I purchase a #6 combo Sliders Chicken with Tots. After receiving it, my bun was hard, chicken was burnt, and it was nasty. I called the number in Fitzgerald. Mo answer. I want my money back ASAP. com.

The last 5 times I have visited and purchased from Sonic in Saint James, Missouri 65559 it has been terrible to say the least but this time it did me in for sure. 1. Asked for no onion on the bacon on bacon cheeseburger and ordered 2 of them and there was a ton of them on both. 2.

The fries were cold 3. My change was supposed to be $6 but only got $5 4. The sign was hanging where you couldn't see the menu 5. The sign said the attendant was heading our way after a long wait and she finally showed up 5 minutes later 6. No receipt 7.

I tried to call them at the restaurant twice and they didn't answer either time. We didn't find out our order was wrong and no good until we almost got home way out in the country. 10 for our food.

Not a happy customer at all. This is it for my family doing…

On two separate orders placed online on the app sonic in moss point ms claimed to refund item that apparently was not available both ice cream items totaling $9.87. The refund has not been issued back to my card and cash was not refunded. So basically Sonic employees steals customers money

for a jalapeño double cheeseburger at the Sonic store in Montrose before finally just leaving. They appears fairly busy during this weekday noon hour, but nothing out of the ordinary. I can’t wait that long for one, simple sandwich. This was not a complicated order…just a cheeseburger!

I just drove to the sonic in Buckeye Arizona and it’s 12:23 am And Google claims that they are open until 2:00 AM and as soon as I got to the drive-through where I can make my order they turn off all the lights and refused to serve me

The Hannibal sonic I Went there tonight about 7:30p and when I got home I noticed I didn’t get one of my meals nor a fry to one of our other meals! Got 4 meals and only two was right!

The sandwiches bread was soggy! When called to explain they told me call back tomorrow!

Today I visited Sonic. I ordered a med. Cherry lemon limeade and a Large order of onion rings. The drink was wrong forgot the lemon. The girl who took my order forgot to add the lemon to the order. The onion rings were so nasty cold and partly soggy.

When I called to complain he needed the receipt number I couldn't locate it right then and there. So my niece who the drink was for her. She asked to speak to the mgr. Well some young kid comes out to talk with us. Explained the issue.

When the young gal interrupts and tell young man that she made the drink and she put lime and cherry. Ok that was right but she wasn't the gal who took my order. My niece addressed that it to was happy hour and ok fine, but what I learnt in being a shift mgr.

I ordered sides today one mozzarella sticks and some tots and no sauce was given. It says on the board mozzarella stick with sauce and none was given I asked her if this was everything I had asked for and she said yes. Ridiculous service never coming back lol

Worse service I’ve ever had at a Sonic. It took forever to get my order and they were not busy. I ordered ketchup and it wasn’t in bag. Carhop finally brought some after I had almost completed meal.

I have a complaint regarding the ice at your restaurants that taste like dish water is used too make the ice!! The ice doesn’t taste like it’s filtered water that’s being used??

January 17, 2022. 2:pm. Sonic 4894, Arkansas Blvd, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854. This Sonic has had several kiosk "out of order" for a great long time, some of them over a year, possibly 2 years. Without actually counting, I'm guessing over a half dozen at this location DO NOT WORK.

Today, after trying one on the opposite side of the building from the known non working ones, I was unfortunate and found one on this side the DID NOT WORK. I then chose to go thru the drive thru. After sitting and waiting for several minutes, backing up and re-approaching the drive thru again, I never got acknowledged.

I simply pulled up to the pick up window where I sat for another 4 minutes awaiting acknowledgement. Someone finally opened the window because they assumed I had already ordered and had not…

00 for food it tasted like it was 3 days old and the chicken sandwich was like cardboard I specifically asked for marinara sauce for my cheese sticks witch bu the way was also cold and crumbly they was so old and I got no sauce I also got peppers with no ranch and there was no ice in any drinks the tea tasted as if they had run out of tea and

just mixed some water with sugar . 00 I could have went and ate Taco Bell a hell of a lot cheaper and way better food I will never ever give sonic not even a dollar of my money ever again and I will make sure everyone knows not to ever eat there.

Closing time is 10 pm for our Sonic in Centre Alabama but at 20 minutes till they are rude, hateful and rush you through ordering and don't give you time to say what you want before they say anything else and they turn the lights off on you when you pull in the parking lot at 20 minutes till 10 to get a shake

I order # 16 on breakfast menu and it taste as if it was burnt. Bacon was burn on edges. Not a pleasant taste in your mouth.

I ordered the chili cheese burrito wanting the Jr, didn't know u had a bigger one did not see it in the menu board. Anyways when I ordered I ordered 2 of the burritos wanting a Jr the order taker didn't ask if I want the Jr or the regular one.

my question is if have them ask if we want the 6 or foot long hot dog wht not the same. 49 on the 2 burritos am chili fries sm coke. My husband got the #1 no tomato. Did not realize it was the bigger burrito til I came all the way home Was very disappointed.

Hope you guys can get this straightened out . I think when u do have the burritos u should clarify do you want the Jr or the reg size. McDonald's asks do u want the snack size mcflurry or the reg size just.

My family and I waited for over 35 minutes for them to tell us and everyone waiting we has to go through the drive thru. This is after they continued to bring food out to there family parked right next to us. Very very unprofessional.

I just went an got two medium strawberry cheese cake shake an they were like milk.

Told not to come back to Sonic because our burgers were made incorrect. Deliberately ignored & Highly embarrassed Thursday Nite there were Two police 30 minutes after we left hungry & cold.

When are we getting the long red straws back? It is a signature thing for sonic and these new ones makes the drinks taste bad.

Myself and my daughter literally sat at Sonic in Troy, Al for almost 45 minutes waiting to order. The red light was pushed and a notification appeared saying our order would be taken momentarily. Needless to say, it was not.

During the time we watched employees standing outside conversating among themselves and watched as people steadily got their orders. Very unprofessional and WE WILL NOT be back

my food was horrible quality I got a sonic combo and the fries had just a few fries in the container not even halfway full and they were cold and hard. my burger was frozen in the middle and my all American dog was cold as well I'm so disgusted

Waited for an hour to get our food. I had to run down 2 servers to find out where our food was, then when we got it an got home it was wrong. Very disappointed. We will not be back.

I ordered a milk shake I was drinking it and something nasty tasting come out of it and I swallowed it like nasty mildew or something it was so gross I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else perhaps the machine needs clean better or something g so I'm not so happy about going back to sonic in Hampton Cove AL..

I live in flagstaff az and there is a Brandon snow as a manager and there is a black dodge truck that comes there gets free food and drops off weed. I have been there in this transaction when it happens and he’s selling weed out of the business.

I think 15 stalls! Most of the time there are at least three vehicles sitting in three of the stalls that are sitting empty! (I’m guessing they are employee cars as they are the same one parked the same place each day).

There are always three to four cones parked in front of three or four other stalls where the speaker doesn’t work! I have even had to move my car three times to finally find a speaker that works where no cones were placed in front of the stall!

Most of the time, if the speaker works where you can order, the credit card processor doesn’t work! I have complained about the lack of anyone taking care of the the situation, and all I’m told is that the speakers are old, and just don’t work right!

I have asked why they don’t call the corporate office to let them know they need…

I placed an in-app order for pickup at 1:30pm at the Sonic in Hialeah Gardens. I pulled up to the stall, it said “in the kitchen” and 15 minutes later, no order. I pushed the red order button, no one replied, after 10 minutes, I pulled out of the stall and went to the drive thru to try to get my order.

20 minutes to get to the speaker in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front. No answer, no welcome to Sonic…nothing. The car stopped in front sitting by the window…no one will acknowledge me sitting at the order board until the car in front leaves.

Meanwhile BIG sign saying dining room is open but everything locked. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any fast food restaurant…terrible for first time.

Meanwhile 50 minutes after order time I am still sitting at drive thru waiting…

Order lunch on app at 8:30am to pickup at 11:55am.

Also while I was there I was to pickup a co-workers meal. I have a 30 minutes to go get meals and come back and eat. I arrived and used the app to check in on stall #10, screen welcomed me and showed my name.

I activated the call button to let them know I was picking up another order as well. After waiting 10 mins, hop arrived with a small bag for my friend, and said they couldn't find my order. It's now 12 past noon, and no order!

I tried to remember it but it was too short of time to go back and eat. None of what I got was right, even the 2 item order for co-worker was wrong. I spent over $20, got no drink and burgers were wrong.

Went to Sonic in Maryville TN on 9/12/21 1108 am. Ordered double cheeseburger, onion rings die, dr pepper, and a single cheeseburger tatar tots and dr Pepper. Food came out cold and was old. Called manager over. She said she'd take care of it.

First, pulled in. After pressing the button and no response after 10 minutes, decided to go threw drive. Waited 45 minutes in a fairly short line. All we ordered were 2 shakes. The girl who took my money was combing her hair.

The other workers seemed dazed, confused, and just leaning. And, the girl who finally gave us our shakes was rude. After going down the road, realized my shake was the wrong flavor.

Was just at the drive thru at the Sonic on Bridge and 8th street in Albuquerque NM and waited in line for 20 minutes. There was an out of order sign on the microphone. The cashier went from car to car to take orders but didn't come to mine.

When I arrived at the window I was told that my order was going to be placed after the 5 cars behind me. All I wanted was a large drink. Then the manager came to the window and proceeded to argue and raise her voice at me. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

I tried using my App and it said the store was closed…at lunch. They were not closed but when I ordered my drink I was charged full price. I left without ordering.

Also, they NEVER give the option at the bottom of all other Sonics I have been to of doing the survey and getting a free drink! It is the most poorly run Sonic I have ever visited. This is the Sonic in Tupelo, MS at 3475 N. Gloster.

the car beside us got there order and left. Another car pulled in ordered and got there order and they haven't even took our order. The flashing red light stopped and then said again mash red button to place order.

Went up and asked to talk to someone and they sent out assistant manager told him about it and all he said sorry and walked back in!!! This happen in Troy alabama. We eat there alot and never had that to happen.

We pushed the button when we pulled up to talk to them and they never took our order. l understand they were busy but when you sat and wait on them to take order and watch over cars come and oder and get there food and go and they haven't even took our order there's a big problem!!!!!!! My complaint AG AIN is that the resteraunt in my city that is that as I drive into a stall to order and other people are parked there ordering they tell me the stalls are down and they dont tell anyone else to go around to the speaker where the menu is one side of the stalls is blocked off with yellow do not cross danger that has been like that every time I go for supper or a ice cream drink that is not right ....

Sonic Havelock NC had to drive around twice was making sure they were open could barely here the person on speaker. Placed order two hot dogs and some onion rings ask twice that they put it all in a bag.

Came out no bag ask the guy to go put them in a bag / Came back they were in a box ask him what was so god damn hard about putting them in a bag said it was not policy Manager Brandy came out repeated I do not get a bag and told me to watch my language.

The sonic in Cordell,Oklahoma absolutely sucks!!! They absolutely cannot get a simple cheeseburger right!! I'm through with even trying anymore!! You ask for a limeade and you get a damp sprite!!! & if u get a lime in it even is lucky!!

Even verbal instructions don't help!! I decided to give them another chance tonight and ordered a simple fucking cheeseburger with mayo and everything and the dumb asses can't even do that!!

We have 2 Sonic location in Medford Or. Area, the last four times we have gone, waited a very long time in the drive thru only to find out they are OUT of ice cream! All 4 times were at different times of the day.

My drink was a unsweetened tea with lemons and the lemons appeared to be eaten.

This is the second time that I have received a route 44 slushee from Sonic in North Logan. Both of the times, the employee's were informed that the drink needed to be SUGAR FREE because my husband is a diabetic.

BOTH of the times he has received sugar slushee's. His blood sugar almost reached 300. Sonic @ 2355 N Main St, Logan, UT 84341. Needs to be reprimanded for this, I do not understand why they cannot get it through their heads.

I am so glad my husband did not finish his entire slushee or he could have gone into a diabetic coma and possibly died. I will more than likely not be buying much from this location anymore.

A worker is soliciting customers. Taking advantage and getting extra money.

I have no complaint about the food or the service. Both have always been excellent. My complaint involves the new commercial for banana pudding shakes. I think it is very cruel not to share it with the dog in the commercial.

Most people's dogs are their family and hopefully you wouldn't be so selfish as to not share with your kids or family members. It breaks my heart every time I see this commercial, so much so that I change the channel.

In conclusion, I will never even try the banana pudding shake as it turns me off so much.

Everytime we go to Clinton County ky Sonic it never has anything we went in a Sunday to get chilli cheese fries they only said we can't fix them right now so we said ok we want a chilli cheese Coney dog and they said we are sorry we don't have any chilli they didn't tell us that to start with it seems like Everytime we go to order something there they are always out if it I am very dissatisfied with sonic I think we should be able to get free meals me and my husband both.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger with only mustard & onion. It was delivered with MAYO only! Ordered sm m & m blast was advised could not make blasts but could get a shake. Asked for sm vanilla cone was told again could not obtain one?
