Went into Ada OK store to buy a desk chair. 00. When asked a Sales Rep to help us get one She looked up the UPC and they had some in stock. The. she stated “BUT, Not for this price!

You pay $199 because Sales was off but NO ONE pulled the tags. As she (One of the Managers) we found out after she left to get chair We left the store going to Walmart to find chair. Very very unhappy Customer !!!!!

An employee in your Staples copy center in Albany, Oregon insisted that before he'd make a copy for me I must provide my full name and phone number. Really? Is this Staples corporate policy? I've don't recall ever having been asked for my ID when purchasing office supplies.

Why would an ID & phone number be required for a one page b/w xerox copy paid for by cash? When questioned the attendant glibly replied "there is no privacy anymore—get used to it"

00. 00 off on sale and when asking Sales person (Assist Mgr) I found out after, she look up to see if in stock and came back and said I couldn’t have it for the Sale price I retrieved from being attached to chair, for that price!

That it had went off sale and refused to sell me the chair at price that was on it. She said I could pay $199 for chair. I am very upset and disappointed at Staples for NOT honoring that SALE price that was on it!!!! Very dissatisfied customer

not in the computer age. I came to get some items printed off my cell phone. The sales person pointed me to a machine and told me I could do it myself because she had a lot of back orders to get done.

There where employees in the store just walking around. They did not help me. So I must come back Monday morning early. 300 am. 8 - 22-2021. I have never had this happen before. Normally the regular day time people are more than helpful.

Big sign out front with changeable letters. 'Passport Photos Here 10am to 5pm' I rush through lunch and arrive, no one at photo desk. I ask about passport photos and am told that they do not do them, even though the sign says so.

I received an email stating that my package was delivered. It states it was "left at door" by "staples fleet". I looked at over and even went out to my detached garage to look for the package and could not find it. I live in a rural area and was leaving for town, I drove down to the road and found the package laying on the ground under my mailbox! UPS and Fedex deliver to our door all the time without issue.

If this is the expected way I am to receive packages from Staples, it will be the last time I order from them! There is enough theft in the world; Staples does not need to encourage them by placing packages in remote locations. They also lied when they stated "left at door".

On August 13th I went shopping at the Staples on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina for school supplies. I am a college student. I had my 1 year old with me, he ended up having diarrhea in the store that came through his clothes.

I went to the bathroom in the back of the store to change him only to find NO CHANGING TABLE! Considering everything was seeping through his clothes I really didn’t have an option to put him back into the car and drive somewhere else.

Luckily I had a changing pad and changed my son on the floor of the disgusting bathroom. Considering that we are in the middle of a global pandemic that’s extremely concerning. Staples is an office/school supply store, therefore the company should expect that parents with children will be shopping there.

The Staples website is dropping orders, history, and introducing a gray film over print products. This morning my order was accepted online, and later I was informed my order for two posters was in progress. Then my account showed no orders, and wiped out my multi-year history of orders with Staples.

At the store, my product's colors were all muted, as if a gray sheen of oil was spilled on it. When I asked about the dullness of colors, the Print and Marketing people told me that gray is now introduced into all online orders.

Fortunately, they took mercy upon me, and reprinted my two posters in store, with the normal vibrant colors. Thank you, Juan, Staples Print and Marketing employee in Alewife, Cambridge, for your wonderful attentiveness and help.

After over 25 years of dealing with Staples, I had an unfortunate experience with one of your telephone service people.

I ordered a HP Printer Order # 9834992673. I asked the woman on the phone if I could delay the shipment for two days because I was leaving on a business trip and would not be there to accept the package. She explained that once an order was placed, shipping instructions could not and will not be changed! She was quite emphatic about this. I also could not find any way to make this change on-line.

I explained to her that I was satisfied with the order and all I wanted to do was delay delivery by two days. She explained that Staples only does things this way. No Exceptions. I then asked for her supervisor.

On 07/21/2021 I ordered a Hon bookcase from Staples. The order # is 9834292413. I have not yet received the item. On 07/22/2021 I received an email fro Staples indicating the bookcase would be delivered on Friday 07/23/2021. It wasn't.

I contacted Staples via the toll free number. The rep indicated it was being delivered by an outside company. She asked what phone number I wanted a call back from and repeated my cell phone number. I said NO, do not contact me on that number.

I gave her my home number. She indicated the delivery company would call me. I did not hear from them. Late Monday I turned on my cell phone (I do not use it that often). There was a voice message from the delivery company wanting me to contact them to schedule delivery.

Staples on Old Kings Rd, Palm Coast FL. I was interested in purchasing the HP laptop advertised for $399, good until 7/31/21, and displayed on the floor. I have a picture of the advertisement, but could not upload because it exceeded 2 Mb. I was told that they had none of this model in stock and I was not able to order or get a rain check. I was also told that they didn't have any of the low end laptops that were displayed on the floor available, they only had higher priced computers available. I asked why the laptops that were not available were still on display and not removed from the floor. I was told that this was in order to get customers interested and then sell them the higher end models. They said they would not remove the models no longer available from the floor.

7-14-21 made copies of genealogy book chapters. 00 to verify debit card. 36 and got receipt #92914. On 7-15-21 audited my debit card acct. ) was taken from my acct. "Temp. " Called mgr. and requested a sign be posted to inform consumers of actual practice (their "Notice" was misleading).

On Wednesday July 7th at approximately around 4:30 pm at the location of 51-10 Broadway woodside queens. My family and I went to use the printing services . We stood in the staples for a while since we needed certain documents to be edited.

About an hour in of us being in staples my daughter says she has to use the bathroom and it’s an emergency. My daughter was denied to use the restroom because they had just finish mopping the floor and the floor was wet.

As my wife appreciated their safety concerns she pleaded with the lady that she would be very careful and that it’s an emergency if she can please understand . The staples employee continued to deny her and says she needed to wait 15 min for it to dry.

My wife and I had a single print 5x7 of my grandson and wanted 2 copies made. We drove to our Phoenixville store with the idea they could do this at their print center. Well to our amazement the girl at the counter told us she didn’t have photo paper and told us to go down the street to Walgreens or CVS. What?????

We couldn’t believe our ears. Now is this suppose to be a service department or what. I usually don’t do this but I was so upset I had to let out my frustration. Let me know your thoughts. Oh do you tell your employees to go to your competition?

Ordered a desk online. Only one small box came in. I realized that there was no way that the desk I purchased would not fit in that small box. I contacted the 1800 number for customer service. The person I spoke to, redirected me to the manufacturer.

I told her that I did not do any business with the manufacturer and that it was impossible to make a claim for a product purchased at Staples. There were no defect from the manufacturer. It simply was that did not get the item that I purchased.

I, then proceeded to go to my local store (Bay Shore, New York). I went there today 06/18/2021 at around 4:20 PM. Spoke to the manager who was not appreciative that he was talking to a client. As I told him, I am making purchases from the stores and online for the last 20 years.

I bought a Hyken Black Mesh chair from Staples Store (1710 East Franklin St. 19 that includes Cost of the chair, Assembly, Tax and 3 years Asurion coverage. Basically the salesman offered to assemble it for free but then later he included the charges.

After a use of 1 1/2 weeks in my home office, I saw the Mesh seat started coming out of its frame. I decided to take it back to the store, but because of a shortage and Unavailability of Gas at the GAs stations, I could not visit the store.

Alternatively, I contacted the coverage company Asurion and sent them copies of receipts and broken seat pictures. 99), which was not acceptable for me. After the Gas became available I took the chair back to the store to get my full refund.

The person who helped me with the chairs was very rude. I wanted to buy a clearance chair, but not the one on display. The display was dirty and had Paint on the arm. The salesman stated that I would have to take the display, as he sold out the last chair in a box, an hour ago.

I asked if I could get a cleaning or a discount because of the filth on the display. He told me to take it or leave it. I asked for the manager, and he stated that she would say the same thing.

So the manager came over, and stated she would not give any discount. Your discount she said, is that we assembled the chair for you. No, we will not clean it. If I did not want that one, we have plenty more to choose from.

A van driver in Titusville, FL (van # 1007) almost ran my car, with myself and my son in it, of the road on I-95 North bound at approximately 3:00PM today( 5/27/21). The driver did put on his turn signal indicating a lane change from the far left hand lane into the middle lane, which I was in, but he did not check his mirrors to confirm he had space to move.

I was currently in his way and when I saw him begin to change lanes regardless, I honked my horn twice to no avail. He forced me out of the lane and into the far right lane, which thankfully was clear. This is unacceptable.

My son could have been severely injured by this driver's careless actions.

This incident happens in Staples Temple , Texas 76503. Went to pick up some prints that I ordered , first the 2 assistants manager that were there Ivan and Greg ( a woman) , didn’t know how to say my last name so it was supposedly difficult for them to look for my prints . 98 xtra !

Outrageous she said it in a very disrespectful way, and she and her coworker keep making comments about my prints . 13 cents for lamination ! And the I ask for my original she said that I have to Wait in a very rude way !

Woodbury Staples. Manager Steve was asked to order refill ink for the pen they selling. No reactions. Weeks. Not important. Instead he started to chase me in the store for mask wearing. This is not mature. The guy puts personal attitude in front of whole business. Nobody asking for favors.

Ordering items is his job. But he does not allow to remind him such facts. Crazy. Playing authority/detective instead of increasing sales in the retail industry - something new for the customer’s interests. Who trained him to play boss, like that ?

Is he familiar from what budget he is getting salary ? Consumers are not important in his understanding? Very sad.

The staples in Christiana Delaware has by far the worst customer service ever. I want to preface this with there are a few people that I always get amazing help from like Ally and Aaron who are both managers and seems like they are the only ones since they are the only ones ever around.

They never have anyone on the floor to help when the managers are busy on the floor to help people when the managers are busy and everyone there looks tired and overworked. Walter one of the managers is always highly aggressive towards the staff as well as customers...

It is just an overall unpleasant environment and should be looked into.

Hi, I visited your Bowie, Md location the week of Mar 1 and was so rudely addresses by one of your managers named Courtney. I simply wanted help with printing info. from my phone, when I asked for help previously the young lady was very helpful.

Courtney loudly stated "that's what self service is for"! He proceeded to speak negatively about me to other employees. I find it hard to believe that you actually have people like this in your store waiting on customers. So glad I went to another company for the service I needed, they were very professional and cost far less than stalpes.

Treated beyond poorly by supervisor "Jay" refused to answer any questions constantly talked over me and refused to offer me any help, told me to take up my problems with my bank and that this is actually the norm for them to send people off like this. All I asked was why my order was cancelled and then after being advised to go in store after they already knew my order would cancel are now telling me I won't receive money back for going in store and

Needed to purchase a chair, so I visited two Staples stores. 99, which is valid through 8/15/20. A staples employee told me to go ahead and order online since they are out of stock but will be in stock that following week. 99.

After speaking with a customer service associate, she told me that I will not be able to order this chair online at the same price. Her name was May. This statement does not make sense as this is a Staples product and is being listed as a special offer through Staples.

No where does it say that the price is "Exclusive to In Store Only". This was a simple fix for the customer associate as I would be able to provide proof of the special offer as well. Poor taste.

I ordered a chair from Staples last week because when I was ordering it, huge letters in bold type said that it would be delivered to me on Monday. When it didn’t arrive, I called Customer Service and was told that I will not receive the chair until Friday.

I would not have ordered the chair if I knew that it would not arrive until Friday. Your company is engaging in false advertising. It is also disrespectful to the customer to refuse to cancel orders.

00 I took it home ,went to Virginia and when I returned I loaded the ink and the printer told me it was an incompatible cartridge. I returned the ink to Staples and the associate there said he would not take the ink back as I did not have the box (true) and it had been a bit over 2 weeks.

I explained I had been in Va. and did not use my printer till today and he said too bad. The ink cartridges were not used other than putting them into my printer and my printer giving me an incompatible alert.

The associate told me when I bought the ink they were compatible with my printer and I trusted him as he should know.

none of the staff seem to have any idea what is going on. it's getting close to two weeks and my order hasn't been able to be put through. Staffs go to answer seems to be "we don't do it in store".

I understand that, I've ordered online and tried contacting someone online as well as processed everything online. When it came to pick up they weren't able to find it and tell me again, it's not done in store. Don't offer the service or even have staff at the store if no one can help.

It's been a waste of time and money. Never going to Staples again.

Bought laptop in 08/18. Trouble with sound. Took it in to store. Thought they had fixed it. NOPE, Sent it away christmas vacation as my daughter was on break from university. Came back with same issue. Then, issue with this one started 10/19.

I was in desperate need of a file out of my email to be printed, and because i was in a rush, forgot how completely disappointing the service here is. I send my document via the ‘staples print’ option, and wait for my release code. And wait. And wait. And.....

she has no idea and stares at me with a dumbfounded look. My options are zero at this point due to the other two local print shops being closed. I frequent these places over Staples hands down, as this situation, the one where their ‘convenient print service’ is in fact not convenient at all.

I purchased a printer with additional purchased warranty on May 24, 2019 from a Staples in Chester, NJ which closed 2 weeks later. This printer broke and is no longer functional. I lost the receipt but my Staples Rewards has a copy of my receipt.

I also have the a copy of my bank statement with the transaction. I have called Staples Rewards four times and was assured by the FOUR rewards customer service representative's that they would send me by mail the receipt for the printer purchase.

The receipt was never received. This has been going on for four months. I NEED a computer for work. I don't understand the delay in receiving the receipt so that I can exchange the computer. I am very disappointed in the obvious lying by Staples Rewards Customer Service.

I have emailed twice and called Print and Marketing about this issue with my photo cards and no one is helping. I ordered cards to be printed in store and there is a frame within a frame that cuts off heads.

There are 2 pictures like this and I think they look bad. I talked with a manager at the store who printed them and he wouldn't do anything to help me. I want to print new cards that don't have lines through heads but no one will do that.

I am upset because it is not clear online that a second frame would be part of every photo. If I could tell that, I would never have chosen that card layout.

I just visited store 0446 on Dixwell Avenue, Handen, Connecticut. I needed to fax but fax machine out of order. Used have two but one broke, never replaced. Told use the large Xerox equipment. All of the equipment in entire self serve area broken except for two Xerox units.

Waited over hour because two customers doing large print and copy order.

Finally my turn had 28 pages to fax, have wait unit build your fax order then calculate cost then here's the Ass Kicker each page takes a minute and sometimes more to send. Everyone needed help. I used use store in New Haven and Orange Ct but you closed them. This location operated poorly.
