Tried to return boxes from Spectrum. Needed a label, couldn’t get one. Had to pay Over $13 to send it back. NOT HAPPY. Was Told of 3 different places for return. Wouldn’t take without label. Had short time for return or had to pay. REFUND $13 to me.

This last repair tech was a moron. Trying to convince me that I dont have moca. Ps he never heard of moca . but trying to convince me that I dont have it when I have moca units in 3 locations and it went out last night.

Then he tries to convince me that he is the top tech and there is no one else to speak to. I have the call recorded. Dosent anyone monitor these idiots before letting them communicate with customers?

There is a crack Pole on the Stree. Duke power cut trees and aintall a new pole about 2 months ago. Spectrum must come and move their lines into new pole. It is a danger and if fall can injure someone walking dogs or fall on some ones car. It wont be good.

Have call repedletly and they seem helpfull but nobody shows up. Power company owns the pole but can. ot remove until Spectrum move line. Ticket # 52499575. Please they are the worst.

Summary: Field technicians seem to be operating independent from Spectrum Customer call centers/ Corporate. ) Details: Repair teams called 2x and left voicemail at my home stating there seem to be problems with Internet/ TV. Call #1: About 1 month ago, Roberto left message asking me to call 1-833-778-2754.

Call #2 Ronaldo asked me to call 808-643-2100 back due to problems with Internet. When I called back today, Jamie @ 1-855-707-7328 (New York) said my systems and networks are all fine. There is no problem. She also said their office cannot see anything put in by the repair teams.

Waiting on hold + phone call took over 35 mins. My 2nd call responding to Ronaldo ended up similar to my call to Jamie, above. I called the number Roberto provided above, 3rd call: Jaz in California answered…

I have asked for a old phone of mine to be unlocked 2 weeks ago and every time I call to check on it it keeps telling me that it's in limbo waiting to be verified I have an unlock code of 52133 868. m. ,I saw two men walking along the side fence line of my 3 acres with flashlights. I went outside with my double-barrel shot gun to find out who they were. Two men said they were from SPECTRUM working on an internet problem on the pole behind my tool shed.

I received NO advance notification of this intrusion, and it did scare me. They are lucky I asked questions first rather than shooting first. Is there not a protocol to follow when invading someone's property in the middle of the night?

A phone call - regardless of time - would have been preferred.

I paid for a relatives bill appro6-8 x’s while living in a asst. living home. When she moved out, salesperson told me she destroyed my debit card information I paid acct with. The card information never destroyed and Spectrum contined for 20 months taking money out of my acct and no answer where almost $1200 was used.

Acct was closed in June 2020 but funds continued to be withdrawn until 3/2022. I continue being told lies, debit refunds never rcd. I hv contacted legal on this matter. No resolution in this mess! Spectrum/Charter Company sucks!

I tried paying my bill and refused to pay it because it was $65 over the usual amount and no one could tell me why and not could they find my account and now my phone is off and it’s paid in full for my device but they won’t unlock it because I owe a bill for an account they can’t find nor can they tell me why it’s more so

I’ll be letting my attorney handle getting my phone unlocked because I’m out of town with no phone having to miss work due to no gps and I’ve already got a new provider I just need my phone I paid for unlocked now

For 3 1/2 weeks I waited for incompetent technical people to port my number to Spectrum from Consumer Cellular. It took T-Mobile 1 hour. I didn't get so much as an apology from Josh at Appletree Spectrum, only excuses. POOR customer service.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have been trying to get my service fixed for two days. Unfortunately there is no appointments until June 5th. It isn't the cable or the internet. It's the land line phone.

If I loose power and can't charge my phone. Leaving me with no way to call for help if I need it.

Trying to get phone unlocked. I have been blown off over and over. Was told it was unlocked sold it 2 months later to find out it wasnt unlocked. Now I just keep getting blown off. I can't tell u everything in few words.

It has been a full time job keep having to call back and nothings being done. Order kept getting expedited to get it done call back in a couple days and have to go through everything all over again for nothing.

Phone has been paid off for a while. This shouldn't be this big of a hassle. Call back in one or two days this has been going on and on for 4 or 5 weeks. This woman I sold it to just wants to be able to use her phone and I don't want to have to keep making phone calls.

Spectrum IS nothing but a COMPANY OF FRAUD. Since Jan. 19,2022 getting Spectrum I have had nothing but trouble with my TV Service. Spectrum has done NOTHING to resolve the issue. Spectrum HAS NOT shown ANY interest. I have had Technicians come out SEVERAL times and look into the matter and they DO NOT KNOW what TO DO.

Spectrum will LURE you in and RIP you off. Spectrum DOES NOT want to hear complaints, all they want to hear is the good which there is is not much of. Spectrum DOES NOT have any Techs that know what to do.

I don’t understand their business model. It seems ass backwards to me. They constantly have promotions or fliers that offer a cable package, the same cable package my mother has had for 40 years at way less prices to new customers.

Why is it you can offer for 125 to a new customers but my mom is being charged 230? Why not focus on retention of long term customers then getting new ones that bounce from company to company after their promotion time runs out.

Sadly my mother prefers charter so she continues to be gouged for 40 years of loyalty while the new customers get all the discounts. I’d fire all my CEO’s that tan my company this way. Loyalty don’t mean shit to these guys just dollar signs. Sad…. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!

3 days ago I changed my telephone carrier to Spectrum mobile. Immediately, I observed the poor quality of the call connections. Later I experienced difficulty doing something as basic as sending a picture with a message. Driving the highway, I experienced dropped calls, calls sounding like the caller was under water.

Delays in accessing my Spotify music. I noticed the screen on my phone read Spectrum 3G, even though the promotion promises 5G connection, even provides its customers a map of the 5G coverage of the whole Country. That same link to the map explains that "If you're not getting 5G you're probably not in a 5G coverage zone.

I have never considered myself to be a prejudice or racist person, but I am an American who lives in America and expect like in all countries when I call a number for a business it should respond first in that language. In this case English and not in some other language. If the company chooses to add other languages to accommodate their non-English speaking customers that is their prerogative.

For the past 4 years I have mentioned to numerous customer service representatives who answer your phones, when I call the number I have for Spectrum it is always in Spanish, then a voice comes on and says if you want to speak to someone in English press 5. So I press 5 and it still proceeds to speak in Spanish forcing me to have to hang up and try again sometimes at least two or three times.

I was transferred to an associate who couldn't help us, we ate grandfathered in????? She basically said if you switch do it this day so you dont get billed. Are you kidding me?

We play Music Choice most of the day which is over-all very enjoyable. BUT, we now experience a cut-out of the music about every 10 or 15 seconds. The cut-out is for but a second or so but very irritating. a cut-out occasionally.

some channels have no problem. Mainly the Music Choice channels. There must be something wrong with your transmission as our equipment seems to be intact. Please advise

If there were n egative numbers, I would give them a -10. I have been trying to get internet service for over a month. i have made at least 16 phone calls and spent over 20 hours on the phone being given the run around.

I have spoken to sales, servicability, construction, corporate, and customer service. I have filled out at least 6 tickets for service. I was told on at least 5 different ocassions that someone would call me back the next day, but I have yet to receive a call back from Spectrum.

There are no other internet providers in my area. I have been told it might be a year before I have service.

Had an issue with my cable box and was told by the online helper that the box should be replaced as it was an old one. I went to the Chicopee Ma. store. I was greeted by a nice lady named Ashlee and she told me I would have to wait 30-40 minutes even though there were very few people there.

You had at lease 4 workstations there which is reasonable but to just exchange a box with nothing elese needed the time line seemed excessive. After 2 people left I looked at the workstations and there was only 1 that had anyone at it helping a customer.

After at lease 10 minutes 1 more finally came back and was available to help me. To make things even worse he was painfully slow in the exchange process. I would hope someone reviews this location and see how poorly it operates.

Your techs were out to my property on Dec 23 2021. They said there was a problem with the line. After inspection, they determined the problem was not with our address, but on the property below. We left over the Christmas holiday and returned to find we have no internet.

After 7 calls to customer service, a tech came out (two days later) and said he needed to turn it over to Maintenance. He said they will be out this afternoon (Dec28). Ten minutes ago a customer service rep called and said the earliest we would get somebody to fix the problem that Spectrum created would be Jan 3rd 2022.

This is NOT my first complaint I have talked to a few of you from Corporate and thought we had this under control. But, guess what The manager Crystal called me to come in and fix the problem on my cell situation, and asked me to come in to swap the sim card out I said OK .....

then a few days later Crystal called me and said don't bother to come in as the situation is being handled and the sim card is not the problem. I got another call from Crystal to come in so they can swap out information on this A12 to another phone and it will settle the problem.

I said OK are you sure this is what we need to do? She replied and said YES.... I said but you have to unfortunately come in and it really won't take any time at all. I said I work and Sunday would be a good time in the morning, I said OH…

My experience with Spectrum is not even 1 on a 1-5 scale. I have to constantly reboot equipment for loss of internet connection and have landline phone problems also. Either phone calls are dropped in mid conversation, or other party can't hear me.

99% reliability is a lie! Only thing I can rely on from spectrum is LOUSY service! Bundling is a scam to hook you into their "deals".

Spectrum complaint 12/5/2021 I recently experienced a problem with a spectrum employee at the store in Gainesville, GA. I went to the store at opening time Sunday 12/05/21. The doors were locked there were at least two people inside. Both saw me outside waiting.

” As soon as I said this what appeared to be a manager, made a bee-line to the door and started bitching at me about how I had to wait until their computers said twelve o’clock like everyone else. I am not sure why He/She?

We have 2 commercial buildings for our non-profit with Internet service. At the start of the Pandemic we put our service on vacation mode to save the $130+/mo in each bldg. Without warning 6 months later (June 2020, they turned the service back on. We didn't authorize it, but it just started auto-paying. We have not yet occupied either building (Nov 2021), nor have we used a single Mb of service in the past 17 months, but we ended up paying over $4000 for service we never used. Called them a couple of times, even taking to a manager and we were not able to get even $1 credited back. I've lost sleep loosing $4000 of donated money to support a huge corporation that's making record profits and getting nothing in return.

Makes me regret the 10 years I worked as an integrator and recommended…

I have contacted customer service at least 5 times tryin to get a service I NEVER REQUESTED removed. I have been charged for the TV app for many months and I never wanted it nor have I EVER USED IT!!!! I tried shutting of my cable because I don't use it . We only use internet here . 7 and after 15 tries I finally got a guy to give me better internet and for a lower price witch keep my tv service .

Today I was at in game transition for monetary benefits of 500 usd . When the internet went out. Came back on 5 mim later. To being robbed online to nothing. Store my freinds and family help to make 2k shotgun bullets and now I'm stuck paying for the same internet that no better then the basic internet.

And minus all that money and still be expecting for charter to pay them . What if I just lost your money. That was your money to you just lost. W5f wtf wtf. Is that comeing out of my bill.

00 and got what I was offered. IT WAS HUGE!! I totally frustrated with this phone as it's BIG, has too many fancy things that I personally can't figure out and I almost have to get a small suitcase to carry it with me!!!

I have been to the location several times in hopes of getting one that is smaller and easier to manage and didn't have a lot of apps, etc. and settings since I don't use a cell phone for anything BUT making and receiving calls, messages, voicemail, and taking pictures and sending pictures, etc.

I have been so frustrated every time I go back to the store and get the information that the smaller ones (like Samsung Galaxy 2/3 or an LG smaller cellphone. to no avail and just get sorta like a sorry not available!!!

Also, I am now going to go to different cell phone companies…

Last year was approached to leave Frontier. I was offered a deal of Internet and Tv at one price, had it installed and price was doubled. Then when I went to cancel they offered me another program which I accepted. While waiting for the parts/product to be delivered, which never showed, was told that offer expired 2 months ago, and they would have additional training for the Rep that offered it to me.

When I told them to cancel it all together was contacted by Retentions with apologies and given a fixed rate for Internet for 2 years. More than I was paying for Frontier, but figured for 2 years it would equal out.

Yesterday after ONE (1) Year got a 27% increase and told it was only good for one year!!!

Fraud to say the least!!! Great Service when it comes to Techs to home and Internet.…

I called Spectrum customer service to opt in to a new offer. The Rep kept me on the phone for 10 minutes asking all kinds of Security questions which I answered. Then she told me she wasn’t going to help me and I had to go online.

I had service put on seasonal in may 2021. On august 14, 2021 I called to request service from august 14 to august 28, 2021. 41 for this two week period. I have spoke to several customer reps including supervisors concerning this. 00 at this time.

I do not owe this. 92. 72 for the service I have used. 72. Please contact me for this payment to resolve this asap. This is a fair resolution after 27 years of service with zero late or non payment.

I called and spoke to Phillip today. My service outage (two of them) yesterday totaled more than 5 hours. I was told yesterday I would not get any credit because the outage was only 3 hours, but that was only one of them. I explained the entire situation to Phillip and he agreed to give me the credit for yesterday, however, once he gave me the credit he was NOT interested in talking with me any further about my dissatisfaction with Spectrum Service. His attitude was just very POOR overall especially now that I have Google Fiber installed in the neighborhood. You would think that your employees would at least TRY to provide good customer service and at least ACT like they care even if they dont.

To start out with our cable is constantly in and one tech came out and got the internet working good in the front of the apt, so then we had to have a tech come out to fix it so that it worked all through the apt, he put a booster on and changed the router but kept telling us to connect to the old pass word.

he never switched us to the new ip address that went with the new router. our internet was horrible. we then called and another tech came out and took the booster out switched us to the new ip address. I went to get on my computer and there was nothing, no internet showed up on my computer, not even other internet names.

I couldn't get on, so two techs came out and i didn't know they weren't allowed to get into my computer. They messed with all kinds of things, changed the router…

Good afternoon, I called on September 11, 2021 to see why my bill was so high due to the invoice I received from Spectrum, They young lady checked and as usual they always ask let me look over your package, I said it has been checked and they say if I go to Spectrum it is going to cost me more with what I have.

I have been a Time Warner customer since 2015 and have been satisfied until lately. So the young lady says let me check, oh I see you have Showtime, I said i never asked for Showtime, she said it was in your package, she said if I remove that and move you to Spectrum your bill will be lower $225 or so a month.

I said that sounds great, we ended our call. V's don't work. So I called Time Warner technical support, they tried said they don't see nothing wrong with my internet over…

According to your local representatives you get charged for the whole month of service weather you use one day or the whole month, not prorated. I think that is an unfair business practice. Take my situation the billing cycle is on the 29th of the month and I cancelled my service on the first and spectrum is charging me for the whole month.

So I asked if there was interruption of service for a couple of days would they credit me for the whole month or just for the days I didn't have service? And the answer was only for the days you were affected. This is very unfair.

My bill kept going up and I asked that my account be closed a few weeks ago. I spoke to an associate and I was told to close it on or before August 24 when another billing cycle would start. I paid my balance and on August 23, called to cancel the TV portion of my subscription since it was not useful to me. The associate told me categorically that the Internet was the only subscription I have left after he removed TV and my cost is now less than 90 dollars. I came home recently from travel and checked my bill to discover that my bill did not change and the TV channel still remains.

I am not responsible for the bill. I need it to be removed asap.

Sales person promised to port the old LAN line number to the new Spectrum triple play service (cable, internet and phone) gave us a new number and told us to call for to fix the number, and after the call was done we were informed that the old number could not be ported on their services....

and they refused to de install the equipment, what obliged us to pay to re install the old provider equipment, and restore services and restore old LAN line number. Since working from home for more than an year, this LAN line number it's reference for clients and colleagues.
