The underhanded way that Sprint Flex Lease has quietly let my ability to buy out my IPhone 11 after making 18 payments is borderline criminal, and I’m not going to stand for that type of treatment/con job. This will become a lifelong obsession until I see pain inflicted on them for their unscrupulous tactics.

How the Attorney General has not taken this up has got to be another one of those legislative payoffs. The New York State Teachers Union will be MOST AWARE of this situation, LOUD AND CLEAR.

I have been trying to pay off my phone for 4 mouth’s now. They told me to go onto my sprint and select pay off bill . It would not let me… then all this runaround started .. so I called sprint the agent told me… oh I know what is going on you can’t pay off your phone until your contract is done … so I waited one more month went back in my sprint and it still would not let me payoff my phones!!!!

Call back again … got this shit from a agent .. well your contact has expired so the Delaware law Is you can’t pay off your phones . I JUST WANT TO PAY OFF MY PHONES HOW HARD IS THAT… can you hire people that knows how to do there job……..

We have spoken to multiple representatives since we left sprint in April and are still receiving bills. Everyone we have talked to has assured us there is no balance, our phones are paid off and to disregard. I literally just got another bill.

This company is completely incompetent and I’m tempted to sue for harassment. They keep sending emails stating we need to pay for phones that were paid off years ago.

Sprint has added a virtual phone line on my account in September 2020 that I did not ask for and that I’ve been paying for without my knowledge and will not give me a refund or the full 280$ I paid for this line (that I did not ask for or sign a contract for) service reps told me they can only give me a 35$ credit this is FRAUD this is STEALING from customers how does a rep add things onto my account that I did not ask for ?

I did several attempts with Four consecutive calls to upgrade an IPhone. When we were almost closing the deal I got disconnected ( the operator Risia had my contact information) however she did not attempt to reach me. The second call with Jorgensen the same path we got disconnected almost at the same time as the 1st.

( I asked him at the beginning if we get disconnected Please call me back, you have my information) he didn’t. 3rd call Greg ( we got disconnected in less then 3 minutes). On The last call the 1st operator (Risia) answered, again almost closing the deal, she was not able to processing the payment ( according with my credit card company it was denied because she summit the wrong expiration date or CVV).

She stated that her system had to be restarted and have to hang up…

There is a long distance call on my bill which is not mine. I have called Sprint now five times. Each time I get on the phone with someone. They tell me it Hass to go to another department and we sit on the phone and wait.

They never reach the department and I believe they’re hoping I just eventually hang up. When I have to call during the workday because they’re not open after hours, I’m not usually able to wait more than 45 minutes or an hour.

When operator tried to offer me a $50 credit against $120 Long-distance charge that wasn’t mine. How is that even helpful? Now they restricted my phone despite the fact that I have disputed this and paid the amount it does not include this call.

My son who is in the Air Force in Seattle, WA is on my plan and has an Apple 19 phone. I had assumed that when his phone payment went from $20 to $41 he had arranged to purchase the phone.

I spoke to a manager in Toronto last Saturday and he offered me an $80 credit toward the phone. I told him I did not want $80, but a full credit for the month to month lease payments for the phone.

He said he could not do that and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told there was no one else that could help me. After speaking to my son, he decided to simply upgrade to an Apple 11 to resolve this issue.

My wife and I leased two S9+'s in March 2018. 00 credit on the other for 18 months. Then in Sep 2019 my bill went up because my credit stopped. I had been notified by Sprint that was eligible for an upgrade.

I did not want to upgrade because I would have to turn my phone in. I continued to pay on both phones for 6 months. When I went to upgrade today 3/6/20 i was told I had to pay $160 to pay off my phone.

00 a month for 6 months. I was told I was suppose to contact Sprint if I wanted to continue and buy my phone. 00 on both phones. According to my flex agreement at the end I can pay $228 to own my phone or $456 for both. 00.

When I walk into a cell phone store either Sprint, Verizon or AT&T, one of the first thing I see is how the staff are dressed. I was at a Sprint store on 69th Street in Upper Darby PA on Friday around 5:15 pm and noticed that one employee (Malik Osborne) was dressed very casually with a black hoodie covering his head and black denim jeans sagging with red underwear exposed. This is a negative and very unprofessional appearance.

My recommendation would be to set clear expectations of what type of service you want your customers to receive, what experience you want them to have while in your stores and what impression you want them to leave with.

I understand customer service has a job to do but when a CUSTOMER ASK 3 to 4 TIMES TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR and NEVER did upset me. I had to hang up on her because she would NOT transfer me to a supervisor AT ALL...

My bill is never consistent. I am on an unlimited plan and my bill fluctuates 50$ Or more every month. I was told it was due to taxes charges based on my usage. If I am on an unlimited plan my bill should be consistent!

I wanted to change my payment arrangement because I already paid the past due bill. Spoke to (Johnathan)supervisor that wouldn't give his last name to let them know I no longer have a past due and only owe the bill for January 17, 2020.

He threatened to have my service interrupted if I didn't pay the January 17th bill now or keep payment arrangement. Why would I keep payment arrangement for $440 when I only owe $294. Been with Sprint almost 20 years and never had my service interrupted.

We just got new phones on Dec 8th 2019 and the Samsung A50 are the worst phones we've ever had, and sprint will not help us to get a different phone. I have called customers service and been to 3 different stores with no help at all.

I tried to take the phones back 28 days after I bought them and the Troy Mo 63379 store would not honor the 30 window to return phones. We had LG G6 phones before and they worked fine in our area, I've talk to teck people at several stores and the said these A50 phones are a cheaper made phone compared to the 750 dollars phones like the Samsung 10s, but

I am trying to turn my leases phone in and terminate the line. I went to the sprint store in Dartmouth mall, he told me he can not do it there have to go to the store on mount pleasant at in New Bedford.

So I drive over to that store the sprint representative came out of back room did not seem like she wanted to be helpful at all. I tell her what I am trying to do. She keeps interrupting me waving her hand saying no no no we can’t help you.

Horrible customer services. They will tell you anything on the phone. Make sure you do the chat so you have documentation on what they have promised you. Even with the documentation it is very hard to make them do what they promised.

I bought my husband an Ipad for Christmas from a sprint store in Las Vegas, NV. 00 extra a month for the payments. I talked to the manager Rupert, he told me to take the Ipad back to the store if i wasn't happy with the extra charge.

I will never get a phone line through your company after i was on hold for 1 hour waiting to talk to a manager that didn't care to lose a customer. I was told i have to have your service for a year with the Ipad purchase, I can't wait to cancel the service with your company.

I had a house fire and lost everything. I called because me and my family had just got new phones and had to return the old ones. It took a while to return them because we had to find them.

I did send them back and gave sprint my tracking information. They then starting continuing bothering me about a payment even though I had sent the phones in already. They turned my phone off for the holidays even when I told them I needed it to work to pay my bills.

They suggested that I get a prepaid phone until I could pay the balance. I have been a customer for over 9 years and this is the way I get treated. Me and my kids are staying in a motel and sprint cant cut us any slack. Thank you sprint

they have terrible coverage and the sales and customer service reps are clueless. The instore rep I contacted for help in Flint Michigan was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a phone two months ago and in the three day allowed grace period took it back and I have all the paperwork for deactivation and the phone return and yet sprint keeps billing me and everyone keeps putting the blame on everyone else.

Wanted to upgrade from an IPhone 6S to an 8... I was given a person named Saveon, he certainly gave me the impression he was doing me a favor throughout the visit. I said I wanted to trade in MY IPhone 6S for an 8 and what would it cost out of pocket.

He spent some time clicking away on the screen and told me under $40. I asked again, “it’s $40 to upgrade - no other fees”? He nodded and I asked “no additional monthly fees”? I asked for his business card (he scratched out someone else’s name and added his) and I wrote that information on the card and told him I would be back with my wife and get two phones.

You know where this is going - I ordered $100 worth of wireless charging equipment and went to the store to upgrade. The people who helped me had no idea what he was talking about and…

Since no 0 stars guess they get 1 star. I was told a price from Tony in morning, and then drive to store only to be told they will not honor it. Called in and spent over 2 hours being pushed around from one rep to another.

Alex was so sweet but unable to help. Ashley no so much so they loss my business thought they obviously don’t care. They burned me the last time I upgraded a phone and took over $200 for the signed me up for insurance I did not free to and called numerous times to cancel said next cycle and never gave me my money back and oh no notes in the system.

I recently did an upgrade online, only to find out when trying to download the apps to transfer my media from one phone to the other, they weren't working. Fast forward, i went to a local store and they tried to charge me $30 to switch my media (pics, contacts) over, i said no so they suggested i go to a corporate store and they would help me plus send the phone back for me.

Once i did that, and i paid the normal billing amount i have EVERY month... i now find over $200 worth of charges still on the account. I do the online chat, they tell me after 45 minutes that they can't help me and i would need to call Sprint directly.

Ok fine, now on the phone with their customer service dept, they tell me its because the adjustments haven't fallen off from returning the other phone. BUT... now…
