They didnt have sweet tea. After the car hop delivered out order had to ask for ranch. We did ask for it when we ordered. Then when we paid she told me that didnt have change so they would half to keep it.

I sd uh no maam that's theft and I will also call corporate. It was just wrong. Wont go back to that location

The Sonic onDewitHenry in Beebe Arkansas is awful!!! We live there and they can not get food out in a timely fashion,the staff is rude,orders are very rarely correct and tonight we stopped at 10 minutes before close the lights were still on but they couldn’t take our order for 1 Coke because they were closing!

Went one day and got two teas..one sweetened, one unsweetened. BOTH were spoilt, sour!! Next day tea tasted ok but while eating meal of burger, tots, and tea only got halfway through before feeling nauseous.

Did not finish eating or drinking meal. Woke up two hours later and spend rest of night and next day sick with stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. This was Sonic at 303 W. Hudson Rd. Rogers, Arkansas.

This was our second time having sour tasting tea over a few weeks time so obviously tea brewer/ dispenser is not properly maintained or the workers are leaving tea sitting out at room temperature for long periods of time causing food poisoning. Will not be back!

I ordered , a large combo of french toast sticks with a sweet tea and added another sweet tea. There were only three toast sticks in the bag no syrup, and both teas were extremely sour and bad.

I'd give no stars if possible. Service was absolutely horrible at the Keizer, OR location. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes had someone say okay go ahead and order and then they dissapeard for another 10 mins. I went up to the drive thru window and the guy says yeah they've been just ditching the headset all night and to pull up and order.

so we did, waited for our food. Saw about 3 or 4 people just wandering around inside talking. And when we received our food it was even more horrendous than the service. Patty falling apart, both smashed and just covered in mayonnaise and looked disgusting.

I ate a bite and then dug around in it taking the lettuce off, and found a black hair in the lettuce. after that threw it away. never ever going to sonic again even aside from this location. looked…

I was just at the drive thru in Adamsville, Al and witnessed 2 young women who were in Sonic uniforms having a very volatile cursing match while I waited on my food. I was very afraid thinking that the confrontation would escalate to something worse than it was.

It left a very bad feeling and I was very nervous and anxious. These young women were screaming at the top of their lungs. It was a terrible scene. There were 6 or 7 cars in the drive thru. These young ladies did not represent Sonic well and this should not ever be witnessed by customers.

Last 3 visit. Burger old and no ice cream. We spend 25 30 dollars every time and I feel like the next meal should be on them. I have wasted about 75 dollars there in the past 30 days.

For the last week at least the online app says they aren’t accepting online orders. Sometimes they will honor the half off discount and sometimes they don’t. It’s very inconvenient when that is the fastest way to order.

Service was awful, they acted really lazy. Our food was cold, unedible, the slashes Weren't stirred at all, just something squirted in the plain slush, it just was terrible. The location was at 16th and Lewis in Tulsa, OK

Large pothole (crater) as you drive into Hasbrouck Heights NJ location. Damaging cars- hole been there since last winter and cannot be seen when raining. Fix it!

Sure I said I try to get it a junior double cheeseburger two times a week for me and my wife and nine times out of 10 it ain't never made right I have drove off and turn around and go block and turn around cuz it looked at it and it ain't right get it again go down the road again it ain't right to get it again before I get out of the driveway it ain't right again I will never go to another Sonic drive-in.

Me and my grandson's went to get a shake at the sonic on beltline and cockran hill in desoto Tx. The employee that was taking orders that night of July 4th was really ghetto and rude. I will not be back at that sonic and no one else in my family and the people's I know.

I went to your restaurant on Clear Lake Road in Cocoa Florida ordered burgers and two ice cream cones set an a line for 10 minutes got up almost to the window and watch them set two ice cream cones on the counter beside where the girl was at took a never another seven minutes for me to get to the window asked her if she had set them down straight on the counter and

she said yes requested for them to make new ice cream cards and the employee told me that they just made him I said no I sit here and watched you set them there seven minutes ago while your employee was getting the food for the Customer in front of me the food then after she proceeded to give him his food she said and talk to him for around five minutes all this time the ice cream cones are sitting on the counter melting then…

Yesterday July 4th we went to the store on FM 78 in San Antonio Texas. We went for the cheesecake shake that you advertise. We were told they did not have ice cream, so we left. Today July 5th we returned again for the same shake.

We had went to Sonic this evening to just get a Reese's blast, after ordering we sat there for 45- 55 minutes waiting to be served, when observing other who came in after us ordered their meals and drinks being served before us, this is very unexceptable when we were there before them and they get their meals before us, when all we ordered were the Reece's blast.

So after watching others get on their buttons of coming in after us they get on their button to order and get their order placed, my husband pushes the button again to get a statement that she will be with us in a bit, we continued to sat there in hopes she would get back with us with no success, while they continued to bring others orders out to them, so we ended up leaving this is very unwarranted service, I'm very disappointed…

I went to Sonic manager n oak street in Conway AR. Ordered a large chicken strips they were almost dry. And a large order of cheese sticks. Out of the order only two had the cheese inside. This is why until today I have not even at Sonic for three years.

But first time to actually complain. Then the ticket for the order was the carhops scam receipt so I had to Google this app. 52 and a tip of 5 dollars. Was only worth the tip Katherine was nice did her job correctly and was very nice.

On Shallowford, they couldn't take any orders cause there system wasn't working, why stay open and pay people if the system is down.O n highway 58 only drive thru open, then the intercom is not working.

We ordered in a stall, and after waiting 20 minutes hit the button and asked where our 2 drinks were. Our manager came to our car ask us what we had A couple minutes later a car hawk came out with our drinks and apologized about the delay and the confusion. Uvalde location specifically always throws out tea and turns off fryers like 30 minutes before closing. I find this a problem for all people who may just be getting out of work and look forward to getting their stuff from Sonic but can’t because the employees aren’t committed to their true job which should be serving customers.

Also they always have an attitude while serving people. There’s people in this town that have good customer service who would love this job. They need to stop hiring high school kids that don’t want to work for real money and just want it handed to them. Thank you.

350 pm I had just enough time to grab a Jr. 15 minutes the car hop brought me the right food and 2 drinks. but she stopped listening and just ended the order screen . Little girl car hopping gave me the food free, because of that mess up it was probably a good thing because it was not edible.

It was all ice cold. I tossed it. The soda was flat I dumped it too. I am very disappointed in this store

9:25 PM. Order two large cherry limeade’s with easy ice. Cashier confirmed order. Too much ice in one drink to stir straw. Other drink had no fruit. Both drinks very weak flavor. So disappointed bc left my comfort zone for drinks.

I would like my order replaced. I sacrificed that money.

you showed all these wonderful ads about the cheese cake blast I have tried at lease 25 sonic restaurants here in the wonderful state of Oklahoma and could not get1 cheesecake blast they said they did not have the stuff to make them I am so disappointed I really looked forward to rapping my lips around that straw and sucking all that great stuff but please if you can send the ingredients soon you will make my summer a very happy one

Today I ordered ahead in their mobile app 5 drinks (all soda), pretzel twists and a chicken sandwich. After arriving and letting them know we were there our items took over 40 minutes to get to us!!! While waiting and getting more and more annoyed I pressed the red button a couple of times and each time the light would go off and we were ignored.

But when a car pulled up in the stall next to us they were answered right away. While waiting we also observed 50+ cars go through the drive thru but all of their stalls were full with angry and annoyed customers.

I can understand a 10-15 minutes wait during lunchtime but 40+ minutes is ridiculous and unacceptable and should never happen. If you can’t handle the drive thru and drive in customers close one down you don’t just leave people waiting…

Went to Sonic on Santa Fe in Salina, Kansas... Ordered a large coke and a junior hamburger. When I got home and opened the wrapper.. there was ketchup and mustard all over the wrapper, the bun was soaked, and mustard was so thick it would have made a child sick....

Not factoring in the mess!! I tried to attach a photo but that is not working. I would give them a one but only because the coke was good!!

All the money spent to build this new sonic and you can't even get one employee to work in the place that knows anything about customer service . I'm not one for the customer is always right bull but Everytime I spend money in this one location of sonic my order is never correct and the car hop acts shisty when she she has to return for my order one car hop kept a tip out of my change with out my ok or approval .

They may or may not take 30 minutes to answer the red button and if your lucky they won't tell you they are closed . Your employees at the Sonic on Lake Mead Dr. in Henderson Nevada are rude and disrespectful and do not care about people never being a customer again. We were loyal customers to this location- stopped there every time we came home from going to the lake- 3 or 4 times every week and easily spent $100 feeding everyone each time!

We will never give that place any of our business again. They refused to let my husband use the restroom- said they are closed for COVID when the whole town is 100 percent open! I told them I would be contacting you and the person said “ go ahead “!!

Every other place has a public restroom for paying customers- why wouldn’t you!?!?

Took 15 mins for them to answer the button. Took 20 to get my food. Everything was over cooked. Some girl in there working looks like she wearing same clothes for a year. Very dirty. Then two people pulled up besides me after waiting 10 mins.

They were told there not taking any orders right now. Louisburg ks Sonics has alway had bad service. They don’t open till 730 or 8 in the morning half the time.

The sonic in Fenton no 63026 gravois bluffs didn't give me my meal combo or cheese for my pretzels I called immediately and no answer I called corporate no answer fro e there I took receipt and food back the very next day after work and they were absolutely so rude and wouldn't help me at all I spent 27.93 at 4:58 pm on June 16th and still nothing has been done my next step is bbb if this isn't resolved soon

Granddaughter wanted a Sonic blast that is seen on tv. Grandfather took her and they waited in the drive thru line. When they got ready to order they were told that they did not have ingredients to make the item.

They should not advertise an item if it is not available. Children get upset and it is not fair to them. Granddaughter does not want to go there any more. Sorry you lost a customer.

Almost every time after 10 pm the kids that work there tell us the ice cream machine is broken. I found out it is because they have already cleaned too early and don't want to clean again . My son has friends that have worked there in the past and that is what they all do.

If ice cream is not going to be sold after 10 , let it be known but don't be lazy. This seems to be the worst sonic in our area for making excuses to not do there job.

I went to the Sonic drive in on June 16th in Cache Ok. I always had good service there but on this particular day. I pulled in a stall and there was a order be completed on my screen to order.

I pushed I order button and told the lady that there was a order being taken already on my screen. She said wait a minute and said she would fix it. 00 and some change. So when the car hop came I explained what happened.

She went back inside to yell sone one what happened. She came back said that they made a mistake and that my money would be refunded back to my card in 2 business days and the shake was on them for the mistake.

I’m still waiting for my refund on my card. 00 and sone change is a little yo much for a strawberry shake. Thank you Bernard Tate. 580-678-5495

Drove up to order board; announcer asked for my order before I rolled the window down; advised, I just drove up I am not ready. After a while I pressed the button; then had to wait before anyone responded. Then I ordered a #3 no Mayo; sandwich only and a vanilla cone; paid with card at the order board; waited for order.

Delivery person came; handed; turned the board so I could pick up my ice cream cone when I notice ice cream just above his wrist; I said is that my ice cream on your arm; he said no; I said; yes it is snd you need to get me another one. When I gave the sandwich to the person I picked it up for; immediate chaos!!!

I go through the drive-thru 5 days a week. They NEVER give me the owed change. They just say, thank you and close the window. If I want my change, I have to ask for it. Not right!

My complaint is that I don’t think it’s fair that there’s not a Sonic in San Francisco. We love Sonic’s to. I have to drive way to Fairfield somewhere just to enjoy the place I love the most. My complaint stems from my experience at your store, located in Shalimar, Florida 32579. I live in the Fort Walton Beach area, and frequent this store all the time. Tonight, Thursday June 17,2021, there was an Assistant General Manager, named Karen, at your store, who was acting like a bully.

My complaint began with my order at the drive thru. I gave her my order, and when she did not understand what I was saying, began to speak sarcastically to me. I thought, ok, maybe she’s having a bad night, so I let it go, and gave her my daughter’s order.

When I got to the window, the same woman was heard cursing at one of the employees right in front of my daughter and myself. I could not believe my ears, and as I watched the other 2 employees within my sight, they looked frightened as well.

I can’t complain about the manager and staff because they were doing the best they could under the work situation. I placed my order on the app to make it easier to get my food and go. When I got to the location 8803 US 301 Parrish FL I pulled into the slot and was told I need to go through the drive though.

Again, that’s why I ordered online to skip the drive though line. So I move my vehicle to the drive though to a line of 10+ cars. I get to the ordering and explained I placed my order online. He tells me he will meet me at the window.

So here I am expected to sit behind all these cars to receive my order. I waited a few minutes then got very upset at how much time this is taking. I pulled out of line and arrive at the front door of the building.

We have spoken to the manger several times about a homeless man approaching every car asking for money I go there every day before work at approximately 2pm. 00 a day at sonic. She says she cannot do anything about it.

I tried to call the district mgr. Maill box was full ,supervisor mail box was full. I have people CTW at my store down the street. I'm not stupid. tge sonic is in Richmond Texas on Alt 90.
