a chicken sandwich hidden somewhere I assume.

I have visited two Sonic locations in the last month and they didn't have several items. No bread no chicken no corn dogs at the location on normandy blvd in jacksonville florida. I visited the location today on 103rd because of the recent experience at the sonic on normamdy I visited the one on 103rd to again run into an issue of items not being available I spent 43$ to receive my slushies not mixed the flavor was at the bottom and

the icee part was not mixed together when I ask the young lady to remake it she rolled her eyes so I said fuck the other drinks that were messed up. Spending 40$ to treat my kids shouldn't have to get an attitude from someone when something is wrong with my order.

The stalls at the sorrento in Pensacola have been broke for months now and everyone has to wait an hour to go thru the drive thru. This is unacceptable and lazy on your company. The workers here are amazing and working themselves to death bc of your laziness.

I went to sonic @ 6724 w Thomas rd Phx az this morning ordered my food and drinks like I do several times a week. After getting my food and drinks & 20% tip which I always do . I got home had no condiments for any of my food check #214791 Stall #16 .

So I called to complain of course we are sorry. So after my 6 years old granddaughter was crying because they failed to put syrup in the bag for her French toast sticks I recorded to go back to sonic to get the condiments .

I ordered a chocolate blast, with Reese's, extra Reese cup. Very simpleton order, or so you would think. I get my blast and it has vanilla ice cream. I handed it back to him and told him what was wrong. He got some lady in a red shirt with dark hair. She started explaining she made it with chocolate and then put the vanilla on top.

If I could leave negative star review, I definitely would. I had the worst experience at this location. I had used the Sonic mobile app and upon arriving I was not able to check-in. I refreshed my browser, logged out of the app, logged back in, checked my email, and nothing seemed to be working. I decided to pull up to the window when the manager on duty opened the sliding window yelling, "Why didn't you use the box?!" Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Ordered 2 shakes. Took employee 10 minutes to prepare. Noticed that air conditioning wasn’t working and employee had fans running to cool . Outside temp is high 90s. This is a consistent problem at this specific location( hwy 278, Covington GA) This location needs to be closed down!

I live in Sterling, Co. which is a large town, but very small city. On Friday afternoon July 3, 2022, I went through the drive thru. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me. I ordered a medium strawberry shake and small totts.

The total was just under $8. I handed the cashier a $50 because that was all I had. The worker scowled at me and said she could not accept it. " the manager said no. She handed me my money back and said sorry, but she certainly was NOT sorry.

I decided to go back last night before heading in to work. I sat at the drive thru box for about 3 minutes, all the while an employee was at the back door which was open. She looked at me 3 times, but never said a word.

I was in the drive thru at Sonics on Hwy 544, Store #1048. Out of all my years of eating fast foods, Not once that I have felt so disrespected. The Sonic located at 2609 E Park Row Dr, Arlington, TX 76010, has absolutely worst service I've experienced from Sonic. The first 2 or 3 times this happened, I wrote it off that maybe they were short staffed so I didn't complain.

This is the only Sonic that's relatively close to my job so I kept giving it a chance. The problem is that no matter if there are alot patrons or very few, the employees do not answer the speaker in a timely manner at all.

After a few minutes of activating the red button, they would finally answer long enough to tell you that they will be with you in a moment. Then like about 5 or so minutes later they will take ur order.

Today was the last straw. Including myself there were only 4 other cars. I pressed the button. I wait a few minutes & hit button again. Few…

Bad service, unfriendly server. Brought out wrong food. Then found correct customer and gave them the food I touched. So she brought us are food I believe she did the same thing to us. I did not see her return to the kitchen.

Someone touch are food I am sure they probably did the same to others. Plus!!! Are food was nasty. The chicken tenders I had. they had no flavor what so ever. My husbands food was nasty also his fries were very greasy.

Waited longer than 40 minutes for drink only and witnessed a Manager curse a customer and flip him off as she was engaged in a screaming match. Paid by app and couldn't leave. Another customer arrived after we did with food and had his way before we did.
