I rec'd new equipment, that I did not know about, even tho the package stated I did. At 9a I started the new install. By 10a I was on the phone, as the website and app was not working. I spoke to billing @least 2 times, and tech all of the other hours.
My acct was NOT set up for the new equipment, and there were many excuses why this wasn't set up. Every person I spoke with, very nice and professional, except a supervisor that called me at the end, by 830p, who could have cared less about the entire situation.
Everyone I spoke with assured me that this would be resolved by the end of each call. I spoke to 7 people, and no one had an answer. My last phone call was over 3 hours. Regardless of all of this, yep, no internet at the end of the day.
