My parents bought a house in Lincoln, Ne. The roof needs to be replaced. The previous owner made a claim, and it's been over a week, and nothing. The adjuster can't be reached. My parents can't close on the house, because he has not submitted anything.

I am a state farm customer! On June 5th I was rear ended by another state farm customer. The assessment of my brand new truck was a structural total loss- the adjuster decided to replace the frame. It's been over three months since my accident and I still do not have to truck due to three toyota dealerships refusing to do the work.

My own insurance company made me turn in my rental once I reached the 600$ on the rental. I've had to put certain parts of my life on hold due to state farms POOR customer service! I have been a customer for roughly 10 years I believe and I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

I showed up and tarped the best I could with the supplies I had available. By the time I had gotten to the house, the tree and limbs had been removed. From what I understand, State farm paid to have that down. I noticed enough damage from the tree that a full roof replacement is necessary. Renter insurance policy clearly states loss of use in renters policy will pay for temporary housing up to 24 months or limit of policy while trying to find housing of equal value. Had a fire and lost everything. Told I could stay in a motel room at $120/day and they would pay the difference of what I was paying in rent ($400/month) till I run out of money or they find me a new place.

I asked if I could stay in a 3-month lease apartment instead at $1600/month and keep renewing so I could have a longer time to live somewhere while trying to either find an apartment between $400-$600/month or get housing assistance (on a waiting list) because in the present housing crisis I know its going to take at least 9 months to a year. I have been rear ended by one of their policy holders and its been well over 2 months and my car is still down, i just now received a rental car couple days ago, keep in mind i have been requesting a rental for the past month and a half.

Lindsay Hamilton is my claim handler but she does not handle anything. She is now telling me that I have to wait another 2 weeks so she can send someone out here to look at my car. this is unacceptable when i ask to speak to her manager she says no and when i ask why she says this call is not productive anymore and hangs up on me.

Statefarm is the worst, and Lindsey or Lindsay if you are ready this, you are a real piece of sh*t, i hope everything bad happens to you.

I was hit by one of State Farm Insurance drivers Mr. Dylan Phelps policy number 476-6310-A05-43A-001 on the 1st of April. A claim was submitted by myself on the State Farm web site on the 2nd April. After two months I made a long distance international call to Matt in California who was dealing with the claim. He was very helpful and sympathetic. He requested that I send documentation to him which I did after the phone call (please see attached). Since that date I have sent additional e-mails to State Farm claim e-mail address but my contact is being ignored. In addition I am also being ignored by the rental car company that I used in April.

I am currently compling a case for legal action as noboby is prepared to communicate with me or refund my losses as the VICTIM DRIVER.

Demetra Dobbins is by far the worst person I have had to deal with regarding my home owners insurance claim. I had major- thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home, which is paid for on time EVERY TIME.

Yet Demetra avoided my calls, avoided my emails, avoided my contractors emails, and ultimately sent me a piece of mail that stated everything we discussed over the phone. Demetra was extremely unprofessional and treated the situation as if the money was either coming out of her own pocket or as if it was her home that was damaged.

I was in an accident and contacted roadside service where I was directed to use the tow service provided by the police and have towed to their establishment to await inspection. My claim was denied but that is not what this complaint is about.

I waited 13 days and heard nothing from State Farm. I had to to reach out to them to discover my claim was denied and that my tow was covered but the 13 days of storage at $67 a day would not be covered despite what the lady at roadside assistance conveyed to me.

So not only am I out my vehicle, I have an additional $700 bill to cover. I spoke with several people in the claims department and all either refused or could not help.

The adjusters and the customer service is extremely horrible. I receive no support, no calls in reference to my insurance claim. They were 11 days late getting to my car for an estimate and I end up paying out my pocket for rental.

Absolute worst experience ever. I was involved in a collision with a State Farm driver and it has been hell ever since. They will not return calls, emails, or respond to complaints. they don't have access to the information I need.

I want to report their abusive insurance practice and deceitful business tactics. My claim has been going on for 6 months now with no rental car, no compensation for lost business revenue, and a truck that is inoperable. All I want is my life back and get back to normal.

Signed up for Drive Safe and Save and was told it was a 6 month program. At 6 months I was told I had to have it for a year. After a year. I was told to remove the device from my car.

After that, I received a new bill with my discount removed. I called in to Beth Holland's agency to be told because I removed the devices I lost the discount. The agent explained that, during the time I had the device, State Farm in Virginia changed the policy from only needing to have it for 6 months to it needing to stay in the vehicle to keep the discount.

Horrible office in Hickory NC I have been a State Farm customer for 13 years, I have finally changed insurance companies as of today due to the lack of knowledge, and issues I have had over the past year and a half. I have had multiple issues with this office in particular but but overall the service has been less than adequate considering the cost etc etc.

If you have any changes you better be ready to have a multitude of issues as I did. Office staff are inadequate with state to state knowledge and then you have to do the all of the work to get things straightened out.

If you have or are buying Auto Insurance in Michigan or if you are Disabled – READ THIS. Michigan used to have the HIGHEST insurance premiums in the country, by far. No, not b/c of car theft, it was b/c we were all required to pay for UNLIMITED PIP, no choice.

As of July 1, 2020, b/c of Senate Bill 1, Unlimited PIP was no longer mandated. This is a LAW in the state of MI. But I can tell you, every single auto insurance co. I’ve dealt with has STILL tried to charge the FULL premium for PIP, even if you have your own medical insurance, they do not allow you to opt-out, or they try to hide this fee in their billing.

I was at a Costco in Woodinville, WA on January 10th about 2:30 in the afternoon. The way this parking lot is set up sometimes the line to get out of the parking lot backs up perpendicular to parked vehicles.

As I was waiting to leave the parking lot I was stopped in a long line of other cars perpendicular to parked cars on my right. A guy named Brian Pinney, who was driving a 2001 F150 truck backed into me from his parking spot.

From his bumper to the side of my car was approximately 5 feet. We both have State Farm Insurance, he called his agent, Cheryl Granger, and told them a bogus story about being 80% backed out of the parking spot and, from what I have been told by the claims adjusters (I've talked to many of them) he says that I hit him.

My wife fran pitts was in a car wreck and other driver failing to yield caused by another vehicle t-boning her on feb24th. Both drivers had state farm insurance. other driver is from state of Illinois and we live in Texas.

Every time I email the representative about my accident, I have to file a complaint that I have not heard back from her. When the complaint is submitted, I then hear back from them that day. There is an obvious delay tactic since they are the ones responsible for paying.

I have severe squirrel damage to my under hood engine compartment wiring. 2019 Toyota Senna Van AWD. occurred in less than 1 week of sitting. Squirrel built nest on battery and behind overhang cowling on trans. 1/2x 18 inch sticks, leaves,garbage.

Absolutely no customer service, I own a business and pay high insurance but when there is an accident it take for ever to get help. We were not at fault but the other party insurance has a 25/50/20 policy and my car it valued more than $20,000 and so have to use My insurance State Farm.

I am very upset with the decisions being made regarding the deductibles on all of our auto policies.

About our account - I have been a policy holder for 15+ years and have 2 personal auto policies, a business auto policy, homeowner’s insurance policy, personal articles policy and a term life insurance policy.

We have had ZERO what I would call “at-fault” accidents. The only accidents we have been involved in were hitting 2 deer, accidents that other individuals were at-fault for and 3 glass-only claims. 2 of these glass only claims came over about a year and a half span of time.

Saturday, February 11th my brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue, 1 month old vehicle was hit by a driver reversing with a fast rate of speed. I have waited four days now and no callback. I moved to a new state and called State Farm customer care (after hours) and cancelled my policy as the car was now registered and insured in a new state. I also emailed my local agent, but that email was ignored. Accordingly, the next day, I called my agent’s office and spoke to a lovely woman, Megan, who told me she saw my cancellation request as “pending” and State Farm and I had to process. My car was hit by a state farm client. We were both merging left, I was on the inside lane,, when my car was knocked into concrete barrier.. other drivers car had my car pinned against barrier.. I had to crawl out passenger window.

One week ago I spoke with Jerry at State Farm agent Rhonda McMahon's office regarding a loan on my whole life insurance so that I could purchase new hearing aids. Jerry told me he would need to call me back.

He did not call me back. The following day I called again. Jerry told me that there was a check being mailed to me that day. After five days of mail delivery, I still had not received the check. I called and spoke again with Jerry and was informed that the check was in the mail.

Yesterday I called and Jerry once again told me the check was in the mail. When I asked to speak with someone else he told me that the other person in the office was at lunch. It was 3:15 in the afternoon and the office closes at 5.

I find it difficult to believe that someone would work from 9am until 3pm…

Accident happened 11/30/22. Repair complete 12/30/22. 01/03/23 my car is still at repair shop because insurance hasn't even looked at the estimate. And on top of that claims giving me the runaround claim it's because of this it's because of that....

I have full coverage, I have over $100,000 in homeowners, I have over $3000 in jewelry and I have never missed a payment or filed a claim in the 10 years I been with state farm and this is how I'm treated. I will be going with Farm Bureau from here on out.

As of October 28th 2022 I have been given the deed to 2221 N. Buchanan St. in Arlington, Va. This property is part of an estate settlement that my brother Dan Feriozi was handling. He has a insurance policy with State Farm that is handled by Ty Nguyen in the State Farm office in Alexandria, VA.

The address is 1705 Centre Plaza. The policy is bi-annual and according to another agent Ty referred me to it was paid on Nov. 50 and goes through May 9th 2023. I have been calling Mr. Nguyen for weeks about having my name put on the policy so I will have coverage.

We have been with State Farm , house and car, the House policies stopped in 2005 , and our car which we only use In winter when we are in Florida is with State Farm , we had no idea that Charlie Polizzie had closed so we were left with having to take out a new policy with Bill Pancake, we were told we had to pay more , and then 3 months later told we had no policy , now we are told to ignore that notice ..

I think as 80 yr olds we have been treated quite badly , we need the car to be insured form 10 th Dec when we arrive in Florida , is the car insured or not. Crowe Policy number J30 5751 FO3- 59A 4

I am a severe abuse survivor my ex hf topk everything possible I have nothing left no money no furnace and she made her name on my hone insurance because she attempted to kill me. The law in edina is helping her!!!

My lawyer office was arson burned down by them. She left our sone with me and took everything we had that she could take furnace included. Chad Davis won't help he yelled at me because I became upset I have cptsd I spent 2 years recover from the face damages 20 surgery and she has had friends still attack us hers.

Chat issued a check 1609 for my roof my hone he knows it always been my hone he won't help and told me never call back. I am crying now to keep telling the facts he told me get a lawyer.

I was in a wreck a year and four months ago! It was the other person's fault!!! I settled with the agreement state farm to pay my medical bills! I go to rent a home to find out NON OF MY MEDICAL BILLS WERE PAYED!

CAUSING my credit score to be lower! And collections on my credit Causing hardship on me as my family! Of not being able to get house because they check ur credit! I called to discuss this matter! They looked into it and found out the gentleman handed my case never payed them!

They immediately right then started paying some!! But that doesn't help me as this company hurt my family's situation to get a home!! For causing collections on my credit and dropping my score!! Now we are about to be homeless!!

a hardship on my family I think they should owe me the pain they have causey…

In a total loss claim (where I was not at fault at all) they want to offer me only 2/3 of what it will take to purchase the same car again. The comparables State Farm sent are not available, within a reasonable distance and some are not even the same body type (this is not in keeping with the law).

I have been a loyal customer for 34 years with both home and auto on our policy- I valued loyalty, State Farm does not. I have dis everything the claims department asked me to do- submit actual comps (that can be purchased in the area- $13K-$15K) with VIN numbers and was even told on the phone by the total loss department that yes- those are more in line with what we can purchase in our area- but received another lowball offer.

This company started out great, but ever since the daughter ran for and sat on City Council- and the Pandemic- you cannot get them to return calls, answer questions- NOTHING. Worst customer service of ANY insurance co- really any company- I have ever dealt with.

It is disappointing, frustrating and totally unacceptable. My daughter had an accident in MARCH, they are still making a mess of everything!!!!
