I just encountered a very rude International customer service agent..... I called to schedule my payment and after explaining why I was calling, I was told the arrangements could be made for a fee of $40 - I was then asked how would I like to make that payment (card or checking account), after telling him checking.....HIS NEXT WORDS WERE "MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PAYMENT AMOUNT IN YOUR ACCOUNT".... First of all it is NO ones business why I needed to make arrangements on my account and second every time that I have called and reached International locations - they are RUDE I have been with Sprint a long time - I do not want to deal with someone being disrespectful and then I give my money - there are many many other companies that sell phone services.

Before signing up for the plan I asked how long the 5 lines for $100 and free Hulu was good for. They told me it didn't expire. I would only be charged $100 per month for the plan as long as I have the account with them.

I asked them to show me on the contract where it stated that it doesn't expire. We reviewed the contract and they said it wasn't in print that it was only good for a year so that meant it doesn't expire.

Now my service is $160 per month. After signing the contract I had to go back into the store at Daytona One two more times within a week and each time I asked the same question. They would pull up my account and advise me that the price didn't expire every single time.

Unfortunately, I was late in paying our monthly bill (which was higher than quoted initially). My service, which was already poor (no one could hear me or calls were disconnected before completion) was put on "restricted" which meant every time I went to making an outgoing call, it automatically went to Sprint, not the party I was attempting to reach.

Sadly, I became stranded on the highway and unable to reach my husband, or anyone, for help. As a 73 year old senior citizen, I found this extremely upsetting, unsettling and I believe unlawful! When I got home, I attempted to "chat" with a Sprint representative (Sam, Nica and Salena J) about my concerns, they simply said the only way they could help me was if I paid my bill.

I changed my carrier from Sprint to Verizon (poor service) on April 30, 2017. I paid for my iPhone in full and was assured that I had no extra charges. 21!!!!! I never received a bill from Sprint nor do I know what the charges are for.

Imagine contacting sprint due to your bill being incorrect for 4 straight months. This is rediculous. It doesn't seem to matter how many associates and supervisors you speak with everyone simply lies to you or passes you off to the next person and nothing gets resolved.

The exact same billing issue every month on a new account. I will definitely be cancelling my sprint service and I would never recommend this service to anyone. Failed promises, no follow up from leadership, incorrect Bill's, spotty service.

Sprint is the petty petty service provider. I was a member for it for almost 3 years and then I left it. I had paid all of my phone and when I left it, I asked to unlock my phone and they said okay, it will take 24-48 hours.

But it didn’t happen, so I called again and they said it takes actually 3-5 business days. That didn’t happen either. I called again and they said 7 days and its been 11 days and it still hasn’t happen. I was planning on joining sprint again after a year when my lease ended with ATT but this is just honestly the most horrible thing that could happen to me.

On 8/4/19 transaction # I1817394004 i Spoke w/Taylor from Tennessee,an acct rep. Taylor talked to her supervisor who said because im w/sprint for 14yrs that he "pulled strings" & i was able to get a double upgrade buy 1 get 1 of 2 iPhone xrs without adding a line & $200 mastercard.

I would rate SPRINT NEGATIVE stars if possible.

I have attempted to close my account on three separate occasions and CONTINUE to receive a balance due under an account that customer service cannot even view because it's been closed. Either that or they are completely incompetent and erroneously enter your "challenge word" more than 7 times in a row and then hang up on you.

The last time I called, the account specialist who I was transferred to (five separate times) even was frustrated at the lack of ability for her peers to assist. She took care of my problem and AGAIN closed my account.

This issue has been going on SINCE MARCH. It is now AUGUST.

Called in to add a line on August 11th spoke to a sales rep to add a new line. As I was adding this new line I told her I was looking for the best rate (as I am a sales manager for a call center) she later came back to me and

stated that she could pay my phone off ending in 2165 and also give me a 50 dollar credit towards my next bill, then proceeded to tell me that the new phone with the added line would be paid off in 6 months and I “ WOULD NOT” owe anything more going forward.

I have been trying to get my phones unlocked since Aug 5 when I paid off the remainder of my lease. My iphone 610563 682. Was unlocked internationally but not domestically. I discovered this when trying to change to a different carrier. 8.

I called customer service multiple times on Aug 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. A rep finally opened a case # 249212752 on the 10th. Each time I have called I have been told 24 to 72 hours starting on the 9th.

The rep I talked to on the 13th refused to bring a supervisor to the phone, she also refused to request the problem be expedited. She also promised she would call back by 1200 on the 14th, but she did not.

I went to the sprint store located of 1765 N Town E Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75150. I had made an appointment to pick up my phone at 11:30 am. I waited 45 minutes before anyone helped me and I was very upset due to the fact that I made an appointment so I could go in and out.

The employees here will not acknowledge customers at all. They will have a 20 minute conversation with each other before they help a customer what kind of service is that. When I went it 3 people where wanting to cancel their service that speaks for itself that sprint is loosing customer due to the employees lack of customer service in the stores.

This store has bad management and employees. I cut off my line and will never go back to sprint due to the way I was treated.

We moved from one state to another i had been on the phone with sprint for 2 months about my phone not working and for two months i got technical support and not once did they tell me that sprint does not work outside of the west coast we call in tonight and a lady from the billing department told us!!!!

What seemed to be a positive, helpful experience turned out to be one where we were lied to & swindled... & Sprint is not trying to make it right in any way, shape or form. Long story short, almost a year ago we were in the mall & convinced to switch from AT&T to Sprint.

I went into sprint store and asked to pay off both phones so that I may cancel my service. They told me it’d be $206 to pay off both phones. I paid the $206 then a month later got a $160 bill and when I called they said I ONLY PAID OFF ONE PHONE so I still owe another $206.

When I told them the store I went to said I paid off both already they told me to go back to that store to address it! Made me pay another $206 to cancel my service, I have NEVER experienced such terrible service.

Was told the plan was for 18 months then after 12 months sprint added $53 a month and said it was a 12 month plan and 18 month lease . When I asked if they could lower the bill or had specials sprint said no .

Two months before the contracted ended my grandson needed a phone that would work so he went to Verizon . After he did that then sprint called and offered 4 phones for $140 a month instead of the $223 I was paying .

Since I wouldn’t bring my grandsons phone back they retracted the offer so I told them to give me a new number to keep my 4 line plan and they refused . I had also had sprint put a block on all 4 phones so they could not have outside down loads when I saw an extra charge for a game download around $30 .

My complaint is on the Sonim XP3 Direct / phones . We were very satisfied with the device so over the years we would upgrade for my business . In July 2019. Kyocera were no longer compatible to the phone towers .

So Sonim is Sprints answer for a substitute for the Kyocera . Well the phone is not user friendly . The direct connect keeps sticking on the last person you spoke to . The connections are sporadic, it doesn't make any difference if it is bad weather ,or distance .

I have been with Sprint for 19 years and have had issues along the way but I am loyal. I back in march, I talked with two gentleman one of which told me he was going to shut off my line for me and send me an iphone and I would have a new number.

I just had to pay 171. Because I had been paying for a service I wasn't getting, which was unlimited, he also said he was going to void out the rest of my Samsung contract and I could keep my phone.

I just recently found out that this whole time I had TWO lines on my account. I don't look at my account, instead I just pay what i was told my bill was. Now I am told I owe 290!!!

I was set up with a new account and we had a great plan selected. Turns out they input our plan incorrectly. My mother was in 4 times and called at least twice as many times to get this corrected.

While being told it was fixed and not to worry a bill came due. They said to pay $60 less than was owed, it wouldn't affect the service, and they said not to sign up for auto pay so that she doesn't get overcharged.

She paid that amount and was told the service would not be interrupted. A few days later, today, my phone was turned off because of the $60 deficit. My mother and grandmother (also on the account) are 3 hours away.

On Friday afternoon July 19th at 1:30pm our Sprint Connect 3 went down for the count. Our cell phones were intermittent . Icalled Sprint Customer care and for the next 2 days spent a total of 7 1/2 combined hrs explaining my Sprint problem .

During that period I was given many promises of service restoration by customer care off shore people who merely kicked the problem to another Sprint care person that would tell me the problem was being escalated to higher levels . In one case I was told it would be 5-7 days to get to the right level of technical solution. I never heard back.

I am beyond frustrated with Sprint and are almost at the tipping point of leaving for another carrier. We've tried to get our billing figured out ever since we started our phone plan together earlier last year and no one can give us a good explanation of what's been going on.

I have been with Sprint for a long time.

However, my bill has crept to over $400 per month. I paid off one tablet and requested for the data plan to be cancelled. Only to find out you have been charging me for a data plan for a tablet that is not being used.

This is not the first time. When i upgraded from my Samsung tablet to the IPhone Air, I was still being charged a data plan for the Samsung. I had called and requested for the plan to be discontinued. When it was brought to the attention of Sprint, they apologized then stopped the service.

My Samsung S10 started having several issues one of which was overheating to the point where the technician said my goodness you could fry an egg on head started burning my hand.

Also the screen would freeze four or five times a day and after about 20 minutes would work again also apps started opening themselves especially the phone app and a few other lesser issues that were very annoying. I had the horrible pleasure of being on a phone call with your customer service agents for 2 hours, 35 minutes. It would have been great had we resolved my issue, but we didn't. I have been a Sprint customer for a very long time, and this has been by far the absolute worst experience for me.

I ordered 2 new phones on July 25th. I was told that they were going to be overnight delivered, imagine my surprise when I was told by UPS that they were shipped standard delivery and I wasn't going to receive them until the 31st of July.

I have never been able to get my online bills and as simple as it sounds it has been 9 months since I joined, and no one had been able to help me. The day I joined Sprint the first line to finish was the transferred from the other company was the iPhone XS.

The sales rep did the account for my son for my sprint (user and password). Little that I know that Sprint will consider his account as the primary one. My son does not remember his user nor a password. When I created my account on my sprint the only equipment, I can see details is the Samsung Galaxy S9+.

I need assistant on my account to get new lines add. I was told over the phone by sprint 1-888 number that I could go into the store to get the phone that I had Oder and was sent back.

The manager refused to sell the the phone and when I contacted customer service and they said everything was ok. The manager at Fashion Square mall store sprint, still refused and said he did not care if someone told him to do it by phone he was not going to do it.

I have had my sprint phone (iphone XR) for 1 month throughout this time there have been several occasions where my phone does not work. The main location my phone stops working is in my home. At least once a week my phone drops to one bar in my home for the ENTIRE day.

The next day all is well I again have 3 bars ( never 4 bars). This is happening often and it makes it difficult to do things quickly such as check email. The service is spotty in many places and just drops multiple times a day!

This is the worst service I have experienced, ever!

hi, i have been having poor experience with sprint its all started 5 months ago when i have called to speak with a specialist about a payment arrangements of my account, i had made one arrangements online, next day my services was suspended i had to see what was going on and the specialist told me that they didnt had no record of the arrangement then i told them that i set up two arrangements, they just giving me around about it, now i having same issue this time i had arrangements made and

i didnt want to charge my visa that is on file they told me that i have to have a visa card on file to make a arrangements, so they charge my card and didnt gone through so sprint had suspend my service again.

i am thinking of canceling my service.
