I just visited store 0446 on Dixwell Avenue, Handen, Connecticut. I needed to fax but fax machine out of order. Used have two but one broke, never replaced. Told use the large Xerox equipment. All of the equipment in entire self serve area broken except for two Xerox units.

Waited over hour because two customers doing large print and copy order.

Finally my turn had 28 pages to fax, have wait unit build your fax order then calculate cost then here's the Ass Kicker each page takes a minute and sometimes more to send. Everyone needed help. I used use store in New Haven and Orange Ct but you closed them. This location operated poorly.

Is your lease coming due and planning close after holidays? Place dingy nothing works. Don't even have stapler in self serve area. Spent 16 years working…

I used the UPS service at a staples store in Pittsburgh, PA., mailing demo products to my home office in Aldan, PA(6 hours away). The package was sent to the wrong address, then returned to the staples store. The person that entered the address information never confirmed the address with me. He didn't give me a tracking number or any written information in regard to the mailing address. Now my package is 6 hours away and I am being told that I have to pick up my package when I am in the area again. Problem is I will not be in the are until the Spring and I need the items in the package next week. I bought my wife a new computer at your Clay, NY store on 11/02. I agreed to pay for the transfer of data from the old hard drive to the new one. That was over 2 weeks ago. Your tech managed to wipe the old Hard Drive clean.

My wife now would settle for the ability to open and change any excel file. " I believe Staples would like us to just go away. It will cost $100. to hire a forensic account to reassemble 7 years of financial records for 2 nation wide Lutheran Charities.

Six months ago I went to the Staples store in Dover, New Jersey and was shipping for a copier/printer. I am an older fellow, a disabled veteran and NOT a computer person at all, so I asked for a sales person to help me to find an appropriate machine that would fill my needs. I already have an Okidata printer that I use to print letters, forms, labels etc.

A young woman came over and I told her what I wanted, that I was looking for a modestly priced machine that i could use as a copier and a back up printer in the event my main machine went down. I returned 8 ink cartridges on 10-19-19. I was told that they are worth $2/each in store credit and that I would receive a coupon code in my e-mail. It is now 11-13-19 with no rebate for the cartridges. They did send me a $10 store coupon if I spent over $50, that expired within a few days. Big difference.

I won't go back until this is corrected. I will buy cartridges online. It's no surprise that the brick and mortar stores are going away. Not the first time that I've been disappointed there.

I went to buy "Tippi Micro Gel Grips" at Staples and when I was about to go to the cashier to pay, I decided to make sure that there are no missing items in the box because it looked like it's been previously opened. The box says it's supposed to contain 10 pieces of grips.

" She was yelling from a few feet away! I tried to explain the situation but she ignored me. I bought the grips just the same.

However, I found such gesture of the staff member to be rude, unfounded, unnecessary, and offensive.

after being denied paying with a check because of certegy i simply asked your clerk for the phone number and return code that they were given from certegy so I could contact them and figure out what the problem was. the problem has nothing to do with my bank and btw just in case whoever takes these complaints is not aware of this fact: certegy does not check with my bank, certegy never contacts my bank certegy doesn't check the balance of my account, nor will certegy ever do a funds verification with the issuing bank because certegy has its own proprietary algorithm that as a business keeps them clearing only a certain number of check transactions and

On 11-3-19 I placed a small order for a ream of copier paper and one marker. I needed to complete a report. I am a senior citizen who has trouble walking. My past delivery experiences with Staples were positive. I never dreamed there would be a problem.

On 11-5-19 - I received the email stating that the products would be delivered on 11-6. There was a tracking number from UPS.

On 11-6 - I received another email saying the items had actually been delivered. This was odd because no one rang my bell from the Lobby in my apartment building. Order No. 5177422 Placed an order and chose the option to pick up in store. Got the email on Oct 31 that the order was ready. Went into the store this afternoon to get it. Sales associate that I ended up dealing with asked me if I was sure the chair was there, I showed her the email again.

She told me that they sold the chair. How could they sell the chair when I got the email and it said 5 days to pick it up. She told me that I should have come in within few hours like every one else.

Was there for 10 minutes and she went on to tell me that it was easy, if they did not have one for us she would just refund me. How is that easy and why would I purchase the chair and pick it up in store if when I got there they sold it and she would fix it with a refund.

I had sent a three days package from staples Ups, it going on month my mother haven't received any package from Ups. When I called to complained the woman who answer my call tells me that she didn't care about my story.

The next day I spoke to a who told that my package was damaged, that I should filed a complaint so that my package could resent my mother . It seemed to me that no one have a definite answer for me and what the purpose of tracking number if no one can locate the package.

The value of my package is worth more than the 100 dollars they want to reimburse me. I would rather have my package back.

The customer service at the Staples on Folly Beach road, South Windermere Center in Charleston, SC may be the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life, The employee in the Print Center actually started arguing with the store general manager when he asked her to not charge me for an expedited service, telling him it “wasn’t fair”. This was after I had printed my own documents and waited for more than an hour for my laminating to be finished.

With three sheets left to finish my laminating, stopped to assist another customer. As I previously said, after an hour, I left with what had been finished. I can promise you I will NEVER, EVER use that Staples again

On Oct 10th, I took my Dell Inspiron to the local Staples (Torrington, CT) tech center to have a repair of what appeared to be a faulty hard drive; I was having recurring clicking sounds when firing it up. After speaking w/a Staples Tech advisor, I selected a solid state replacement, and asked them to install it. I then came back at the end of the day to pick it up. Thought it would be a good idea to turn it on before leaving, and sure enough, the same clicking sound occurred. And it occurred twice, before it started successfully. So it wasn't the hard drive.

The Lakewood store gave me the impression they could help with the problem 20 minutes later no one came back on the line so I just hung up!!!!!!!!!

For the second time now I am having my ink cartridge recycling invalidated because of the changes you keep making to the ink rewards program. Several years ago I recycled 14 cartridges ($28 value) and before I could collect on them you changed your program and I lost everyone of them.

From that time on I was a little hesitant to try it again, but in August of this year I took another 14 cartridges (still another $28 value) and was told your program had changed again. No information was given to me about the changes, only that you had changed.

I told the cashier that I did not want to lose my reward this time, but that I felt that I would be prevented from using them again. Guess what? I called today to check on the status of my account to be told that I had to use my rewards for ink only…

please find attached a picture showing your driver blocking handicap parking. There is a law against that. The Staples truck should be over by the freight ramp or just passed the trash can or even a regular parking spot NOT blocking handicap parking.

We have an associate here at Acosta that uses that spot and she had to park farther away. This is unacceptable and all of us are disappointed that your driver said to us that Staples won't care what I did.

I placed an order on Sept. 26. Saw that it was to be sent in from Ft Worth, Dallas Tx 4 hrs and 30 mins away from Converse Tx when we always get deliveries from San Antonio Tx, which is a couple of mins away.

I was at your 2248 Broadway store today to return a few office supply items. I ended up buying a few things as well. I was one of the handful of people at the lower level and the only one at the cashier.

In other words, the store wasn’t busy at all and the staff was chatting amongst themselves. I approached the first cashier who said she cannot do returns so I went to the other cashier. In terms of refund and new charges, she processed the $ transaction correctly.

Customer service is severely lacking in the Warrington, PA location. From the manager to the staff, they are rude, unhelpful, and display the attitude that your question is a disruption to what they were doing, which was more important than assisting a customer.

Tiday is not the first time I have left there angry and disappointed in the staff and their level of service and respect. There is no name on the receipt so I cannot even at least report how disrespectful the cashier was to me. She was the tipping point for me to take time away from work and family to report this store. I love Staples and the quality of its merchandise. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. This Staples location is 1.2 min from my home.

I recently today, went to purchase a laptop I had seen on my weekly add. 99. 99 had the i5. At first the guy who was helping me was a little baffled when I showed him the add and he said well I can price match the laptop to the price advertised on their weekly flyer.

He then later returned and said he wasn't able to price match it because he got some flyer from corporate stating the mistake. 99 for the HP i5. 99 all I could get was the i3. I shouldn't have to pay for there mistake.

I just made a purchase at the Staples store in Heath, Ohio and the cashier, Brianna, was less than helpful and very rude in her demeanor. She didn’t sound too confident with the answer she gave me so I simply asked for a manager to assist me.

Today I visited your copy and print center at the Waterville Maine Staples. I went to the printing section and asked the employee, whose name is Beth, her name tag indicated she has six years of experience.

However she refused to come assist me at the printing machine and said that the printer would walk me through it. I had several issues printing, it printed extra pages that I didn’t need but was charged for and printed on paper that was expensive versus basic paper and I had no idea how to change any of this and she refused to come assist.

I am working on my mother's obituary and needed information. I had just wanted to know more about the process with design services and paperstock. I inquired first with one clerk and she seeked the advice from another employee. He in turned provided me with the booklet once I told him the purpose of my need.

He continued to finish up with his customer and after that neither one asked any further questions, follow-ups or anything in while I stood there for at least 15 minutes. I ordered a poster on 7/10 to be picked up on 7/11. When I came to pick up the poster, they said their machine was down and they couldn't fill my order until the next day. The gentleman informed me that he had called, but I never received the message,. No apologies, He said it would be ready the next day. Order number 9801085212 This was the first time I had ordered online from your company and will be my last. My order was to arrive July 9, 2019. I didn't receive it until July 12,2019 with a different story everyday as to why I didn't get it. The box was opened and it looked as if the items were just thrown in the box. The bottom of the box was barely taped. I can't believe that the bottom even held the load. I am uploading photos of the box. You should train your employees better because my 4 year old granddaughter could have done better. On July 1, about 2:30 PM, I took some old black and white photos to the Staples store in Biddeford, Maine, to get them copied. The woman who took my order was very pleasant. I explained to her that I was hoping to get the photos that day. She told me that I could pick them up late afternoon or early evening, and that I would be called when they were ready. By 7 PM I hadn't heard anything, so I called the store. The person who answered told me that the machine was "down", and that someone had said that everyone with an order had been called about the machine, and that the machine would be fixed noonish today. I am architect and have been using your printing service. Yesterday at 7 pm i tried to get several prints made and was told there is $4 charge for printing which happen within the 1st hour of the order. There was no one there except me and now I have to return to staple this morning to pick up the prints.

Especially branches of Ocean Avenue and Coney island avenue don't ruin your business plans the way they ruined mine, I placed the order online for business cards and the order was passed to Ocean avenue store since it was closest, I placed order for same day pick up and

Recently, I had the most shocking customer service in the Staples store in all stores. The rule that the "Customer is always right" in this store doesn't work, I'm not sure if there are any rights at all. Not a long ago I bought a Canon printer in the Staples store, Henrietta, NY ($400 + tax), and because all the printers in this store only have 10% ink, so

I had to buy extra toner (as recommended by a specialist), and they gladly provided me one ($82 + tax). I really didn’t pay attention to the type of toner, because it was recommended and selected by Staples professionals. This part of the story sounds very good, it's only because I was spending money.

I was in Staples in Aiken SC around 8 pm 4/30/19. The print shop had one employee working, another employee in shorts and T-Shirt who I assume was off the clock, but was not helping. People were waiting in line to get service.

This was in full view of the night shift manager and several other employees. The manager made no attempt to intervene. I finally gave up and left my order there. I later called the manager but he showed little concern as I believe he was part of the problem.

You have just lost a long time customer. I though someone in management would like to know as I am sure there are others not happy with the poor service.

Online yesterdsy, I read that color copies are 36 cents each. Today I went to get 30 copies of a flyer. When I asked how much, I was told 12 cents because I had my own paper. When the clerk rang up the bill, it was way over her quoted price. 578! 20 for "Express Guarantee".

I certainly wasn't told that up front. All the ckerk was doing anyway was standing around waiting do something. 20 for her quick service. Will not be returning to Staples.

I really need your help to resolve a few issues….

1. First off I can not log in to my account online. The employee made me an account but didn’t provide me any of the info. I have no idea what they used to set it up.

Anyways, I’ve done business there in the past & have never had an issue. They were even able to locate my old order in the system & I reordered those .

2. My Main Issue is with the service I’m getting & new business cards that I also asked them to make.

I dropped my order off Friday March 1st in the am. The associate helping me was Jessica. I showed her pictures of the business cards I needed created & emailed them. I was asked what time Saturday I’d like to come in… I said anytime, thinking I’d be in Saturday pm.

Saturday – NO WORD, didn’t hear from…

Let me start to say, I shall NEVER order another furniture item from Staples ever again!!! If I continue to shop there I will make sure I can carry out my items.

From the time I ordered, my dissatisfaction occurred. I was never given the choice of day for my delivery nor did the associate mention it was next day only. I could not be home on your "next day delivery" nor was I offered another choice of day. After numerous calls to your your customer service, location questionable, I had to make many daily calls. On the day the cabinet arrived, I could not unscrew the screws to reverse your handles. No was said I would need to assembly as I would have asked the delivery person to do this. The picture on the box showed the handles on the outside. I twisted my wrist trying to unscrew the nails…

I shop at Store #1801 and the last two times I have shopped there my orders have been incorrect from the printing department.

Also the sales associate that has assisted me has been extremely rude, I did not get her name, she is a German lady and I believe the manager over the printing department. 1st. bad experience) I placed an order online to have flyers printed off for a conference my boss was going to in Chicago, I placed my order 24 hrs in advance, when I called to check on my order they were not able to find the order I placed even with my order #.

So I placed another order and again same issue, only this time another associate was able to find now both orders. When I arrive to pick my order up, it was printed as landscape verse portrait. When I told the German associate she starts…
