I have been complaining since January regarding the poor service I have been experiencing since Sprint and T-mobile has merged. I have voiced on several occasions that my phone in many areas would read SOS in the upper right corner or would have all the bars and have an E at the end or my calls will drop.

I spent most of my work day trying to contact sprint to resolve the issue. I contacted sprint three times yesterday, for my phone to drop the call. You think anyone from sprint tried contacting me back? Yeah I'm not sure either because the service isn't working properly.

I finally was able to use a landline and was on the phone with someone for two hours in trying to troubleshoot my phone for whatever troubleshooting for it to not even work and finally admit there's something going on…

I had originally purchased a brand new phone last year in 2022 a fold. 3 but by January the phone had software problems so I called Sprint to tell them about it. They couldn't fix it so they sent me out an ultra. S22.

I had originally 3 accounts on my phone. I have been with Sprint for over 21 years come to find out. They quoted me one price and also told me that they were giving me to trackers to my account.

Find out that was a lie. Not only did they lie about the Trackers they lie to me about everything they change my service telling me. It was a better pla all of it was a lie not. Only am I paying more?

I'm almost paying double the amount from my service. I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior so I will be taken my service to another company. I don't care if I'm gonna be paying…

I upgraded my 4 phones on 3/10/2023. Terese, who helped me upgraded my phones, promised me that the $140 one time activation fee will be waived. She even provided me with an Interaction ID: I2284303059. I received my new bill last night so I called Customer service, spent 1hour and 15 min, just to get a ran around.

I explained the situation and the Manager who helped me basically said there's nothing they can do. False advertising and scam. that's what Sprint did to me after staying with them since 2009.

I Purchased SyncUP tracker from T-mobile store in Pace, Fl. Fall 2022. It became defective Jan. 2023. Attempted to return it to the store for a replacement. Store told me because I have a Sprint account they cannot replace it and I need to call Sprint. Called Sprint.

Was repeadtly told they would replace the tracker for free. I would have to return the old tracker; Which I did. I originally purchased the device from the store and have been paying the service fee. I left my account on sprint about a few months ago I had a friend who was still on my account and was looking to transfer to his own account. Upon doing so, he transferred over to T-mobile which somehow is not sprint but, is sprint?

When he transferred his information, we were told to call sprint and do a change of ownership which got me in the situation I am in now. I was charged for the remaining balance of his phone which made no sense to me due to him transfer everything including the balance of his phone over to his new account.

I had closed my account and I had an old bill. I tried on several occasions to get into the account but had no access. A couple of months later without no prior interactions with anyone from sprint, all of a sudden they withdrew $1200 out of my checking account and they said it was because i had an old bill.

i have been a customer since 2017 and I'm fed up. I called a month ago as my bill is $2 shy of $400. I wanted to know what I could do to get my billed lowered as I can go to another carrier and get a sweet deal for a couple years. 00.

It was better than before so I accepted that. Little did I know he cancelled my husband tablet plan. I called back last week to get it reinstated but I looked at my bill which showed that my upcoming bill is still the same.

I would have liked to give no stars.

Very poor customer service on chat and over the phone. No one gives the same information. They want money but don't want to restore device after promising to do so. They refuse to let you speak to supervisors. I'm sensing some fraud going on. The constantly repeat themselves and don't have good listening skills. I have been trying to complete an upgrade of two phones on my account since December 18. One of the phones was supposed to be a Christmas gift fit my daughter - the original sales person was misleading & screwed up the order - ruined my daughter’s Christmas!

Since the merger between sprint and t mobile the customer service has Devolved to a call center regurgitating a script of useless words designed to push off any real possibility of solving issues. In November of 2020 I paid the last of my lease payments on 4 tablets.

The following January the tablets became useless. They were no longer compatible with the new network. In an attempt to placate me I was given tablets that were 40 percent smaller. When I refused I was assured T mobile would make it right.

In 2018, I called sprint about the damage on my cell phone, the face was damaged unrecognizable, from my understanding I was told if damaged badly not to return. Now, I called to resolve this matter on January 9, and spoke with a Erew, which wasnt helpful in trying to solve the matter. I was with sprint since 1999 I recently left to go to TMOBILE in September. When I left I was told that I had a Zero balance after paying my last bill. I asked about transferring my watches and a sprint agent advised that it was no problem.

00 off and that we owed nothing else. On Dec 12 we just found out that we owe 600 plus dollars and now it's in collection after one month and that there isn't nothing they can do. After being with sprint since 1999 this isn't right at all.

We didn't get any help from and agent or the supervisor.

I have never had an account with ( account # ending in 2846) I went to purchase a phone through sprint for my daughter and ended up not making the final purchase. ( While in the store the sales woman opened the account and she should not have and I have been charged ever since for service that I have never once used.

As you can see, there was never once service/ texting ever used on the account , However I am expected to pay??? I now have a collections company calling me fore this and I will not pay this bill as I have never had services providied.

I am providing a written complaint with Sprint and T-Mobile Team. I am very disappointed with the services I received from Sprint/T-Mobile. I have never! Well this is just the last 7 days. I had been out of work and called about extension s on my bill I had to do it twice . The last time I got one the agent told me it was approved.

And gave me a confirmation num. The next day one of 3 phones were cut off . when I called I ended up on the phone talking to 9 different agents and 2 supervisor s. Some of them blamed the computer.

I have had ongoing issues with Sprint for years. I will start in between. I went the Arundel Mills Mall Sprint in 2017. They told me there is a promotion for two phones and one Motorola free for a total of $150 per month taxes included.

I advised them that I didn’t want the free phone even if it was free. They told me I should keep it because it was free. The first month they billed me $240 plus dollars and a plan for the free phone.

I called customer service and they told me I should go back to the store. When I went to the store they told me to call customer service. This went on for two years snd I had to pay 249 plus.

I was advised I would own the phone after 18 months. When I tried to leave they told me I had to pay 189 each phone to own it.

I've talked to at least a dozen people over the past week or so, I'm trying to change back to sprint. Currently can only make 911 calls out, nobody seems to know what to do. 00 per month. I didn't agree to that.

For past 3 days I've asked to talk to a supervisor. That also is beyond their scope of expertise. Yesterday sat on phone for over an hour, today over half an hour... was told for half an hour I 3as being transferred to a supervisor It shouldn't take half an hour and 5 transfers to speak to a supervisor and being put on hold 5 times. If could give no stars that would be my review. 2 months have been dealing with your customer service department (if you can call it that) over a warranty replacement for my phone. Only had phone for 1 month and it needed to be replaced and since your company has sent the first to wrong address, the second device made it to the correct address only to find out it was the wrong device.

Called them and was assured that the correct device would be shipped by a supervisor and low and behold, it's the wrong device AGAIN! Call back ck to let know what is happening and then I'm told that you are no longer stocking that device and the downgraded model that was shipped to me is what I'm supposed to accept. Absolutely NOT!!!

I live in a rural area 40 miles South of Las Vegas in Goodsprings,NV . I recently upgraded to S22 phone simply because of 5G compatibility issue.? This is what was recommended for me at the TMOBILE store of course, which additional cost was involed and even had to pay activation fees? WHY?

I had reliable signal with Sprint for years and now I make calls based on "IF" I have a signal or not. I frequently have "Emergency Calls Only" or service unavailabe, not registered to a network!!! mesage. Months ago, I received a new sim card for TMobile which upon installing it , I had no service so, I drove to the store (40 miles +40 miles home) where TMobile sim card was reinstalled and worked fine until, I tried to use it after returning home!!

46 since October 2021. I have called Sprint 19 times about this. I have been told 10 times that the credit was approved, that I would receive a prepaid Debit card for the amount of the credit, that credit would be sent within 3-5 business days.

Phone lost or stolen from granddaughter. She was behind in bill. I (as account holder) paid a collection agency over 460 dollars for past due service. I called sprint to cancel service. Several departments later was told account would be cancelled.

Two months later another collection agency with demand for over 380 dollars. I assumed this was the balance she owed on device. Never called sprint this time. Two weeks ago another collection agency asking 705 dollars. Called sprint several times. Was told acct.

This about sprint and tmobile. It has been over 24 hours since my husbands phone has worked. We haven't gotten any help. I actually am sitting in my car crying as I type this because of how frustrated and defeated I feel.

We have tried 3 new sim cards and we keep getting an error. 2 tmobile employees have looked at the phone saying it's not broken. We didn't get insurance on it because we paid good money for good covers. It's not broken.

I order a Note 20 Ultra and they sent me what they wanted me to have, i call to tell them to send me a prepaid postage so I can send it back. 18 money, why would they do that and the bill is not due until 9/11/21 and today is 8/24/21.

I called to talk to the CEO Marcelo Claure and they just kept moving me around in the system why would the CEO let something like this happen. I would NEVER recommend Sprint/T Mobile to anyone. Why is it still going to take you 7 days to refund my money.
