Sprint processed an transaction on my bank account without my authorization. Regardless if a customer owes money sprint cannot take money from a customer account without their authorization. I want my money back I no longer have service with sprint due to overcharges on the account.

I transferred my service to another wireless provider. There’s a balance but I will settle it at a later date I didn’t authorize sprint to take money from my bank account. I demand my money back.

On Sept 30th I received a text from wireless match Telling me that I could cut my phone bill in half. So I made an appointment with the sprint store. I arrived early and still had to wait past my appointment time!

The sale went okay and the young lady (who i suspect was new) but it took almost 3 hours. THE PROBLEM is i switched from a completely switched types of phones and i was not show the basic functions of the phone, I did not know how to answer, the display light did not stay on long enough and I couldn’t even use google maps to get home.

I called to have help setting up my account, as I continually received error codes. Whoever it was that “helped”’me, put me on hold 5 times during our call and told me I wasn’t able sign because I was trying to do it on my phone.

She had NO idea what she was doing and suggested that my issue was that I was using safari instead of chrom??? I spent 40 minutes going back and forth with this woman and after asking Multiple times, finally got a new person to speak with, who solved my issue in under 3 minutes.

My previous rep has no business working for this company with her lack of knowledge and basic common sense. I almost canceled with sprint right there for this

I would give -100 stars if I could. I’ve been a customer for 3 years (unfortunately). I’ve been sucked into a ridiculous contract where it is hundreds of dollars to cancel. I literally have no service anywhere I go, including out of state areas.

And today I received an email exclaiming they were going to up their basic plan an extra $20/line + $35/ 4 GB data with unl talk/text. I DONT NEED MORE DATA, I CANT USE IT ANYWAY BECAUSE I DONT EVER HAVE SERVICE.

I placed a order online to upgrade my mother phone who lives In a different state than me. She gets to the store they tell her they need the debit card I used to order the phone or call sprint and update the payment info for the phone.

So I called sprint to update the card to the card she had with her to get the phone then they say it not showing up to cancel the order and re-order it. Okay so I cancelled the order and try to re-order the phone it would not allow me to do so.

Okay then I call sprint back and they tell me I have to wait 48 hours to re-order the phone. They the original price I paid to upgrade the phone went up 3 times the price I originally paid. 00.

I am very pissed at this whole situation.

The fee was fantastic going out when we lefr on Sunday but we had a family member thst passed awsy and had to come home 1 day early. We could not get thru to talk to anyone at all and it cost double the price to come home. What a joke.

Sprint customer care: I have been a sprint customer for a very long time. And yes, this is a complaint, involving a miserable experience and extremely disappointing attempted to purchase a new iPhone from Sprint. I began this calamity on a Monday, by Friday I had exhausted all efforts and purchased the phone elsewhere. 1.

I am on the phone with you all trying to check on sending my Military ID Card to have my military discount reinstated, but your agent overseas is giving me false information stating I can’t have it on one line. I did have it on 1 line in the past, and was told to reinstate it now.

I seriously wish I could give 0 stars for Sprint. Never have I experienced such a run around, shady company that has such clueless and misinformed employees. Every time we had an issue we would call the help line and they would direct us to the store.

So we’d go in to the store and they would tell us to call the help line. We have had nothing but headache for the last year and a half from every Sprint employee, on the phone and in store, and the cell service is garbage.

I will never use Sprint again and I will talk anyone out of it that is thinking about switching.

I run a Commercial Dept of a company. I have been treated unfairly,lied to, hung up on over 25 times, Taken money automatically from account for services i has not agreed to. Cold transferred to numerous different departments that ask the same questions just answered.

Off site help i can understand but the amount of time i have spent on hold for over 60 days still not complete. Sprint also acknowledges bird nest on a tower causing terrible service. If someone had recorded all the calls i have been exposed to i guarantee that documentary would kill stock.

Sprint as a company is terrible in every way. Customer service,phone service, and phones are all very bad and not reliable. I was with sprint for about 6 years before I was able to change on my own. When I went away to college and was unable to communicate with my family it really became an issue.

You need to get CSR's on the same page. I called on 8/18 to get a number removed from my account. The girl I spoke with said it was taken care of. On or around 9/10 we received a text that my auto-payment did not go thru as my CC had suspicious activity on it.

I called immediately and put on a new card so payment was not late. At that time, I also spoke with a very nice rep who I checked with to make sure that the line was taken off my account.

Recently Sprint has been billing me for what they say is a past due account. They do not have a place to address complaints so here is where I can do it. # 1 I was promised several times I would receive a mailed bill. The service was so slow I ended up going to the local office to get the bill. I spent several hours at your office and on the phone trying to get it corrected.

I wish I have a rating even on the negative scale. It is my worst experience from the sprint. Will never use sprint again nor will tell anyone to use it. In July ending of 2019, I went to sprint store in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts I met the sale guy He told me about an iPhone plan and gave me the first iPhone for 15$/month for 18 months and second one free on that.

I was only needing one but as he told another one will be a free upgrade so I took the other one. He added the phone to my sprint network which I was already using. And he told me that 3-4 and 5th line will be free and only 1st and 2nd line will be charged for 65$ and 45$.

The worst experience ever!. I cancelled services almost 7 months ago. After cancelling and paying early cancellation fees I was still charged an additional 3 months. I called and the supervisor assured me that my balance was played in full and refunded me those three months.

He also assured me my bank information would be removed from the account. Now 7 months later they took more money unexpectedly out of my bank account claiming cancellation fees. I called again and was told there was nothing they could do.

Back in March of 2018 I had to switch carriers in Hobbs, NM due to the fact that your towers were down. I was traveling from Fort Worth to Hobbs, NM and I got lost due to my service kept disconnecting.

I couldn't even get an outside line, couldn't not get google maps to stay connected to get me to my destination. I finally made it to Hobbs, NM after being lost for hours. I stopped into your Hobbs, NM location and spoke with the manager.

Using the Sprint app, I made a payment to a specific bank and the payment was taken from a different bank. As I stated to ALL of the Sprint reps that I either had spoken to or chatted with, the payment method only allowed me to select the payment from the intended bank.

There were no other option of payment, so I don't know how the payment was taken from there other bank. And being that the payment was taken from the other bank, that caused me a $30 overdraft fee. Fraudulent billing. My father passed away on March 25, 2019. Two weeks later, I presented a death certificate at the Sprint store and asked that his phone service be disconnected. I repeated this request in June and July. Still, I am receiving emails to pay his monthly bill online, which I cannot because 1.

the service was supposed to be stopped. and 2. I have no access to his account. His credit card company was notified of his passing and no further charges can be made. That means no automatic monthly payments. His account was sent to a collection agency!

Two girls going to door to door for Sprint rang my doorbell @ 12:30pm. I told them there was no soliciting. It's posted. This is private property. They argued with me and continued to go thru our community. Another neighbor came and told them to leave. This is private property. We own our condos. In fact, we own the parking spot they used. I recently switched carriers within the past 2 months to Sprint. Having never had sprint in the past I had little to no knowledge of the service. I signed up for the service and got a phone that I liked.

Within a couple days I went for a run and noticed that the headphones that I was using in my phone weren't working, so I bought a new pair. When I called to get a pay off amount, your representative from India gave 3 different amounts. Not to mention attitude. Each rep I got was speaking from a script. I had to go back and review my confusing statement.

They are giving me the run around about unlocking my daughters iPhone XR that Is needing to be Verizon, purchased through Best Buy. Is locked by them by somebody putting their sprint SIM card in her brand new phone. And have been told that phone is probably unabled to be unlocked permanently.

I have been screwed over from Sprint. It may have been just the salesman itself initially so he can make the sales but Sprint customer service did nothing about it as well. Made me to believe that what the salesman said was approved and authorized by Sprint.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Tried to get the promotion of you hand in your Iphone 6s you can get the new XR for$0 a month for 18 months. So we went to sprint Corp. Store ( pappermill road) handed in my son's iphone 6s in perfect condition.

We just got it new last year. we can get our money back within 30 days and become WHOLE! THERE IS NO RISK. Plus there was other charges that we were unaware of. i was told $55. which I found out later we were charged $18 in taxes plus we had to get insurance which was an additional $15 a month. we got. that protector was $39!!!.

I have now been to Store # 5502 - East Peoria, IL once to see if I am eligible for an upgrade. Was told no, it would increase our payments and would have to pay off the phones and at the time was $181.

Went to store # 5506 - Peoria, IL twice. 00 towards a battery replacement. Went back to the same store because my battery completely died this past Sunday and was told I need to take my phone to a store with tech support.

That store is Store # 5503 - Normal, IL which is a little over 1 hour away. I called for an appointment for tech support first and drove to store # 5503. Met with tech support and he stated the home button is cracked and cannot replace the battery. I understand this.

Met with Patrick H in sales. He told me the options and it made the most since to just pay off my broken…

Waited over 10 days for my refund I decided to go with other service and I am glad I did. I have never had anyone else give me my refunds back with in days. It has been ten days. I won't use your service or send my family or friends.

And the people on the phones should understand English. Not a happy customer

I am from India. Recently I have visited USA and I have taken Sprint Prepaid Plan for 1 month. I have clearly told your sales agent that I will need the connection for only 1 month and I do not want auto-renewal. I have also asked him not to put auto pay on it. May be your sales agent did not understand due to language issues.

I am now in India for the past 2 months and your company is still billing me for the service I am not using and now it is sending emails for collection. The Sprint number I was using was 352-414-9389. Please ask them cancel the 2 invoices raised on me and to stop billing for the service I am not using. I have already paid for the 1 month I have used.
