EVERY time I use my card at store #5490, I am asked for a tip. This is extremely infuriating as I already pay almost $10 for my coffee. This practice has got to stop everywhere especially Starbucks.

Starbucks on Mineola on Jericho. How is it that all blenders are not working in the store on top of that the server did not offer another option for a frappacino! The. I asked for a grande and received a be to. Done!!
I ordered a large mocha Frappuccino, a slice of banana bread and a slice of pumpkin bread thru door dash. What was delivered wasn’t even close. I got some sort of mocha coffee and a bagel. I called Starbucks at Gravois Bluffs, Fenton MO and told them this was not my order.
She states the dasher grabbed the wrong bag even thou my name was on the bag. She stated it’s not their fault and call door dash. She said there was probably two people with the same name. Total BS. I called door dash and they refunded my money.
This was in no way door dash’s fault. They gave the wrong order. I am sick of problems and long wait times when I go myself. I will never order from Starbucks again. Poor customer service, placing the blame on everyone but themselves, it’s not worth dealing with them.
At Anderson location Hey. 81 @ Cornelia, there were 2 trainees. Orders were backed up and the person training would not step in and assist the trainees in getting caught up. I ordered online at 5:29pm. App said estimated pick up was 5:37pm.
Got my drinks at 5:57pm. I had take out food in the car which was cold by time I got my drinks because the trainer would not assist the struggling trainees. I don’t have an issue with people needing to learn but the trainer should be able read the situation and make necessary adjustments to meet business demands.
There were also 3 other people waiting on orders.
I was refused service at the local Starbucks and told “we think you should find another Starbucks that could fit your needs”.
They feel that because they have given me incorrect , subpar and horrible drinks; and I told what was wrong instead of just throwing it away in front of them.
I should be to risk if I may get a good drink on a visit! It is not my fault that they cannot train staff to know how to read what is requested of the drink!
I’m very angry at the treatment and I’m being sent away because they can’t work correctly or effectively to meet a need.
I do not order complicated drinks. I simply as for additional pumps of whatever flavored coffee I get. That shouldn’t be hard
Complaint is about the 85 west 125th street location. I want to start with the person at the front counter/cash register was friendly helpful and pleasant. As for the rest of the staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Just because another customer voiced their displeasure doesn’t mean they needed to be rude with me or even be aggressive towards me.
Even the manager was rude!!! Since there’s limited space then direct customers around in a friendly manner just because the neighborhood has reputation doesn’t mean they need to conduct themselves “ghetto” way.
Also the wait time is uncalled regardless of in person purchases or online purchases because today they over six staff members working compared to other mornings. Give them customer service training and organizational skills…
We have frequented Starbucks at 24575 Copperhill Saugus, ca 91354. The employees tell you the same line I’m sorry we are a little backed up, your order is being worked on. When you complain to they give you a dirty look like it’s your fault.
Once my coconut millk didn’t taste right they asked if I knew what it tasted like! Of course I do! I asked for the manager today they did not want to get the manager much less give me the GM’s name!

I'm a door dash driver and I picked up a order at the Madison Al location on Hughes rd in Huntsville alabama I asked for 2 straws because my customer had requested this I was told that it was in the bag . When I looked there was only 1 straw so I asked for a additional straw the employee picked up a handful of straws and tossed them on the counter saying here is your straws.
This was very rude and un called for. Really bad customer service Chris the manager is aware .
This Starbucks is at 1200 West 6th St, The Dalles. This is becoming a homeless hangout, filthy, and very scary to patronize. Today was a classic example of homeless after homeless person coming in, verbally accosting patrons, sitting next to people uninvited, touching drinks at the counter that they have not ordered , and very violent scary behavior. No employees reacted to any of this. The place is being run into the ground! I had my phone out & ready to call 911 as my friend & I were verbally harassed by a very unbalanced man who wouldn’t leave us alone. We even moved & still his tirade continued.

I just had the most horrible experience ever at the Starbucks on eureka Road in Taylor MI. For the amount of money that is charged for the drinks you would think that the customer service would be way better!
I just want to complain about the caps. They are horrible. The design is just bad. The top pops off all the time.
I was very disappointed this morning when I went into the Starbucks on 82nd street here in Jackson heights I place my order for a large latte 20 minutes later I asked it if there was an order for Elizabeth for a chai latte individual stated we're restarting the machine as other people were coming in and get in your orders who came after me.
When I finally got my chai latte it was absolutely disgusting the entire side of the cup was sticky because of the tea probably running over or how the individual ported into the cup I was absolutely disgusted and was already running late so I just walked out the store took a picture of the cup and threw it out because I was so upset and so disgusted by the service unfortunately I will not be returning to that Starbucks.
I went to the Starbucks inside Target around 135 pm in Long Beach. I noticed the 2 girls that were working kept lagging. The one in the register would leave after person that she took their order but not to help her co worker she left to talk to target employees.

i was in the starbucks in walunt creek and the service was not good and i had to wait one hour for 5 drinks and 4 pastry and a grilled cheese sandwich i dont ever wanna come back to that starbucks store they were very dis organized and not clean and not neat there i had to wait another 45 minutes for the drink they made a mistake i spent 60.00 for that day
Went to a starbucks on our vacation Route in Corvallis Oregon. Asked for a strawberry Smoothie the kid said we do not make smoothies. Funny they are on their menu. I get them all the time at my home. Got a blended pink drink.

In order to give a review I had to give a star. This Starbucks doesn't even deserve a star. It should have minus stars. The restroom was the filthiest restroom l've been in. I had to ask for the worker to put toilet paper in there. Trash was everywhere.
The bathroom looked like they've haven't been cleaned in a long time, the soap dispenser was just unscrewed for you to use. Then in the main area you could tell they were people waiting around quite some time for their drinks.
But after standing there, we decided to cancel our order and get our money back just because the restaurant area was so filthy. I pointed out to my husband and I wish I took a pictures. You could tell that it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time even on the glass and behind the coffee machines.

I am a 64-year-old woman who had waited 15 minutes for food and iced coffee in the Starbucks at 6460 New Dutchman's Parkway in Louisville, KY. No one was waiting on customers inside the store, only on one large group order and online orders.
I asked a girl when my food be ready and she yelled at me just to be patient. I said do not talk to me like that and two other girls yelled at me to be patient. The manager, Mike, came out.

I was at the Starbucks on Garden Home in Portland, Oregon at about 1130 this morning. The woman who took my order was great and I would’ve given her five stars.
However, the gentleman who made my drink was very busy chitchatting and taking his time making the drink. He then proceeded to make my drink the wrong size. It was supposed to be a Venti and he made it a tall.

Starbucks sells, and I purchased, a coffee thermos that features a plastic lid surrouded by a suction membrane. It will inevitably fail and may injure the user severely and damage clothing or property. Customer service did not wish to address this serious issue.

The Asian lady with dyed light blueish-purple hair and thick fake eyelashes was incredibly rude. She acted condescending when I was describing the level of sweetness of my drink. Just had the worst experience in Starbucks at Preston and Forest by employee Nancy and another woman who would not give me her name. My kids ordered drinks and food while I waited in my car- after 15 minutes of am waiting I got out of my car to go in and see what was going on.
Neither kid had drinks but had gotten food- when I asked about it they were both rude and dismissive- they told me that sometimes other people take drinks. Never did they say so sorry let us get that right out. They just ignored me.

Well, I discovered this morning that Starbucks discontinued their raspberry syrup. For years, I get a white chocolate mocha with raspberry. It’s the only treat I treat myself at Starbucks. Not that they care, but they just lost a customer.

Milton Starbucks has been a mess for quite some time but I have stayed committed to going. Today I ordered A vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and first they gave it to me with regular cream and ice and then when they remade it all they gave me was the nitro cold brew without the vanilla sweet cream.
I gave up and left annoyed after paying six bucks for a smaller and really bad coffee. The nitro cold brew didn’t taste fresh either. The neglect in this place is sad. Not only can they never keep up or serve the drinks and food correctly but they don’t offer any nice seating anymore it’s as if the place just doesn’t give a crap

Horrible employees. Very unprofessional. 0 personalities. Cannot be bothered to answer questions. Walk away while you’re speaking to them. And got charged $2 extra for foam on pink drink after i already paid almost $8 for a grande. Which is not very grande at all. Good drink. But come on.

Hi, me and my friends are Starbucks Regular Customers. I just want to complain regarding our experience with the Staff (Barista) Of Starbucks SM Legazpi City Philippines Last April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday). 11:30 AM onwards
We ordered our fave drinks and this Barista named (Angie) wasnt really friendly and we werent even greeted wearing the usual Barista Smile and friendly attitude. Also the way she takes order makes us uncomfy as if shes in a hurry and continues to frown. If some customers wont notice or wont care well we do and we didnt really liked that vibe specially in StarBucks. We also noticed majority of Baristas that time barely smile which is very unusual. I just want them specially that lady Angie be called out or be coached.

My complaint is also a compliment. I went to Starbucks this morning around 8:39 AM- the Starbucks is in Santa Monica Boulevard nears 26th street. When I walked in to the fairly busy Bucks I noticed loud Latin music playing- not the usual Easter Sunday Starbucks music, a different angle for the music.
I noticed three women , who were working, standing in a corner chatting away.
Meanwhile, a young African American man, with an amazing Afro, was taking care of everything.. the kid was in fires- he took everyone’s orders and made everyone’s drinks. The women, 2 younger, the third was older did nothing to help him, nor did they greet any customers.
Kudos to the young man- he deserves a promotion and a raise. Poor form in the three women- I’m not sure what they deserve.
The store in Scottsboro Alabama is always out of large cold cups so ask the window person why they did not order more and his response was that’s not on me man. 20 are they doing this on purpose because mediums make more profit probably.
Please order more large cups it can not be that hard to figure out but you must find someone it’s on first! Singed will not buy a medium again will go to McDonald’ until they Lear to order more large cups! Robert

The cafe opens at 5:00am. Today, and this was not the first time, I got there at 5:15, I was told the cafe would not open for a while because they were short staffed. There was no one in the cafe and only one car in the drive through.
It always happens when this particular person is the shift supervisor. Her name is Shirley. She always shows a told disregard for my patronage. I am a Loyalty member and spend a significant amount of time and money frequenting various Starbucks.
But I think, as long as you have people like Shirley working, Dunkin Donuts looks a whole lot better and less expensive.
So today I went to this SCAM place called STARBUCKS for the first time in like years asking for a venti strawberry açaí with "ICE ON THE SIDE " since they always scam you with very little drink + way too much ice. Like what's the point of paying for a large when they pour only as much as the small size mixed with bunch of freaking ice right? While ordering my usual Drink Salted Carmel cream cold brew, I was given a drink with Cinnamon on top which was discussing and was thrown out. This isn’t the first time. Another time it tasted like table salt was poured on top.

Went to the Starbucks store in Beckley WV, walked inside the store because the drive thur was all the way around the building. When got inside the store waited over 5 mins to order with only 1 person in front of me.
Once I ordered 2 drinking it took another 20 mins before i even got my drinks. They were to worried with the mobile orders to fill the orders that was placed inside the store. At this time there was 4 people working.

Very disappointed in Yucca Valley Starbucks Store. Have not been there is awhile due to them getting rid of my favorite drink, Very Berry Hibiscus. Went there is am and ordered Hot Late added Sugar Free Vanilla, which was an extra charge, with Cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Well, they did not have ANY vanilla at all and NO cinnamon. I imagine those two items are pretty popular. Can they not order enough to keep on hand?
My daughter and I went through the drive through this morning, March 13th at 5300 So 76th St K060, Greendale, Wi 53129. We ordered coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. The woman handed me the the first coffee and the top had started to fall off which made some of the hot coffee spill.
My daughter grabbed it and from the bottom so not to spill anymore. When she handed me the second one, the same thing happened however this time, it was so full coffee spilled all over my hand and burned me.
The lids on those cups do not stay on tightly and as soon as you grab the cups they pop off. I tried to pick up the cup again from the cup holder and once again, it spilled because of how full it was and the sides of the cup are so flimsy.

Ruby at the vista way/ el Camino real store. She takes my order, which was a black coffee. I was hoping to get my coffee immediately but understood when there is a line. No one was behind me…there was no line… I waited for approximately 10 minutes.
I watched as she took other orders and fulfilled those immediately while ignoring me.

I ordered 4 drinks. 2 mocha frappe 1 chocolate chip frappe and 1 caramel frappe. All 4 were awful. Tastes and not worth the money. Supervisor was extremely rude when I called and asked for a refund.
Why on earth are the coffee prices going up yet the amount served is far less than previous years. I've been drinking your coffee for 15 years and now pay $8.34 for one coffee drink yet the past several visits the cup isn't even full, and sometimes half full!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I am done being a customer!
