I have been a customer of specteum cable for a ling time but since i have been a customer of this cable service i have been very dissatisfied with this company and today when I calked the customer service to fix my cable issue. I am still missing alot of channels from the basic packages like cannel 18-217.
And my problem still is not fixed and they where wanting me to upgrade my cable package that i already had. So at this point spectrum cable needs to send out a tech to fix the issue
