With the release of the holidays studded cups people are fighting for spots in line in front of your stores in the Fresno,Ca and Clovis, Ca locations customers are placing empty chairs in line and waiting in their cars and when new customers arrive to wait in line they get out of their cars and become hostile and violent. Can you please update your line policy to make it safer for customers to safely wait in line to buy much anticipated release items?

We recently had good friends visit us at our vacation home in Gulf Shores Alabama. My friend has Starbucks ice tea every day so I went and bought two large to go glasses. Two days after they arrived he and I drove over again to buy a couple more.

He insisted on buying them and just put them on his card. He always orders them with no ice and no water added. When they handed him two glasses about 75% filled we both looked surprised. When he asked why he was told “that is the way we do it if you don’t get ice or water”.

Now we both looked shocked, especially since he had NEVER had this happen and the previous day I did not either. The gal made no attempt to fill it up despite his questions and concerns. Considering filling it up would cost pennies and the fact a customer pays almost $5 for a…

I’m writing to complain that eggnog latte is not coming back AGAIN this year. I wait for that to come out, as do many people. I have a gift card that I don’t even feel like using. I have tried the other holiday flavors, but nothing is as good.

Your staff at the Mt Auburn St Watertown, MA store is rude, disorganized and extremely slow, no one seems quite clear about their roles and whose in charge While I was there Sunday 3 people walked out as your new employee Ali was at the register quite confused and needed assistance which did not happen. Good beautiful morning. I am a steady customer of the Starbucks (store #58140) in Buckhorn Pennsylvania. 20! Would it be possible if you could raise your Star’s to 3 per dollar amount? I am retired and working a part time job to stay ahead of my monthly Bill’s.

The one small enjoyment I get out put like is your Mocha Frappuccino’s. You know times are tough for most everyone. I would appreciate more Perk’s to help compensate for your ever raising prices. Thank you so much.

When I eventually got to order my drink I was told there was no pumpkin spice syrup for my latte even though it's on the board so had to have a plain latte , when I went to get the sugar not only was the stand really dirty with spilled bits of drinks paper etc , bin overflowing there was NO sugar , just those chemical filled artificial sachets of sweetener , I asked an assistant who was just sitting at a table and

he said there was NO sugar sachets at all , I said how can you run a cafe with no sugar !!!!!! I suggested he walk over to the other Starbucks and get some from them but he said there was no staff even though he didnt seem to be doing anything himself , WONT be going in there again

LakeJackson, Texas. 12:25 pm. Drive thru. Sunday October 23, 2022 Incompetent workers!! Ordered a sugar free coffee frap with whip venti worker told us she couldn’t make it. I have order this drink weekly for the last several weeks. At this location She proceeded to tell us that it wouldn’t be sugar free.

I order a dark roast coffee through the drive through and I was told that it would take 7 minutes to brew it, so I got the pike medium roast instead. I went home and found out that the coffee was mixed with water.

I went back to the store and showed it to the cashier. She didn’t apologize or nothing and when she tried to give me another cup, the dispenser was empty. ” Once she gave me the pike coffee i asked her where is the sugar?

Yesterday I stopped by my local Starbucks. While reloading my card I noticed that I had an older gold card with a balance (21.92).

I asked the barista if she could consolidate these accounts and passed her my phone.

Today, I discovered that the balance was not transferred. The store suggested I call customer service. Starbucks customer service response?

"I'm sorry sir we can't locate your account. Is there anything we can do for you?"

I said "yes. Look harder. The account is there." I was transferred to a supervisor.

The supervisor found the old account and said: "Thank you for patience sir. I have found the account, but it has a zero balance."

Ordered sweet black tea & chocolate croissant at drive through.

The tea had no flavor, except the machine that made the tea tasted like it needed cleaning, and it was barely sweet.

I go to Starbucks because the quality is usually much better than most fast food restaurants. For almost $8.00 I expect better.

I visited a Starbucks near my daughter yesterday here 290 near startex/ Spartanburg area and was surprised and shocked at the customer service. The drink was poorly created and the cake pop (one) was mashed and broken! Not to mention the bad attitude at the window when I asked if the drink was made properly.

Normally I’m not a complainer but this was senseless considering I was very polite and kept the drink that was clearly not made properly, maybe a meeting on customer service cld help. I apologize if I sound rude now just very aggravated with the situation

So one of the cashiers told me that i was using the bathroom too long. Apparently u can’t use it for more than 5 minutes . I don’t know that this particular Starbucks had this rule but then the cashier tells me that her GM had already talked to me which that never happened.

And she was arguing wit me saying that she did and i was like no she didn’t. Just very unprofessional and i would like to know what can y’all do for my unpleasant experience. I go to Starbucks at least 3 times a week so I’m a loyal customer and should not have treated this way at all.

This evening I frequented the drive thru at the Eatontown NJ Starbucks. 79. My card (2805) was used on my Starbucks App. I ordered two large ice teas, one Grande Green Tea Frapp with Java chips, no whip and extra ice and a Grande mocha chip Frap with extra ice as well for thickness.

Both Frapps were loose, not thickened with the extra ice and one had whip, when specifically ordered without. The directions were written on the cups. It wasn’t followed. They were tasteless after one sip and discarded. The window server gave one of the ice teas to a person in the car ahead of us by mistake.

I stopped mid afternoon for coffee. Ordered a regular brew -black. I noticed them getting it out of a carafe. Got into the car and headed to the highway. The coffee was so old. Barely warm and very acidic. Ugh.

I just expect a higher quality of coffee from Starbucks. That was $3+ wasted. Couldn’t drink it. I am surprised you would allow your staff to use the carafes. I was looking for a fresh cup of coffee. This really let me down.

Ordered a bagel to be toasted and when it came to me it was not toasted. I asked him to take the bagel apart and get it toasted. He said he could not take the bagel apart but toasted only the top and bottom, leaving the inside soft and not toasted. I have been coming to Starbucks daily and and now and then I get a bagel and it is toasted inside and out as they always take the bagel apart to toast it. Please make sure you train your staff to be consistant. I have also noticed from time to time that the coffee is room temperature. A Blonde or a Pike roast should be hot. This is not a complaint but rather a way to help get things correctly.

All employees have been nice.

My wife was at the Starbucks in Safeway on market street in Ballard Seattle.. she was in tears coming out of the Starbucks because of the terrible customer service.. the employee's name is Gregory, he refused to give his last name, he was very insulting to my wife.

She simply ordered her coffee the same way she always does but for some reason Gregory only filled the cup halfway, and when Jocelynn (my wife) politely asked him to please fill it up the rest of the way he said I will have to charge you for another coffee, he said, your lucky that I even gave you that much, he also threw away her receipt, and when Jocelynn asked for it he said, its store policy that I can't reprint a receipt,.

My recent trip to Starbucks in Bee Cave off 71.

I walked in because they don’t have a drive through. There was no-one waiting for their drinks at pick up or around the register to order. There were 4 people behind the counter. I ordered 4 waters, one cake pop, and my hot white choco. 4 shot espresso mocha.

The employees were playing around behind the counter and after a few minutes one said to the other "oh she ordered water". They continue to play and make the waters. Meanwhile another guest comes in and places her order. I am still waiting on my coffee as I watch the girl after me give and receive her order. Mindyou, there is no drive through nor anyone else at the counter or register.

I mention I am still waiting on my drink so this girl starts explaining her difficult position…

After waiting over 8 minutes in drive thru for 2 green tea lattes. I was asked to pull to the front and wait. Cashier told me there was only one barista working. After waiting another 3 minutes decided to go in and ask for a refund.

The barista then handed me my drinks. The cashier went to get the manager for my refund. I told the manager it was not fair that I waited so long and cars behind me were getting drinks before me. Alexa was extremely rude and refused to refund me.

Hi, I applied at the Starbucks on 3100 Quaker Bridge Hamilton, NJ. I had a misdemeanor and didn’t expect to get the job which I didn’t care for. The problem is the employees, Izzy, Caylee, and Faith have been gossiping and spreading information about my misdemeanor which izzy had previously known.

This concerns the use of "For Here Cups"/ceramic cups at your stores, specifically, Store #10185, 530 E. Betteravia Rd, Suite C, Santa Maria CA (805) 925-5147. Today, the "Assistant Manager" told me that Starbucks no longer permitted the us of For Here Cups. This is strange because for the last 4-6 months the Betteravia store has been serving my coffee in these cups on a daily basis. Granted in late 2020/early 2021, Starbucks quit allowing the use of the cups and that was understandable with the Covid crisis. So now what has changed? With the CDC, state, and local health departments reducing masking requirements and other precautions, this doesn't make sense.

In closing, I've been visiting the Betteravia store almost daily for the last year or two. Please advise.

My wife and I frequent the store on the corner of Chandler Heights and Gilbert Rd in Chandler Arizona a couple of times a week and for the last couple of months it has been hit or miss as to whether they will be open or not. Our time is between 4 and 5PM as we drop off our grandson at school in the same shopping complex. I am a regular Starbucks customer usually always go to the one located in Crown Plaza Gaithersburg in Maryland. This location is a great one but it is so uncomfortable to sit inside during winter since the manager of this location keeps the inside always super cold. It seems that when the manager is not working at any given day, it feels warmer inside the store. The issue is not the doors opening and closing, it is mostly the heat is almost absent.

Also he blast the music in this store to a point where I can't hear what I am saying while communicating with friends.

We are currently staying in Las Vegas caesar palace on 2/16/2022. I am a regular customer but I work shifts that I can't actually physically go to store myself so yesterday, I ordered a Starbucks and asked my friend to pick it up. Instead of going to the Starbucks that I ordered it in, my friend went in and picked it up from Starbucks next door and he paid for it kinda confused as to why I didn't pay yet. I recently went to the Starbucks in the Safeway supermarket in Salinas, CA located at 1546 N Main St. The new valentine's day tumblers had just been put out and customers were starting to purchase them. I am a collector and I absolutely love these cups and usually go out on release dates trying to get one of each for my collection when possible.

Several times now I go into the Starbucks where I live in Gainesville, Texas store number 2919. I order a vinti pink drink and I prefer sweet cream cold foam shaken into it. I always get charged the extra $1 for the sweet cream but they never add it.

It’s just a plain pink drink. Then they are very rude when I bring it to their attention. This has happened several times and they always mess it up. I decided to change my order because I guess that’s just too hard for them to figure out and they get that wrong too.

Also the wait is always 20+ minutes.

I ordered a dopio with steamed cream, and 4 sugar. I had a ci g abetted in my right hand, wasn't even smoking it, and the guy at the window says no smoking in drive thru. I said, I'm in my own car.

He shuts window, say something to girl making my coffee, then gives me my coffee. No cream,no sugar. I gave to wait in line again, and when I get there, some big girl with short hair is there with my newcup I hand her the wrong one, and she says, I can't take that, here's your coffee, no smoking in d/t, can't you read the sign? I have been going to Starbucks for over 40 years in Southern California and I never heard of this excuse. Today, December 12, 2021, I went to the above named Starbucks to order a Grande Pike and was told I could not order this drink because the machines are broke, but, I could order a more expensive drink. This is unheard of since they usually have more than one drip machine. I left because I felt this is some kind of scam.

Waited 10 minutes in line, got the window and the drink wasn't quite ready.

However when I got it, it didn't taste correct at all, it tasted watered down, maybe too much ice or milk? It also didn't seem to have any carmel flavoring and they didn't put carmel crunch topping at all when I asked for extra.

They also double cupped it so the bottom cup came off and liquid was i between so it got everything sticky. Awful experience

Hi there, two days in a row!!! My husband bought coffees on Saturday 11/16/21 and Sunday 11/7/21. Both times him and I had an accident! The lids popped up and coffee spilled on my husband burning him on both mornings!

Went into the store and got greeted, we'll be right with you. So we waited, and waited. Watching a total of about 6 workers working on what I assume to be drive thru orders. No one else but my family was in the store.

I'd like to express my disappointment regarding my last visit to Starbucks' branch which is located on the opposite side of the main gate of the University of Jordan. I get my coffee there all the time and most of the staff actually recognize me whenever I go and they're usually very nice until last Thursday 21/10/2021 at 8 am, there were two staff members one of which was a girl who made terrible comments on my shoes with "her friend who didn't work there" and

Unfortunately I received a tall cup of soy milk with the faintest hint of espresso. This happens repeatedly at various different locations. I had already walked several blocks and took train before I realized I was carrying a cup of soy milk.
