I have been a customer of specteum cable for a ling time but since i have been a customer of this cable service i have been very dissatisfied with this company and today when I calked the customer service to fix my cable issue. I am still missing alot of channels from the basic packages like cannel 18-217.

And my problem still is not fixed and they where wanting me to upgrade my cable package that i already had. So at this point spectrum cable needs to send out a tech to fix the issue

Spectrum nickel and dimes you to death! they charge for the router; charge way more than other provider; only discount is to reduce your speed. i was on ACP but government feels low-income residents don't need the help any more.

checked with Spectrum and their assistance program requires more to qualify than the government. i guess when time comes for renewal, i go elsewhere.

I understand that upgrading is necessary but I feel that the timing could be much better. Tonight I was trying to enjoy a movie and not even half way through, my internet goes out due to the scheduled upgrade. It was barely 12am and the email stated that it would be 6am.

It's now almost 2am and still no internet. My daughter was very upset as well. Please do better.

I went to your store located at 6921 W 119th St Overland Park, KS this evening to pay my final bill. I was met by Tiffany. I followed her to her station where she refused to look at me when she spoke to me.

I provided the requested information in order to locate my account. When she located my account, I pushed the box containing my cash payment towards her which then tipped over accidentally. At this, Tiffany began screaming at me telling me I was rude and she had not done anything to me.

Have spoken with 3 differeent retetion people give 3 different prices in trying to get my bill lower or even in the same price range as last month before promotions ended. 15, then went to $177. last person yesterday was $270 and change because things from first talks were not put into the computer. 54.

On 1/27/24, I purchased a TCL fire TV, model number 43q570f. I can not pair my Spectrum remote with the TV. Why? None of the codes work. I am told that Spectrum has not provided (or figured out the codes that work) because the TV may be a newer model.

Whatever the case may be, I would think there should be something that notifies the consumer that there is an incompatibility issue. I can not turn the TV on using the Spectrum remote. To turn on the TV, I have to use the TV remote and go through the process of “settings, input, and then to the HDMI input that the TV is connected to the cable box.

I have to do this every time I turn on the TV! To turn on the box, I use the Spectrum remote “all” button. I can get the Spectrum menu via the Spectrum remote, and change channels.

I was at the Spectrum Store in Lynwood, Ca 90262 to resolve an issue that I had with my Account. I had 2 Accounts and I wanted to close one of the accounts so my Brother could put it in his name.

There was a problem Porting over the Landline number to his New Account. We went to the Spectrum Store like the Agent told us to. When we got to the store we got the Run around as usually. We asked to speak to a Supervisor.

I can't remember his name and my fault because I should have written it down. I had so many people I had spoke with within the almost 3 weeks I had been trying to resolve the issue. I have a phone that's under a year old and instead of them replacing the phone they keep trying to send me to their insurance company. Their insurance sends me back to them. This cable company has made billions of dollars & all from cable customers alone, they have been charging customers egregiously monthly & whenever they turn equipment back in there’s always a claim it wasn’t rec’d & they’re owed $700 plus dollars!? They are just like the Dem/Lib Party they donate to, deciding to invest in all things streaming, so they throw all cable customers under the bus & still are asking for hundreds a month from cable customers, for the worst rip off of shows in history!

I called because my tv service no working since this morning, the agent tried to fixed and he couldn't. He said I need to pay for a technician service and i refused because is no my fault that the system doesn't working.

Then he told me that I need to pay my next bill if i don't wanna pay for the technician. I said no because I paid my bill already and I have an schedule for my payments, I explained him my bill was paid totally for the service through 11/18 to 12/17.

I have been with your company, for more that ten years. I was at one of your stores to make so changes to my account. The manger of the store. Came over to help one of the sales reps. He was try to change the amount .

I am paying to my 3 mobile phone lines. As he was going thru my bill he notice I was paying 45$ for each line. he informed me . That I should only be paying 29$ per line.

however the system would not allow him to make the changes. So his supervisor gave me a number to call mobile service, she assured me , they would make the changes. I gave them a call, They passed me around to three different people..

Spectrum cable and internet has the worst customer service. We pay our bill every month on the 12 th . From the first day of the month… they call, text , message constantly. Your bill is past due . Pay immediately harassing customers that for years pay there bills.

I explain everything each time, they say it won’t happen again. Again and again and again constantly. They are the worst!!! Do not use their services. You will regret it. I am changing at the end of the month , another hassle caused by them.

First of all I had to wait over a week to get someone to my house to install the xumo boxes. He left before he finished telling me he had another call to go on. Then he tried to charge me 50 bucks for installing the equipment.

It worked one whole night and am now sitting here again having to wait another week to fix the first idiots mistakes. Wonder how much they will try and charge me. Us elderly don't no how to install your equipment. I'm pissed.

CONSTANT outages. We have spectrum at our lake house. We rarely lose service there but at our home address we lose service multiple times a week and hundreds of times a year. Because often times the outages are less than an hour; I cannot get reimbursement for outage time.

I think I should be given credit on my account each time I have an outage. I have given up hope that I can have reliable service, but I am hoping for better reimbursement.

Horrible customer service! My elderly father was forced to upgrade his modem and there's no UPS store in his town. The closest Spectrum store is about 30 miles away. At 75 he cannot drive that distance to return the modem.

When asking for a return shipping label he has to verify a random generated code which he doesn't know. The phone number and email on his account used to belong to his late wife of 3 yrs so there's not even a way to send verification for him to get into so

he's basically screwed and will be charged daily for an ancient modem that will be thrown away When they get it anyways. Way to go Spectrum! Sorry your wife passed and the info was hers so we won't send you an empty box with a label to return equipment that's useless anyways!

I've always had mediocre internet with Spectrum, but was willing to forgo that due to the cheaper price. However, after "upgrading" for better internet speed, I have had multiple issues with the internet dropping multiple times a day. A technician came out, later that day, same issue. I get a hold of Spectrum, and they need to send someone else out. I am still expected to pay the upgraded monthly rate even though the internet I am paying for doesn't work when I need it to. I am a good customer who always pays on time, and have been a an overall loyal customer for Spectrum, but the customer service representative went ahead and gave me the information for not just returning the equipment but to cancel the service completely.

What a way to care about your customers.

Not once have I ever been treated Rudely on a phone. Other than when I went to cancel my service with spectrum. I explained to the representative I wanted to cancel because we just wanted something different. She began to hound me, “what’s different? Why?

” In a rude attitude. But the real reason was their prices are just crazy for the speed I get. I explained I went with T-Mobile, She told me for going with T-Mobile Wi-Fi it wasn’t reliable, they didn’t have tv, and it didn’t even have a gig.

I had a bad experience on Oct 24, 2023 with changing my account because my bill is to high I talk to a employee for 3 hours and she gave me a great deal and now I don't have the channels that was told to be on my packets deal.

I have talked to least 8 people and don't know one cares I have been a customer for 20 years. I have been trying to fix this matter for over 7 hours can you please listen to my recorded conversations ASAP. I called at 3pm.

I have used your service for the last 2 years, it has never been bug-free. Some bugs were worth it for the price. Now it has become more than I am willing to put up with for much longer. Techs that come to my house all leave with the same comment "That's just Spectrum" "The app itself is bad and there is nothing we can do about it" Lately, all our other apps, Netflix, and Apple, refuse to rewind and just stop and return to the start page in the middle of our shows. It is amazing that the most trouble is from the Spectrum app itself and the ones the tech all say there is nothing they can do. I have stopped calling, but the bugs keep getting worse.

By the way, I have TV streaming, internet service, and phone service. I was told the only way to fix it was to pay for cable boxes in each room…

We bought Spectrum services in September 2023. They advertised bundle service with free cellular service.

However, due to billing issues and false advertising and unable to retain their services, we canceled the mobile service and returned phone on September 16, 2023. On 4 September 2023, the day we ordered the phone (not received), the sale representative did not disclose anything about restocking fee.

31$ which they charged us (see attached 25$ credit applied). Then they provided us with wrong shipping labels, making us wait at FedEx for 3 hours costing us more time and money. The supervisor on the phone was abusive and rude.

For the past three weeks I have ben trying to get spectrum installed at my home. I have literally spent hours on the phone and gotten nothing but empty promises. My address is 433 Blackfoot Drive, Crossville TN 38572. I also tried last year, and had an install appointment but no one ever came.

All my neighbors at adjacent properties have Spectrum, the closest being 90 feet. What is Spectrum's problem. Have I been Blacklisted? Look into this please. Bill Wood

We have two accounts with spectrum the first account we’ve had about 15 years the second account we opened up almost a year ago and it was opened up in my husbands name for a rental property . When I set it up, my husband was with me to make the phone call and verified that they need to talk to me, so they supposedly put my name on the file and when I gave them my email address they got it one letter off.

my husband‘s not home a lot he’s working I have called at least five times trying to get my name on that account and get the email fixed. Supposedly it was done every single time and every time I call back it has not been done.

The inefficient management of outages is utterly absurd. I am honestly very disappointed and, frustrated when I continuously see "no estimated time of repair." It says the company is inefficient, irresponsible and, does not care to retain their customer base. They just don't seem to care at all. I have even been disconnected from services despite paying my bill, and all they said was "oops, my bad." (More or less.)

I have seen numerous complaints regarding this across the internet however Spectrum has done nothing to improve its services. I reached out because I have been unable to log into my spectrum account to fix reoccurring tv receiver issues. I was transferred several times only to be told I had to call to be able to get anything done and then the chat was ended.

I would give 0 stars if I could because I’ve had to reach out to customer service so many times in just a few weeks and finally have to end up figuring out the issue myself and try to walk your customer service through it because they don’t know how to do anything

I have had so many issues with my internet service due to outages and have never got any type of credit. I recently had a nightmare experience trying to get mobile service here. Ended up having to cancel the order due to the reps mistake then got charged $40 more than quoted.

Now they say after 3 days of hell that I have to pay my past due balance in order to add mobile but they have $161 of mine still in limbo. I’m waiting for AT&T to come to my area and please hurry!!!

Also had a very unprofessional supervisor that needs to be retrained ASAP

On Sunday August 27, 2023, at 12:28PM, I entered the Spectrum Store 5950 Poyner Village Pkwy Raleigh, NC 27616. I upgraded and traded my Apple IPhone 8 Plus for an Apple IPhone SE. I was told I would be given $150 to go toward the trade in.

During the process of setting up the SE with passcodes. The passcode that I selected did not unlock the SE. Myself and the employee worked on unlocking the SE for over an hour. After about an hour the employee stated, I will have to get a 2nd SE and start over.

She returned with the 2nd SE and started the passcode process again. I exited the Spectrum Store about 2:00 with the IPhone SE. Within one day, which was Monday August 28, 2023, I knew I did not like the SE because on every call I was told I can’t hear you.

Was talking to an agent and they shut my internet without me asking. Than talked to another agent and explained to them the situation and they helped me with the same thing the last person did and they still shut off my internet. Than when they said they could no longer help me I asked them a few more questions and they just transferred me to the sales department.

Spectrum is working overtime to tell us how they have been wronged by Disney over programming costs. Having been a Spectrum customer for a LONG time, I am sure that this is more Spectrum's fault than Disney's. Spectrum is quick to gouge its own customers whenever possible, but when they are on the receiving end, they are full of righteous indignation.
