Poor Service... I purchased a SONY TV in November 2020. A month ago (End of July 2021), the TV starting having white lines at the bottom. Sony confirmed eligibility for a replacement. After 3 weeks of waiting, the replacement TV arrived (newest model of the model I bought)...
It was already broken... (Looks like something fell on it, or it was poked, no clue but it doesn't work).
I have yet to discuss any options with the case worker or anyone for that matter because no one will respond or contact me back.
I know TVs aren't very important, but I paid for it and I pay for services... I want my damn TV!
Side note, they really should make it available to pick up a new tv at the store it was purchased from... Doesn't suprise me that its broken when it is coming from California.
