The Starbucks in Redding CA, 96003, on Churn Creek & Lancers, always fail make my drink correctly. As a former Starbucks partner, I know the Caramel Machiatto gets caramel on top. This is the drink I always get and it never gets caramel.

I tried asking for extra caramel just so they don't make a mistake & they proceed to make this drink incorrectly. This is very annoying as I look forward to tasting the same yummy caramel drizzile in my coffee & its not there. Super dissatisfying.

Dear Customer Service, I went to your store in the centre of Bordeaux this morning ordering my grande soy latte as usual. Annoying was that I couldn’t properly communicate with the employees, all of them. They would speak loud enough and blamed their masks. I had my mask on and raised my volume accordingly to be heard. I arrived at my local Starbucks at 7am (when they open) and pulled up to the speaker. NO one acknowledged I was there. I sat for 5 minutes then pulled up to the window thinking the speaker was broken. When I got to the window I saw 3 people inside.

NO one acknowledged I was there and they even made eye contact with me yet NO one had the decency to greet me, open the window and tell me what the delay was, apologize for the delay, nothing. 10 minutes I sat!

People pulling out of line and leaving. I am not one to blow my horn but I had wasted 15 minutes of my work morning and decided to sit on the horn. NO response! There is no excuse for a business to operate in this manner.

If they open at 7am they don't walk in at 7am. They get there at 6:30 and should be ready to serve their customers…

On two occasions within a week, the same employee at the drive through window at Hwy 287 in Broomfield, CO provided very poor service. " The first time, last weekend, we ordered 2 caramel ribbon Frappuccinos and were given 1 that was fine but the other was some sort of a vanilla frappe with no coffee in it.

but he refused to take it back. He said it's fine, that sometimes the syrups are sent a different color. We ordered 2 of the same thing, so that's insulting. We've ordered these probably 2 dozen times over the years and we know that he was absolutely incorrect.

This morning I went back and it happened to be him again. He started handing me someone else's order. I corrected him and he gave me my order but it was spilling all over the place. He is not personable or particularly accurate…

I went to my usual Starbucks today. Unfortunately, I ordered 5 things before I could actually get to something that they had in stock? This includes cold brew coffee. I settled for a hot item that was available and a bottle of water.

The iced coffee I had was not able to be consumed. It was terrible. Tasted like I was eating coffee grounds. I usually have good experience at Starbucks. I cannot afford to pay 10 bucks for stuff that I cant consume.

I also realized that I was not provided with a receipt. I paid by credit card. Thanks

The Starbucks store at 1500 Nations Dr in Gurnee IL never opens on time. Store is supposed to open at 6am and employees stroll in at 630 and today no one showed up until 7am??? This happens several times a week .

If your employees don’t take their job seriously, then fire them and hire ones that will.

It’s 9:00 on a Friday night. We pull up to the drive thru after dinner. We wait behind another vehicle for about 5 min. I ordered on the app while waiting. I use the app often. We pulled around and then saw the sign at the pickup window stating the drive thru is closed.

The light on the order marquis was on. We parked and I walked inside to pickup. My order was ready quickly. Three employees were visible. I nicely suggested that it would be helpful to customers if they put the sign in the area where orders are placed to prevent people from sitting and waiting.

I said this very nicely. None of them said anything at all! This is my biggest complaint. They should have said thank you or have a nice day or something. I have never had any customer service like this at a Starbucks and will not…

I went to the location in North Hollywood on lankershim and placed my order at 11:50am. I ordered a mocha latte, a very berry hibiscus, and a chicken sausage and bacon biscuit.

The cashier was very friendly and attentive but after driving away I found that the sandwich was unheated. The rest of my order was fine but I was expecting to receive a heated one

On Saturday I went into your store on York Road in Timonium,MD. and purchased a Grande Iced Green Tea. I took it and walked out to the car and started to drink to find out that the lid wasn't on tight and the whole thing came out and poured all over my down coat and my clothing and on my car seat.

I need to tell you I was in shock. I had an appointment in fifteen minutes and there was no way I was going to be able to make it. I was also thirty minutes from my house. So I had to cancel my eye appointment and drive home to change.

Later that day I told my husband what had happened and he told me to call the store and tell them. Although the girl was very nice on the phone.. the only thing she said was that she would leave a card there for me to get another tea.

Good Morning,

I'm generally not one to complain however i do come to this store 2 times a day 5 days a week if not that more based on my company. myself and a co-worker was in store # 11473 in Denver CO on 11-25-2019 went through the drive thru a woman took my order she was very very rude, I'm a sole believer that you should love your job no matter what it is that your doing after all she chose to work for your company, being said she was extremely rude and was rushing me she kept over talking me as i was ordering saying is that all is that all. As i finished my order that consisted of 2 drinks, i then pull to the window and asked for her name the woman at the window by the name of Alexis stated she was not the one whom took the order but was the Store manager she had nothing to say about…

I have been going to Starbucks for well over 10 years! I daughters all have cards that I fill for them monthly to be able to afford to go. We have been recently going to a different Starbucks and they have been making our drink incorrectly.

I always ask if this drink can be remade at multiple times they remake it but will only do it once and give horrible customer service when you do ask and say this is their new policy and tell us if it’s not correct maybe we should try another store!

I was absolutely shocked along with a few people in line as well. I have to say if this is the new policy I know quite a few people who will not be returning. Your store teaches them how to make a drink this was definitely not a special request drink.

I don’t know whom to complain to or if this is the right spot. I went to the Starbucks off Southfield rd in Southfield MI in the Target store. I ordered a venti pumpkin cold brew with an added shot of espresso.

They handed me a drink that did not have the right lid, did not have the foam, and tasted horrible. They didn’t add the right ingredients because it only tasted like the cream. I was running late to work so I had no time to ask them to re-do it,as I was taking my first drink while running out to the car.

I couldn’t even drink the drink that I spent almost $7 on. If I could please get refunded OR a credit for the same drink I would appreciate it. Never filed a complaint before but the baristas were acting like they didn’t want to work and annoyed.

My complaint is about the manager of the Anacortes Starbucks store. Though many feel as i do few take the time to write. The manager here is awful, unkind and has chased away many, longtime, hardworking employees whom people here have built a relationship with for many years.

Even some of the most loyal, diehards have quit. I doubt that any employee (with some time under his/her belt) given a chance would give her a good review.. Many customers no longer go there. Thanks for caring, Lisette

I pulled up to the Starbucks on Canyon Del Rey, in Seaside, CA -I ordered a kids hot chocolate and a tall pumpkin spice latte. She kept asking me what kind of milk I wanted,boxed or if she needed to make me one?

Never had that asked before, so I repeated I just wanted a kids sized hot chocolate (as it was 45 degrees outside). 70 the wrong amount and had me some type of cold frappucino. I tell the guy I want a kids sized hot chocolate, which he makes me, does not adjust my bill and does not give me a receipt.

I go to Starbucks like everyday, and sometimes things are wrong but this is the first time I have had so many problems with one simple order.

I think the staff at the Auburn Hills location just are not trained properly. I say this because I’ve only been to Starbucks a total of maybe 5 times. 2 of these being at this location for a salted caramel mocha frap.

Not much of a coffee guy. But both times my experience with this drink have been overly unsatisfying at this location. The other ones that I’ve been to taste totally different. The picture I have below is what I’ve gotten from my other locations.

1-2 weeks ago around 6pm I was in the Starbucks @ 3305 Sheridan Street, Hollywood FL I was 1st in line in front of the register when the female barista finally came over but acknowledged the man that was behind me next in line & asked him what he would like. I interrupted & said I had yet to order. She was uninterested. I can only assume it was because I was wearing my work shirt which shows I work for a law enforcement agency. Today around the same time I decide to give them a second chance. This time I ordered thru the app so I didn’t have to deal with the female barista who was working again.

Over 20 minutes I wait. No coffee. So I approach the manager on duty (because the 2 employees who are “working” are doing nothing!) & ask how much longer for my app order & finally 35 minutes…

At Denver store on Speer and Galapagos. Sever named D’Shea. He was mumbling and rude when I told him couldn’t hear him. He stuck his head out the window and spoke in Avery load voice and not pleasant voice. He had a bad attitude and challenged me when I asked his name and then in a rude voice asked my name.

After asking again for my order he finally gave it to me.

While waiting on a flight from Orlando airport I decided to get two venti iced chai nonfat lite ice with 9 pumps and paid extra for it I did not receive the nine pumps and it tasted like just milk I am an avid Starbucks drinker and am disappointed with the way this location was managed

This morning I went to Starbucks on Hatch/Mitchell in Ceres, CA. I got in the drive thru line at 10:20. I ordered two drinks and the breakfast bites and a separate order for a breakfast sandwich. I left with my order at 10:40.

I waited in line along with everyone else for 20 minutes, not only did I wait 20 minutes, my food was not even hot! Half of the time on my way to work I don’t stop because they are so slow, but this is just ridiculous.

May I suggest additional training on moving the line along in a timely manner? I will not be returning to that Starbucks. Horrible service!!

I have been getting Starbucks for many years. I went and got my Vente Mocha 180 degrees as always, I put the cup in the holder in my van as usual and when I went to grab it the top came off, coffee spilled out hot on my hand and

all over the dash with all the control buttons. The next day I went to my usual Starbucks where I had also gotten my mocha from previous day and suggested that to please be sure lid on tighter I then learned that Starbucks was using a newer lightweight cup which the lids did not go on tightly.

I am telling you this so hopefully you can get corrected so it doesn;t not only happen to me again or to anyone. You are lucky that a claim has not been filed because if I had not been able to work on the control buttons to clean all around multiple times to get everything…

The customer service at the Atlanta Apparel Mart location is awful. I ordered a sandwich on the app waited 8 min to pick up, when I arrived it was not ready. I asked Fonte for the sandwich and he explained that sandwichs come out from other side.

I waited 5 more minutes and asked again. Still no sandwich! Then the young lady hands me a cold sandwich aand says here you could grab it yourself. Not heated just a cold wrapped sandwich. It’s not the first time I have had bad service here but I feel it will be the last as I think twice about returning here

Just visiting family in Springfield Ohio and while stopping at a Starbucks on Hillcrest and Troy. There was 4 people inside and about 8 in the drive thru. I was surprised when I spent 10 mins before anyone made eye contact or even greeted me.

When I finally got my order in I waited for my coffee to be prepared, and I was surprised to see a coffee spill that was apparently spilled on the floor, and the employees knew about this spill, but did not clean it up for another 10 mins. Not sure how long this was there, but this was a serious hazard to not just the employees, but the customers as well.

It took me almost 30 mins to get my coffee, but the drive thru got in and out in ample time. With only 4 people in the store waiting for their coffee, not sure why drive thru gets better service…

Bought a Medium iced latte with extra shot of espresso this morning. I asked for it with very light ice and an extra shot. First issue I have is that your medium cost more than competitors AND is the same size as their small. I paid 6.10 for this "medium". At this point I watch the barista make my drink, she proceeds to overfill my "medium" with ice, and then to make the top fit, dumps out some of my already small amount of latte. I received more ice in my drink that the few drinks I watched be made prior to mine.

Very disappointing experience.

As much as I love my Starbucks coffee, I figured someone in management would like to know of the shear dysfunction of the Pace Blvd location in Warwick, RI. I noticed a remarkable difference in expediency at this location in the past 2-3 weeks.

I go there every single day and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, so I’m quite familiar with how long it should take to make a latte. ) manager, I don’t know his name has been missing in the last few weeks.

I’m not sure, but that store is wreaking havoc. only a few in line, 8 staff, 2-3 standing around doing nothing but chatting with each other and drinks take forever to come out. It’s awful there. I visit Starbucks often. I also purchase Starbucks pods for my Starbuck espresso machine at home. I support Starbucks. Imagine my disappointment when I tried to cash in my free birthday drink the day after my birthday. I was told that I had to use it on my birthday only.

I can see putting a limit of maybe 1 week to cash in but 1 day? Really?

On July 15, 2019, my husband and I bought a Mocha Frappuccino, Grande and a iced coffee at the Starbucks, in the Target Dept. Store, in Medina, OH. I asked for Non Fat Milk and No Whip Cream. She repeated it back to me.

We picked up our orders and left the store, it was pouring rain so we rain for the truck. When we got in our truck, we noticed my frozen Frappuccino wasn't made correctly!! It was pouring outside, so we didn't go back into the store.

but the gal making it on the 15th GOT IT VERY WRONG. She ADDED waaaaay too much chocolate, more then what the recipe called for, so much so that neither one of us could drink it!!!! Neither of us asked for extra chocolate...

I live in Cranford, nj and I frequently visited the Starbucks on south avenue in Cranford. The baristas are great and the location is in a perfect spot but the last 3 times I’ve been there I have to stay have made me want to stay away from this location.

Around 8pm there’s a group of young guys who hang out blocking the entrance and don’t even bother moving and even stare you down as you are making your way up the stairs. I had my young daughter with me and I had to walk around them to get up the stairs and I even said excuse me and one of the kids didn’t even bother to move.

These kids had their duffle bags and slip on shoes all over the front entrance and we’re running in to get free water and check on their phones that were plugged into the wall charging their batteries. Not one of…

I have been going to the following Starbucks twice a day for the last 9+ years. Below is taken from your Website for Starbucks Coffee at Northwood Plaza. As you can see store hours are 5:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Visited 1930 times, 1 Visit today 2560 a N McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL Website (727) 723-3289 Mon – Sun 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM

The employees are like family to me and I care for each and everyone of them. However, when new management came into the store, they changed the store hours to 5:30 AM instead of 5:00 AM M-F.....the Northwood Plaza store had regular customers everyday at 5:00 AM. I always buy drinks from Starbucks fro our business meeting. I have never wrote a complaint in my entire life even I have experienced poor service in different places. I don't mean Starbucks here. Today I was very insulted and discriminated in front of line of people.

1304 F St Washington DC location really let me down. I preordered a drink. When I walked in, the cashier said, "Oh it just got here."

There was no one in the store waiting. They just didn't care enough to get started on my order. They asked me to walk up to get a Stevia for them to make my drink.

The location was dirty and in disarray- at 5:47 AM. See picture of trash on the stairs. The barista didn't have an apron on. I took a pic of that, but I can only upload one pic.

I love Starbucks, and today made me feel like Starbucks doesn't love me.

I go to Livingston nj location on Mt Pleasant Ave every morning to get 2coffees. The staff is great except for one new person today named Liz. I always get a tray for the coffee by the staff. Today Liz put the coffee down and pointed me to end of store to get tray where I had to wait for customers on line picking up orders.

I told her staff everyday provides the coffees in a tray and I said you must be new. She ignored me and I left. If she’s around next visit I will stop getting coffee there and go across street to Dublin donuts

Your team at Laguardia terminal B D gates had 1 person on the register 10 staff talking to each other. and a line to the door and beyond. I eventually asked them to add another register (which was live but not manned).

They finally did, with attitude, so I left not trusting them to make my drink. You need a manager there

I go to Starbucks daily. I love the double smoked bacon sandwich.

Recently my last two sandwiches only have 1 pc of bacon. That’s a ripoff. Please make sure preparers know it’s two Pieces. That is what double means. Thank you.

I visit a Starbucks location every day of my work week and I’m pretty much a creature of habit in what I order. I love having a slice of Lemon pound with my specialty coffee. Almost every time I order one, it gets put upside down in the little brown bag only to have the icing get stuck in the bag.

I’d like to see the employee’s put them right side up in the bag.

Waited for over 10 minutes for drink at Baton Rouge Perkins Rowe Bluebonnet store. Complained to employees. Told me that there had been mobile orders ahead of mine. The point that I was making is that a couple of folks in line behind me , white guys,received their order before me.. Employees were not courteous.

Wednesday May 7,2019 9:45 am Indy airport concourse A. 25 min in line with signs up that day no sandwiches. They had no egg bites no Jade mint tea with no signs. Post you have no breakfast items so we can find other choices. Store was dirty.

Service, coffee, everything customer service related was great.

Only complaint is the entry door needs to be fixed!!! Door has no mechanism on it to prevent it from slamming EVERY time the door is opened. Made it very difficult to have a business meeting w/ the VERY loud banging from the door literally every 5-10 seconds. Ended up leaving & moved the meeting to Panera. Too bad.

I’ve been a Starbucks loyal customer for years. Yesterday morning my coffee was not even warm and it had lots of coffee grinds inside my cup? I mentioned it to my barista this morning. She simply said o well! I ask if I was not satisfied with yesterday coffee it should be on the house , she says I should of reported it that day?

I have a work schedule can’t be late. She charge me my coffee! It’s been a few unpleasant service here jamacha in spring valley. My history shows which Starbucks am texting about. For now on I will be going to a different location spend more of my morning traveling further to another Starbucks and spend more gas.

In order to not encounter bad service. Hopefully this takes care of my problems! Luis E.
