I ordered the brand new drink, cold pink. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to my standards. I have bought it before several different other Starbucks, where it wasn’t filled with ice guaranteed I was done with the drink and seconds it only had a a little bit of liquid it was not to my standard, probably will not be coming back to Starbucks again.

Over time I have acquired many a travel coffee mugs. I have noticed a hairline crack in inside bottom of one of the mugs. I have taken the mug to EXCHANGE for a new mug, in a shop we usually have our coffee, at 443 John Ringling Blvd, Sarasota,34236, on March 7.

The barista said "sure" and started to key in the info. She realized that the transaction requires store managers approval. She called the manager, Jessica Shasteen who refused the exchange for I could not produce a receipt. She also refused to talk to me.

During the incident, i noticed that several customers left the waiting line. This so-called manager ought to be taught the imporftance of the brand equity and the role of satisfied customers. Dr. Abram Poczter Prof. of Marketing

I had previously sent in a case#230304-008798. I called and spoke to Gabby about this situation. I just can’t believe that you all can’t find where we added several gift cards to my granddaughters account. My thought about this is, Starbucks took her money and cleared out everything on her account.

The reason I say this is I was the one that helped her put the money from her cards onto one. As soon as my money is gone from my account I will no longer be purchasing from Starbucks and I WILL tell others about this and they will be taking their business else where too.

So this is how you make money is to take peoples money off of their account. Interesting !!! It’s sad for a child to get gift cards and think they can use them whenever and the company takes her money.

Hello I go to star bucks alot and unfortunately the last 3 times I have order a double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich they were still cold. That was at thr cobble stone location in grande Prairie,ab The last couple times I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato it tasted as tho he it was bitter or kinda burnt ast and this was at 13217 102 St, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 5L8 The service is always great but it does getting upset to bit into a cold breakfast sandwich or your coffee tastes burnt to many times.

I was overcharged at the Boston airport starbucks, store ID BOSSTA30, ck# 6865 on 12/31/22 @ 11:01 AM. They added espresso to my order when I clearly ordered decaf! I was given the runaround as to why I was being charged so much, they told me it had to be wrung up that way.

(I believe they were adding on to people's orders so they could hit a month end goal)! I have ordered the same drink previously at other locations & never charged that amount. It is always less because I order decaf!

I submitted a complaint to Starbucks at the beginning of January, it is now March 2 & I have not received a response. IT SEEMS STARBUCKS REALLY DOESN'T CARE HOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AS LONG AS YOU GET OUR MONEY! 29.

For the last 2 month my neighborhood Starbucks NEVERS have Frappuccino ANYTHING in which is crazy being as tho it's located inside the Safeway grocery store. I really really miss my favorite drink ( MOCHA COOKIE CRUMBLE) so the question is, is the inventory low and or they just lying at this point. I ordered two latte at 3:40 pm on Ventura &Vintage store. I got the drinks were both filled with foam, requested for a remake. The barista, Mika was the name on his name tag, was very rude, he said “ next time just asked for no foam” But the drinks were not how they were supposed to be, they were both half cup of milk foam.

Not only did he not know how to follow the company procedures to make coffee, but he’s also very rude. The whole time from the first two drinks, no any words or eye contact. Very unprofessional.

On December 24th, 2022 Christmas eve, my wife and I went to Starbucks on Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida. As we drove through the drive-thru and came up to the window my wife ordered two black coffees. The window attendant by the name of James initial last name W, the two hot coffees to my wife who was out of the car.

The attendant James w said to my wife that the lids do not fit on the cups. Starbucks 9th Avenue corner of 43rd Street. I ordered a large caramel ribbon crunch and a chocolate chip cookie (warm). I am new to Starbucks in terms of going into a location. I generally buy the cold Frappe from your neighborhood store. I received my chocolate chip cookie but had to leave before my Drink was completed. I literally waited 14minutes.

The few times I have entered a location it’s the same issue. Extremely slow when comes to completing drinks. Understaff would be the best description. Not happy to leave $8 on the counter.

I attended your outlet on the Docks in Preston Lancashire. When I ordered I was told I could only pay with a card. I only had cash and as a result was unable to pay. On asking why my cash was being refused I was told it was because of Health and Safety.

I further inquired why and was told it was because of the spread of covid. I could respect this if people were distancing, washing hands, you were providing hand sanitiser and staff and customers were wearing masks. Not only was this not the case but your staff are handling food without gloves and making no attempt to wash there hands.

Now this may be fine, but not if you are claiming to be stopping the spread of covid. The truth is you have found a benefit from Covid in that you can now save the cost of secure services to transport money…

Was at the Starbucks on union rd Manteca today 2/19/23 and there was a few cars in front of us .. so we sat and waited like any other day witch was no problem. m continue to have a long conversation with one of there friends that were in the car in-front of us for more then 5 mins.

Mind you they only got 2 waters and 2 coffees and continue to talk and trying to order more at the window. I order my 2 drinks @2:21 and didn’t leave the drive threw till 2:35 with only 4 cars.

Need less to say if their friend want to chat with them then should go In on there brakes not work hours that’s company time

My husband and me went to the Starbucks in Seguin Texas, this was our first time to visit this coffee shop, the place not to busy however we waited in line more than 15 min there were 6 female employees going back and forth at times talking to one another I got tired of waiting so I asked one of the girls if we could place our order.

Store at Terminal E at Houston airport. Extremely under staffed, taking walk in and mobile orders. Waited for 40 minutes for my drink after staying in line to order and still had 20 more orders ahead of me most of whom were Mobil orders who were not even there.

Had to leave or else I was going to miss my flight. The entire experience was close to an hour. Waisted $16+ Very poor experience.

I'm at the store at Broadway near 63rd. I ordered a small green ice tea. 72. I told the barista what I ordered and he gave me the correct drink. When I told the cashier that she overcharged me, they gave me a card for my next drink instead of refunding my card and charging the correct amount.

I don't like their nasty attitude and the take it or leave it attitude. I was not rude to anyone. I would still like a refund and an apology for the attitude.

5 AM through the Drive through. Was served and paid for with a credit card. When I got home tasted the coffee and found it to be wrong. Went back within 10 - 15 mins and found they had put up a sign saying temporarily closed.

I Summoned and told personnel inside that the coffee served is wrong as per my order. Was told they will not remake correct order and no refund. I was told to throw the coffee away by the in charge lady.

She indicated she did not care for my concern.

I placed a mobile order for a caramel Frappuccino and an oatmilk shaken espresso at 7:40 am and it says supposed to be ready at 7:46 I get to the store by 7:48 and drinks are not ready which is ok because they are busy a few minutes after my Frappuccino is ready and it was already 8:00am -8:06 and my second drink still not ready so

I told the barista I didn’t want it anymore cause I was already late for work which I was supposed to at 8:00 so I didn’t ask for a refund because there was a line to order and left without my coffee really in understand that the store gets busy but when order online at least put an actual time that your drink would be ready I would definitely won’t be back to that location because the last few times i have gone is the same situation

Your purchasing department has gone too far on saving you money. The Venti coffee cups became noticeable way too thin , as you normally pick up a full cup with the lid on it, the coffee seeps out the top and drips down the side of the cup because the cup is being "squeezed". This causes coffee on your hand, shirt, etc . Today the cup is leaking from the bottom of the cup. I cannot imagine I am the only one that is bringing this to your attention. It makes Starbucks look cheap.

FYI-the crew on South Beverly Drive Starbucks are always pleasant and friendly even when it is very busy

Hi, this isnt the first time I've had this happen. I was already on my way to work and couldn't go back. I asked for just a white hot chocolate but got one completely different and coffee. I can't have coffee do to medical issue, that is why I get hot chocolates or cream drinks!

I want to start by saying how much I love Starbucks. Today as I usually do 4 to 5 days a week, I visited my neighborhood Starbucks drive thru located off of Sunset and 117th, in Kendall Florida. I was given my latte and the top was totally off, needless to say it spilled all over me (hot coffee) and all over my vehicle. It took me over 2 hours to clean my vehicle, which is less than 6 months old. No one offered to help clean the mess up, I had to drive away totally soaked and my car totally soaked with hot coffee as well. I expected more from Starbucks. RATS ISSUE

DO NOT GO to that shopping center Starbucks location. Right next to the Starbucks door there are bushes full of RATS that are always running around. People do NOT seat outside because of that. It was a very DISGUSTING experience. I felt like vomiting when i saw that. I spoke to the manager who said they complaint to the Lanlord but they have done Nothing about it. I suggested to report it to Starbucks Corporate and manager said she did but nothing has been done either. Manager said themselves when they leave late at night, they see all the RATS around. Experienced rude and terrible customer service at the Starbucks location in south hill, Virginia. Pulled up to the drive thru to order and wasn't greeted for the first few minutes then the lady told us that it would be a while until she got out order even though they got the cars in front of us and

then started that we could sit there and be patient or leave so we left and did not place an order. I will not be supporting the Starbucks location again after this experience.

I come to the Starbucks on andrew Jackson on Lebanon pike in hermitage tn. The manager is rude everytime I have came up there. I ordered an ice Carmel macchiato with extra ice because the ice melts by the time they put espresso on top and everytime he works he is so rude even for me having to park and come inside to ask for ice even the looks he gives.

I like to order my Mocha non-fat WITH whipped cream. Unfortunately, it is left off 100% of the time when I order even though I ask for it. Soa barista said to ask for added whip cream. At least 50% of the time the barista argues or doesn’t do it and I don’t get whipped cream.

Twice in the last three days I have requested it, mentioned it wasn’t showing on the screen and didn’t get my whipped cream. This is ridiculous! Train your employees or change the system!

I went there to order a black ice tea. I asked for 3 pumps of Stevia not knowing how it was added to the tea. The employee a young man with brown loose curls taking the order was very condescending and unnecessarily confrontational told me it was packets.

So i if that’s how it comes then that’s what i wanted. I then asked for no “extra” water, again not knowing how it’s made I just always order it this way. He then got confrontational again and said do you not want any water in it?

I ordered a venti pink drink with 5 pumps of vanilla syrup because I like it sweet. I picked it up and did notice it was very light in color. Usually it's a darker pink. I tasted it and was very bland.

It didn't taste like much so I just ended throwing it away. Disappointed because it's not cheap.

The branch in Oxford is using regular milk when a substitute is requested. After 2 times of this happening to me I called and informed the supervisor at this location that the staff was doing this. Yet again today, for the third time, I placed my order with ALMOND milk and have been terribly sick due to the fact that they used cows milk instead, even though the sticker also states ALMOND milk.

I will not be visiting this location again until the staff is trained properly! I know my body rejects cows milk that is why I order oat or almond milk, I can't even enjoy this expensive coffee I just paid for, it is going down the drain.

I spend a lot of money on starbucks. I'm at 7902 Van Nuys and it is the worst I've seen. One of the guys is bashing away with a hammer, the baristas are clued out and it took ten minutes to get water even. They just sort of stare at you and pass on by. Like they got a little club and if you're not in then forget it. It's weird. But the big problem is why is the guy hammering? It's making everyone uncomfortable.

Anyways, I'm going to manifest my dissatisfaction to starbucks concretely. You'll notice my activity stop this weekend for a few days in protest. This is pathetic. Are they stoned?

I have just bought 2 latte from starbucks drive thru at hartshead Moor service station on the m62 and its very very week, just like drinking hot water. Not the good cup I was expecting on my journey, I especially stopoed here for a starbucks and feel very annoyed it's so bad £8.40 for 2 cups of hot water is not a good product and I expe Ted better from starbucks.
