This incident occurred today, Monday the 12th of 2022, at approximately 9:30AM. I was speaking to my daughter as she was preparing to leave for her Assistant Manager position at Rue21. I was checking on her because she just had a major surgery performed on the 29th of November of 2022.

My daughter also works at Staples (#0642) as an Operations Supervisor. This store has had many issues with the effectiveness & efficiency of its General Managers over the past several years and I can understand why this is the case.

Im very frustrated with the advertisement for your courier service. When completing a same-day print request, your site gives the option for courier service. This option says delivery within hours.

However, every time I have selected this option it only gives me next-day courier availability. The next-day options do not even have delivery times until the afternoon. This is a false advertisement. This is very frustrating when trying to look for a solution to a problem.

I enter your site believing I have found a solution and get all the way to the end of check out to be disappointed.

1hour and 2 phone calls and I could not place an order using 2 forms of payment . Not sure where calls went but the English language was very hard to understand with both assistants and the first one had a baby on her lap and a noisy child in the background, the second one was also in a very noisy atmosphere which made communication hard.

I went to use the self-service printing center in North Wales, PA. I had a docx file on a USB drive. The IBM printer wouldn't load the file, and the clerk told me that it would only read PDF files. There was no attempt to help me; in fact, I was told that I shouldn't expect more from the self-service area and that he had an important job in progress and couldn't help me.

I went home and changed it to a pdf file, then called the store to confirm that it should then work. I was told maybe it would, maybe it wouldn't. When I returned to the store, I spoke with the manager, who was no more helpful or conciliatory. There was no offer to assist me. I just attempted to order ink cartridges from Staples using my credit card. I've used it hundreds of times with other vendors. O. Box number), it flags the entry as "no special characters allowed". I even tried to input my street address, but the same result.

I've never encountered this with any other transaction with any other company. You need to get your stuff straightened out.

I called to get a price on a service. The associate that answered the phone told me he "wasn't sure." When I asked if he could find out he said: "I have to log in and then look it up and I think it's just double that price." I asked him if there was someone there that knew what the price was and he said "I would have to look." He wanted to call me back once he logged into work! This is totally unacceptable to me as a customer. 1. Why are employees answering phones when they are not logged into work ready to work? 2. I am extremely upset by the incompetence at your store on Stevens Creek in Cupertino CA. Apparently you have a new manager who does not give a shit about her customers. It was a lot better 5 years ago when you had a middle age guy named Patrick who used to treat all customers nicely, but you fired him and you hired a bunch of Indian people. And, you hired a manager who does not care about customers.

I aked for a small printing job at 10am, was told it would take 30 minutes, came back at 1pm, and it was not done. In fact it was not even started.

I purchased a printer through the Staples web browser. As I needed it immediately (for business reasons), I opted for the immediate delivery. I did not realize that Instacart is a separate company. As such, my company (Moody's Investors Service), after speaking with multiple help desk personnel to get my printer to work with my business laptop, told me that the printer I purchased (HP 9015e) was not compatible with our interfaces.

I went to return this and the Staples store would not work with me because it was purchased through Instacart. But, here's the problem: the receipt clearly shows "Staples invoice". 62. This is a reflection of marketing bait and switch in my mind.

I went into the Staples store in Timonium, Md on Thursday 10/20/2022 to print a document for the first time, never used the self print before. So I was able to email document to the staples print email address. I had a question and asked the associate for help at the printing station.

I purchases a computer with replacement insurance and service repair work The store in kelowna on HWY 97 is full of liars and extremely rude mangers that do not honor the replacement insurance i paid for. I have caught them in 3 different lies now regarding my computer and will not be spending another dollar in Staples until i receive my replacement computer. They stated 5 days and if we dont have it back we will give you a new one and that was August 10th. On June 29, 2022 I bought four $200 Mastercard gift cards at the Staples store, 1801 E Camelback Rd, Suite 102. Phoenix, AZ 85016. A few days after the purchase, I attempted to set the pin on the cards on the website "mcgift.giftcardmall.com".

It worked on three of the cards, but on the fourth, I received a message to the effect that the card was not activated, and that I would need to return to the store where I bought the card to have that establishment activate the card.

I returned to Staples the next day, and was told – repeatedly – to call the number on the back of the card. The number on the card (877-322-4710) says to return to the store.

I think that's what you call a runaround.

The driver of one of your Staples trucks almost ran me over yesterday. He didn't look before pulling out of his parking space at the end of University Road, Cambridge, MA. I banged my cane against the side of his truck, and he stopped the truck. He never apologized.

I have been a customer of Staples for a long time. My rewards account has been active since 2003. all of a sudden with no explanation my account was cancelled. Someone from staples tried to call me on May 6 and left me a voicemail asking me to call back.

I have called at least five different days and I receive the same voicemail. No person ever answers the line or returns your call.

I was at Moose Jaw store for shipping my item. There is one lady named "Tricia" was rude to me and that was pure racism. She asked for my name and I offered her my ID to make spells clear, she refused it!

Which is now new in Moose Jaw!! Not just that I had to wait for her almost half an hour while she was watching me and talking with other employees. What kind of service is that?! If that would me my store I would just kick it out.

I am currently in your Waldorf, Md location. I went to the self service machine as always. Swiped my card to authorize and scanned my code to print. I completed this process twice and nothing printed. When help came it was a guy named Von.

He was very UNCOOPERATIVE, unnecessarily aggressive, crass, not knowledgeable and had no sense of customer service. I come here faithfully and have no issues with the service. Joe was a great help.

I recently went into a Staples in Sherman Oaks, CA to purchase my son a pair of AirPods that I saw displayed on the rack for $119.00. The general manager "Joe" from the Vaughan location rejected to agree with a 1 year replacement plan that i got. Warn minority who plans to go to Staples San Juan Capistrano. On Nov 13th, I went to this store. A manager Ron saw me enter the store when he was still outside. I know exactly what to buy, so I checked the floor, not there.

I need to submit two complaints for my receiving extremely poor customer service, one each from the Woburn, MA and the Reading, MA Staples. m. with the intent to use one copier to make just four copies of something. This store has three copiers, but one of them was "temporarily" unavailable when I arrived there.

Then I was stunned to see one customer using BOTH copiers at the SAME TIME to copy something that took 15 minutes or so at each copier. I was in Staples this morning to make an HP printer ink product. There were none on the shelf. A clerk offered to look in the back room for me. She left, started helping a man and never came back - even finding what he wanted and then going to check him out.

I went to the check out counter and the clerk there found the product. I started to check out and to give them my used cartridge. I was not in the system - yet the last time I had been in (and returned 8 empty cartridges for $16 credit) my telephone number was added to the system.

I placed an order via phone on Aug. 25, but the CSR spelled the address wrong, so I cancelled the order about 20 minutes after I first made it, knowing the order would go nowhere. Both calls were VERY difficult, especially when I could barely understand the CSRs' accents.

When I filled out the feedback thing online, I gave the service a very low score. 48 for the messed up order. At this point, however, (Sept. 26) nothing has come through on my card. So I would like someone to let me know why nothing has been done. Thank you, Carrie Hitchcock

Staples truck, license plate number JTG8537. Wednesday, 9-22 at 5:40 pm on the Sam Houston Tollway going North, just before Hwy 290. I merged into a toll tag lane in front of him, before the no passing lanes began and I guess he didn’t like it.

In the no passing lanes, he honked at me then he whipped around me really fast to get in front of me! That was rude, dangerous to all of us. He should be reprimanded and change his ways before he hurts someone! Terrie Cardwell 713-208-4923

I have been a customer of the Marlboro location for many years. My business requires frequent printing needs. On Mon, Aug. 30 I cued up on line for the printing dept.at 540pm.There were four other people in front of me. At 555pm a “Larry” approached us and informed us that the dept will close at 6 pm. we protested as we were waiting long before the closing time stated by him. He nastily stated that he does not have enough staff and if need be we should complain To Corporate. We complained that we were in line long before and all of us should be given service. He ignored us and walked away. Is this what Sycamore projects as policy? A response is much appreciated.

I would like to call your attention the condition of the rest rooms at the Staples store in Mahwah, NJ on Rt 17N.

The bathrooms were very dirty and there was no paper on the toilet paper roll. The trash can needed to be emptied as it was filled to the brim. I noted there was a second employee rest room down the hall which was extremely dirty too. At this time we need to be most vigilant about the cleanliness of the public rest rooms. Please put this this on your priority list of things that must be addressed immediately.

I went store #0439 1690 Boston Rd Springfield, I went to ship a Package to NY, it was not received I sent another package to the same address it got there in 2 days, the first trip first package I asked to take a photo of the Item the man said no you have the tracking number , not thinking I left now the first package that was label made, were my engagement rings to be repaired ,I’m just devastated ,frustrated seeing the second package sent by a young lady got there . I hope you have video you can go back to view to see where my package went is it on the floor stolen I’m un sure I do have a claime started Alex is her name This is a Valid complaint hope you can understand my frustration
