Why is it so difficult to arrange for a technician to come and resolve a problem with our TV? We have a 6yr guarantee. I have complied with all of requirements of Sony. I am at a loss to understand all the prevarication.

Should have know when sony got hacked they do care about their users. Imagine logging into a gta server to hear some toxic player spitting racial slurs and telling them to shut up only to be have holocaust and kike references hurrled at you.

I messaged him saying "I bet you don't have the balls to type out that racist shit" which probably violates the standards I understand that, but allowing me to defend myself for being called a kike whose grandparents deserved tho die in a gas chamber is pretty disgusting. Do better sony.

I should be able to use my games offline or log into your website to make a complaint. Once again I don't want an apology do better.

Their refund policy is a scam, unlike Microsoft where you can play a game and you decide you’re no longer interested in that said game you are able to refund it and get your money back, but the way Sony works is that if you even play the game and you’re still in the 14 day time period to request a refund, you are unable to get your money back.

I’ve never had a problem with Sony until now. So I highly suggest that if your planning to go request a refund for a game you lost interest in don’t even try to request a refund because they won’t allow you to get your money back, and

if something like this EVER happens again then I will be switching back to Xbox because they actually treat their customers with RESPECT and help through ANY situation they are in

Four years ago, I purchased a 75-inch Sony Bravia TV. I was delighted with the picture quality. We paid nearly four thousand dollars for what is now worthless. Unfortunately, the television no longer has a picture, and Sony does not make the part to fix it.

Best Buy, the company that sold it to us, charged us 100 bucks to tell us there was nothing they could do. I am angry that a company can build a product, sell it in stores like Best Buy and provide no support.

I have sent the required information to the Indian representatives at least TEN times. The still won't answer any questions on how or where to get my TV fixed. I also sent them all pictures of my warranty documents & where I purchased TV.

When I get an email from them it says " sorry for inconvience" Also non of them can answer a direct question. I will never buy a Sony product again. Worst customer service in my whole lifetime.

Trying Online purchase (www.playstation.com), 2 items, 1st entering 3 (debit + credit) cards all with error message. My Sony 65" Bravia TV will no longer connect to AIR PLAY/Screen Mirroring ?? I have called Technical support over 10 times? I left my nam in bank for them to return my call, and when they finally did, they hung up, this happened several times?

After speaking with support and allowing them access to my TV to try various settings, adding apps, and checking settings, nothing worked after over 2 hrs on phone with them?? , After over an hour on the phone with them and they did the same thing plus more as the 1st support team, issue was still not resolved?

In mid/late September of 2022 I sent in my PS5 for repairs under their warranty and it's now January 2023 and not only have I NOT gotten my PS5 back yet but I also haven't even gotten any updates since then either. UPS supposedly picked the package up from my house and since then it's vanished into thin air. And what's worse is that the only way to contact anyone about this issue is to either call them or do live chat but of course they're only open during specific times and of course during the times they're open i'm unavailable since I work night shifts and they're only open during the day when i'm sleeping. I was going to email them but of course they don't have email and obviously want people to be inconvenienced.

I have waited time and time again (hours on hold via chat help), for a Sony rep to help me put in a repair order for my ps5 dual sense controller. Sony’s website will not recognize my serial/model number, strangely. I have entered it every way possible, including the way she told me. The agent had the audacity to ask me if my ps5 was legit. I proceeded to give her the serial and model of my ps5 to show her it’s all legit. After that I never heard from her again. She ended the chat and hung up (virtually). Left me sitting there like an idiot, waiting for her to respond. Which of course she did not. Next day, I tried again. Waited 30 minutes on hold (text chat) and not a single response from anybody. This was within operating hours too.

BDP-S1700 Blu Ray/DVD video player.

I obtained a Blu Ray/DVD player from CITI Corp by cashing in points accumulated over the years by using their card. It did not work and I contacted Sony nCustomer Service. Turns out it was a total waste of time as I could not provide 1 piece of information and they refused to talk top me or pass me on to a supervisor.

To add insult to injury, I received an e-mail today advising me I can purchase a maintenance contract from Sony. I am so embarrassed for your insensitivity in stepping to such a dept in posting something like to a disgusted customer that has a product which is totally useless. Purchased a very expensive pair of Sony "refurbished" headphones for my son a few months ago from a trusted, well reviewed vendor. A month or so later my son was complaining about his ear having pressure and a popping noise.

Long story short, after visit to ear Dr etc, we realized it was a defect in his headphones, not his hearing. I called Sony (due to the expiration of our return window with Vendor) & they said there wasn't a warranty however as an exception they were willing to replace them with a new unit (even though his unit was "renewed/refurbished" which we had disclosed along w/serial number, all info etc). We were thrilled!

By far the worst experience and customer service.

I bought a Sony bavaria TV that blew up within 8 months of purchase. I had to go through a painful ordeal through the Sony warranty people. after a month of going back a fore, they eventually replaced my tv with another another broken TV. I then had to go through the whole thing again to get the "new" broken tv replaced. this has been going on for a further two months now and Sony help have no answer and will not help with the shipping of the replacement.

in total its been 3 months going back and forth with Sony. They dont seem to want to help and only make matters more confusing. the TV was almost delivered on the 26th on November however, the paperwork did match the TV I had, so no delivery could be made.

Sony customer service is a service only in name, they will do nothing to work with the consumer even in lieu of faulty products and the customer being well within their rights to seek a refund or help with soft/hardware.

Customer service will disconnect from you after dropping a company copy/paste response even if you’re in the middle of formulating a response of your own, they do not care to hear what you have to say and are only their to deny any fix unless it’s something that serves them.

An incredibly unscrupulous and greedy company that does not care about the customer after they’ve received your money, worst customer service experiences of my life have been had solely through Sony.

My account , (less than a month old),was hacked in the middle if the night. Having discovered this, I being an adult immediately cancelled my card. I was locked out of my account, by the hackers putting a two step verification code on my account.

About three hours on hold, got it removed and went on my way. Two weeks later they suspended my account for charge backs. You are told by email to fill out a form, as to why you should be reinstated.

You cannot call anyone, email or anything, because you don’t have an account. My account was reactivated 48 hours later.

Went to Sony support online chat to reconnect internet after completing update. Stayed on for nearly 4 hours and did all that was told to do.

Finally support said do a forced factory reset. After numerous tries and gettin caught in a loop and not finishing was told to get tv serviced. Now i pay almost as much for service as for new tv. Would have been better off without calling.

Have alway had great experience with Sony before, but should not have to buy new TV after just following support service. They were courteous, but not competent and left me off worse than ever. Instead of no internet i have no working tv.

on August 13, 2019, I purchased 1-Play Station Plus 12 month membership, on line from my Target Red Card Account for the amount of $59.99. I am a Senior and I did not realize I was purchasing such on digital, which was to be a birthday gift for my grandson.. On the next day I called Target customer service inquiring about delivery, expecting it would come by UPS. It was at this time; I was informed that it was sent to my email, and it was digital. All services are down and I cannot get a hold of anyone to give me any information at all. Sony should be ashamed of their lack of quality customer service as I could experience this issue with Microsoft or any other company and they would give me answers.

All I wanted to find out was an ETA if they have one and if my account information would be affected but they cannot do that. I have emailed, called, Facebook messaged and Tweeted with no luck. This is unacceptable.

Regarding my Sony tv xbr65x850c, I have spent at least three hours with increasingly higher levels of technical support with no success.

I do not want to speak with another technician because they have all said they can’t fix despite trying numerous ways. Also I have seen online that many other Sony tv customers have the same complaint which tells me, and others, that one of your most recent system upgrades have caused this failure so it must be researched and corrected at your programming level.

THE PROBLEM:

The tv will play perfect 3d from a Sony blue Ray player but will not play SBS 3d videos from you tube despite trying to play the “Sony sbs 3dsnake”.

I recently helped a friend purchase a 65 XBR from a store I owned in years past. They are 100% Sony dealers for over 20 years. The TV arrived bad out of the box. Once set up and mounted the picture displayed wild color bars across the bottom 3rd of the panel. 00 Tv Brand new.

We have been trying to get satisfaction from Sony Customer Lack of Support for 4 months and have finally accepted that our 4 grand TV will never be properly dealt with by Sony. The latest is to resend all imaginable picture so they can decide what type of service man they will send.
