My complaint is that I had an issue with my internet. It was not problem on my side. So I told the rep that I seen a Spectrum truck work at my neighbors house on November 15,2022. Now all of a sudden I have an issue with my cable on November 19,2022 at 6:54am.
I also told them that I seen cut cable wire in my yard 2 pieces one about 5ft and another about 6 ft. I feel that they should have sent someone out here to my home to solve this problem.
But they scheduled me an appointment for Sunday November 20,2022 between 9am and 10am. I talked to 3 different people and I really do think that this should have been taken care of the same day.
