The other day I came to the sonic on Manchester expressway in columbus ga. A lady named Towanda took my order and to start with she was very rude. After I said one thing I wanted she rudely said is that it and as I tried to name out the rest of my order every time I said one more thing before i could get anything else out she would rudely say that is it.

She disconnected on me 3 times while I was trying to order so I kept having to hit the red button over and over. When she was done my order was wrong and several things were left off but I gave up trying to finish completing my order and became very frustrated.

I am not sure I ever want to come back to that sonic again because of how she treated us.

Poor service, waited in car drive thru line over 30 minutes and then order was totally wrong. This has happened several time before. I will not go to Sonic Ringgold, GA again.

Waited in line for 25 minutes just to be told they were unable to make the cheesecake Blast. I had called about an hour before to make sure they had it since this was my second venture and they said they had it.

The young lady went back inside and told me never mind, now they could make it. If I hadn’t been waiting so long and was upset I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten my Cheesecake Blast. I paid for two, one regular and one strawberry medium size.

When we pulled up to the window the cashiers wasn’t customer friendly at all. She is the one that made our Blasts, she didn’t wear gloves after handling money. Totally a horrible experience. We’re a married couple in our 60’s that have never experienced such negativity in a drive-thru.

I only wanted to order and pay for a large cup of ice. " So then I tried to call the corp number between 945a and 950a and that was more frustrating than the visit. I guess sonic can pick and choose who they want to sell to but if I'm not mistaken, customers can pick and choose where they can spend their money.

This is not a good thing for me at all.

I ordered 3 cheesecake blasts. They were very messy in damaged cups. The order was brought out wrong and the car hop almost charged a second time for the order. Then to come to find out none of the orders were cheesecake blasts were charged regular price and was told the second time it came to the car.

They also said they were out the cheesecake bites and didn’t offer any refund or anything.

I go to our neighborhood Sonic several times a week. Today I went to pickup dinner. My hubby is undergoing cancer treatment so we were going to split a meal. I ordered a large fry with our sandwich the fry was less than half filled I understand when the pretzels are too dark, no cherries in the CherryLime, forgot the cheese, etc.

But if I order a large and pay for a large, that’s what we should get. Disappointed (Pictures added and one of bag showing none in bag)

I just bought 2 lg blasts for a hefty price. The flavorings were ONLY on top of a cup of vanilla ice cream. Not throughout. Very disappointed. Next time I'll go to DQ. At least you get flavor in each bite.

This is a complaint about the Sonic Drive-in on Marlandwood Dr. in Temple, Tx. I am not a regular customer of Sonic because each time I visit Sonic something is wrong with the order. I don't usually write complaints, but I feel that this is a need.

I got to the Sonic at 5:45 pm, according to the receipt, they received the order at 5:31pm. At approximately, 5:38 the screen said that a "David" would be right out with my order. ) I buzzed the order taker again and told the young lady "It's been 20 minutes and I have not received my order yet.

" She said "hold on", two minutes later a guy handed me my order. I knew that my order had been sitting up for a while because my fries and burger was cold and my Coke was watered down. The thing is that I nobody acknowledged or took accountability…

I called in an order online and had to wait 45 minutes to get the order. I followed the correct instructions by pulling in a stall and telling them I was here to pick up my order. They said ok we will bring it right out. They didn’t.

I called again and they replied same as before.

Finally after 45 minutes had passed I pulled out of stall and got in the take out line. I told them of my unhappiness with my order and how long it had taken. They finally brought it out to me without an apology!

I will think twice before visiting Sonic again! com

Cheese does not go on the bottom bun! I won't eat at sonic anymore because of this change. Why would you change something that has worked for years. It completely changes the way the burger taste.

I ordered a drink on the app I arrived about 2 minutes after parked in space 18 it took 30 minutes to get my drink. I pushed the order button to check on it it still took 30 min. They brought it with no receipt I got this from my email Acc.

Order placed at 05/30/21 3:06 PM Order Number: #206404085 Ticket Number: #55974. I checked my watch I got my drink at 3:35.

In winfield ks they have the worst customer service. We order from the app drinks are NEVER right, made wrong or wrong drinks all the time. Food is NEVER right always made wrong or burnt. We have even got burgers with no meat and that has happened several times.

No management and gm is hardly ever there. Has his kids/family members running the store and they have no idea how. Arkcity ks is the same way. Thought by going 10 miles away would be a good idea and we were fooled same service and rude people.

These stores were never ever this way til a few year ago. Better make it better or they are gonna go down.

13 and pretty much just got all ice cream. No graham crackers, a couple pieces of cheesecake and a few pieces of strawberries. Ymonjane was our carhop and made us very disappointing blasts. They need to do better. plenty of time to make decent blasts.

Sonic on Ormond Ave in Laplace, La. thursday 05/27/2021, I ordered a PB shake add Bananas and choc fudge. Ordered on my app at 7:16 pm. Arrived and checked in a few mins after ordering. At 7:50, still no shake, they kept telling me on the intercom “its coming right out” “few more mins” I just told them Nevermind and left. ZERO excuse for that.

40+min wait for a PRE ORDERED app item. Will NOT go back and I hate it because I work in Laplace and love Sonic. Its the only one in the Parish. I think thats truly sad to treat people that way.

Ive been there before when every stall was full and they got cooked food out quicker than that. If there is a staffing issue or prob with the ice cream machine its fine to advise your customer, but a 40 min wait on a shake with no reason??? Unacceptable.

When ordering from the drive-thru menu, you’re automatically charged for a medium sized order. Even though you didn’t ask to upsize your order nor were you asked if you want to upsize your order.. When questioned about this, was told it’s just the way it’s done. This is not right.

Drive thru in Jennings, Louisiana is closed more than half of the day. I have sat in stall #9 for over 45 minutes waiting on a grilled cheese sandwich. This is unacceptable. 337-329-1335

Waited over 40 minutes for my order of 3 shakes and a strawberry lemonade... Nomi Sanchez the assistant manager was extremely rude! She should not be allowed to work with your customers, let alone with the employees who work under her.

Sonic located on 1st Street in Lufkin Tx seriously needs better management than Miss Sanchez. As long as she works there, I will not return, as all of my friends have been advised of Miss Sanchez as well.

I sat at the sonic in ww for 20 min before I could get anybody to answer the red button I even ask a employee if it was broke an she said no its ringing and walked off and I sat for another 10 before my order was taken then when they finally answered to take my order it took the employee 15 min to get order right With that being said e every day last week it took 10 min or more to answer call button even when there was no customer in parking lot this happy to at least 3 people I know unsure if they filed a complaint.

Then got home and order was wrong. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE WYNNEWOOD SONIC I WILL DRIVE 15 MIN ONE WAY TO GET ANYTHING FROM SONIC IF I WAS ABLE WOULD RATE I WOULD GIVE A F OR 00000 STARS

We drove up to order 3 shakes. To start off she was already rude when asking us what we wanted. We gave her our order and she stayed quiet the whole time. Then she preceded to repeat our order in such a rude way.

She had it wrong and when i tried to correct it she ignored me and said “ yeah thank you pull up” Her name is Lexa Reyna at the Odessa Texas location 2313 N County Rd W. Service and person was just so rude!!!!

I then called and spoke to a manager to ask for the name and number to report a complaint and she just told me her name but could not even say sorry!!!!

Sonic in Newton nc is terrible. Sat in line for 20 min then gave our order and sat in line for another 20 min waiting on food before finally leaving without food. There were several people in and out of the place and one of the employees was crying. Absolutely terrible

Your manager at store 5933 Jesse Barnett broke privacy policy I work for Doordash and he searched up my name on social media in order to find and contact my friend Tara Felix that was in the car with me. He’s been messaging and texting her which is the side issue .

My issue is why he thinks it’s okay to search people up for his own benefit. Attached is a photo of a text I sent him letting him know that I’d file a complaint and he takes it like a joke.

Went to the sonic in Groesbeck TX in May 12. Pushed the button for service and then waited a while. A girl comes out and asks if I ordered ice. I say no and that I haven’t been helped yet so she tells me to push button again.

Finally someone comes on the speaker. 99 that evening and a shake. I understand the girl was probably new but she kept putting the wrong things on the screen. Had to tell her several times I wanted a corn dog. 99.

She never corrected the price. I didn’t want to swipe my card until the discount showed. I pushed button again a few times but was just ignored. Drove away and didn’t get my food.

First, we ordered the # 3 and was asked for no sauce except for mustard and ketchup. My husband got sick because they put mayonnaise on the sandwich. We told them about it and they gave us a plain one which is still NOT what we ordered.

Then for the past month for some reason, they are always telling us they are out of ice. Every time at Winfield ks Sonic will can not get ice. They are rude to us tell us we can't give out ice, or our manager said the machine is broken.

I ordered from the stall in Indianola MS at 11:43 am and at 12:18 pm I had not received my order. I left at 12:18 pm because someone that pulled up 20 minutes after me received their order.I ordered cheese sticks, route44 diet cherry lime aide and a large cup of ice. They don’t open up until after 9:00am.

Today I ordered through the app. I ordered an all-American hot dog with no onions med tots, a corn dog with 2 packets of mustard and a large sweet tea. I check in and punch in which stall im at.

20 minutes later a less than happy girl (who was bright and chipper with the hot guys 2 stalls down, smiling and flirting with as she was brining my food to me) get to my window, hands my my drink, sighs and hands me my bag of food, walks away saying g have a good day after she was 3 to 4 feet from my car.

I have two complaints to put in for this drive true. I had went there on Tuesday the 05/04/21 and I had ordered two corndogs and a large tot and 2 route 44 drinks I waited 45 minutes for my order to come out . 0:00 am .

my order when it finally came out was not hot at all . and then on this morning on 05/06 /21 I had went there again and wanted to order the french toast sticks for breakfast since it was time for breakfast and i was going to the Benjamin Hooks Library there by sonic .

They still didnt have any in so I got2 of the new Chicken sliders and a large tot and two route 44 drinks . My order was placed at 9:58am and then waited for 35 minutes for my order to come out .

when I got my order it was again not hot but the chicken inside the sliders was so hard that I had to throw them…

Ordered the Texas twisted chili dog. Asked for jalapeños on it and a large drink. When it came, the drink was a medium, no peppers and no fork. The server was very nice and got what we needed. The onion straws got really soggy before it was all eaten, even though there was very little chili.

The onion straws should be served as a side. Not my favorite and probably won't order again.

Sonic in Kingston, Ok half of their stall blocked with yellow tape. Not working for2 weeks. Drove to Durant, Ok. Ordered onion ring with a #1 on Friday night at 8. Was told they were out of onion rings, On Friday night before week’n. Come on.

The burger was very very well done to the point of being crunchy. I Usually don’t complain about things. But this is getting very very old. Thank you

A manager at sonic located at sonic in dothan al on Montgomery hwy next to northside walmart named brittany was very rude and disrespectful while I was asking her a question concerning my child that works there they take advantage of high school children both my daughter and son worked there money seems to always come up missing they are made to pay back frm ppl that's been there longer kids do the most wrk by cleaning the bathroom floors parking lots and

there just taken fully advantage of and I plan on making it known because I'm sure several kids and parents will co sign on what I'm saying brittany hung up in my face and refused to give me the number to her supervisor I expect this complaint to be taken seriously before I go live and ask others to join for voice's to be heard!

This place is an absolute joke at the Sonic in Middlesboro, KY. waited over 10 minutes to place an order and waited for 20 minutes for my food to be cold and my order to be completely wrong. The workers at rude and entitled.

My husband and I have gone to the Sonic on Portage Rd in South Bend two times. Each time the food was warm. , Fries were soggy. The next time burger was just warm. The best thing we got from Sonic was the shake.

Because of this we will not be returning to Sonic. Clearly the fries had been sitting for awhile and the hot dog also. Cynthia Howard

orderd 3 burgers and all 3 were wrong. when i told them that they were wrong the car hop came out to the car and i handed her the burgers. then i am informed that they were out of pickles.

got home and onion rings and tater tots which were cold because of waiting for the burgers. had to be reheated in the microwave. of course they were then soggy. but only 4 onion rings in a medium order. the chili cheese dog with added mustard and onions.

heated that in the microwave also. but all i could taste was mustard. smothered in mustard and could only see very little chili and no cheese. that is the worst sonic i have ever been to. called up there to complain and it rang for quite a while.

i didn't take a picture. wished i had.
