Good afternoon, I called on September 11, 2021 to see why my bill was so high due to the invoice I received from Spectrum, They young lady checked and as usual they always ask let me look over your package, I said it has been checked and they say if I go to Spectrum it is going to cost me more with what I have.
I have been a Time Warner customer since 2015 and have been satisfied until lately. So the young lady says let me check, oh I see you have Showtime, I said i never asked for Showtime, she said it was in your package, she said if I remove that and move you to Spectrum your bill will be lower $225 or so a month.
I said that sounds great, we ended our call. V's don't work. So I called Time Warner technical support, they tried said they don't see nothing wrong with my internet over…
