Spectrum keeps price gouging. I jave been a customer for a few years and ever 6 months to a year they increase my bill and say it was the end of a promotion. Our bill trippled ove 3 years.
Can not talk to a real person about the ongoing channel dispute between Disney and Spectrum.
Call last week to upgrade cell phone. Customer in good standing. Agent charged my debit card twice unauthorized. Week later no corrections aftet talking with 7 customer svs reps, 4 supervisors. Up till today i was told glitch in there system and i have to wait while they work on svs ticket.

88 year old mother recieved letter with new channel lineup, several important channels eliminated, called to see about upgrade, foudn out when husband died, her name was takein off, not his. customer service rep suggested she start new account, promised equipment 8/26 with cuttoff 8/27. nothing arrived 8/26... emails confirmed cutoff 8/27 and then two other emails estimating equipment arrive 8/28 and 8/29. Because your system requires a SS# when purchasing a product outright, I have an issue. It is illegal to deny service because of a SS #. I’m buying a product outright. There is No Credit check. Your system doesn’t allow a bypass of this procedure and no one that I’ve been able to speak with can by pass this.

Spectrum sent me a replacement phone for a damaged phone. Now they want me to pay for a new phone, because they rejected my warranty claim, and also pay for the broken phone. They are not allowing me to return the replacement phone and are charging me full price.
I ordered a circuit for our Bradenton Florida location about a year ago. We moved to a different suite a month ago and needed both suites up and running so I ordered a new circuit for that suite, and now am trying to cancel the original circuit.

I subscribe to Spectrum 2017 for TV/internet/phone. I have had constant outages (in out) for months. Spectrum service have and continue unable to fix the multiple problems. From nationwide outages to service outage every other day . We was told we would get a credit and you will not believe it was 2.69. WHAT A JOKE . I have been interrupted, talked down to, rudely spoken to and hung up on. 97. I made a complaint and a ticket was put in but denied claiming denial was due to the sim card in the iPhone being removed and placed into another phone.
This is incorrect there has never been a sim in that phone first of all and a rep at spectrum is the one that turned the service on that phone by using an esim.
Also I have had issues with trying to get my line switched to a different phone for a week now it worked once then it stopped everyone I spoke to told me something different. I was blamed for setting it up wrong when I have no control over setting up the esim from spectrums side.
There is more but I would need to speak with someone about all my unfortunate and unnecessary situations.

There's a guy working in the Longwood florida office who is a felon, he harrassed me while working sales at a Walmart and now I can't go to that location anymore. He has done this to many women- gets a sale then sends other customers info to your cell saying that it's a third party verification and tells you to just click yes on all questions.

Any time a customer gets rerouted between 8 representatives over a 3 hour call for spectrum issues caused by the company itself, is a red flag the company os poorly managed and needs ro revamp its systemic flaws. Less than one star for the distress this company has caused me and others I have spoken with.
One of the 8 sales resolution members hollered his way through 10 minutes of insisting he was experienced and in the right in handling an issue. A promised discount for an error they made was applied. This error involved a sales member suggesting TVs that weren't comparable to spectrum causing TV exchanges and the installer was also unaware which TVs were comparable.

After losing my job and realizing that quickly I was not going to be able to pay bills on time, I began responsibly calling those I would owe money to so I could explain my situation and cut costs as quickly and as much as possible until such time that I had income once again.
On June 22, 2023, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a CSR explaining my situation and hearing how he so wanted to help me. He even offered up a number to see if I could get reduced costs services.
What he DID NOT do is say "I notice your billing period ends in 27 days. Went into Spectrum Store twice in Ocala store on 200. The same guy doesn’t want to even work the keyboard to find out or help me.
First time a problem with service. Oh restart your phone is about all you can do. No other solutions he didn’t want to be bothered. Today same thing I told him my phone was locked and needed a puk code.
Well did you get it from us! Why is it locked! I don’t know what PUK even means. After his lazy ass looked up my business account he changed his attitude but by that time I was pissed to be treated so rudely.

This place is such a rip off! I ordered a phone online and had it shipped. I opened the box and realized it was the wrong phone. I had to send it back and they charged my a $50 restocking fee for a phone I never even turned on.
They recieved it and then charged me $450 for damages to the phone. It was NOT damaged! They said that it must have gotten damaged through shipping. They then said that I needed to file a claim through fedex. I did that and fedex denied my claim because they said that an addendum was added to my contract and I was responsible.
I totally regret changing my phone service to them! Now I’m stuck in a contract and will have to pay to get out. I’m so upset about this.

Had cable/internet problems with spectrum on a consistent basis beginning the latter part of April my neighbors or myself was calling them out seem like every other day, finally on around May the 2nd they ran what I call a jumper between my house and a neighbor house, the problem now is they won’t come out and take care of the line that they have left running above ground, I’ve made Numerous attempts to find out my the line is still above ground after two and

I did an equipment swap in Canon City, CO at the Spectrum store. They could not locate the modem I returned on their computer. I had already activated the new modem. I showed them my Spectrum app on my phone.
Numerous attempts were required to locate the old modem in their system. Then prior to giving me the receipt for the modem the manager engaged in high-profile attempts to learn about my phone service, which is not Spectrum. I was clear that I was not interested in changing my phone service.

Hi, I would like to explain my experience that took over 4 hours to just change my address on file and to order a new phone. I originally tried to place an order for a new phone on the spectrum mobile website because I was eligible for an upgrade and my current phone is cracked in many places and barely usable.

Good Afternoon. On Friday June 2nd, 2023, I called Spectrum to remove the landline phone number and add TV to our business account. 99. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with the representative on Friday, only to find out today that the representative had not completed the order.
