My husband and I went to lunch yesterday 2/15/2020 around 2:15pm at the 3651 W. , Hemet, 92545 location. We pulled into to the stall and after deciding what we wanted, hit the button for service. We waited without acknowledgement for 15 minutes.

Decided that the button was broken, pulled out and into another stall where we waited for another 15 minutes. I finally went into the facility to see what the hold up was and looked as if a herd of snails were there out of boredom.

The young man that was the only one taking orders said that he had no power to chanthe order of who was there first. Our neighbor pulled in after us and had his meal before we were acknowledged. We ended up waiting another half hour to get our order and when we got it, the onion rings were cold and rubbery and both the…

This is the first time I have been to a restaurant that had this poor of service. The staff is not properly trained. The order was not correct three times. Food was over cooked staff no coronation. This is not a establishment that I would care to revisted.

Bad service. Female employee argued after I complained about wrong order. She wouldn't let me speak and she and started raising her voice. Asked for manager was told he was in his way. Waited 15 min. No manager.

Passing-by a Sonic, which a very long time ago was really great & tasty, in my neighboring city of Plant City, Florida, and needing simple nourishment, I gambled, since both Sonic's had closed in my home town of Lakeland.... Wonder why?

So, I'm only the 2nd car to grace this establishment, (2nd clue), and I asked The Hall Monitor for (no pickle - no ketchup - no cheese), being on a low-salt diet = just "lettuce and mustard" please!

The burger arrives "fully dressed" - minus mustard! Being alone, and parked next to the kitchen, I walked "the mistake" into the enclave, where 5 attendants all stared at this stranger entering the Forbidden Zone...

I repeated my request to waiting ears, where-upon the only non-millennial assured me: "No Problem', one minute!...... When the "2nd attempt"…

On January 15 2020 i Fashaundra Wright oreded a #6 combo between 1:50-2:10pm because happy hour had just started! Being that i was trying to be somewhere at a certain time i stopped by sonic to grab something to eat along the way, i took a nice size bite from my hotdog while driving after chewing and

swallowing i noticed a nasty funny taste i put the hotdog down pulled over and looked at the hot dog and noticed half of the bun was molded dark green and grey! I instantly threw up cancelled my appointment and went back to sonic!

I felt sick to my stomach all day! I know some mold can harm you but the manager on that shift didn't handle it properly! I will be going to the hospital to make sure my stomach sickness isn't from food poisoning!

I always would go to the sonic in Coolidge throughout the day. But there is a employed that has been working there for a few months now that is very rude and has poor customer service. She always makes me wait over five minutes.

She's always on the phone. Don't customers come first. They need to take her off shift. She's making sonic drive ins look bad. Supposed to be a professional at work but not at this location. She needs to be retrained. ASAP or let go.

I will not return until then. This is the person that opens during the week....

My husband and I went to Sonic on January 10, 2020 for dinner. All we wanted was a cheeseburger with chili, slaw, mayo and mustard. When we got our food and opened up our burger it was the worst, most unappetizing mess I have ever seen.

The burger had no slaw, mayo or mustard, but it had lettuce, pickles, chili and just a big mess. So messy you could not even pick it up to eat it. 00 on the worst food ever gotten there. 00 bill.

The cooks need to try to make the food as appetizing as the pictures on your menu boards. I hope our dog ate it because it was not edible for a human. I wish I had taken a picture of it because you can’t tell it bad enough.

EVERY TIME....I get a cookie dough blast and it don't matter from Wich sonic, and I've gotten one from different locations, I basically got a vanilla ice cream. There's a few pieces of cookie dough on top and that's it. It's like that.

Visited my brother in St. Mary's Ga last weekend. Went to the Sonic on 395 Charlie Smith Highway on Sunday (Nov. m. to get large shakes. For the 3rd straight time over the past 3 months the ice cream machine was down.

Really 3 times over the past 3 months have not been able to get a milk shake. Best shakes anywhere and I can never get one at this location. Ridiculous. Keep machine working or quit serving shakes at this location please.

Never have this problem at any other Sonic location. Only this one.

I worked at Lacey,WA. its disgusting inside. They don’t check temps, they don’t label anything, they hardly clean anything, theyre high all the time, the night shift managers are addicted to meth and are always high. Sam doesn’t do ANYTHING but sit on her phone and watch Netflix.

None of the managers do anything but sit on their phones. They don’t do anything they are supposed to do until they get a call that the health inspector is on his way. no one has food handlers cards. They don’t even ask for it when you get hired. Please investigate that Sonic. It’s gotten so bad.

Last Friday I was in Canyon Lake Texas and at the sonic there ordering a meal for my grandkids and daughter-in-law, I got the order and found while setting at the window they had not given me one of the items I order and another one was wrong. She took them back and said they replaced it, well what they did was add another foot long when it was to be a regular plain, She took the order back and

said they had it right, I got home and I was SHORTED one hot dog they way I wanted it. I was to tired to go back and was diffidently to mad to go thru this again. I got charged for one I never got and the and got a plain foot long that was suppose to be chili and onion.

I am sorry but I have always got good service at Sonic where ever I was. I have heard of this store being pretty poor in service.…

I went to Sonic 2 nights ago to get dinner. The same one that I always go to. I ordered on my cell like I always do. I sat in the stall waiting for my food for 45 mins. The weather was bad raining very hard.

I thought maybe that was the issue. But no , there where others there that got their food way after I ordered. This has happened before but not sure what the issue was. But now I feel singled out.

Saw tv ad for butter/garlic hamburger. The ad was so tempting, my husband & I bought 2.

At your location 3061 W. Hunt Highway, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 I ordered 2 hamburgers without anything on them and a crispy chicken sandwich the same way. Apparently the young cook thought it would be funny to place a 1inch square piece of onion in the very center of ALL 3 SANDWICHES.

My wife is allergic to onions. I went to the door to talk to the manager. The cook said “there are onions everywhere back here man, just pick them off” and that may be true but I find it really hard to believe that ALL 3 SANDWICHES had a single piece of onion in the dead center of the sandwich and

I know it was done to be funny.

My family loves sonic but tonight we went to a haunted house and stopped at the Leeds Alabama sonic and I was shocked by how NASTY the eating area and restrooms were, I would not let my kids use the potty in such filth! The manager was outside smoking with a group of kids outside You really need to address this location! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!’

I hate to think after the expense to open Sonic in Salinas,Ca. that it will close if customer service is not improved immediately. I have pushed the button for car service and no response. Then I have left my car and pushed the button at the patio with no response.

This concerns me and hopefully will concern you. Please fix customer service.

I had a siezure while working there, my emergency was never contacted about it, I was belittled for it, fired and the general manager has refused to give me my final paycheck. My siezure has been treated like a joke by every Sonic drive in representative I have contacted.

Sonic in mcgehee Arkansas is the worst place ever!!! Every time I order I say I never will again!!! Sent my daughter up to get supper mind you I live 20 mins from sonic. She gets home an has half the food and the half she has was incorrect.

(food industry can test you at times) But on the same token I like to eat someone else’s cooking sometimes. Then I send her back at this point it’s 815 pm. She has to wait 30 mins for the rest of the food.

And I called a specifically said have it ready. I have to feed my 82 year old bed ridden neighbor. Pathetic is wat mcgehee sonic is

Quality of preparation of food and food quality.

I’m 63 years old and have only complained about anything about 2-3 times my entire life. I am the person that thinks it’s better to compliment an employee who does a great job and let management know. This time, unfortunately I feel the need to complain.

I was running late for an appointment and ran thru the drive in because I had been craving a BLT. I do not think the quality meets your companies (or my) standard.

I am not asking for anything, just thought possibly your employees need more training or pride in their job. To them it might j be just another sandwich- I was running late and didn’t have time to stop and get anything else, so that was lunch for me.

I frequent 2 sonics BonneyLake and meridian in puyallup washington i order ahead on line at the puyallup 1 and EVERYTIME I am waiting for longer than 20 minutes for my ordered ahead items. The person at the mic is very rude to me.

Whats the use of ordering ahead if im waiting everytime that i do? I thought ordering ahead was for quick convenience to me? Am i wrong? If i am please inform me of the purpose of ordering ahead. I am not 1 to complain often i worked fast food myself.

On Saturday, August 31 we we're going to the OKC Dodgers baseball game. It was family and forster kids and CASA night. We decided to eat at Sonic in Bricktown before the game. Of course it was busy. There was a long line as we expected.

However, there was only 1 person cooking and one helper. The helper was no help whatsoever. One of the lady's who took orders was sipping on a ice pop. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. It took 45 minutes to get the food and the food was NOT the $28 worth of quality I'm used to by Sonic.

It was a very bad experience for us and our Forster Kids.

I was a customer of Sonic.net from March 2012 until August 2018. I purchased a DSL connection with the standard landline phone service, the bundled structure of which used and uses AT&T's (old) copper lines. The monthly charge in 2012 was $52. By 2019, with no increase in service or quality, the charge was $72. Each time my bill went up, it went up without notice.

At least, back then, I received a bill -- or invoice. Or used to.

But then in 2019, the CEO Dane Jasper made the stupid decision not to send a monthly invoice to customers. Rather, he forced them to log in to a database at Sonic.net to find the bill.

I ordered two crispy sandwiches, two cheeseburgers, two fires and two milkshakes for my son and myself. I live about 15 minutes from the restaurant and took the food home. The cheeseburgers did not have any meat in them at all.

The bun was there with the dressing, pickle etc.. but not the burger. I called and told them my complaint and they just said they were very busy. I understand being busy, but she was really not concerned and didn't even offer a way to make it right.

She just wanted to know if I was coming back for a replacement.

I have been going to Sonic on Twin city Hwy in Port Arthur Texas for years. I know how long it takes to make a burger and I know how long it take to get deliver to me. On 7-27-19 on my way to work I stop to Sonic (my favorite) on twin city I don't understand how after 5-10 mins I received my hamburger and proceed to go to work before I check my ordered.

When I got to work and seen my hamburger, what I ordered was the jalapeños hamburger combo and from the looks of it I believed it was a double meat cheese hamburger that someone didn't pick it up and they just threw a hand full of jalapenos on it with no tomatoes, no mayo or mustard both buns dry and hard.

Until things changes and hire older crew I will be taking my business else and something has to get done before Sonic loose customers…

I ask for 4 hot dogs: 1 with the meat or the chillie beans and the cheese. 1 with meat or chillie beens (whatever you want to call it), and 2 with nothing, just the sausage. They deliver to me 1 with everything and 3 with just cheese and the chillie beens....thats it. No sausage. In which head fits that I will like bread and cheese with chillie..

I use the sonic app almost daily. I have greatly enjoyed the order ahead experience at every location EXCEPT the location in Greenland Arkansas. This location is on my drive to work. I have used the order ahead at this location 3 times in the last month.

All 3 times my wait has been a minimum of 15 minutes after my arrival, with NO apologies. Yesterday I ordered a large SPRITE and after 10 minutes I pushed the red button and was told it was on its way, it finally arrived 5 minutes after that.

I will NEVER use this location again!! The staff is unapologetic and rude.

No complaint, only a great compliment to Antonio Allen at the Brentwood Sonic went above and beyond his duties with his customer service skills. Please make sure he is recognized. He couldn't hear me so he came to my car. After my food was delivered he came out again to make sure my order was correct. He is a keeper. Please pass along my thanks.

I am a daily customer at the Sonic in Brownsboro, Texas. Usually I purchase at least 3 Route 44 drinks a day, and meals 2-3 times a week. However, on July 4th I went through the drive thru and a team member brought my drink to my car in line and took my debit card. When I arrived at the window, my card was no where to be found. I had to cancel my card, on a holiday, and the manager on duty promised I would receive a phone call after they reviewed the cameras to see what happened. I'm unsure why they couldn't review the cameras right then so I could have been saved the hassle of having to worry, cancel my card and not being able to use my card for other purchases far dat.

However, I never received a phone call. I asked about it the next day and still got no answers and again gave my number…

3 or 4 times we had Blizzards, with hardly any of the cookies mixed in. 39 for a worthless cup of vanilla ice cream! Hardly any Butterfingers. virtually NONE! This was at6525 Raytown Rd. Raytown MO. And 2 or 3 times the same story for Sonic at 23 rd st, near hwy 291 in Independence MO.

McDonalds is ALWAYS ample with their cookie fillers---Sonic is a ripoff! Trust me--will be getting their Flurries from now on all the time. No don't want a credit, just know you lost 2 customers permanently thanks the 2 mentioned stores.

The sonic in Harrah ok. Needs someone grown up to watch over the kids not doing there jobs right I go there 2 to 4 times a week and they never get my order right. Today I was going out late because I was hungry it was about 9:57 and we went up to the drive through and the lady taking said how can I help you and we did not answer because we were still thinking and then in a louder more sassy voice said how can I help you!

And we said just a moment please and then right away this rude lady answered in a supper mean sassy voice saying just so you know we close in 3 minutes!! And so we left without saying anything so I looked online and it said the it actually closed at 11pm and not 10 pm.

This was in Jackson ohio in Massillon. VERY disappointed with sonic at the moment!!!!

We order 3 Coney dog combo but they said we could not get cherry limeade or soda cause they didn't have carbonated water. So I told them can you please upgrade the drinks since they're only offering the slushies they said no they should have offer us for our inconvenience, and to top it off are food was cold.The other Sonic's are real nice to us you'll never go to that one again the one on New Braunfels Street, in San Antonio Texas hope we get some kind offer for are inconvenience.Thank you

i do not enjoy getting a hamburger that the bun is cold and the meat tastes like it was cooked earlier and set aside. i ordered a hamburger and within 2 minutes it was delivered to me. that shows the meal is already cooked.

i was very young and used to go to top hat and then sonic in shawnee. i remember there were 3 different hamburger fillings . is there anyway you can tell me the sauces used on the burgers. there was one i loved

I came to Sonic on the Post Rd. in Milford, CT. at 2:45pm on July 13, 2019 for a quick bite to eat. I went to the Drive-In Stall(Bay)1. I waited 8 minutes before I ordered. Once someone acknowledged that I was there I waited another 5 minutes to place the order.

Once I put my order in and received it. They messed up the burgers. So I called the server back over before he went inside and told him that they did mess up the double cheeseburger. It was suppose to be ketcup only which it did indicated on the receipt.

He said sorry and no problem let me go fix it. i was waiting for 25 minutes for the burger so I went around to the entrance and had my son go in to see what is going on. I waited in the car for another 10 minutes and I went in finally.

I should preface my remarks my remarks by sharing I was a former manager at this location as well as the Lexington and Clemens locations. I ordered a foot long (they were out of onions) It was 8:15 PM and it barely warm. Check the temp log! There was a large puddle between the doorway to the kitchen and the dining room. And, the flood was sticky well into the dining area. The tea should have been sweeter. A floor drain cover was missing at the kitchen entrance.

I identified my self as a former manager to the I dividual on duty pointing out the unsafe floor conditions, but she made no effort to address it during my stay! (I'm recovering from a stroke and was walking with a cane.) Labor had to be off the charts! But, traffic was all but non-existent !
