It is unfortunate that the unprofessionalism of Sprint Representatives, Sprint Escalated Managers to Corporate Personal are to paying customers. I was with Sprint for five years when they were called Nextel and did a port over to Verizon in which I returned to Spring January 21, 2012.
I am mortified and utterly disturbed since day one. Not only was I disrespected by Darsheen's direct Supervisor in Corporate, but she continued to lack professionalism by not allowing me to talk, interrupting my complete thoughts, talking over my voice and not thoroughly listening to the situation at hand.
