I recently did an upgrade online, only to find out when trying to download the apps to transfer my media from one phone to the other, they weren't working. Fast forward, i went to a local store and they tried to charge me $30 to switch my media (pics, contacts) over, i said no so they suggested i go to a corporate store and they would help me plus send the phone back for me.

Once i did that, and i paid the normal billing amount i have EVERY month... i now find over $200 worth of charges still on the account. I do the online chat, they tell me after 45 minutes that they can't help me and i would need to call Sprint directly.

Ok fine, now on the phone with their customer service dept, they tell me its because the adjustments haven't fallen off from returning the other phone. BUT... now…

I’ve been calling all day and week. I was told I had made one payment knowing I made about 3. Look on statements and showing there were payments made. One payment isn’t showing on sprints end. When they took the money.

Went thru 7 different reps 5 hung up on me. Now I’m being told I have a past due pay it or service will be suspended. Reps are rude. I got the feeling some reps were taking money. With some questions they asked.

I would like to now where my money went. My bank isn’t allowing sprint to take anymore money out on top of that I had to get new cards.

I need to get out of my contract (lease agreement) and sprint is trying to charge me thousands of dollars. The reason I need out is I have no service at my house, they sent me a magic box and that does not work at all just says poor connection and I have talked to tech support.

When I went into the sprint store the tech told me to look for a company that will buy out the contract. Not very happy with sprint. Very unprofessional.

As requested by Sprint Corporate, I am posting this madness with the hope and expectation that someone looks into Account No. 965075860 for $561.18. I have had an ongoing issue since August with your Preferred Retailer Sprint Store at Pembroke Lakes Mall, here in Florida.

Back in August of this year, my wife entered the store. There, she was cajoled into accepting an upgrade from an iPhone 10 to iPhone 11. I was not with her at the time. The sales lady ordered the phone from corporate. My wife never signed for, nor requested the upgrade.

The policies in place for delinquent accounts and retaining clients is horrendous. Because an account is late, lother lines of communication are turned off. How about getting in bound calls only and somewhat being civilly your customers. I am pla ning on leaving this company for good.

The practices and treatment of your customers are inco moderate and inhumane e. The prior policies were better. I will let all my friends and family know not to use this company. I been with you guys for 15 years and Never been late with a payment. Tried to upgrade a phone on my account it's been two weeks and still dont have the phone. Try to pick up at store and ask would they horor the promotion they have like if I ordered it with them, they refused saying they would place the order.

Along with that sprint locked my account the first time saying fraudulent activities the after settling that to let them know it's me they send OUT the phone without asking for a signature upon delivery and what happens UPS steals the package!! This is just ridiculous that I have to be going through such nonsense after being a LOYAL CUSTOMER for 15 years.

I received my new phone and transferred everything on it. I deactivated the old phone before activating my new one. I couldn’t receive my code that was text to me and it told me to visit my nearest sprint store.

That store is in Burleson, 1351 Wilshire Blvd Ste 108 Wilshire Crossing. When I first got there and explained to the girl what I did on (11/22/19) she told me I needed to call customer care. I told her I just needed my phone activated and it told me to come to the store that they couldn’t do that on line.

Then she started looking up my account and said she couldn’t find me so I pulled up my account on my daughters sprint app and then miraculously she found me. She needed my pets name which I gave her and she told me it wasn’t the correct name.

My complaint is relation to in-store customer service. The Sprint store in the South Mall in Allentown PA is horrible on a good day. This was not my first bad experience there, just the worst one so far. Took my daughter there today to upgrade her phone from a 6S to an 11 (64G).

Sales girl mumbles and makes no eye contact. She has no idea that we have trade in value for our 6S. She tells us we have to buy he insurance at the time of purchase or we can't ever get it for that phone again. Pretty sure that's wrong.

She talks with her fingers in her mouth. She is more worried about having my daughter pick a new case. Doesn't begin the process of actually transferring the phone for like 20 min. In fairness she did make sure all my daughters stuff was backed up to the cloud.

I have been a customer for almost a year now, besides the TERRIBLE service, every where I go, I get terrible customer service on line and in store. I tired to pay off my device on line, they took the money alright, not telling me on top of the pay off price there is a $35 dollar fee, and they didn't even put it on the pay off they put it on my bill!! Terrible experience since we joined sprint March of this year. S10 not compatible with Sprint carrier, called Sprint a million times to address the issue, each time had horrible customer service and was on the phone at least an hour each time.

Tried every fix you can think of and our phones still aren't working properly, now they are saying we have to pay another 4 months to get an upgrade when all we want is a phone other than the S10 since we already went through 3 S10 phones and still experiencing same issue.

So over customer service, today I spoke with Jeffrey (supervisor) and he said his manager Chris would call me back shortly and I never received a call. The worst experience I ever had with a carrier, going to go back to AT&T!

I went into the Sprint store on August 13th 2019 for the 5th time trying to resolve my issues with my I-phone. I have reported many times about my phone over heating and shutting off and my service and WIFI continues to turn on and off.

00/ month so I decided to make the purchase with the new Samsung. I should of walked out the employee took 3 hours trying to figure out how to hook up my phone and bill me. I new something wasn't right.

11-4-19 I spoke to Lester at 1877-3656413 who is a resolution supervisor at 6:25pm. I am extremely appalled by the abusive demeaning manner that I was treated by him. I was trying to explain the situation and he yelled over me so he wouldn’t listen to anything information that I was trying to tell him so I can get the help I needed.

I asked him several times to please get me to a manager and he refused. I have NEVER BEEN treated so harshly by any company before. I had to call back but it was too late to get the assistance I needed.

I cancelled my service with you because your service was AWFUL!!! No one in my account could ever get in touch with anyone. We tried your service for 2 months, and we just could not handle it anymore!! In an emergency we would be dead!

Called because my service is being interrupted. Had called before to set payment arrangement but the person I talked to didn’t write notes of the conversation. Called back this morning and talked to a supervisor ( Ray i1861190429) was very rude.

Every time I got ready to talk he would start talking. Ask if sprint valued me as a customer because I’ve been one for 2 years. His response was ma’am we have customers that’s been with us 10,11,15 years. Felt very offended.

These are the type of supervisors that make your customers leave owing you money. Maybe he needs some more training or a vacation.

The amount charged was not the amount quoted. I was told I could get out of contract for 24 dollars. As I was being charged a dollar a month. I paid the 50 you said I would owe and you cut me off during a emergency.

Drop call every five min. False advertisement. When we sign up our paid phones which was in good shape six and a 6S iPhone apples. We were told that we needed to buy new phones of course we brought these phones and they have been terrible from the beginning dropping calls freezing up the screen We have called many of times to try to straighten up this phone issues unsuccessful, it’s going on three weeks or more.

Also was told there were no contract now they telling us we have Pay to turn in these phones so where did iPhone go? Every time we call there’s something new given us a number to put in ourselves to update.

I am beyond frustrated with Sprint and are almost at the tipping point of leaving for another carrier. I been with SPRINT for almost 20 years. You would think I would more appreciated as a loyal customer…It started yesterday when I tried to upgrade 3 phones.

The amount of time it took to upgrade these devices was unbelievable. I was on the phone with Sprint sales department for a total of 2 hours. Apparently they didn’t know what promotion I was speaking about. I was transferred 4 times, and not counting the time after I signed the E-file contract.

I signed up for a sprint on Oct 2nd. My journey begins in best buy, being sold too, and then ends with me doing most of the work. Read on for the gory details.

My journey begins buying a fan for my apt and then being sold on a new carrier plan with great cost entry and 5g service.

1.) BESTBUY Salesperson at BEST BUY who guaranteed they had 5G. I said my phone is apple is it possible to get 5g on this. Yes, we have 5g for that. Whoa, that sounds great, and whats the cost 25.00 bucks a month. Cool how long will this take 5-7 minutes tops. Cut too 2 hours later, I get to the last part to sign up, and they say wait im sorry, we can't sign you up; you have to call sprint customer care. Should have known then smh.

I did not give permission to charge my debit/ credit card at 110 dollars all i agreed on was to pay for my sprint drive deductable / submission fee of like 9 to 10 dollars. My first sprint drive was stolen so i was trying to get a replacement.

So to sum this all up one hundred and ten dollars was charged on my card plus i got hit with over draft fees due to i did not have enough on my card to cover that so now it is more than 110 that was hit on my card behind this mistake.

Customer service not available to resolving another incorrect bill. I haven't received the same bill since I switched phones in February 2019, when I go into a Sprint office I am always told, the Manager has to handle the bill dispute.

However, the Manager is never on site for the bill to be resolved. How I miss Cricket......

I was suppose to receive an upgrade promotion for one of my phone lines and it has been a disaster, I have so many ref # for this issue, I have chatted on line so many times and everyone says it will get taken care of and it doesn't. I have spent many of hours on the phone and I cant do it any more.

I have 3 lines on my account due for upgrades but I'm not going through this again, I have talked with some really nice people all promising me it would be resolved. This started in July and it is now October.

I think when you are this dissatisfied you should be free of any commitment and free to go to another carrier.

Sprint has the WORST Customer Service (I use the term lightly).

I've spent three hours on the phone with them today, with no results. I've talked with 11 reps. My bill was wrong, I'm trying to view it online. The site to sign-up online to see your bill doesn't work. There's so much more and I don't have time to write the rest of the horrific experience I've had.

Have someone from corporate call me. Maybe they aren't the horror show that the reps are.

New Account Holder. The representative told me about the safe tracker free trial. You can cancel, no problem. Well took it back to cancel it before the 30 days ended. Guess what?? My first month bill is now $115 MORE FOR RETUNING THE DEVICES!!

The safe trackers were part of an installment plan total of $120 (which is why I returned to avoid charges) So sprint wins regardless! Beware of the safe trackers!!!

I used express pay and the money went to the wrong account. I called to have the funds reversed back onto MY CARD. They told me they had to call the account holder (which was the wrong account) and get verification that the funds could be reversed?!?!?!?!

After yelling and screaming and demanding my payment back after 20 mins they finally agreed to reverse the payment. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD and the reason I DO NOT HAVE SPRINT. They are terrible.

Sprint processed an transaction on my bank account without my authorization. Regardless if a customer owes money sprint cannot take money from a customer account without their authorization. I want my money back I no longer have service with sprint due to overcharges on the account.

I transferred my service to another wireless provider. There’s a balance but I will settle it at a later date I didn’t authorize sprint to take money from my bank account. I demand my money back.

and before they take care of the problem with the device. They have me as the customer going to different sprint locations to resolve the problem and they still can't fix the problem. For 5 months this as been going on sometime I'm on the phone with sprint for almost a day for hours they keep lies after lies just to get me of the phone every time I call they keep asking me the same question over and

over again ask them to look at the notes the last person I spoke with should leave a note on file nothing is there. They put me on hold for long periods of time then the phone hang up the last supervisor I spoke with have me pay 225$ to insurance, saying that they will send me a new phone.
