Went into the Burlington Iowa staples store to send a fax and needed a little help to figure out the machine. A snot nose young girl that I asked for help refused and all she was doing is playing with her phone.

Where did the customer service go with staples. That person should be fired for being rude. Worst her manager backed her up. That Burlington store needs to be closed or the entire staff replaced they all have an attitude. Never will shop at Staples again unless I get an apology

Yesterday at Staples, I got on line and waited patiently about 15 minutes to be served for simply binding 3 reports I brought in. No problem with the bindings. The problem came after I had paid with CC and I noticed an "express guarantee" charge added to the receipt.

I did not request any special service-all I did was wait on line. It wasn't busy at all. 67 for "delivery" within the hour. This is total BS. I called the store today to demand a refund but the manager refused and just told me to call corporate at 1800 333 3330.

" In other words, just for the privilege of serving you without waiting an hour, they are now charging you extra. Brilliant customer disservice. All they have accomplished is that I will go to another local printer store and never shop at Staples again.

Yes I have a complaint to make about a a Associate that work in the print&marketing department. I think her name is Zara a dark skin female at the Century Location. Her attitude toward me was unacceptable, she was very rude toward me 11/29/2023.

I Came in staple to pick up my package in the 4949 Canoe Pass way Unit 336 Tasawwassen at 10: 00 on Dec 1, 2023, only one employee worked in there, I ask him for picking up my package, I told him that I am a little rush, because I have to go to work. he said he doesn't have right to touch the package services, only manager has right and his manager is in the back would be come out soon.

I really trust him, wait 20 mins. no body coming out. then this employee called his manager. he said his manager ask me to change to other time to pick up my package, his manager is not in staples .

I purchased a software, Adobe Lightroom for around $75. I was told that I will have the option to log onto my Staples account and then download the software. However, when I log into my profile on staples.com and click on download, nothing gets downloaded. Instead, I am brought to a shopping cart with item that I had already purchased already in the shopping cart. I am also seeing my credit card being charged a second time as well.

When I had called Staples.com earlier at 800-333-3330, I was given instructions on how to download the software. But when I was not able to download the software, they told me someone from IT will be calling me back. No one has contacted me and now, when I attempt to call the customer service number, I am getting a message to call back later

I went to the Staples store in Grandville, MI (might officially be in Wyoming, MI) to return a package to Amazon. Upon entering the store I saw a large sign saying package shipping on the wall. So, I walked straight up to the counter and was waiting for the clerk to finish with him.

I was directly behind by about 4'. There were very few people in the store and no others in the immediate 40'. , about 6' over to the side. I said I was fine where I was and would wait there.

The print manager that worked on 9/9-9/10/23 was extremely rude, un organized and unable to complete his duties in a timely professional matter. I requested a simple print service to print 2 copies of color pictures on plain old paper.

Nothing fancy at 1:40 pm, came in around 4pm to pick them up. He said no I haven't opened any email requests I'm too busy. I was shocked as that had never been an issue. I asked if he could take a minute to complete, he said no.

Send it to the print machine and print it yourself. I asked who his manager was he said himself. I said ok than Ill come back tomorrow to pick it up around 4pm he said I'm not telling you its going to be ready, I responded are you serious?

It is only store in town that sells products we need. The manager there is very pushy selling warranty. We have refused numerous times she has even cut off new employees to take over trying to sell us one. It is at the point one she glared at us when we go in.

And our last visit for envelopes she glared and then we were followed straight to the envelopes. I find the employees very unfriendly and pushy.

August 27th I was at Staples in New Minas, Nova Scotia and ordered a Staples Turcotte Luxura High-Back Executive Chair. I received an e-mail on August 27 stating the order had been shipped and would be delivered to my home address around August 29th.

When I went to track the package the information stated that the current status was shipped and the scheduled pickup was August 29th and delivery was pending. This AM (August 31st) I checked as the chair has not been delivered.

The tracking information now says DOCKED instead of shipped. I spoke to a customer service agent and he checked and did not know what DOCKED meant. He stated that it would be checked out and that I should hear back in 2-3 business days what this means.

I was looking for assistance I’m trying to scan a few documents to an email. I also needed some assistance in making a copy of one of the documents, a little larger. I must say that the two people were working there one appeared to be the supervisor and another a newer employee.

No one wanted to acknowledge me. 82 on copies that I couldn’t use and she was not sure how to enlarge, the item that I needed to be a little bit bigger. I was not sure of the manager or supervisor’s name, but she was extremely rude and made no effort to try to assist.

I will never use Staples again I’m sorry to say I’ve used them in the past, never had an issue, but this visit at the East Syracuse New York store was horrible.

I bought the system mechanic software on August11/23 from staples store ( No CD ), went to install it according to the link provided. I couldnt even enter the Keycode provided and it corrupted my computer. I had to finally call IT support to restore my system to its original settings . I went to the store located at 10136 King george blvd., the box had original seal and instruction sheet with keycode in it but sote refused to return even after the explanation. I called your Staples at 2248 Broadway, New York, NY 10024 to get a price for black and white copies. The first gentleman answered and proceeded to transfer me. I was on hold for nearly an hour and nobody ever came back to phone to acknowledge I was still on hold.

Another employee came to phone after nearly an hour. I asked my question and she put me on hold. All toll, I waited over an hour, with still NO ANSWER. Very poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Thurs, 8/3/23 around 12:30 p.m. it took a long time to even get the manager for assistance, as there was no one else available except the cashier.

When I questioned the size of an office chair mat & requested a tape measure or yard stick to verify before buying, he said it would be a while because he had other customers to take care of. Normally, I would have waited, but his attitude was so poor that I didn't want to deal with him anymore. The mats were $100 + a piece, and I let him know that I would be taking my $200 somewhere else and purchase the verified size I need. He, very sarcastically, have a good day. I asked attendant to make 3 copies of an original 2-page item - front and back of both pages. 81 (tax included). The attendant did not disclose the price nor the service fee beforehand and there is no sign stating such costs at the service desk. 81.

My husband helped a lady that just purchased two (2) items that were very very heavy. Husband proceeded to help asking person in front seat why he wasn't helping her? Passenger opened his door and he had no LEGS.

Your employees are not responsible for helping disabled people put items purchased from your store in their vehicles?

As an attorney, I often require huge print jobs for court copies and, on or about June 27, 2023, I visited your Staples location in Narberth at 933 Montgomery Avenue, Narberth, Pennsylvania 19072. Prior to arriving at the Narberth store, I called and spoke with a Staples' associate named "Ben." I inquired regarding the maximum number of pages that the largest binding option could hold and Ben replied, "600 pages." I received an email that my print orders were ready to be picked up on 6/15/23. I drove 30 minutes to the store the next day on 6/16/23 to pick up the orders. The girl found my order and soon realized she had printed one order twice so the second order wasn’t printed.

Instead of trying to expedite the printing & attempt to Wright her mistake she told me she’d call me when it was ready, probably in 4 hours or more. I explained that I drove 30 minutes for this and it should be handled now.

She then proceeded to tell me she had other customers and orders ahead of this so it’s just too bad. I explained that my order was ahead of others because I had an email showing that it was ready the day before.

if I could give zero stars as a rating I would. I walked into Staples store # 0235 located 1901 East Silver Springs Blvd Ocala Florida. There was another couple that walked up after me for assistance. I was in dire need of assistance to print several items for my business and had a few questions.

The employee in the print shop that I was later told that her name was Heather came out from the back of the print shop after a waiting for at least 5 minutes without a greeting of any kind. I received poor service at the Staples in Saint Thomas. I would like to offer some suggestions to the store clerk who did not provide me with the help that I needed. 1) Acknowledge that I am waiting by saying “I will be with you in a minute.” 2) When you are free, approach me and give me the help that I need. 3) I went to find someone else to help me, and when that person came with me to the copy machine, the clerk that was ignoring me suddenly had time for me.

I tried to do the copy by myself, but it was an enlargement, and I was having trouble. The whole event cost me $10 because you have to pre-pay to use the copy machine and I walked out of there without the finished product.

By contrast, I went to the Staples in Simcoe, and I received amazing help. Five stars.

I called Staples near me to ask what email do I send 2 attachments equalling 4 pages to? com and that I will recieve a email with a code that I will need. So I send a email with 2 PDF attachments equalling 4 pages, I write down the code and bring it with me.

Staples has such a bad policy, with a completely terrible inconvienience, forcing me to buy a Staples print card. 50 cents per page to scan and email. I click on both PDF Files and only one of the PDF files was a form I needed to sign, the other 2 pages was nothing but 1 blank page and 1 that showed my email at the top.

00 on the card and then I can scan and email. 00 later I completed only half the task I came in for, only signed one form with 2 pages, scanned and sent back. The only 2 employees that were helpfull didn't even work…

This morning I stopped by the Staples store at 12070 Lakewood Blvd, Downey, CA 90242 to purchase MasterCard gift cards. I showed my Virginia ID along with my credit card and the Staples store refused to sell the gift cards to me, citing that the store has a store policy that to use a credit card to purchase gift cards it requires the name on the credit card to match a California ID and non-California IDs are not accepted. I was shocked -- it is the first time I ran into a Staples store with this kind of discriminating policy. It seems the policy is randomly set up by this particular store, as later I was able to make the purchase at another store in Southern California.

I AM DEMANDING THAT MY MONEY BE REFUNDED FOR COPIES MADE ON COPY Machine at Staples in Bradenton on April 2,2023. I was directed by employee to use copy machine. I placed my documents needed to be copied but then realized I needed two sided copies.

I attempted to stop the machine but it kept printing. Two employees were in the area, One at the cash register and one at the other copying machines. I asked for assistance. Neither one knew how to turn the machine off.

We had a delivery of GYM Wipes today at our place of employment which is DOJ the Driver was not to happy he complained that they should have asked for his fingerprints when we have deliveries here we have to have someone check out the vehicle before they come for there safety as well as for us. Went in to buy an office chair. Everywhere all over the office chair section are huge 40% off signs. 99. Now I have no compunctions spending $300 or $500 on an office chair, and had those prominent 40% off signs not been everywhere including directly behind my chair, I would have gladly paid full price and gone home with my purchase.

" So not only was this not a lesser-than 40% discount, it wasn't a "select chair" at all. Why rub that in people's faces just to pull the rug out? I wasn't buying the chair just for the discount, but you offered it to me and then pulled it away just as quickly.

I have placed three order this year and all three orders has been a mess. The first order was supposedly return to warehouse and no one could explain to me why. Never got order on time and had to go to Office depot to get my order.

Then Staples tries to deliver the order 3 times. I took duplicate order and had to fight to get duplicate to pick up and then they try to give me 3rd order which I refused. As of 02/21/2023 I have never got the credits for that mess even after talking to 2 different managers.

Over one week ago, I placed an order for two personal/professional stamps online. Staples offered both same day and next day completion of the order. I have received nothing but excuses on why my stamps are not ready for pick up.

Why state online that you have same day or next day pick up, and not be able to deliver on that promise? On top of this, the store just advised my wife to check stores in nearby towns to get a stamp.

The stamps are already paid for. Why don't they check other stores in the area to complete my order? To me, that's just plain laziness! For your information, the store I'm referring to is located in Morehead City, NC

Hello, I have always had good service but feel you should know about this experience. About a month ago I had a set of 3 copies of 13 color made on glossy paper. I shopped as they did these for me.

When they were finished I cut and assembled them to make into 3-5x7 spiral books. I found a black ink spot on one of the 3 copies. The reply was they only had one good printer and there was an internal permanent spot in it.

Looking around at that dept. I saw many printers. Apparently no back up. This was supposed to be a self published book. I could not sell them with ink blotches even on one page. I had to price them down.

I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro Printer a little over a year ago from the Victorville, CA Staples store. I bought insurance on it for two years. The Insured company was Asurion. Just before Christmas of 2022, the paper drawer broke and would not push in.

Consequently, I couldn't use the printer. I waited until after Christmas and then contacted Staples and jumped through several hoops, required jumps by Asurion. Copy and send your original receipt. I had it. Take a photo of the front and back of your printer.

The Store manager actually followed me out into the parking lot today and tried to coax and ridicule me into physically fighting with him. All because I told him the automated reordering system was messed up because the paper I needed for my business as well as all the alternatives have been out of supply for over two months.

When he went after me in the store, suggesting I thought he was an idiot (his words not mine) , I decided to return the things I had already bought, then he really went after me. I saluted him on the way out of the store, no words exchanged and then is when he followed me into the parking lot trying to engage me in a fight I should have called the police.

Staples offers discounts for 25% off printer ink but only through the app which I could not get to load so I had to leave the store without the ink. Hard to run a business with no ink! Don’t offer discount that way.

I came to the staples store to purchase QuickBooks Software. I received help from one of the store associates and told them what I needed QuickBooks to do and she tried to find someone that had knowledge of the software but was unable to find anyone on duty.

So she looked at some of the available software with me and proceeded to recommend a product. I purchased the suggested product and I did install the product on my computer, however it is not at all what I need it for.

I called QuickBooks support and eventually spoke with a sales rep in which I purchased the correct software that I needed. He suggested I return to staples store and return the product. I called the store and they informed me that since I had already used the code in the software I could not return it.

I have had serveral bad experiences with your Staples employees at the Atascadero store. The first one was with Barbara. I had gone in for a ledger binder book. 49 and it also was slightly damaged. I was told by an employee on the floor that she would give me a discount due to the damage. 00.

I told them that I didn't want it then. I went in the next week for supplies and the same ledger book was in the same place with the same amount sign. I went to up to the front and talked with Barbara. 49.

She was very rude and stated that it was in the wrong place, but that she would let me have it for that price. As I was checking out, I thanked her for doing that and she stated that she really didn't have to do it and was very rude while she was saying it.

I went to Staples (Williamsburg, VA) as a walk-in on 18 Jan 23. arriving at 0830. The white female whom I assume is the manager asked me if she could help me. I stated yes I'm a walk-in for TSA precheck and she said come back at 0910.

I came back at 0910 and she asked me for my name and then asked if I had an appointment. I stated again I was a walk-in and she said feel free to walk around the store. I asked how many appointments do you have, she smiled and said 60 every ten minutes but if one doesn't show we call your name.

I really felt she was rude to me from the beginning and stated you need to see a dentist, not right but she purposely wasted my time. I'll served my country for over 28 years and I'm a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD.

I’m ignorant about office equipment. That combined with economic hardship convinced me to start an online venture. Because of the human element I chose staples over Amazon. My first hurdle was a label printer. I was given a printer and went to explain my situation.

I explained how I only had this printer and could get by with only black ink if possible. I was told it was and directed to the isle. Upon returning home and a bit research I found that the worker was not wrong and black was all that was needed provided the empty’s ink containers remained in place. That didn’t bother me.
