The last 2 times I have went to Sonic in Chillicothe Missouri it has literally taken 20-30 minutes to get my food and it was cold!

I do not know the store number but it is located in Decatur,Georgia on Flat Shoals Parkway. And it is VERY disgusting and humilating to know that the so called new " Operational manager " , LaRobert, spoke to him once about this the conversation was quickly ended because he hung up in my face rudely, is on a horrible disease spreading application via App Store or google play store called " Jack'd "a gay website for random HOOKUPS with nude photos.

We have his whole profile for documentation and proof. This is truly disturbing and shameful of sonics for allowing something like this, there's no telling how many males employees have been hired through the application and the real reason for their hiring.

The drive thru customer service at store 5072 was really bad, the person who took my order was really rude and had a bad attitude. When I finally finished placing my order, and get to the window to pay, the person at the drive thru never finalized and my order was never placed.

I had to place my order again. This person didn’t even do her job, and it is very sad that Sonic pays her for being rude with the customers. I talked with the manager at the window and she did’t care what I said, not even a sorry.

It is a Tuesday night at 8:15 pm, entered the drive-in window and was prepared to give my order (I chose Sonic for a reason, I wanted to eat there) I was promptly told there was a 20 minute wait for food and asked if I wanted to wait. We left.

There were three cars in the drive-through and three cars eating there in their cars. The first vehicle at the drive-in window had turned their car off and I suppose was waiting for food. Why would they not be asked to pull to a parking spot and take their food out to them and take other orders in the mean time.

I am currently at Sonic on highway 64 in Beebe, AR and ordered one drink. I am currently still sitting here after 35 minutes with no drink.

63. M. My ordered was completely messed up. I received no onion rings. & One dinner had fries. The manager or lead came out & said they ran out of onion rings @ 5. M. I asked what are they substituted it for.

She said for one onion ring. I said yeah for $17. I felt like if they didn't have the items for the chicken dinner. I should of been told before ordering. I used a card last night and I wished I used cash because I wouldn't of paid that much for a screwed up order.

At 128 pm on sat the 27 of Marc I pulled in sonic on getwell inMemphis. Pulled in pressed button and waited. welll at 138 I tried again. e man responded and was talking so fast I couldn't understand. I assumed he meant hold on.

144 I caught one of girls going by and ask what he was saying? She said probablythat that one is out of order. Really like I been here 15 minutes wouldnt it seem reasonable to tape an out of order sign on it?

I was trying to place an order on the app and the location that I was trying to pick showed temporary unavailable so I asked if they would still give me half off since their app was not working, the lady stated she can’t do it and that their app has been down for 3 days.

I asked her to honest the 1/2 price deal since it’s their app that’s down and she wouldn’t do it. I told her I didn’t want anything and went to another sonic that did.

I have been sitting at sonic for an hour in west memphis Arkansas due to my food being left in window to long and having to be remade because nobody ran it then when I do get it it’s not even close to what I ordered. An hour and I still don’t have any food. Yes it’s free now but In my opinion that doesn’t cover my time and my hungry family

This is a serious complaint!!! The questions I have for u today is what is the policy on workers bullying workers? The uniforms are they a true requirement? What do u do when the general manager won't do his job to the fullest?

The sonic in sonora texas is a mess within the employees n general manager. It is unsafe environment to work in. The day people won't wear their uniforms or masks n won't do their duties n they never get written up for it or even fired.

Dad at drive-thru window 30 minutes waiting on my mail really 30 minutes and rude service

The sonic in the Eunice, La Location has pissed me off for the 10th. I occasionally go to lunch there and order the same two sandwiches . They manage to mess it up EVERY TIME . I’m not a complete A-hole so the first FIVE TIMES I HAVE LET IT SLIDE.

Accepted the fact that they missed the only two condiments I ordered on the sandwich, but to mess it up TEN TIMES , is irresponsible . I have had it . The woman that brings my order is named Tonya.

I think she needs a reality check because the next time I go there and they do not put the only TWO items I asked for , the sandwiches are gonna be every else but the inside of my car .

Just tried for the third time to place order at sonic, Jay oklahoma site. Some one needs to do something at this place. There were at least 4 employees working inside and not one of them answered to take our order 15-20 we sat at the drive thru finally pulled up to the window and

I did not receive the tots that I had paid for , until I gotten home. I don't know if it was because they were rushing to close but they also didn't give me of the sauces that I had asked for .

We stopped by sonic on McCullough Blvd tupelo ms today and ordered 2 drinks a hot fudge Sunday and a blast. We ordered at 3:25. At 3:35 menu order board said Mac was on his way. After 4:00 my husband went to door to ask if they delivered to wrong vehicle and our order was sitting on counter and ice cream was melted.

He brought it back to car because we had already paid for it with card on menu board. It should not take 45 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 ice creams. The car beside us arrived after us and received and ate their food before we got ours.

I would like a refund.

Tried the bblt at the Kearney, Nebraska store. Very sloppily put together. The bacon was rock hard and slide off the bun when you bit into it Would have been better on toast. Shredded lettuce was falling with every bite Very disappointing

My family and I pulled into Sonic at the outer banks in North Carolina at Nags Head. There were a few teenagers sitting at one table outside so we were going to take another table. There was no signage anywhere on the tables that told you not to sit there.

Immediately as we opened our car doors to get out an employee came out and screamed at us. Screamed! He said the tables were closed and only the drive thru was open. He said he had to clean all the other tables to when the customers left.

He was aggressive, rude, and angry. We did not eat there. We Won’t eat there. He embarrassed the other customers that were there by shouting about them sitting at the tables. He looked to be in his thirties brown hair Medium build.

I hope to God he isn’t your manager.

I ordered a #4 which is bacon cheeseburger toastee with tots and tea and drive 30 mins home to find that they gave me a plain burger no cheese no nothing on it after I worked 12 hrs and paid $9.00 and got a plain freaking burger

This is the second time I have had to complain about this site (I do not call it a Sonic because it is not). I have been a customer of Sonic for YEARS. I have shopped at this location for at least four years.

They just changed management and this one sucks. I have been to this location in the past month three times and each time they either give very POOR service or NO SERVICE. I have set in the stall for up to fifteen minuets without getting help after pushing the red button.

If I do get someone to answer they get my order wrong or the person delivering the order gets it wrong. Today I ordered two orders of Tots a drink and a bag of ice. When the order was delivered all the lady brought was the tots, NO DRINK OR ICE????????????

I went to the sonic in Arlington TX off of park row and 360 they don’t honor the half price after 8 pm. They don’t wear face mask during this time of chronic 19. The manager made my sons ice cream cone and didn’t wear gloves.

I’ve visited the sonic drive-in in Keizer Oregon we had a lot of trouble with the girl the drive-through with her getting our order correct we get to the window order was incomplete but she ended up changing it for us and adding onto the order She did apologize but I get home and I found some wire piece in my food and my hamburger I pulled it out of the meat with my sister did actually but

then we called the customer back the offer to replace the meaI didn’t really want to do that but I just said go ahead and give them my name but I feel like I need to go beyond getting it replaced

The sign at sonic says 1/2 price cheeseburgers on tuesday using sonic app or mentioning when ordered. I went there tonight was told corporate says you have to order through the app only. If this is true they need to change their sign.

When you spend 30-40 dollars they give you one mint I guess you are to cut it in fours. A neighbor worked at sonic in Holden for seven years showed up every day did her job. A new owner or manager said they couldn't afford her anymore it broke her heart.

The sonic on Edgefield Rd in North Augusta, SC might be the worst slowest poorest service I have ever gotten the employees are rude every single time for things they got wrong, there have been times we waited for 15 plus minutes with only two or three cars in the drive thru total for 1 regular drink also they constantly get orders wrong and don't have everything in the bag absolutely horrible service every single time they need better management or any at all it seems like it's all kids working there anyway 0 stars.

I visit the Sonic on Johnston Street, at the corner of E-W Broussard & Johnston Street (Hwy 167) or the Sonic in Kaplan, LA. The mishap happened at Kaplan, from time to time they get the orders missed up; it happens.

But today I passed to get a route 44 & a ice cream cone, but after waiting approximately 30 minutes, I got fed up and left. They wouldn’t even answer the red button, it was activated but they wouldn’t answer, carhops kept going past, no one eleven came to see why I wasn’t getting anything.

Someone could have stop at my vehicle and asked are you waiting on something, I was there about a half hour or so! It wasn’t very busy, about 12-15 vehicles. I just think someone could have just yelled even, need something?

I ordered an order of chicken and two large Cokes on the Sonic app. I arrived a few minutes later and waited over 30 minutes for my food. I tried to talk to someone but was told they would be with me shortly and the light went back off.

Then a message came up that said Kaitlyn was on her way with my order and it was another 10 minutes! I asked to speak to the Manager and was told it would be awhile because they were so busy. I just left.

I asked the server if they waited until I arrived to prepare my order and she said orders were prepared in the order they come in. Now, at least 30 cars went through that drive-thru while I was sitting there.

So, where is the disconnect????

m. 6/3/2020- daughter picked up lunch for us. She ordered a cheeseburger and got no cheese. She ordered me cheeseburger with jalapeños, all the vegetables and mustard; I got a Cheeseburger with jalapeños, no veggies, no mustard, never ever got service like that.

The Sonic we go to is the original and first one in Round Rock TX on N Mays.

I stopped in this evening to get my husband a bacon cheeseburger like he requested (since he is at work) and NO WHERE does it state that you are not making a number 2 or a number 3 like I was told. Why offer food if there is no reason stated as to why you are not going to serve it?

Poor business and poor customer service. I've had nothing but positive things to say in the past, but tonight, not so much. I'm fairly disappointed.

My wife did online order and I went to pickup. At the outside kiosk I was quickly told to get in drive thru line and they shut of mic so I couldn’t say we did online order. After waiting 20 min in line I was told at the order mic I had to go back to kiosk and checkin.

She should have offered me a chance to tell her that the first time. In addition, I did not place the order therefore I would not have been able to checkin. My wife ordered and she was home. It seems unreasonable that the person that orders has to be the one to pickup so they can checkin.

Never got food but was charged.

The Sonic in Texarkana, Tx summerhill road need to do way better. Apparently they have been frowned upon since they opened. I personally didn't go but in Texarkana we have a group that you can speak about experiences in and this one is always bad and its expected.

I just wanted to let you know. Having someone wait 45min. for a simple meal is ridiculous cheddar peppers and 2 drinks she said and they refused to respond to her. I'm just a messenger. You should really look into that in the comments alot of people don't go to that one because its expected to be bad.

Hi, I went in on Friday March 20, 2020 around 11am, me and 2 coworkers had ordered 3 separate meals but decided it would be easier to just pay for the whole amount with my card at once. The girl associate came out and slid my debit card 3 times and told me that, that was the way to do it since it was for 3 different amounts.

My food I order from Sonic is never fresh especially tater tots and fries. They are obviously old even when they are covered with chili and cheese I can tell they aren't fresh at all. I love Sonic food and I usually go twice a week ,but I am tired of getting old food. Its disappointing to me.

I went to sonic in Little Rock, AR off of Geyer Springs Rd. I order a Country fry Steak meal. The meat was old and cold. My sandwich was mayo on both side of the buns no lettuce just tomato's and plenty of pickles.

They redid my sandwich which had lettuce on it so they took it back and did another one which the meat was dry and very old I just put it in the trash and left. But this is the worst place to eat at in the evening around 5.

The morning staff is awesome and give you fresh and hot food.

LAZY!!! Just flat out LAZY. In Odessa, TX my husband and I tried walking up to order our food since we drive a truck. The order screen and mic were broken, there were a few other customers who said they were waited on by the cargo girls so we waited.... and waited... and waited...

these girls walked by us 6 times and Never Once did they greet us. They even ignored us as we tried getting their attention. Then after I stopped one of them she still made me wait longer only to come back to tell me that they weren't taking orders manually anymore.

Then tried to shut the door on me. I asked for the manager who was very polite but still refused to take my order. This is flat out laziness

I went to Sonic in Florenve last night & got a bag of ice & (10) $0.50 corn dogs. The corn dogs were very cold. I had to come home & put them in the oven before we could eat them. I was so looking forward to a crispy hot corn dog & that didn't happen.
