Stop and Shop

Good afternoon!

This one of the reason many stores close, by having employees that doesn't have any customer care at all. I just call the Glastonbury Stop and shop customer service to ask them a questions about a money order and the rude female lady just shut me of with words telling that they don't cash mout money order but was not my questions and then she just staring giving prices with out me asking her and when I was about to ask her a questions she hang up and left me with my questions. this is why I stop buying at stop and shop.

I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I will no longer shop at stop and shop. On August 19 I went to do my weekly order, and wanted to pay with a check, because my credit card had been compromised and my new card hadn’t arrived yet.

Even with my stop and shop card, using a check as a form of payment wasn’t accepted. When I went to the manager to ask for help and what I could do to be able to cash my check, the manager said she did not know and walked away.

It is terrible customer service to not even try to offer a solution! If you don’t know the answer to a question, you tell the person that you will try to find out. I understand that maybe she couldn’t have found the solution that minute, but could have offered to get back to me at a later date with the answer.

Today, August 27, I stopped in the store at Barclays Center to pick up a few things. It is a Saturday afternoon and there are only 2 cash out aisles open. The lines are abominable. The wait is at least 40 minutes .

This kind of service is so disrespectful to the community. After waiting a half hour I called for the manager and learned she was clocking out. In a situation like this the manager should be opening up an aisle and helping out.

When I finally got to the cashier, she informed me that she couldn’t even stop to go to the restroom. This is unacceptable. I will call on Monday to complain and get someone’s name. Something has to be done about this kind of disrespectful service.

Your store in Morris Plains, New Jersey posts hours open till 10PM.

HOWEVER The only check out is self service, something I do normally do.

The person assigned to help at self-service, was less than helpful and should go to a customer service training course.

There were a number of people around,stocking shelves and chatting, But no real help at costumer checkout.

I suggest you assign someone with empathy in this position. .

Coram New York stop and shop . Why can’t we have a beautiful stop and shop like others around us . There are plenty of us that would shop there if it was a nice as Miller Place or Rocky Point NY Shop and Shop.

Coram is horrible and everyone says so. There are plenty of high end homes , 55 and over mixed into this neighbor if you would make it as nice as the others you would see us going there ! Instead we go to Selden Shop Rite or others.

For the stop and shop brand wings in the bag you guys need to be fair and put flats in bought 2 bags and I got 3 flats from one bag and 2 flats from the other make it fair the chicken wing comes with 2 pcs put all 2 in bag we are spending money on these things

Why is it that the 2 stop &s hops in holyoke ma have the worst service, never have items( empty shelves) and have very dirty bathrooms. I go to surrounding stop& shops and there super clean stocked and very great service. Why. Poor management??

I find this very disturbing. It was sealed. I will be visiting the store where I purchased it Monday morning and bringing the salad and the battery with me. It was the store on Bridgeport Avenue, Milford, Ct. ,,,,,,,,also known as your Silver Sands Store.

I have a condition in my back so I need a scooter to do my shopping. Stop and shop at 200 E Main Street, Stratford,CT has only one scooter and refuse to get anymore. Is there any thing can be done about this.

I get deli meat from Stop N' Shop at 1094 Killingly Commons Drive, Dayville, Connecticut. Without fail I get attitude and screwed up orders EVERY single time at this store from a specific employee who cuts deli meat. Not sure of his name, an older man with a moustache who works in pm.

I'm sick of the disrespect and bad service here, but it is only ever from this person. If it happens again I will do all in my power to get him disciplined. Not only did I overpay today for the wrong deli meat, it smelled questionable.

The next complaint will be in person. Please talk to this man.
