I was involved in an accident where a vehicle side swiped my truck on 5/16/2022, it was 97 degrees, and sunny in Dallas. I was travelling after leaving work for the day west bound on Campbell and Meandering way, I was safely driving thru a green light following several vehicles in front of me in far-left lane thru an intersection where another accident was present, fire truck Engine 7 was blocking the right two lanes.

I was safely thru the intersection around 10mph just entering the crosswalk in front of fire engine number 7 when a Lexus speeds up from behind all the other cars in line behind me without waiting his turn to safely merge into the single lane flowing thru the intersection. My wife and I have two vehicles insured with your company and added two additional new vehicles so we thought. We added the new vehicles only to find out they where not added after going through the whole process with giving credit card information and everything.

We waited and waited for the insurance cards etc. and attempted to contact our agent Mr. Matt Million and this is the forth time we have sent him text,email etc. on several matters but He Will Not return call’s or any type of communication what so ever.

The time it took for a insurance claim person to lol at my car . And the way the parts were sent for repair that were either wrong or had rust on them and the back and fourth having to make calls to your agents because there not doing there job.

All this has had me with out a vehicle when my insident had happen and now I'm having issues with the hood that was replaced and there holding this all up to for me now to get the right size hold for my car instead of one they gave for it. This is terrible service and needs to improve Im sick of hearing your short handed .

My complaint is about a worker that had no right to say I was at fault for an accident I was in because I assure you it wasn’t. She was very rude about making remarks about the whole thing and take her drivers side when I’m the one that was left with all the damage to my vehicle and their drivers car barely had a scratch.

I’m the one who sent the police report and pictures about the accident and their driver didn’t send anything but yet I’m still at fault. Very unprofessional tone with State Farm worker Margerie but I called again and spoke to someone else named Amy and she was very understanding and I wish she was the one who took my call and not Margie.

Since February 9, 2021 We have lost the use of our home. Due to a water pipe bursting. This is ridiculous one year, really. We have partial use of our kitchen, o counter, sink and faucet missing. No funds. Eating out daily and not being reimbursed full amount for any of this.

I am at wits end and have nowhere to go except hiring an attorney to straighten this mess out? , Lancaster, NY 14086. She went through a guard rail, our split rail fence, and into the NW corner of the house.

Damage was excessive throughout our home. Due to the fact we were unable to get a police report for ten days, I contacted State Farm and was told they would handle everything from the estimates to the repairs. GREAT! Kyle Rourkes office, Rana, solicited my business in June, after being with Allstate for 20 plus years. They are using deceptive sales practices. I have a perfect driving record and they gave me over 4 different auto quotes in a 30 day period.

They told me I had a free renters policy. I had already paid my renters policy in full in March with Allstate. Kyle Rourkes office offered to reach out to Allstate to get me a refund for that policy. 50 a month for the renters policy ( double what I paid before) I've tried to cancel my policy as I'm insured with Allstate effective in August and I cant get anyone to do it!!!

They are very incompetent,and even customer service is a train wreck. Filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner

As a retired employee at State Farm, I opted to be insured with auto and condo coverage. After all, I worked in Claims for twenty-three years. Upon purchasing my 2018 Dodge Journey and my condo insurance I also budgeted the insurance payment to coincide with the State Farm retirement check which is deposited on the first of each month. For two-plus years, there was no problem. However, within the last two months, it is noted that premium payments are attempted much AFTER the due date resulting in a return for insufficient funds. This has placed me in a financial strain; as I have had to make two payments in an effort to avoid cancellation. This can be avoided if the payment was taken on the actual due date, instead of two-four days afterward.

I started a claim for roof damage back in April, I contracted Andrew services, John Higgins (1-937-902-0191. Andrew services have bent over backwards to assist Ingrid, but claim was denied, they sent all information to Ingrid. She continues to deny claim, there have been others in my area that claims were not denied,Ingrid Hanna also told myself and John Higgins that Andrew Services vandalized the roof! This is totally ridiculous!

Ingrid was very unprofessional on calls to me and Mr. Higgins, even Joel Gruber thinks it was the wrong decision, But being my agent he said he can’t do anything. I’ve been with State Farm for over forty years, and cannot believe the way this is being treated!

I am here in the state of Illinois to assist my brother who has been a client of Laurie Evans for over twenty five years. He was in a fender bender and I was trying to assist him on taking care of it, by putting in a new claim.

I contacted Laurie for the get contact numbers to get the ball rolling in order to get his car repaired and a rental car until his car is finished. I am not sure if I wrote the number down wrong or if perhaps she gave me it wrong, however her response, the tone of her response was severely unprofessional and unwarranted.

I am his sister here to help and no one should be treated in this fashion when there only desire is ,is to help the ill sibling. She needs to be retrained or removed if she can not perform in a professional manner.

On 05/09/20 I filed a claim with State Farm regarding a hit and run accident in my car (Toyota Rav4 2018) which damage the two back tires and the assemble piece attached to them. I went to West Kendall Toyota Dealer in Miami, FL where I purchased my car because it was a flat tire sensor on, I didn't know the magnitude of the damage until they told me.

I claim a file with State Farm regarding this incident and the response was not worry in 48 hours it will be resolved. At this moment I received a call from the Dealer and State Farm saying that I have to pay out of pocket +deductible for the new piece already place in my car because is not approved by the insurance (only recyclable parts are approved). Wow!!!

I’ve been a State Farm customer for 24 years. A couple months ago I hit a raccoon in my car on the way to work. When I made my claim the shop Statefarm wanted me to go to was in another town 25 miles away.

Of course they said I could take it where I wanted and they would pay long as the estimate was not way more than the estimate they give me which was almost 700 dollars. I chose to take it to my local Chevrolet dealer which is where I have always taken my vehicles because number 1 I am familiar with their work and like it.

My bumper had a crack in it which Statefarm wanted to repair. After disassembled the dealer said the bumper needed replaced because the clips that hold it on were broken on the side the raccoon hit. The dealer name is Gilbert Chevrolet in Okeechobee Florida.

I do not feel the rate increase in my auto insurance was justified. My driving record I feel speaks for itself. One little incident to me did not justify the cost increase. why do we pay insurance. I have paid many times over.

yet where does that money go. because if something happens your customer gets punished. My home was damaged due to a storm in which I myself limited the damage caused and took care of things myself simply because it was my home.

When all the 25 customer service reps lie about an accident that was not someone's fault and not cover any car repairs, that makes a scam of a company. I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for over 25 years. For 25+ years I have not had 1 ticket or any other incident of any kind. My account has never been delinquent it is linked to my bank for payment.

My first incident was an accident 3 years ago and a second accident 6 months later. What a streak of bad luck. My premiums were raised for both accidents intensely, even given my perfect record for so long. 00 per month.

This is an extremely large amount of money which is breaking my bank for no reason. 5 years ago which I have already been paying for. I have the same car, I mean nothing has changed. My agent, Stephanie Jameson's office could not find a reason for such a large increase in premiums.

Claims agent inaccurate and extremely rude. I spoke with her manager thinking I would be treated better. His behavior was passive aggressive. He appeared to be extremely concerned but never followed up with updates as promised. Case still pending with no claims agent to help me with questions or concerns.

This has been a nightmare to say the least. Apparently the agents are not held accountable for rude actions or words. At this rate this case will never close!

State Farm declined to pay to coverage a car after an accident after they confirmed that my policy should not have been lapsed and they applied a credit. So, although they confirm that I was owed a credit for the time of the accident-they stated that they still would not cover the accident.

On several occasions my agent stated that she was working to get the problem fixed and the policy even though they re-instated the policy during the time of the accident, they refuse to cover the accident.

At this point the only option is to give your company 1 Star. If I had a choice I wouldn’t give you any stars. Very disappointed how my claim is being handled right now. To list a few items: another State Farm customer t-boned my car and told the officer it was her fault 100%, signs at intersection say “green yields to oncoming traffic, repairs with Arnold’s body shop are to be done but with all used parts per State Farm.

I have lost over half the value of my new car while yes parts being replaced but your not taking into consideration when I go to trade in my car it will show on Carfax my vehicle has been in an accident. I have researched this and my car is already going to be half the $26,000 it is worth and yet nothing you can do.

The adjusters that are handling my claim are unprofessional and has not returned any phone calls or emails in a matter of 4 months. 95 percent of the times I have called I was sent to a voicemail. I was rear ended by a statefarm policy holder and I have been treated as if I was the problem during this claims process.

Adjuster stated there was no one else I can speak with and refused to give me her superviser's name. This process has only caused anxiety and frustration with no remorse from the company. My personal insurance carrier ( Geico) would never treat people this way.

50+year State Farm Customer. My wife and downsized to one car last year. I recently purchased another vehicle to find out that now I am treated as a new customer and not entitled to discounts I had accumulated over all those years.

During the year we went with only one car I was listed as a driver on the car registered in my wife's name. I could now see how that could happen, but it was still a big shock. We always felt we where in good hands with State Farm and welcomed our agents over the years as friends.

I have been with State Farm for 38 years, but my recent experiences will cause me to look elsewhere. When I left my ex husband in May 2016 I immediately looked for a local agent in the BA/ Tulsa area and I landed at Brittanie Portillo McCoy.

As Anna was writing up my rental insurance I told her that I had filed for divorce and that Kevin and I were splitting households. I would be paying on the 2 automobiles and he would pay the insurance for the Ford truck and home on 2370 London Lane.

On my Honda Accord as of 02-15-2018 to 08-15-2018 my ex husband’s name was listed as a member of my household with his truck. I could live with that because his name is still on the vehicle. Did I notice this change? Of course not!

I was approved for a claim for roof damage from a tree strike that happened while I was hospitalized. They approved the claim then gave me a little over $5k for the repairs for a slate roof and the water damage inside.

They gave me $1k for 20 slate tiles. Then refused to tell me where this company was where I could get them at that price. Every quote I got was for the entire roof. All of this began over 1 year ago.

I still don't have my roof repaired and a small problem has now become a castaphy. I am a disabled retired veteran and federal employee with pancreatic disease. They have treated me with totally contemptible malice. I figured out they did not want to repair the roof because it is slate.

I need help as the damage is just getting worst.

I had an accident with someone that have State Farm. Calling in to get my car to a comparable car the size of mine. I encountered a rep named Kyle with a manager by the name of Greg Little. Kyle was verbally obnoxious and very demeaning.

Upon entering the Ryan Flag office in Eau Claire, WI I was met by a DOG. It seems that Ryan believes that having a dog in the office is somehow beneficial to business. As I sat down to cancel three out of four policies the dog assualted me on the leg and left a bone treat on it, which I immediately cast aside.

If you’re going to allow pets in the office, at least require them to be contained while doing business! 33% of Americans do not own pets. Why you would allow this as a business practice is beyond comprehension. I’m currently looking to change insurance companies because of your poor business paractices!

I received a letter from State Farm telling me I would have an outside survey of my house. It went on to say I would be contacted to let me know when the survey would be done. I live rurally, in a mountainous region with heavy snow and very high winds.

In fact, we got snow a month ago in mid-June. The winds and snow did alot of damage to my property this year including tearing off some of the metal roof panels. I repaired it temporarily until the roofing company can get out to repair it.

Today while I was away from home, a message was left on my machine that they were on their way to do the survey. Twenty minutes later a note was left on my door that the survey had been completed.

Claim 52-7803-K15 ...........NYS Every time I send a complaint to SF e-mail I get no call or message...….this is 8 weeks without the decency of a return call. I am a contractor who did work for one of their insureds. I submitted an invoice and they arbitrarily reduced it. State farm cancelled my auto insurance policy 4 months into policy without notice of cancellation after I had paid 6 months premium. Their reason is due to not receiving signed uninsured motor form. Now mind you I took a policy out on a sat over the phone the day I got my car.

The local offices were closed and they were quick to take my card number and charge me $500 for policy the young man asked if I wanted certain coverages and it was a yes/no run thru. This was in the early part of Dec.

I guess at the end of Januart they realized they never sent me any document to sign. Then in Feb. I receive a new policy after vacation and I call the local office who tells me that the policy was issued because of uninsured motors added.

Daughter had car accident. State Farm agreed car was totalled. Said they would issue a check then collect from other insurance company but they wanted the car. Picked up car mid May did not issue a check. Daughter called numerous times left message for CHAD he refused to return calls.

I got a call at home from CHAD. called him immediately, he did not speak with me. Talked to someone else who claimed they were waiting for instructions from us. I informed them they said they would issue a check and I was still waiting. This was June 17th.

Was told a check would be issued and sent to my agent via next day. Letter arrived at agent on June 21st (letter dated June 18th) NO CHECK. Agent called and was told I wanted the money wired. This IS NOT TRUE.

I am a State Farm customer through the Mike Gibbs office in Aurora, Colorado. Naomi Curry is my agent. We had a bomb cyclone in Denver, Colorado and my windshield on my 97 Dodge Truck was damaged. I filed a claim with Naomi and she sent Peterson Auto Glass to my home to fix the truck windshield.

Before Ron started his work my husband pointed out where the dash was cracked and Ron advised he has many years experience, the crack is not an issue and he wouldn't even touch my dash. When Ron from Peterson Auto was fixing the windshield he destroyed our dashboard with his tools and/or arm going through the dashboard.

The police report clearly states that it was her fought. In box 14 there is the code 8 which states failure to reduce speed. As of today I am reporting State Farm to the Bureau of Insurance. It is a disgrace that someone that is completely innocent in this accident is treated this way.

I was wanting to file a complaint against the agent Jared at the State Farm in Hickory, NC. I have a car policy with State Farm for over 1 yr. and have never had a problem. In Nov 2018 I purchased a house and emailed Jared to give me a quote for my house insurance, and he did.

Recently we had an incident at my house and I called to speak to Jared so that he can tell me what all my insurance covers. He was unable to tell me because he stated that we didn't have home insurance.

I stressed to him that I know that we did because I personally spoke with him about a quote and that the mortgage company wouldn't have allowed us to have the house without home insurance. Jared stated that he never spoke with me, that I dealt with a person named "Chris".

My house was damaged by hail in 2018. I was issued a check by the State Farm branch run by Gene Watada. My mortgage company lost the check. Because I had experienced some service issues with this branch I transferred my business to the John Stringer branch.

When I asked about reissuing the lost check the Stringer agency said that the Watada location had to handle it. I tried to transfer my account back to them. Leslie was the person I spoke with. She informed me that they were refusing to accept my account and that someone else could handle it.

I called the corporate line and ended up talking with claims. They are unable to help and suggest I contact my branch office. Obviously, there is a major problem with this company. No one is willing to take responsibility and fix this issue.

Me and my mother have been insured with State Farm for over 40 years . My mother died in 2008 . I contacted the Adjustor, informed him of same, but he said that he was a distant away and could not come.

Anyway, the Roofer, who said that the entire roof needs to be replace, was available from their busy schedule, therefore I informed them and allowed the roofer to replace the entire roof. State Farm refused to pay; gave me only a small portion.

I, then contacted the Insurance Commissioner, but State Farm lied about everything . The Insurance Commissioner said that I would have to take the matter to Court.

My name is Cheryl Houston. I was in an automobile accident with your insured Widecto Rodriguez on April 25, 2019. I called your company four times for status on the claim and was given a different response every time. On 5/8/19 I spoke with Rueben Garcia and was informed that with the information they had received, I was considered 90% at fault.

When asked if they possessed the police report, I was told no. I then asked how can you make a decision when you do not have all of the evidence? He stated that they requested the report on April 25th and still hadn’t received it.

StateFarm cancelled roadside assistance without warning. I received letter in the mail showing usage of about 2 years. I don't think this is fair. We never abused service. My husband is a disabled Veteran. I am also disabled. Weather caused us to use services more. Batteries had to be replaced. Hurricane caused road flooding. We bought new batteries. We can't control weather. Right now we are paying for auto insurance without roadside assistance. We had zero dollars paid out in claims to us by StateFarm.

I see this is a trend within auto insurance industry. CEO's getting paid millions at expense of disabled people like us on fixed incomes. They need to change slogan from "Like a good neighbor, StateFarm is there" to "Like a bad neighbor StateFarm is there.

My 2001 Ram removed from mother in laws policy without my consent. I was asked to place my 2001 Ram on her policy and never was told or made aware it could be cancelled without my knowledge. I spoke with Natalie in the complaints department and she was unable to reconcile my complaint.

She also stated I could not speak to anyone else but her. I would like to speak to someone that has understanding to my complaint. I feel the need to spread the word to everyone on how this all came about and State Farms isn't holding themselves responsible..
