for two months I've had poor service every call I get drops I have no internet when I leave my house I can't use the phone at all unless I connect to hotspots all over town you only come back home I have to login to Xfinity my home network in order to use Sprint phone they sent me a magic box it's been stuck on the same screen for a month now I've sent emails I've chatted I've been told time and
time and get everything fixed it hasn't yet I asked for a new phone nothing yet I constantly have to speak to brand new agents tell my story over and over again and they sound like Daryl repeating the same exact thing this is a hold I've lost business I haven't asked for much I recently went blind so I depended on my phone at least they could have did was replaced it
