I was billed wrong for 8 months just because nobody put notes when I cancel my cable service. And they gave me the wrong information about turning in the box. I was overcharged almost 1000 dollars in 8 months if I wouldn't had check my bill I would've still been overcharged they didn't even offer a refund for there mistake and didn't apologize.

The only reason I still have spectrum internet that the only company in my area. I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody

00). , I was told by Michael at the Spectrum store at Findlay, Ohio That he could do it. After the number was ported ,we drove to Findlay, Ohio (25 miles going and coming) and was told by Michael that he could not do it, I would need to call Spectrum.

I came home and called Spectrum, I was on the phone 50 minutes + and transferred 8 times and told by each that they could not do it. I was fed-up with Spectrum and am now with another company I called I missed by 1 day.

I Spectrum and wanted to return our new phones and was told that I was not within the 14 day limit I am 80 years old do not need this aggravation . Spectrum has a poor support service and I will not recommend or use them for anything!

Just experienced a horrible customer experience on August 20, 2021. I was pawned off on various representatives and managers only to be provided the same scripted response. Everyone was full of excuses, but no solutions. At the root of my experience was deceptive and dishonest business and sales practices directed toward by my elderly father stemming from the initial interaction in July 2021.

However, Spectrum's response is to avoid taking accountability and blame the customer. You are counting on your customers not reading the fine print so that their only option is to continue as a customer to avoid paying fees if they cancel the service.

When I first signed up for the service, the agent told me I could save money with the tv and internet bundle; I was told the total for the two products was $99. My first bill was $130. Since then it's dropped to $119. Never anywhere near $99!

When I called to cancel my tv service--the service was a problem to access--I was told that the television portion would be removed and my new bill would be $49. I was specifically told that I would retain a portion of the promotional discount.

My bill arrived this morning; it was still $119. I called and was told that the change order had not been processed and was listed as "pending"--even though I had a confirmation e-mail. After this call the new internet rate is $79.

I recently disconnected my internet service with Spectrum because I sold my house and the area in which I moved to did not have spectrum service. I was disappointed that I could not reconnect my spectrum service because I was very satisfied with it.

When I spoke with your representative on the phone when disconnecting, she never mentioned returning the equipment or sending a return box, etc... So, I was surprised when I saw the equipment charge on my final billing. I decided to go drop off the equipment at one of your Spectrum store locations.

OMG where do I begin. I just developed a real HATRED for this company. I pay my bill in full on time. 00. I called to ask them to extend my service 8 more days. 00 by 08/08/2021 my service will be interrupted.

I am so pissed because my bill history shows I pay my entire bill every month and this 1 time I ask for an 8 day extension, I am denied. If my father wasn't elderly and could understand streaming that's what we would be doing.

99 or so each. I have spectrum internet and home phone and then went back to spectrum after being disappointed with Dish. I got my bill today and called about the charges and was told that I did not have the bundle price that was clearly advertised over and over on tv.

My question is: "why can't all of these be bundled as the advertisement states? I am a retired worked and I live on a fixed income. I thought I was doing the correct thing and saving money by adding the tv to my services for the bundled rate.

Please help me with this problem as I may have to search for cheaper rates elsewhere. I do like the spectrum better than the other services I have tried and would like to keep my internet, tv and home phone on the bundled charges that you all display all over the tv!!

I was told when I left straight talk to come to spectrum I would get unlimited mobile data. Nothing about slowing speed after reaching 20gb. Cause she was trying to make thep sale When traveling to florida. My spectrum line would not hold a signal to even talk nor internet.

Where my friend with straight talk could get signal on trip. I only found out next I went over 20g and they slowed me down. So after being mislead I called to find process of going back to straight talk.

Spectrum told me to port number before 15th. And that would cancel it. I had prepaid it ahead of time. I canceled on the 12th but was drafted again on the 16th. I called and asked how they charged me again after. I dropped them.

I requested 3 times now to not be called in the evening by your robocalls about bills due. I had a wonderful experience with your customer service agent. I couldn't login I was being told I didn't have an active account she assisted and I logged in to understand my bill and dates.

So I fell asleep before paying because I work at 4am. Any way as I go to pay tonight low and behold another late night call. I paid but I'm warning you that I along with an attorney believe in that moment you are acting as a bill collector.

We have been with your company for a few years now. My mom called today to lower the bill but was unsuccessful. She's tired of paying $300 a month for Internet and cable so this email Is just Informing you that we will be looking for a new company.

Spectrum cancelled my service instead of transferring it! I had to speak to a manager named Annie who was supposed to call me back about the service I had, but, never called me. Now, I'm stuck with a plan that I never wanted to begin with!!!

How hard is it to give your customers what they are entitled to??? I wanted my tv choice that I was told was guaranteed for 2 years, even though I only had it for 11months. but now I'm stuck paying twice as much for your TV lifestyle package!!

I purchased a Samsung phone and service from our local spectrum office. I was told I would receive copies of all my transaction receipts by email. Did not receive a thing. Went back to office and was told they cannot access my records.

I checked my on line account and my phone number and email are correct. I receive email from everyone else on the planet accept you. I called your number and was informed that our office has lied to me three times about accessing my account.

The Oxnard office should be fired and replaced now. When I first called 2x on Saturday, I was told I would get a call back to the phone I was using. Never got any return calls! When I spoke to a representative today, she had no patience with me when I was unable to find my security code online!

Eventually, through many questions that I asked of her, I found the number. I had to ask her for her name 3x as she did not sound as though she wanted to share her first name! I found her to be impatient and unfriendly!

Not a good experience at all!!!

For almost a year now, we have continuous dropped TV and Internet signals. We have several service calls as have our neighbors. The bucket truck can put but that guy was as arrogant and condescending as they come. He was smirking the entire time I asked him about this “bad tap” he was supposed to fix. Then he left!!! Never fixed anything!

Constant TV interruptions is annoying and make almost impossible to watch anything but dropped internet signals interferes with my work and virtual doctor appointments! Thank his is totally unacceptable. We pay way too much money for this crap! I want this repaired and a refund for this entire last year of horrible service.

My bill went up $20. the employee "Cassandra," and then Superviser "Maurice" were of NO help. Cassandra was friendly, but Maurice was very callous and both were unhelpful. It used to be companies valued their customers. I'm really disappointed in Spectrum.

The only thing I was offered was for me to take away from my services (give up a receiver, lower my package, give up something like phone, etc). couldn't even apply a special or anything. GREED

I have been charged extra by Spectrum since February 2021. I only signed up for the Internet servcies but they keep charging me for TV services. I have been calling Spectrum customer care and they put me on hold for 45 minutes to an hour each time and shifting my call from one department to the other.

They told me they have removed the TV services and also credited my money back once but again included the TV services from the next bill!! i have unnecessarily paid 20 USD since March and call them twice a week but they dont do anything.

They have all my calls on record also.

Rec'd letter that our bill was going up on Sat. New billing effective Monday 6/20. TWO WHOLE DAYS NOTICE.!! Went to local office, said they couldn't help me. Told me to call the phone number on the bill. I Called and could not get a lower bundle rate.

So I canceled the TV part on 6/22. Asked how much I would owe. 00!!! I had said I would do the survey, and they would call back in 15 min. NEVER CALLED. So disgusted with your customer service employees.

Been a customer for years. Am 82 years old, and have trouble with all this internet stuff. Only use it for e mail and sometimes facebook. WE CANNOT AFFORD THESE HIGH PRICES, YOU WOULD THINK AN OLD RETURNING CUSTOMER WOULD GET THE RATES YOU GIVE NEW PEOPLE SIGNING UP.

I chose NOT to go with Spectrum and I returned the unopened box of equipment. Days later a young man from Spectrum wanted to know why I would stay with who I had . He argued with me. He is luck I did not call the police.

I changed my mind and that's all he needed to know but stood in my driveway and argued with me. That is piss poor customer service. I am telling all my friends about it. I am still pissed about this.

Your company needs to work on their Customer Service. Not have a 20 something arguing with a 60 something old woman.

After 12 hours on the phone over 2 days, I have been lied to told 'NO' to returning the defective AppleTV™ boxes they sent, which were the 4K 1st Gen not the 4K 2nd Gen I was promised. Everyone quotes me a different price for my bill will be even after I have made a deal with another agent!

They won't pro-rate any bill and now that I have no service I am still being billed as if I had service! Stay as far away from these "Snake Oil" salesmen, they are the worst. You are better of staring at the Sun for entertainment rather than dealing with these ******-*******!!!

I have been trying for days to resolve a bulk contract issue with Onboardrs and Spectrum. I have been told 3 times that a ticket has been submitted to resolve the issue, even after I was told the issue was resolved after the second submission. I was also required to verify my identity since the last tenant failed to pay their bills, and was told again today that the account is still locked and I need to verify my identity (again).

Lots of misinformation and failure to complete tasks that cannot be resolved. Karl (with a K) refused to provide his last name, his managers do not speak to customers and there is no corporate phone number for complaints...really?

No wonder they want to have bulk agreements - there customer service is atrocious, but tenants are locked into these agreements!

Spectrum is awful not standing behind what their reps tell you. I ended up having to cancel my service due to moving . only to reserve a call from a collections telling me 1 owe money for service i cancelled after i was informed 2 different times i had a zero balance what a scam . would not recommend SEPECTRUM.

I am more than mad, i have been trying to call to cancel my cable and keep my internet and phone. I am currently on hold for the third time today. My first called was on hold for 35 minutes, had to go.

My second call the hold was 30 and when someone answered she ask my name then e were cut off. This time I called again at 9:05, it is 10:20m and I am still on hold! There is no excuse for this tons more than horrible experience.

Spectrum is with out a doubt the worst place I have ever dealt with my entire life. Lucky for you there are enough stupid people out there that are willing to over look your faults, or you would be out of business .

Called for new service. Jumped through stupid automated system. Got a brain dead guy who transferred me, got a brain dead woman who transferred me then got a guy with an Indian accent who had no idea what I was talking about.

Spent more than an hour trying to get new internet service and never got through to an employee who could be bothered to do their job. Spectrum needs to recall all of their employees back to the offices. They’re fucking around working from home.

This is the second time I’ve called to try to connect new service. WTF.

After speaking with 11 people on 3 different days total, WE were charged a $50 restocking fee for an open box! We were not informed that if the box was opened and we had to return , there would be a restock fee.

WE DID NOT get any of the services requested and it's been nothing but information and unnecessary charges. I will be cancelling any services with Spectrum if the restock fee is not refunded and I WILL be disputing this with my bank and no one will hear a good word from us and we know many about Spectrum services!

Spectrum put me on paperless in March with out my consent or permission and never notified me. Didn't even have a credit card on file. Spectrum personal said it must have been a clitch. Now they first shut down my phone/then TV.

Good afternoon, I'm a new Spectrum customer as of Friday, April 23, 2021. I've experienced issues since my order was processed. I've contacted Spectrum numerous times regarding emails that I've received prior to ordering that were sent prematurely but redirecting to your company.

I was advised while placing my order that I could purchase my router separately and if the router was in my possession at the time of the technical install my router would be connected at no charge. After contacting Spectrum concerning our non-functioning cable service, we were directed to schedule an appointment at the nearest Spectrum stir ( an hour away from our home) We arrived at the store only to find that due to Covid the store does not honor on-line appointments. We have had far more problems with Spectrum than we had with any of our previous cable companies. I have to reboot at least twice a week and internet service is erratic at best. no picture and inability to change channels.

These problems are chronic and happen often enough to really enrage me, which is not good for my health. We are paying too high a price to have any of these problems and we are seriously considering dropping spectrum altogether: cable, internet and phone.

The lie and misdirect the consumers. I purchased a package and a channel. I was told the channel would cost me an additional $14 per month. I called to have the channel removed and now I'm being told you can't purchase a channel.

If I remove the channel I'll be removing half of the channels I now have. Removing that particular channel will remove other channels I had originally requested in my package. It's not the first time I've been lied to by Spectrum.

If my mother wasn't a senior and don't know how to utilize the fire stick and the roku stick I'd be walking away completely and you are trying to sell me cell phone service too. Who believes you?

Most intermittent internet service ever. Within every hour I loos connection and have to wait 5 min for it to come back. Bad ping on top of everything

I HAVE A LANDLINE AND I HAVE BEEN WITH SPECTRUM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS BEFORE IT WAS TRANSFORMED FROM TIME WARNER WHERE THERE WERE RARE PROBLEMS-NOW ALL PROBLEMS WITH SPOOF CALLER, SPAM RISK -CALLER ID. THE RESPONSE HAS BEEN "EVERYONE" CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MULTIPLY SPOOF CALLS. SPECTRUM HAS ADDED THE 'CALL ALERT' OPTIONS THAT HASN'T REALLY HELPED. IT'S LIKE NO TECH SUPPORT TECH CAN SOLVE THIS ONGOING ISSUE.

I HAVE ALL THE OPTIONS ON MY PHONE THAT SPECTRUM OFFERS, NONE LISTED-NO ROBOT CALLS-ANONYMOUS CALL LISTING AND I AM STILL HAVING THE ISSUES. TECH REP SAID JUST TURN YOUR PHONE OFF-BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE BILL. THERE ONLY THIRTY NUMBERS THAT CAN BE BLOCKED AND I AT LEASE FIFTEEN TO TWENTY CALLS A DAY. I reside In Kimbolton Ohio zipcode 43749 and I just started working from home and really would like Spectrum and they cannot provide me service out here and therefore there is only one other company that I can receive internet and its is satellite and it is not working for me.

In February we canceled the service, at that time we were told we would have to pay until the 23 of February. We told them that we did not think that we should have to pay for something, we did not receive.

We also asked to keep our phone number since we had it for 25 years. That said they needed to keep the service on to port the number . They kept telling us that they were having trouble in porting the number.

All this was supposed to be completed on or before February 24, 2021. We had already moved. You all have sent me a bill that I do not owe . It was your problem that you could not port the number.

When I left AT&T you ported the number in a matter of a few hours. We also paid for the month of February that we did not use. We also have talk to a supervisor name Mike he was willing…
