My complaint is that I had an issue with my internet. It was not problem on my side. So I told the rep that I seen a Spectrum truck work at my neighbors house on November 15,2022. Now all of a sudden I have an issue with my cable on November 19,2022 at 6:54am.

I also told them that I seen cut cable wire in my yard 2 pieces one about 5ft and another about 6 ft. I feel that they should have sent someone out here to my home to solve this problem.

But they scheduled me an appointment for Sunday November 20,2022 between 9am and 10am. I talked to 3 different people and I really do think that this should have been taken care of the same day. in an effort to save money, they don't send technicians when you first get your equipment so you have to set it up yourself. They know that most people have difficulties with the coax connection and this requires the customer to wait days for a technician while paying for a service they cant use.

This could all be avoided if a technician would come out when the product is purchased to ensure that setup is complete and we don't have to call back month after month for a solution. Spectrum is hands-down the worst internet, cable, mobile whatever it is they are the worst.

If you can go with another provider do because you'll spend most of your time on the phone with customer service back and forth to wait in long lines at their store locations if you choose spectrum.

Spectrum has the worst customer service, they do not care about customers. I have been dealing with issues for a year with a phone that doesn't work, has no service, doesn't update etc. They just pass the buck to Google. Google doesn't answer.

Wasted hundreds of hours on the phone just to be lied to about escalation help, hung up on. Fake lost call. nyoure better off with a prepaid phone

Hey Spectrum. Kindly fix your amazing App. It’s currently worthless. Prompting one to access it via website, and to top it off, it never remembers username and/or password (that is after one changes it immediately with confirmation). For an internet service provider - you are wasting people’s’ time.

Service has been out now for 4 hours! Called several times, we sure are sorry! Be up and running by 2:30, 5:00, now 8. Can’t credit account for at least after 4 hours! And it is still out! And I get emails to upgrade their WiFi, and yea get our cell phone services!

Wonder if they are both out, recommend they look at / learn from Uverse. We have their service at another location, never these problems in last 10 years.

Called for no data ... they said modem is outdated so you have to go get a new one .... I told the rep that it's an outage she said no .... I go get a new modem the next day ...

well it don't work ... I said once again it's an outrage so she said I sent a tech in 2 days... I called my neighbor his service is out as well .... the day the tech arrives it came back on 15 minutes before tech arrived ...

he said you were in an outage ... I only have data because I canned TV service because of their lack of knowledge... I was without service for 3 days .... getting ready to drop this service ... if you have options of providers think again who to go with ...

I’ve been a spectrum sustainer since 2015. We’ve slowly canceled each service one by one as promotional rates expires and the true cost was revealed. They raise rates at will with no explanation. When I called to cancel our last service; internet.

I was offered new promotions and upgrades… I finally had to just be forceful and say cancel my service. It was then I was informed I would not be getting a prorated refund for the bill I just paid. It’s the 11th of the month. 99 through the 30th.

I guess it’s fine print in the bill but it seems like a self serving shady practice.

Spectrum is hands down the WORST excuse for an ISP on he planet Earth. It is the most grossly incompetent, unreliable joke for an ISP I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to use. Every single time a Storm passes through this area Spectrum Internet is DOWN.

The previous time these Losers were down for over a week, they never offered an apology and they never offer even the slightest refund. Currently they have been down for 24 hours and they have offered nothing but lame excuses and out right lies.

My residence was out of electricity for 3 weeks due to flooding. I suspended service because I thought if I was not able to use the services we would get prorated or some sort of compensation. I was informed this is not so.

I am very frustrated with this outcome and we now be seeking another provider. Sincerely an unhappy costumer.

My husband and I called Spectrum to ask if there was a way to cut our costs because times are hard. We need to try and lower our bills. We spoke to an agent named Lester who was incredibly rude.

He told us we called him a liar several times and those words were never mentioned. He had a chip on his shoulder from the start of the call. He was extremely rude, arrogant and narcissistic. At this point, we are considering going with an alternative plan for our internet and cable because of the high prices and Lester’s unprofessional behavior.

I refuse to be treated in that manner.

We have been having issues with spectrum since we made the first phone call to receive internet and mobile services. The sales guy that put in the first order lied to us and messed up the entire order. He said that the tablet we were getting for our free line could be used as a mobile devices which is not true.

Then, after calling multiple times we have been bounced around to department to department and still never really received an accurate answer to any of the questions we have asked. We have sat on the phone for 4 hours one day and 5 hours the next.

Constant interference of our service. We have had 4 tech’s out to our house, one who started an argument with my husband. Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional !!! We were told several times that a supervisor would be in contact with us.

We’ve been told several things which did NOTHING TO CORRECT OUR SERVICE BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER DONE!!! The last tech was very nice and knowledgeable. We were told if we didn’t hear “ANYTHING” from the dept that would have to check the lines by Monday to inform Spectrum.

There are several problems around the neighborhood with the same issues Not feeling like a very valued Spectrum customer

Just because we are in ohio, we don't need to watch the browns. my dad is 85 and a steeler fan and he should be able to watch it on one of his local channels . With all the crap on tv , no reason if Cleveland is playing at same time you can't show steelers since they are a state away.

We don't need to see games 2 to 3 states away. Close games near by we should be able to see.. like I'm saying if steelers are playing the same time as browns we should see both games.

I signed up with Spectrum in Jan of 2022. I was told I would get a package deal internet and two mobile phone lines. After signed up. They were unable to hook internet to our area. Yet continued to charge same amount as if we were getting the internet.

So we have been paying 30 more dollars month than what we agreed. This is not the biggest issue. Whenever we try to go pay our bill it is always a hassle. I get a text saying bill is do.

Yet they have a hard time pulling us up in system. They say we are a handful of people that were caught in limbo when they were changing there system over. After multiple tickets were created to fix this nothing has been done.

We call and ask for supervisor. Promises to get a call back to fix this. They never do. This has been months of dealing with this…

SPECTRUM turned off my service on July 15, 2022, rather than the cut-off date of July 20, 2022, specified in their notice to me. I paid my regular payment of about $110 on July 19, 2022. My service has remained off ever since! I tried to call Spectrum via three (3) different telephone numbers; but all I ever talked to was a `computer.’

A few days ago, a Spectrum technician arrived at my home, and my wife allow him entrance in order to retrieve ALL of Spectrum’s wireless and cable-TV equipment. This week, I received a bill from SPECTRUM in the amount of $475.70 for “service” since July 15th, regretting that unless immediately paid I would be subject to collection action!

ALL SPECTRUM SERVICE WAS TERMINATED BY SPECTRUM ON JULY 15TH, 2022, AND I HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR “SERVICE”…

My wife and were watching Chicago med and Chicago fire. Shortly before Chicago med ended and through Chicago fire the descripted auto started and never ended. It was very annoying. We contacted Spectrum, but is seemed to be only on NBC.

00 phone off my account and I returned it back to them, bottom line is the billing for every month gets screwed up and they try to charge me for the phone that I don't have. Every month for the last 9, I've had to call to get this corrected and they fix it and again I have to call again. 00.

A Charter driver in a white Ford van forced his way over on my car on Southbound Interstate 85 on 08/26/22 at 8:35 pm near Gaffney, South Carolina. The traffic was stopped and he came up the right side in the emergency lane and forced his way over in front of me.

I blew my horn and he shot me a bird! His tag number is South Carolina FV26139. This is totally unacceptable behavior and I expect something to be done about it!

On July 28,2022 I went into your Spectrum Store located at 12640 S Orange Blossom Trail unit 100 to purchase a flip phone for my 82 year old mother. The rep at the location said he would have to mail the mobile phone yo me because my bill payment had to clear their system first. I received the phone on July 31st I followed the instructions to activate it but the metal case which holds the SIM card was loose so I called 855-594-8059 to explain the issue the rep tried but I kept getting a message “no SIM card” she suggested that I take the phone to the spectrum store to get a replacement. I pay $60 a month for spectrum Wi-Fi a gig of Wi-Fi between 2 people. It renewed and I paid for it like 10 days ago. Day 1 didn’t have good Wi-Fi and now it’s the 14th and I still have terrible wifi.

I have to shut it off and turn it back on to get it to work and then it stops working after 10 min. I have cellular with them too and I have to do the same thing and I never ever have 5G service unless I’m on the highway.

I received a letter about getting $30 credit on my bill through the government. I called the phone number and all I got was some guy trying to get me to add services!!!!! Why is there a phone number to call!??

REDICULOUS!!! Waited 20 minutes in line and while waiting I witnesses multiple elderly people that had to wait in multiple lines. They would get to the front of a line only to be told that they had to get in a different line because that person only did one thing and it wasn't what they needed, but they had no signage.

I also witnessed a line that went out the door but while a young man had to wait in a doorway he was rudely yelled at for holding the door open smh. When I finally got my turn the guy typed as slowly as possible while bad mouthing the competitor that I switched to.

I have an ongoing pixelization problem with the cable. It has been on and off for months.

Also sometimes certain channels will not be available. This problem has gotten a lot worse in the last 4 weeks. My next door neighbor has the same problem. We live on the end of a family farm and been here since 1986.

We were able to get cable which is fed from a neighborhood behind us which makes us the end of the run. I called Spectrum set up an appointment and a technician came to my house. He checked the signal to a junction box which splits and feeds mine and my neighbors house .

Do not call about their government funded programs through spectrum because their postcards are a trick they get you on the phone with you telling them you telling them that you are not in a position to pay for any of their stuff and still they'll set you up and leave you holding the bag if something happens and you can't cancel just picking up a bill after three phone calls I finally got it canceled but

Earlier this year, I was delayed by Spectrum for 3 months from using my mobile phone service. I obtained 4 transfer PINs from AT&T to transfer to Spectrum, but the transfer took longer than AT&T's expiration period of that PIN.

49 each month, while having no service available to me. I would like the amount(s) paid credited back or sent as payment. Either method is fine, but this was a nightmare and the least Spectrum could do is reimburse me for the service I was prevented from using.

I scheduled a move of service for my business. It has now been a week and a half and 6 technicians later and I still have no working phone and internet. I can’t run a business this way! Then a technician cancels my phone when trying to connect a fax and now my business rings that my number is disconnected to my customers!

Spectrum has caused me to lose business by this and I will be canceling my service as well as filing my complaint with the BBB

I writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with Spectrum Business Internet service. I live in the 32817-zip code area and my family relies heavily on the internet for work and school.

Unfortunately, Spectrum's service is sporadic at best and extremely unreliable at worst. Today we are experiencing another lengthy outage which has become as frequent as several times a month.

Also, unfortunate for us is that there are no other companies in my area such as at&t fiber that promotes competition, therefore there is no incentive for Spectrum invest and improve service.

I wish there was an available better choice for us consumers.

In February, Spectrum forced my 85 year old mother (and decades long customer) to purchase/pay off her I-phone in order to receive a bundle of Internet and Mobile service for her new home address. Then, after she purchased, they would not port her phone number.

She suffers from short term memory loss and they MADE her take a new phone number in order to complete the process. The Representative could not have tried harder or been more helpful. Every time he called his superiors in charge, they gave him different information and literally made it impossible to transfer her service address and keep her phone number she had had for over 20 years.

Then today, I spent ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES trying to get a Spectrum TV service charge taken off her bill. She doesn't HAVE their TV service.…

I have a business on my desktop computer. MY ONLY computer. I DO NOT HAVE a smart phone or any other device. It has been going out sporadically for very short periods for weeks but this outage was longer I called and the tech assured me NO outage and that my modem needed replacement.

NOBODY could come for four days later to install a new one which is unacceptable... But told me I could get another modem at a local store in my neighboring town... So I drive there immediately and THEY HAVE NO MODEMS.

I am frustrated and angry about that. I come home, hook up the "broken" modem and service is perfect. This morning I get a message that SERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED from you . This is horrible service. I'm all freaked out about having no internet and then it's "back up"

Tech came out to house to fix a channel problem didn't explain what he was doing cut our screen on the screen porch to run a cable that we didn't need. Didn't ask to cut the screen and then just left didn't talk to us about anything. Very upset.
