Absolutely the worst cable service around. Can’t reduce your plan ; $75 is basic internet cost with no lower price. Basically stuck with a $250 plan and if want to eliminate an option, they don’t prorate your account either. mid-month.

Force you to wait until close to billing cycle to get your money’s worth aid payment.

Train ur reps regarding respect for ur customers and our senior citizens. I'm one of them, 70 yrs old. The young man that I engaged with maybe an hour ago needs be dismissed from this job. Hopefully, ur Interested enough to follow up on this.

It happened about 2 hours ago. 05-12-2023. He wasn't interested in my problems and laughed at me. Held my phone up, by not hanging up for approximately 15 or so minutes.

Been a customer for years buy a new phone need a my wifi password which was years ago and do not have.After simply asking for a password I was asked several questions then after asking 3 times for a password they refused and I hung up on him.I just got a nest security camera and cannot use it either because apparently a wifi password is like the keys to Fort Knox.Either I have a wifi password by the end of today or I will terminate service and have AT&T over here tomorrow.

I purchased a phone at Spectrum in Round Rock, Texas. Eight days later the phone overheated and locked up and would not work. I back to the Store I purchased it at and they told me they could not help me, that they do not service phones they only sell them. When I would try to use the phone, it would not operate at all, but the police showed up at my door twice saying the phone was dialing 911. I got no help from the manager at the store in Round Rock, Texas on Louis Henna Blvd. They basically told me I was out of luck because I did not have the box. What happened to customer service?? It must be a foreign concept to your company. I am canceling all of my services and will tell everyone I meet that customer service is not one of your assets.

Been trying to drop Spectrum Voice for a year. Been on hold for 35 minutes to achieve. Nothing. All I want is internet nothing more. I want back pay for as long as you signed me up for a landline that I never needed.

I am currently a customer spectrum and I have had nothing but issues. m. m. Eastern standard Time. I do work from home and if this continues to happen I could possibly lose my job and if that happens I fully expect spectrum to 100% take care of this as it will be their fault.

I went to the store in El Paso on Sunland Park Dr. There were at least 30 people and only 4 workers. I waited over an hour and they couldn't take cash. I was asked to step out of line.

I told them my wife would be there in 10 minutes and that I didn't want to get out of line. After almost 10 minutes, the so called supervisor came out to try and kick me out of line. My wife got there just as he was getting aggressive and she paid the bill.

It was a horrible experience,and the supervisor just stands around with his hands in his pockets and wouldn't help anyone. So inefficient and robotic like. This place needs a total redo. The employees there are not friendly and super fake.

I sent back a device that Spectrum was going to charge me $10 a month for 15 minutes. I lost my UPS receipt on returned item to Spectrum.. went through six different phone calls over a month, trying to resolve an issue about return of the . device.

Each time customer service said they never received return device. Each time they told me I would be charged full amount.. I told them I knew I returned it. I finally found my return receipt from UPS and informed Spectrum.

It took two weeks to credit my account. I received no apology whatsoever, which is very upsetting. How could they not see that they did receive it. This playlist shows that Spectrum’s not interested in anyone but themselves. And also they’ll overcharge you if they get a chance.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from "Leadership" Team Member Sunny B. located out of the Kentucky area. I have been with Spectrum for serval years now however, I find myself seeking other services. On March 29th I placed an order to (1) upgrade my existing service internet and (2) add services at another location.

When placing my order for the upgrade, I was not told new equipment was needed. Yes, I even ask that very question before moving on the part two. The upgrade was finalized and we moved onto the second part of my service call.

I moved in to care for my dad 4 yrs ago. I had him switch to Spectrum & we added a cell phone for me to use. Fast forward to now, my father has passed and I've spent a year trying to get his name off my cell phone.

Finally, I cut that line off and added a new line in my name. I paid for the last month of service on that cell phone, and now they say I still owe another month. I didn't use that phone.

It was to be disconnected but I still owe?? That's raping and robbing people plain and simple. Why do I have to continue to pay for a cell phone I no longer use?

This has been absolutely horrible. They wasn’t communicating amongst themselves if the construction was done or not and I had two different techs come out for a install and had to be there so they could explain to the person on the phone what’s needing to be done just to watch them argue about who’s job it is to do the construction part.

Would call me and tell me that more construction needs to be done but not have any idea when or who or what had to be done.

We made a big mistake when switching to this company. I don't recall ever being this frustrated continually with any one company. The conversion was a disaster, and it was obvious that one department was not able to communicate with the other.

Much time and effort on our behalf was spent to get the finished product close to what was promised. Most recently, we are currently trying to drop a line from our bill. I made the first call 2 weeks ago, and found out today that Spectrum did not follow through.

Today, I've been on the phone for over a half hour still trying to them to drop a #. Seems their system is designed to discourage the customer from reducing their bill, perhaps in an effort to make the customer give up before the reduction is implemented.

I visited your Myrtle Beach store on Dick pond road and the representative named Daniel was the most condescending and disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. I was there following orders from corporate fixing issues with my service. Apparently Daniel didn't agree with corporate and accuse them of wanting to get me off the phone.

He even disrespected another customer that didn't know the sign in procedure. To the point that I had to defend your customer. Almost canceled my entire account over the blatant disrespect I was shown. I still might.

Spectrum overly bills. They charge you twice in the same month. They lie saying they never received your payment. When you call customer service they give you the run around for hours. The customer service reps are lazy and they never resolve billing issues.

You have to repeat the billing issue over and over and over and over and nothing ever gets fixed. They blocked access to my ability to view my mobile bills after I spoke to alot of customer service reps. Management will talk over younand argue like a little kid.

Today I payed off the last bill that was sent to us. It's important to me that your company knows how your customers are being treated. We canceled after our autopayment was shut off (not by us) not once but twice.

They signed me up, and charged me for services I asked not to have. They then badgered me into keeping said services when I asked to cancel them. They pressured me into accepting mobile service I did not want, and stated their was no charge.

I bought a new Apple 14 plus. It wouldn't activate. I called Spectrum and it was an issue on Spectrum's part as the esims were down. As my Mom was in the hospital and I was moving, I HAD to have a phone.

So, I went into the Spectrum store and was told I would have to add another line so I could call my family. 99 I paid for the line. About 3 hours later, my new phone was activated. I went back to the store and was told I would NOT receive a refund.

I called on 3/8/23 to discontinue my cable…. The guy I had ( name might be sal) was helpful at first But after I asked him why is it taking 20 minutes to do this simple task he was very rude . Random internet outages Checking my surrounding neighbors and they are having the same issue, yet when I call customer service. I finally got a chance to watch a couple of my shows around 11:30pm, this is March 6,2023; unfortunately, at about 12:14 the screen froze up?! This happens repeatedly and it is always right after midnight, so it is obvious that they are they are doing maintenance!

We have never seen a company do more maintenance than Spectrum, but to do it a few nights at the same time every night; apparently they assume most people are in bed already and will not notice, that is not the case. For what we pay monthly for all of the same old shows that only have on their same old reruns is ridiculous!

I am so fed up with the quality of their service, I guarantee you that we are not the only people that see what they are up to; the fact that they also make sure that they unfreeze the screen always around…

Rude customer service at the Spectrum Store at 210 Louis Henna Blvd. Round Rock Texas. Everytime I go into this store to pay my bill on the kiosk machine I am stopped and told that they aren't using the kiosk.

I asked why and was told by the manager they want their customers to come face to face with them. I was told to sign in and wait. This isn't right. I don't want anything except to pay my bill. This has to stop.

I received the March 2023 bill from SPECTRUM. They are my internet provider. The bill is $ 84.99. I was told by them that I was UN-ENROLLED in the ACP on February 2nd. Since when? I was never informed. I just checked and my application says enrolled. I RE-ENROLLED in January. I have the ID number. But SPECTRUM SAYS I WAS UNENROLLED. Do you think that someone on Social Security is going to pay $ 84.99? 54.99 IS BAD ENOUGH. I AM FURIOUS!!!

This is the COMPLAINT I sent to FCC today March 5th, 2023.

I was never unenrolled. I re-enrolled on FEBRUARY 2nd, 2023. I am fairly sure I called SPECTRUM. I demand my CREDIT. I am on social security.

I live in Windward Village in Spring Hill, Florida where they went on a bulk rate plan as of February 1. I started paying them for my internet and tv service on that date but I still keep getting bills from Spectrum. Today I received one for $187 with a note that I was now late in paying my bill. Dear Spectrum, No complaints of service or anything like that. BTW my first job out of college was programming a MUSIC CHANNEL for Warner's Qube experiment. They were just laying all their cable and if I'd had a business brain instead of 'artistic', I had MTV 3 years before Pittman!!! Oh well.

Got transferred from CC to Spectrum. My phone got the e- sim. My wife with same phone gets the run around and has no service. For days now the ticked 3 and 4 try and try. No phone connection .

I was interested in Spectrum mobile so I called customer service to see how I would go about activating 2 phones I bought. According to the Spectrum website, both phones are compatible with their service, and when I called, the Spectrum representative asked for each IMEI so the compatibility could be verified for sure.

I asked if I could go to a Spectrum store to get SIM cards and activate right away and they said yes so I went to the one located at 6013 Wesley Grove Blvd #108, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Two workers there told me neither of the phones I purchased were compatible with Spectrum, and they refused to provide me with SIM cards.

I left the country during the pandemic and got locked out of the country. Before I left I put my account on auto pay because I would not have any internet or phone service. I authorized internet only. Upon my return I noticed my bill was very. high for just internet.

99 a month for tv service that I never authorized or wanted. I called Spectrum and asked for proof whether written or verbal that I authorized this since I am the only person on the account to add or delete services and they could not show me my authorization.

On the 12th Nov. 2022. My Account was ILLEGALLY closed down by someone. We went out for a couple of hrs, came back to zero services. I spent the next 3 hrs on the phone to them, trying to get services back on A new Account had to be set up first.
