I hate that just because you are my provider, you add all these extra Spectrum ads to my TV viewing. Your ads are annoying and one guys screens like he's at a soccer match screaming "goalllll" but he's yelling about your cell phone plan.

I run to the TV and quickly put it on pause so I can speed past it later. Your ads give me anxiety!

I live in Kihei, Hawaii on Maui. For the past several weeks we have been experiencing vocal outages on several channels, most prominent I’d channel 1109, FOX News. There are gaps in the dialog on the program where the sound goes silent on an intermittent basis.

I rec'd new equipment, that I did not know about, even tho the package stated I did. At 9a I started the new install. By 10a I was on the phone, as the website and app was not working. I spoke to billing @least 2 times, and tech all of the other hours.

My acct was NOT set up for the new equipment, and there were many excuses why this wasn't set up. Every person I spoke with, very nice and professional, except a supervisor that called me at the end, by 830p, who could have cared less about the entire situation.

Everyone I spoke with assured me that this would be resolved by the end of each call. I spoke to 7 people, and no one had an answer. My last phone call was over 3 hours. Regardless of all of this, yep, no internet at the end of the day.

My complaint is how Spectrum does not give a damn about its best and loyal customers. I have been a customer for over 40 years with Spectrum and before that Time Warner. How do I get rewarded for my excessive $ spent and numerous years of loyalty?

I get rewarded with yearly out of control increases, while new customers get rewarded with significantly lower prices. Why don’t you offer to keep regular customers happy by keeping the same price or discounts for at least 5 years. We’re the ones keeping Spectrum profitable, not the transient customers who change after one year searching for the next deal.

Stay far away from this horrible company. They have zero support except to blame the consumer and tell you to turn off your computer and turn it on again. I was on the phone for almost 3 hours with spectrum and all they did was argue with me.

I asked for 2 different supervisors each one more stupid than the first. They didn't listen to me, tried to bully me and did NOT accept responsibility. I am reporting them to everyone I've found in power. The only reason I called was to change my password and they broke my computer.

I cancelled my aunts Spectrum account last week as we are moving her into an assisted living situation. I needed to return the equipment but since both of the offices in our county have been closed recently I had to make a special trip and drive to Marion, Ohio.

Yes, UPS store takes these but to drive there would have been another 10 miles. That's not my real complaint. My complaint is that when I called to discontinue service your associate told me to make sure I received a receipt for the equipment.

When I went to Marion and returned the equipment and asked to get a receipt that associate told me I could have one since my name was not on the account, but he never asked my name. Sure it's quite possible my name wasn't Shirley Stover and that I just happened to know the phone number…

Suddenly the TV cable package that is provided at Town Village Leawood ceased to be on Clyde Rayburn's TV. This package is through a contract between Spectrum and Town Village Leawood so this should not have happened in the first place.

Nevertheless it did, and the tech support personnel (while very polite) not only did not fix the problem this morning by correcting codes that had mysteriously disappeared they also sent a technician out to the apartment on a fruitless mission-wasting his time and ours. Later this afternoon, I called Spectrum AGAIN, and this time I got a correctly trained person, Jalesha.

I am so tired of Spectrum raising their rates all the time! I just gave up some features to lower my bill $30 a month, only for them to raise my bill by $12. $225 a month for basic tv, internet and phone is ridiculous!

I am also sick of new customers getting such low rates and those of us with 40 years paying top dollar. I wish some competitors would flood the market like cellular phone companies and offer a choice, I would drop Spectrum in a heartbeat.

This evening went into this location to return equipment that I switched out. I sign into the kiosk machine sat down and waited to be serviced . The gentlemen finished with another customer went into the back and stated moving boxes there was no other person in the store besides the other associate which was assisting a different customer .

I wanted to bring to you attention a serious issue/concern that we have been observing since the last few days. Spectrum contractors have been installing their fiber cables and yesterday without our knowledge they would have started installing these cables in front of my house pavement (11030 Sound Road, Davidson, NC). At around 4.00 PM EST yesterday (2/3/23), my neighbor called me about the Spectrum contractors digging causing my water line to break. I went outside to inspect and we saw there were no Spectrum contractors present, no one had informed us about my water line breaking (which is pretty crazy) and there was just a mess outside with water gushing. On February 2, 2023 I place an order for a new mobile phone. The representative assured me I would be able to transfer my land line number to my new mobile number. Received the new phone on February 3 and after activation I found a new number was assigned to my new phone.

I called customer service and was transferred to various department and at least seven representatives. I was in and off hold for over TWO hours….. with no results. Called back and went back into the customer service maze/hell.

We have Had consistently poor internet service for weeks if not months now, we have contacted customer support on several occasions, only to be told reboot the modem and router each time, the customer support team is lacking knowledge and any sort of customer relations, they refuse to send a tech out unless you demand it.

Then you will wait for days for them to show up, when you ask for a complaint line you are told they will email a supv and they will get back to you by end of business day, some of us work for a living and cannot stay at the phone for there convince.

I had a seasonal hold placed for three months (Jan through March) as my business Valley Resale would be closed. I spoke to someone and they said it was all set. This month I got a bill that said I owed my original payment.

I dialed one number for help but she was having technical issues so she connected me to another agent. After going through the whole information session again she said that it had never been processed but she saw where it was requested.

After being put on hold 5 times I was told they would forgo the payment this one time but I would have to pay the next one as they can only do one seasonal hold a year. I persisted in saying I originally requested 3 months.

IS NOT Senior citizen friendly. they go with autopay, on the date THEY prescribe. NOT yours. Many senior citizens are low income, their checks come in like clockwork on the 1st of the month. Autopay option automatically deducts their money during the MIDDLE of the month. As your on low income, this may very well result in finance charges each month as well as whatever money you planned on using for bread milk eggs etc etc is not their at the end of the month.

simple solution MANY reputable organizations and businesses do this, they allow people to pay at the 1st of the month, in so is called paying ahead on your bill. Would work fantastic, but Spectrum mobile could care less how convenient that would be for the client.

web site will not allow me to click to add blocked numbers or to block spam. Some one keeps calling from many different #'s and claiming they can lower my bill . It is always some guy from Bombay. I have asked to be removed from their list but they only call more often.

Today the calls were from 513-392-0710 513-398-7608 and 513-392-0601, Warning about a spam risk does no good. I am disabled and elderly and get disturbed at least a dozen time/day You need to find a way to stop this or I will be forced to find a new carrier.

My complaint is about the new service the free line when you activate a line. I don't know why that is not available for your existing loyal customers that have paid their bill and had service with spectrum. I have had TV service in mobile service with spectrum since April I believe and it's been around $300 a month on the two services and it really upsets me that the lady said I could cancel one of my lines and purchase a new line.

But I just couldn't have one of my lines adjusted.

My complaint is simple and i would give 0 stars if it was possible but its not. Every week i have to call spectrum to have my wifi reset and normally once they have accessed my account they will ask what i need and i explain that once a week my modem and

router say online and connected but i dont have internet access so they ask if i have been through the troubleshooting process and i say tes because at this point they have their own contact in my phone and ive memorized the troubleshooting guide.

I recently just switched from AT&T to Spectrum which they assured me would be easy and painless. This statement turned out to be very UNTRUE! net , I got a transfer code from my previous carrier and input all the correct info.

However it would not complete the activation. So I called Spectrum , was on hold for 25-30 min. So the first rep I spoke to was kind , heard me out , and said that I did everything right and that I was connected as far as he could see.

So I informed him that I wasn’t able to make or receive calls etc… he reassured me that all I had to do was reboot my phone and all data would be uploaded and I’d be good to go…so I hung up the phone , did what he said and still wasn’t connected…so I call back , on hold another 20-30 min. 2nd rep.

Your internet service gets worse as time goes on! Constant buffering for long periods, outages, and sloppy work with cables dangling around blowing in the wind. I honestly have had better internet 15 years ago than I have now. Your company seems hell bent on expanding into other spheres rather than fix problems you have with current entities!

Your lucky internet choice is limited around here, if it wasn’t I don’t think you would have many loyal customers.

On January 9, 2023 I signed with Spectrum for a 2 years for, TV, Internet, and a landline phone to be installed on January 17 between 1100-1200. They were a "No Show" and with no notification. Around 1430 I finally called and within 1 hour I spoke with 5 people who transferred me from one to another, except the last person said someone would call be shortly.

Today is January 23 and I'm still waiting for that call. I was told that my service was on hold, however no one could tell me why. On January 19 I received a text from the agent who wrote the order.

I explained what had transpired. He, too, was not told why the order was on hold. I checked the BBB rating - B-. Because of the total lack of customer service I sent a text to the person who wrote the order cancelling the order.

I switched my 1G Internet service from Breezeline to Spectrum. I was approached by a Spectrum salesperson while in Walmart. I told her my current costs ($89/month). She walked me through the Spectrum service which included: (1) a Fiber connection at the house installed by their tech (one time $50 fee) and (2) as a veteran, I would qualify for a $30/month credit to my bill. With the install fee, I would have a $300+ yearly savings with a better connection. I signed up.

When the tech showed up for install, he advised that the connection was NOT fiber - fiber was not yet run in my neighborhood. He installed the standard coax.

I have made SIX phone calls, and have reached out on Facebook to have a low hanging cable removed from my property. This cable hangs approximately 9 tp 10 feet above the ground. Each time, I am told that dispatch will contact me.

Dispatch may or may not call, but if they do, I am promised service within 24 hours. And each time no one shows up, yet the ticket is closed out as service having been completed. So why is the cable is still hanging low?

I can no longer receive deliveries at my house. Packages are now thrown out in the driveway and irtems get ruined in the rain. Friends and families in tall vehicles cannot get to my house. Ambulance cannot get to my house.

I understand there are different levels of programming depending on how much you are willing to pay. I have been a customer for sometime now. The same programs have been on just moved around even on CMT! I know there is enough programs,documentaries,songs/videos, etc that we would not have to watch the same things for years!!

Our HOA pays for the basic but this has to be substandard. PLEASE consider improving your programs. I also understand that you need commercials to off set the cost but why are you extending a 3-5 minute commercial into 30-60 minute programs. Even these are old.

I was told on a phone call to Spectrum that I needed to upgrade my modem. I was instructed to pick a new one up at a Spectrum store where one was reserved for me. I went to the Spectrum store on 17th street in Santa Ana, CA.

When I arrived I asked the manager, I asked him for my modem. He told me I had to wait in line to receive a modem. As there were many people in the store. I said just to get a modem?

He said everyone was there to get a modem. That was obviously a lie. After 15 minutes I asked him how to tell where I was in line. He showed me where the queue board was and I was number 8.

After another 15 minutes I checked the queue and I was still number 8 even though 4 or 5 people had been waited on.

Finally I was asked to go to the counter after 45 minutes and the manager waited…

00 a month. My billing cycle ran from the 16 th of the month thru the 15 th of the following month. I cancelled service on December 3, 2022 and was charged for the complete billing cycle as I am told that is their policy. 00 more.

So bottom line you want paid for your services rendered and then want to cheat your customers and make them pay for service not received. I then started to look up the BBB and found that no only is Spectrum not a member but the BBB has them rated D- for customer service.

On 1/14/23, my mother and I went to a Spectrum store at Townridge Shopping Center in Raleigh, NC trying to get assistance to lower a cable bill as my mother is on a fixed income. After explaining that I had previously called in to change to the Choice plan and picked stations, the customer rep was very nice but that plan was never implemented after him saying it would be.

So on 11/11/23, went in person to a Spectrum store at Poyner Village and a lady rep said my mother, Susanne Canoutas was eligible for the Select package at a discount of $60 and we would not have to change to Choice plan and was told it was changed but never received any discount.

I have been a loyal customer of Charter/Spectrum cable and phone service for over 30 years and have been a mobile phone customer for about 5 years. My complaint is about the false advertising for Spectrum Mobile and the total disregard for loyal customers.

95 unlimited plan for one line and the 2nd Line is free for 12 months. We currently pay for 2 by the gig lines. I called to take advantage of this special for one year and was told I had to purchase an additional 2 lines.

They were charging me for at least 12 months for a service I never asked to be started. I asked for information about it, but never said to please start it. They were not sending me billings and my payment notification never showed that it was a tv internet charge, and they refused to give me a credit to compensate other than the last 2 months and a 20 one time credit. NOT HAPPY.

The reps were cold and I can understand why, working for a company that steals, cant be a fun or feel good. I tried to compromise, or ask for alternative ways to be compensated, but it didn't work. If there was another way to recieve internet, I would be cancelling spectrum. Soooo disappointed.

Images on Television FREEZES every minute during an entire program. Yesterday, Sunday, 1/15/2023, while we were watching the Miami, FL and Buffalo NY football (dolphins vs jets) is just one example of many frustrating freezing episode. Watching games shows like Jeopardy.
