Went to order a Strawberry Acai, Waited 45 Mins for my drink and never gotten my drink. I asked the barrista if my order was lost and he said they ran out of ice and turned away. Other customers were having the same problem and was annoyed and wanted a refund and they said there was no manager around to give a refund.

If you run out of ice why is the young lady taking more orders. There was one guy making all the drinks and he was taking his time and chatting with his co workers and one young lady that was taking the orders and three more workers hanging around chit chatting among each other.

This is the Starbucks that is located on the first floor terminal 1 before you go into the gates. This was n 12/31/22 It would be nice if you can hire people that are more professional and better…

I want me $7.89 back because I didn’t get the coffee that I wanted. They brought it to me and it tasted like the one you would get from the one from like Texas roadhouse like a coffee from McDonald’s at Texas roadhouse but it was better the first time I got it make it right so give me back my money.

I would like to officially complain about the most incompetent and unprofessional store I have ever encountered. This is the store on 2801 Kirby rd in Memphis Tn 38119. At 2 pm on 12-31 I ordered a snowman cookie. When I arrived at the store the door was locked and there was a sign that stated “Drive through only”.

There were literally 14 cars in the lane so I decided I would come back later and pick up the cookie. I went at 530pm since the information said open till 8pm. When I arrived all the lights were still on but the rudest girl yelled through the closed drive thru window: we’re closed.

I told her I ordered a cookie 2 hours ago and she yelled we’ve been closed for 2 hours. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. They should not be allowed to have an online order…

This is more of an observation than a complaint. I was very happy to have received a new and attractive Starbucks coffee cup. You missed the mark on this issue for sure. When reading the instructions, I note that the cup cannot be placed into a microwave to rewarm the Starbucks coffee or any other brand of coffee.

I brew a pot of coffee and place it in my cup and go about my business. Time flies and the coffee is now no longer hot and requires re-warming. But, wait, the coffee cup cannot be used for coffee re-warming.

What kind of thinking, or lack thereof, was put into play to supply coffee cups that are not intended for common every day use? Goody, so I have to remove the remaining coffee from the new Starbucks $15 cup, place the coffee into another microwavable cup and then place it…

Dear Kevin Johnson CEO, I am a Starbucks fan from when the company first started. I’m writing to you personally because I have lost so much money over the years purchasing a particular drink off the menu. I don’t care what state I’m in whether it’s where I’m living or visiting and the Starbucks I order at usually can not get my drink correct.

I visited the Starbucks at 1410 S Atlantic Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91803 today because my 4 years old kid couldn’t wait to use a restroom. This location only has one unisex restroom, which was occupied when we was there. A barista just happen to come out of the employee’s restroom.

We asked if we could use this restroom. She rejected and ignored how urgent we were, said you have to wait. We couldn’t wait and used the employee’s restroom instead. The manager came over later and blamed us so badly, even though I already explained this situation and apologized to her.

She still used a very unfriendly tone and loud voice to kick us out. We’ve been Starbucks customer for years, so disappointed this time. Never come back to this location. A nightmare.

I hope this finds you well! I am writing in because I currently reside in Slidell La where upon my arrival to your Fremeaux Shopping Center location at 7:51 WAS REJECTED AND TURNED AWAY by being told that “at 7:50 we lock the doors and

shut down the drive thru“ but on your google it states that you all are open until 8pm. THAT IS WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE DONE. If you guys are advertised until 8pm then customers should still be able to get service and definitely should not be turned away. I am highly disappointed.

This shod not be happening(and granted I get it it is close to closing time but technically you all are still suppose to be open for operation or you should place something that states that if you are not here by 7:50 in the store YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

Today 12/7/22 around 7:38 am at Starbucks 275 New Britain Ave Plainville, CT 06062 Store number 2850-92920, receipt# 70974096, I went to pick up my mobile order and as I'm walking in to the store I slipped and fell on the wet floor. I have been a long time Starbucks Customer because I simply love everything there, and to my surprise every single employee stared at me and did not come to me to see if I was ok.

Not one person asked if I was ok, only 2 customers one which was sitting down and the other waiting in line. A week ago today I also had surgery on my left leg which is not the leg I fell on, I fell on my left knee but it would've been so much worse if I would have fallen on my left leg.

There was hardly a queue . My friend and I waited outside because we have a dog. 25 minutes we waited. For 3 drinks and a toasties. The ladies serving were actually serving their friends as soon as they walked in.

Infront of all those waiting! Staff were rude and unhelpful. When a customer asked why they were serving friend s Infront of those queuing they just said they were short staffed. Won't be going there again. Disgraceful

My 16 year old daughter had an interview for Starbucks at Hoadly rd, she was told by the manager that interview her that she was not hiring minors but what manager did not know was that a lot of the people working at that location goes to her school and all are her same age.

This is not fair to her and I will continue to resolve this issue even if I have to take legal or media action. I am extremely disappointed.

I have just submitted a complaint about barista Jovhanna. This is the rest of my complaint. There is no caramel drizzle at this location for a few days. So I asked Jovhanna to add caramel sauce to my caramel macchiato.

She said she had to charge me 80 cents for it. I told her I am paying for a drink with caramel drizzle in it. If she doesn't want to substitute the caramel drizzle then can I get a discount on less caramel drizzle. She said no.

Which leads to the next. I have continually seen baristas at this location allowing one particular customer pour her own cream into her cold drink. They give this customer a carton of cream. She pours as much cream as she wishes.

Then they put this carton back in the fridge.

First of all it's a health code violation and cross contamination issue.…

My complaint is about barista Jovhanna on 11/29/22 at around 3 pm. She was extremely rude. I placed my order and went to sit down in one of the chairs. There was someone's glass with water on the table next to the chair.

I replaced that glass on another table. " After Jovhanna made my order she came out and started cutting up boxes which were next to my table on the cart. After she cut them up some of them began to slide down in front of my feet and one of them hit my ankle. It wasn't hard.

She wasn't in a hurry to pick them up nor she apologized. As if she wanted to provoke me. I kept calm and collected. After about 2 minutes she finally came around the cart to pick up boxes and I told her about her hitting my ankle. She apologized.

I have been trying to resolve a query regarding my loyalty card since August and still not solution given. Seem it's been passed on but no update give for months. Have tire different ways of trying to contact Starbucks but nothing is happening.

I basically can no longer get I to my app and tried everything to no avail. I have points I would like transferred to a new card which can tne link to a new card and new app to start fresh.

But have no response for ages so getting frustrated. No answer on their UK number at all, left messages a few times.

I recently purchased a Starbucks mocha cold brew coffee from a local target store in my city, I go to drink it and to my unpleasant surprise, find a shard of glass inside. Thankfully I didn't swallow the foreign item.

I took a photo and made a video however Im not able to upload the video I will add the photo. This was a pretty traumatic experience especially knowing it could have been pretty bad if ingested. I really just wanted to bring attention to the situation so that it wouldn't happen again although I understand things aren't perfect.

I now am somewhat hesitant to purchase Starbucks products

Yesterday I order an sugar cookie almondmilk latte and I received and iced one. I couldn't wait for another one because I had to go to work. This is the 2nd order Starbucks messed up for me but in my favorite location this never happened.

Which excuse should I believe?? ) I proceeded to accept my drink, told him I would not be returning to this location, and as I drove away, I immediately called Starbucks Customer Service. The guy who answered patiently listened to everything I had to share w/ him. 45!

I am now waiting for their District Manager to call me w/ in 24-48 hours, as the Customer Service rep sent an email to this location on my behalf, stating my complaint.

I took my 3 kids to Starbucks in Mountain House ca where we used the drive through. I asked if they had a cookie crumble frap which the lady replied yes. I ordered 2 and a pink drink. When getting to the window, she handed me two caramel frappuccino’s, and which I said I did not order those.

I ordered the cookie crumble. She said you most definitely did not and I said I even confirmed with you at the drive-through when I ordered them that you had them. She was well if you want that you guys are gonna have to wait if there’s a line behind you, so needless to say, we left unsatisfied, and my children did not even drink their drinks..

I went drive thru orders a specific drink with whip cream, I ask the barista 3 times if he got my correct order and each time he says yes. Then he states he was making another order, to which I repeated my specific order.

Venti iced pumpkin spice latte with whip cream, extra pumpkin cream cold foam and extra cinnamon powder. I get to the window as he hands me my order I ask him if it has whip cream and he said yes.

It was not included and neither was my Extra cold foam. If I’m paying for it why not prepare as it is as lie to me. I am upset as I kept asking if it was the order I requested and he said yes.

I did not want to complain to barista as the line was long but I’m so unsatisfied with service.

Starbucks on Franklin Blvd in Eugene is never open during their actual business hours. Today they are striking for red cup day? What is that? Waited in a lit up drive thru for an Uber delivery order and no one came.

The Starbucks in Canyon Del Rey Blvd - Del Rey Oaks, CA has an employee by the name of Daisy who is rude, who just gossips and gossips while making coffee and has even gossiped about customers WHILE the customers are still in the room. She has an unfriendly tone and seems to not take her job serious.

She has not only been rude to me but many of my family members have experienced the same rude behavior by the same employee. I want to remain anonymous and just wanted to bring attention to that issue.

Coffee always tastes old. Usually Luke warm at best. Espresso tastes burnt. I have been a regular customer for at least fifteen years. I frequent the Hopewell Virginia Starbucks several times a week. Occasionally I will visit the Colonial Heights location too.

Inconsistency is a major factor at both locations. My favorite drink never tastes the same. When I have the baristas remake it, it’s no better. Must be a training issue. The brewed coffee always taste old and is never very hot.

This has not always been the case. The last two and a half years have been a challenge. The quality of the products at the Hopewell Va location have had a steady decline. On a positive note, the baristas are nice and always greet the customers.

I waited in drive through for 33 minutes. My order got taken by someone else. They barely made my order when I got to the window and that took about 15 minutes. The women at the window doesn’t have any record of my mobile order.

She took down my order from the Starbucks app and proceeded to give me the wrong size from one of my drinks. I have better things to do than wait 47 minutes at Starbucks. All the workers in Starbucks also doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency and the women at the window look confused and can’t focus.

Where is the manager to drive the sense of urgency in this team?? I’ve seen a better Starbucks team than these in this location. I will never come to this Starbucks again. They are too slow.

I have gone to 3 different locations, 104th & Tower; 104th & Revere and Hwy 85 & Bridge. My order is always a Chai Tea, light water and NO FOAM, the past few months, I have had many instances where the CHAI had foam, the barista, throws away the incorrect drink and remakes without the foam, which explains the increase in pricing!!

Not only do they throw away the drinks but have bad attitudes, as it was my fault they did not read my request. 7282 around 4-5 x's now without any resolution, they have also advised someone would call me and that has NOT happened.

I am extremely disappointed with this complete process. WHAT IS THE RESOULTION HERE???????

Store # 51251-276064 Date visited: 11/10/22 Time: 5:49pm I came to the drive thru and ordered $30 in drinks and was treated so rudely by the employee managing the order. I pulled forward to order because she couldn’t hear me and she was rolling her eyes and basically made me feel that I was a big inconvenience to her.

I work at Starbucks myself (at a nearby store) and we would NEVER treat a customer the way I was just treated. She should not take orders or interact with customers if she is going to act like that. Thanks.

Regina stole money from me when scanning my gift card. She tipped herself $100 and I have all the proof. Bank statements, fraud protection services did an investigation and linked it back to Regina. I have had other issues with her too.

I bought a bag of expresso bean that were burnt & bitter. I get Caffe Americana alot but even the coffee at the Starbucks doesn't taste like it did over a year ago. It's terrible. What hv u don't to the bean.

I asked for light ice in my grande mango dragon fruit lemonade, and there is literally 3/4 ice in my cup. I never complain, but when the price of these items are so much, and they charge extra for certain things, I expect my drink to come out right.

I visited the Starbucks location inside of Fred myers in East wenatchee wa about 5:45 this evening after grocery shopping. I ordered 3 drinks, as I looked on the screen and corrected what she put in she repeated it back to me and I corrected her again and said ok got it I still ended up with 2 wrong drinks.

After I paid I was standing there waiting for my receipt and the girl just stared at me and once I said something she said oh I cant give your receipt, then tried handing me a blank piece of receipt paper and plopped her elbows on the counter and laughed and said man im just so tired.

Incident at around 6AM today.

Requested venti drink filled to top... no whip no foam. Was given a poor excuse as to why it couldn't be filled to top.. blamed corporate. When I got home, I realized they had only filled the cup HALF FULL. They called it a mistake .. a mistake is the wrong sauce... I'm positive it was done on purpose and told them the same.

Cashier at Starbucks in Desert Hot Springs,Ca would not listen to what you ask for. Did not give credit for bringing your own cup. I go to Starbucks at least 5 to 6 times pre week this was by far the worst service.

I was just at 5319 main street Mishawaka in 46545. Absolutely horrible service! There are about 5-6 young girls and a guy working. I ordered 3 medium frappicino. I was the ONLY customer in the store. It took over 10 minutes to get these drinks as the employees are standing around eating something that another employee had made in the back.

Also talking about guys and how they don't like his parents etc.

Finally the guy working started making my drinks while the others stood around talking. This was my first visit inside this store and I was less than happy. Instead of standing around maybe they should have made my order and got me in and out in no time. Very unprofessional service.

I do not go to Starbucks often and this experience will not help to me to go often. No management or not…
