My Sony 65" Bravia TV will no longer connect to AIR PLAY/Screen Mirroring ?? I have called Technical support over 10 times? I left my nam in bank for them to return my call, and when they finally did, they hung up, this happened several times?
After speaking with support and allowing them access to my TV to try various settings, adding apps, and checking settings, nothing worked after over 2 hrs on phone with them?? , After over an hour on the phone with them and they did the same thing plus more as the 1st support team, issue was still not resolved?
T direct, which I did because issue was not resolved in over 48 hrs. T. said they would move my case to next level team which would contact me in 72 hrs??? In the mean time I still don't have access to the AIR PLAY/Screen Mirroring function…
