To whom it may concern,

Today I asked to speak to a supervisor and that in itself seemed to be problematic. A person need Denise finally took my call. The nature of my complaint was that I have been trying to get service disconnected from my NY residence. I have made several calls and had been ensured several times that it was disconnected - only to get a bill the following month. I have no complaints regarding the reps attitude, they all seemed to be empathic but was not able to give me a resolve. I was offered special deals but honestly why would I want anything else. Netta was the last rep that I spoke with, again very empathic when I asked to speak with a supervisor she tried to get someone. Changed auto withdrawal card number so they couldn't do auto payment. Went ahead and paid the bill manually online (with proof) for 2 mos. Spectrum shut off my phone tonight for non payment. When i log into their stupid app, it says past due until I click on the statement, where is shows paid.

Their own damn app says its paid but the phone is shut off until I pay it all again? Yeah Spectrum is finished in my book. I've never missed a payment ever. Their customer service closed 5 min after they suspended my account too.

Now I think I overpaid last month because they did the same thing and I chalked it up to maybe I forgot. Crooks.. plain and simple. Tomorrow I call attorneys and discuss fraud.

Regarding : Moving my Spectrum Service ( Internet and Phone ) to a New Address On Friday January 6th 2023 I called to set up an appointment to get an Internet connection in my new address: agent Michael schedule it for Monday January 9 between 8am-9am . I was waiting until 11 am, nobody came .

I received the new package on Saturday , but I don’t get a signal, it can not be activated in the new apartment I called from an external phone on Monday January 6th around 4 pm , I was told by the agent ( unknown name ) they don’t have any information about the missing appointment and they can’t contact with the dispatcher, the agent told me I was going two receive an email from Spectrum , but I have not received anything.

Spectrum have an horrible costumer service. First they took too long to connect my cell phone with them, now after they told me I have a mobile service free for a year, they are telling me they cannot removed the mobile charges at this time. Is like they don’t know what the fuck they are doing.

Customer Service Dear Supervisor/Manager

Our salesman was here on Dec 14th then All this after being scheduled for install on Dec 29th. The first tech came out, unhooked our existing internet, and found out we needed a drop and bury. (Our old internet hasn't worked properly after he reconnected.) Kevin spoke with his supervisor on the phone, was promised 1-2 day's for the cable to get put in and get installation completed. However every time I called to see when it was happening I got the run around.

Hello, my name is Jason Judd and I am writing and hopes of reaching someone who cares about their customers and clients at Spectrum. I recently left AT&T internet (that I was getting for completely free) with 400Mbps download speed that was hybrid fiber optic.

I explained everything I'm about to tell you to the sales rep that called me the final time (after telling at least five sales reps over the past 5 years that I was not interested in changing) and at least two or three that came to my door that I was not interested in their promo.

However, I decided to give Spectrum a chance if they were able to apply my ACP promo and I can get internet for anywhere around $10 a month, because that was literally all I can afford. My income is $900 a month and my rent's $525 and utilities were…

The Spectrum office in Morristown TN sold my husband a used phone saying it was new. Bringing the phone baxk with technical issues and a cracked screen saver that we didnt even know was on there and werent the ones to pur it on, they only gave me a number to solve the problem.

The very pleasant lady on that line agteed that the phone had to be used but couldn'tcancel that line unlessphone pard off and to return to the store. The very impolite belligerent young man couldn't help me but told me i was livinga sad life with my attitudeAFTER gettibg the run aroundfrom them. Highly unprofessional!!!

They took 3 days to show-up at my first installation after scheduling the visit. The VP I spoke too numerous times was as useless as their customer service. I know discovered they've been overbilling me since April 2022 and they said it's my responsibility to manage my bill.

Well, that's 100% incorrect and I welcome all/any feedback.

If I could give 0/5 I would. I have had nothing but trouble with spectrum. Constant outages, multiple returned or replaced equipment, countless hours on the phone with customer service/technical support and all with no true service recovery. 00. For 2day outage on Christmas with no other compensation.

I pay for highest speed internet and it gets consistently altered by provider and works less effectively than my friends who have minimal speed. I am starting to think that I really do not have high speed but just get charged a high rate.

I became a Mobile customer in May, 2022 purchasing a Samsung Galaxy A53 phone. I have had several issues with the phone since becoming a mobile customer. As of 12/28/2022, the phone will not pair with my other devices. After a lengthy discussion and testing over the phone, Samsung advised taking it to their authorized service provider, UbreakIifix in Brooksville, FL. Upon phoning the firm and describing the problem, I was told I would have to leave the phone for 48 hours for testing.

I am 86 years old, live alone, no relatives, with medical issues and cannot be without a phone. Samsung suggested Spectrum might provide me a loaner phone while mine was being repaired however one of Spectrum's staff said they do not provide loaner phones.

Mailer stated service was in my area I called and got a date to connect internet service they offered me one year free mobile service on a device I didn't have an iPad so I bought from them 20 a month free service for 1 year. They canceled my internet activation and said it wasn't available.....

Now they are pulling money out of my bank that I did not authorize for internet charges to the iPad that I bought because they offered me free service now they are breaching our contract It is not my fault they didn't activate my internet. Called several times to fix situation they said someone would call me no one has.

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022 a technician came out to service my neighbor cable and Internet (5:20ish pm). While he was working on their service we lost our Internet service. My husband went outside to inform the technician that he terminate our service.

The technician responded “that is not my problem”. My husband question reasons for his actions yet the technician became frustrated and ignored the question. After learning of the situation, I inquired the technician of reasons for him terminating our services.

The technician responded “I am completing an order”. I then said “so in order for you to complete your work order you have to terminate our services, that does not make sense”. The technician shout to me, to call Spectrum, in which I did.

My cable box deleted all of my DVR’s saved for the entire month of December and put back on the DVR all that I deleted! I called Spectrum and they told me that the box was defective and I would need a new updated box.

Soooo, we were told to go to the store in Worcester on Grafton Street. We did. We waited hours for service. At one point there was only one working. I saw some chatting with other workers and some just standing idle. It was unbelievable!

Many people got disgusted and walked out. Very poor service!!!!!

I am requesting $15,000 compensation from Spectrum for mental anguish and abuse. I have had major customer service issues with this company. This had truly been a nightmare dealing with incompetent service representatives and the escalation team. I am 61 years old and I have never encountered such an experience.

I contacted Spectrum in May 2022, about my mobile service experiencing dropped calls, the other party not hearing me and the conversation being muffled. It took almost 3 months after getting the BBB and Attorney General involved. Finally in October Gwendolyn Farmer was assigned to my case. Two months in no resolution. I am upset because our internet that we pay over $100 dollars a month has not worked all day. Everyone I spoke to with you all, has not been much help at all. I asked if I had a outage near me and my neighbor across the road internet is out as well which to me makes me feel there is a out side problem even though you all are saying it's not.

So here it is almost Christmas and the gifts my kids got for Christmas requires the internet that we will not have now to be able to use. I personally feel with today, and the next few days that we have to go without internet we should get some money knocked off our next bill..

Your Wi-Fi service is horrible. It cuts off all the time. Every Spectrum employee I’ve talked to on the phone or in your store tells me something different or just blatantly lies. I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone. I currently have Cable, Wi-Fi and landline services with you.

When I talk to an employee all they try to do is sell me mobile service. NEVER, would I sign up for mobile services with Spectrum. I can barely watch tv or use the internet with Spectrum services. You offer horrible service. Customer Service is horrible.

I’m currently looking elsewhere b/c I can never get an honest Spectrum employee to help me. Time Warner was so much better.

I enjoy seeing the short scenes that you broadcast of the local area, however the sound that you broadcast with it is very unprofessional. Other than a few exceptions, such as the sound of the waves along Cazenovia Lake the sound just sounds like a loud blast of static...it's very annoying.

My boyfriend has been having issues with his phone for 2 weeks now. It is still under warranty, but no one wants to help him fix this. He has been to the local store. No help. He has called every # he was given, only to be on hold for an hour then told they will have to transfer him. Waits more.

Then they say, they will have to transfer him back. Over and over and over again. He doesn't have the time or the patience to handle this. He is about to go to another carrier. Shame on Spectrum.

We just got spectrum, they said our bill was supposed to be under $150 with internet and cable but when we got the bill was $253. We called them to asked them for a credit back and the supervisor that we spoke to was rude and said he wasn't going to gives us any credit and he cancel our equipment without our permission and kept our money. I regret having to complain as I have been a long-term customer of Spectrum/Charter. Unfortunately, Spectrum has now failed twice to provide services committed by your agents and have engaged in a retention practice that strikes me as deceitful. For your benefit, before switching to another service, I will explain the circumstances.

On October 15th I called because my monthly billing had increased substantially to $228 a month and had intended to cancel streaming services and use YouTube TV at a much reduced rate. The Retention Rep informed that I could receive a promotional rate that was comparable to YouTube so I agreed to retain service.

I have to leave 1 star but spectrum as a whole is horrible the mobile service and internet. I’ve been told I’m being overcharged for me and families lines and when I call I get told by the phone staff the in person staff don’t know what they are talking about.

For my internet they have jerked me around for two months in regards to my ACP discount. I spend $301 plus $40 total and can never get the truth from a rep. So much confusion and down right lies.

My cable service has gone out 3 days this week. The first issue was Cale optic Problems, the day after that was weather and today . I was having guest over to watch SEC championship game and now I have missed the first 2 quarters.

Our TV freezes up to the point that we can’t watch movies and TV shows. We have reported this several times and today a Spectrum manager just told us , “If your service is bad, I would just cancel it”. Her name was Chris. Wow!

That was really her answer. The recent technician that was here last week told us the problem is with the entire neighborhood. It’s a “node” problem. They also said it won’t get fixed until several people complain. What?? This is just horrible customer service.

Meantime, we pay close to $300/month for tv that we can’t even watch and enjoy. I am seriously considering calling our local TV stations to see if they will do a story on this!!

I did not have an internet connection for over three months. Numerous phone calls and I also took back the equipment twice in one month. April ,May and June .

Finally after all of this run around, I called again in July. Spoke to a Rep who stated that the signal was not activated. It was then activated now it works. I asked why did this happen? Some one accidently deactivated the signal.

00 plus tax for the three months. The Rep was extremely rude saying well you did have a signal. I explained It did not work, It was not activated. 00 dollars of the Bill. I declined. I explained I could not use my computer for Work I had to go else where for a connection. This was outrageous.

I have been a Time Warner customer for over thirty years, and continued when Spectrum took over in 2017.…

One of yor sales rep stopped by are home and asked my husband what we were paying for internet. My husband told him we only had cellphones through metro and that's how we used internet. 00 taken out of are credit card.

And we were upset about this. Remind you the whole time he is standing on my porch he promised me I would pay no more than what he wrote on his card. 00 a month. We just wanted to be treated fairly I didn't ask him to come to my door to start with.

My son and I had quite the runaround speaking to four different Spectrum representatives in the last week. I called to see if I could lower my spectrum bill and the first two people I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in helping me, but told me two entirely different things about my bill.

I was sent the exact same modem that we already had and so then had to call again for help and spoke with a Bill, in Texas, who was incredibly helpful. We wound up agreeing that getting rid of our boxes and returning equipment would save us some money and going with a modem and router set up that made sense to us to do on our own.

I’ve taken 6 days off work to get an installation completed. Your construction and maintenance people have not done the work needed for your installers to hook my house up. I was told that installation would cost $79 and my monthly cost would be $29. Then on Tuesday of this week the was actually going to be $99 and $44. No one will give me a number to talk to management. I’ve paid the extra cost on Tuesday. I was told by your sales team that I didn’t need to pay unt the service was in stalled. That was a lie!
