I have never been able to get my online bills and as simple as it sounds it has been 9 months since I joined, and no one had been able to help me. The day I joined Sprint the first line to finish was the transferred from the other company was the iPhone XS.
The sales rep did the account for my son for my sprint (user and password). Little that I know that Sprint will consider his account as the primary one. My son does not remember his user nor a password. When I created my account on my sprint the only equipment, I can see details is the Samsung Galaxy S9+.
I have visited the stores, I have made calls to the customer services representatives numerous times with no success I still cannot see my bills thru the app my sprint nor on line.
