Stub Hub sells tickets to many venues but you are not assigned a seat, you are told to go to Will Call at the venue, only to discover you have NO seat, and you have to re-purchase seats from the venue. Blumenthal in Charlotte NC just burned us for re-purchase.

Ordering tickets for a June 1st dodger game on March 25th. Received tickets immediately but then received a email that they were the wrong tickets, the received more emails and phone calls saying they were the wrong tickets. I told the StubHub person that it was a scam but he promised if I returned the tickets I would get the correct ones.

I returned them and never got tickets, sent 13 emails and made 3 calls and was never offered a refund or replacement tickets . I have used StubHub 4-7 times a year and will never use them again

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service received today. I’ve been calling since 10:39am in hopes to have a resolution today prior to concert start time at 8pm. I purchased an e gift card that we are no able to access the sender or receiver.

Per representative the gift card is under a guest account that we cannot access to use. Gift card supervisors refused to take the call. Call ref #43048504,ref#890663,ref#43052923,ref#890606 and spoke with Jennie in gift card dept from 2:03-2:38pm only solution provided was it was sent to the escalation dept for a response to be received from 24-48 from initial contact and

of course I wouldn’t be refunded even though no solution provided today when the card is actually needed. Please revamp your customer service dept..

I listed Pittsburgh Panther tickets on Stub Hub. I have seats 1, 2, & 3 section 105 RowN When listing the tickets I was only able to list 2 tickets on one entry seats1-3 and had to list seat 2 separately.

The tickets seats 1-3 sold and I transferred the mobile tickets to the buyer and he accepted them . It said on the Stub hub site to send the exact tickets listed . I then sold seat two to a different buyer and transferred it and it was accepted.

I received calls from Stubhub and I tried to explain what happened. They were going to get in touch with the second buyer and ask if they would sit in seat 1 or 3 . I’m sure they never did that.

Paid a fortune for two tickets to the Lana del Rey concert in Mexico for Aug 14. I did not receive tickets, update or money back. They send paper tickets, so my daughter can't use e-tickets to enter the concert.

StubHub is sending the tickets the sane day of the concert, when my daughter lives 2000 km far from where the concert will be. If someone can help us, I'll appreciate that.

I have tried over several weeks to access my tickets purchased through Stubhub. I have politely spoken to several customer service representatives but none have been able to either A) send me my tickets, B) get the seller on the line to find out why the seller (I would guess the venue) has not sent me the actionable email to claim my tickets, or C) refund me my money. Today, I wasted yet another hour on the phone with service reps to follow the same protocol but do not consumate my purchase. Stub hub service reps have sent me many emails they say contain links but the only links included seem to be for rating my experience so far. At this point, I've invested too much personal time and effort to pursue this any further. The scheduled game takes place next week.

I bought tickets on Stub Hub. I had to call to get the email to retrieve my tickets from the seller since I didn't get the email. When I clicked on it it said that another email retrieved the tickets.

I only have one email and I didn't get them. I called Stub Hub and spoke to 6 di8fferent representatives. with many saying they would call me back and didn't. They contacted the seller, but he didn't resend tickets. The rep didn't ask for a screen shot of where he sent the tickets.

There were no alternative tickets. So I had to opt for a refund. My friend flew all the way here to go with me. I am very angry this happened. I was so looking forward to going to the concert.

I will not buy from Stub Hub again.

I sold a wristband to the Shaky Knees music festival (Atlanta, GA). I have six in my family (including adult children), but my son-in-law couldn't attend, so we sold his wristband on Stub Hub (just one). The buyer received the wristband, and I obtained the scan report showing that the buyer scanned the wristband and got in for all three days of the festival.

Now, Stub Hub continues to tell me they are "investigating," yet today, my account was debited 450 dollars. I am being charged this AND not being paid for the wristband I sold exactly as required. Look this up online: Stub Hub has a history of not honoring agreements and of protecting buyers but never sellers.

I am very upset about this.

On Friday, April 28, 2023 I sold 2 tickets to Denver Nuggets at Los Angeles Lakers: Western Conference Finals (Home Game 1, Series Game 3), Order #515476427. My tickets were listed for $1,380 each. When they sold I received an emails stating I earned $1,764 from this sale which is clearly wrong.

I called into their customer support line and opened a case # 36422393 . Multiple reps including mangers have confirmed for me that my tickets were listed for $1,380 each, and the amount I should receive in fact $2,484 and the issue will be resolved.

I ensured every rep and manager who confirmed this form me put a note on the ticket as well as had a rep send a confirmation email (attached) stating I would be made whole before I transferred the tickets to the buyer. 5 months since…

CONCERT TICKETS -POOF- Bought 4 Elderbrook Tickets 5 months ahead. Dinner reservations, the works. When they emailed ticket claim, they put link to the wrong concert, an artist canceled concert we also had tickets to. Then, HELP DESK was UNABLE to unlocked my account ( YES, NO SHIT) .

I got charged for tickets used by and confirmed transferred and accepted by both Viagogo and Stub Hub. They instructed me to transfer 4 tickets for a NBA game that couldn’t attend since March 8,2023, they never claim to the client the acceptance, and mixed up the case numbers.

The client only retained 2 tickets and transferred back to Stub up, who in turn transferred back to me a day prior the event date. On top of that charged me for to tickets sold claim the client was denied entry.

Lost the purchased ticket and not refunded but charge for a sold used by their client ticket. The total loss is close to $4K.

Hi. I purchased tickets through your site - Stubhub on Nov 22nd - 6 tickets in section 110 in Nashville for the Taylor Swift concert. I paid in full, my tickets were around 10g. I received a a email last Thursday that my tickets are no longer unavailable and Subhub can not contact the seller.

Your company offered a refund or tickets they think are comparable. The tickets offered by Stubhub behind the stage and I find this completely unacceptable. I am not willing to take the refund as I would like to have the option to see tickets comparable to the ones I purchased.

I have spoken with StubHub multiple times and have not been offered tickets that are 1. Comparable to mine or 2. better seats. I find this crazy, that Stubhub does not hold up to their policy and agreement. I’m not giving up…

I received an email on March 2, 2023 saying that my parking pass was transferred to me for an event at Capital One arena on March 27, 2023 but I did not receive the tickets. They led me through a key word search but I did not have the tickets. I have been calling every day and I get told that they are escalating to to a team that will contact the seller but that has not happened. No one has contacted me via email regarding a resolution. I am at a loss at what to do.

I purchased tickets for a comedy show for 9/24/22 in Ft. Myers, FL for Jim Gaffigan. When I got my access code I tried to access my tickets and I was unable to get to my tickets; the access code never worked from my cell phone; I did not have computer access at venue; I tried getting into the venue; access code did not work; I went to the desk at the venue and

they could not help me and they would not honor the tickets because they were bought through a 3rd party website. 40. The Tickets were never accessed or used. this was reversed. I then contacted Stub Hub on 10/16/22; 11/1/22; 11/30/22; and again on 1/31/23; customer service advised that a refund would be processed now that bank kicked it back because the tickets were never used - to date, no refund has been issued.

Never rec'd 4 tickets for the 2/9/23 Waste Management golf event. Ordered the tickets over 2 months ahead. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue but they were very good at memorizing their scripted lines. On 2/9/23 I was suppose to pickup tickets from a hotel several miles from the event.

They gave me 4 parking passes which they told me would get me in to the event. The parking passes were just that, parking passes not entry into the event. On the same day in the early afternoon an additional 4 parking passes were rec'd.

Lots of history leading up to this but the main complaint was I never rec'd the tickets. A lot of frustration, anger, worrying and wasted time while on vacation.

Customer Service is a nightmare to deal with for a refund. I spent 3 hours on the phone of which an hour was waiting for a supervisor that was never available. I finally received an email that my refund request had been escalated to management but it has been four days without a response.

Customer Service says they can no longer help because the case was referred to management. 77 for Funny Girl on 1/11/23. At the time of the purchase there was an option to pay $146 to make the tickets fully refundable.

I opted for this fee because of my husband's health issues. I contacted Stubhub on 1/9/23 because our NYC trip was cancelled due to my husband admitted to hospital. I expected a prompt full refund since I paid $146 for this option.

Please please please never ever use this company. They are thieves. I paid an absolute fortune for these tickets to the Rockettes. We had been to many events and shows and so I only tried to download the tickets when we got to the show. We tried absolutely everything.

Our Christmas Eve was completely ruined because we could not find anyone to assist. The gentleman at the sales desk told us that he was so sorry we were so upset but that we would definitely get a refund because many people were having the same problem.

Because we did not have a US number we could not get our tickets. I have been on call the whole morning. I spoke to a woman named Katrina who was like a robot saying over and over again that she is sorry they cannot help at this time.

I ordered two tickets for a billie eilish concert in inglewood and never got an email for my second ticket. When i spoke with an agent and got the confirmation email from them, it was the same exact ticket. I totally got scammed from them and almost jipped out of my money.

When i spoke with the agent they said everything was fine and I would be alright. It delayed my night and stubhub couldnt help me and didn’t try to make the effort to do so. Such a waste to be honest.

To Whom it may concern: I ordered 3 very good tickets (Floor E Row 3) over 4 months ago to the Journey Concert (my favorite group) set for Toronto Canada on March 12, 2023. I was not transferred the tickets and as such I reached out to Stub Hub Customer service within a few weeks.

Stub Hub allowed my parking passes for a football game close to the stadium to be resold or kept by seller and did not notify me. They were to replace the ticket with a pass that requires a bus ride away as opposed to walking. Have yet to receive that either.

I brought my 10 year old son to Anfield on tuesday the 8th november for his birthday. 79 I got vip package M7 row 55 seats 170 to 171. when we got to the stadium we headed to the turnstyle to scan my tickets.

when we scanned them we were told they were blocked and were told to go back down to the ticket office to find out what was wrong. after going back down to the ticket office we que'd for another 25 minutes at this stage the match was starting.

I have been a loyal StubHub customer for nearly 20 years and I have never experienced a problem with you until I purchased tickets on October 23, 2022 (order # 507594065). I decided to attend a NFL football game 1 day before the event while in Buffalo, NY to see my daughter's college swim meet.

I drove 20 hours round trip to see her swim and I decided to leave the day before and drive through the night to be at the football game in North Carolina beginning at 1pm. I arrived home at 5am.

Help!!! I sold my baseball tickets through stub hub, for game 10/4/22, Los Angeles Angels at Oakland Athletics. Completely ripped off. Sold tickets to the concerts that had seat numbers. Never in the description did it say it wasnt a ticket for the concert. After driving three hours and getting a hotel I was denied entry. I was proposing to my girlfriend that night but couldnt get in.

After calling customer support I was helped by a lady name Laurie. She was incredibly rude and never once said sorry or gave any sympathy. Dont ever use this company. I have spent over 50,000 with them and they still dont care.

Purchased tickets in August for a Gaints game oct2 2022. Picked out tickets on the lower deck 40 yard line. When I downloaded the tickets they where in a different location.

However, I downloaded them the day of the event into my phone as I needed to travel over 200 years to get to the location. I called customer service and they refused to look into my complaint or question if someone made a mistake with my tickets

I would give a -0 rating if they gave me that option. Absolutely the worst company I have by far ever dealt with. They have more excuses for why they can’t do the right thing than a 5 year old.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a year now from Justin Biebers’s concert in Arizona. They keep telling me he didn’t cancel his shows he just “ postponed” them which is false. 40 that I spent on them.

I just called and asked to speak to a manager today and the lady put me on hold and never came back on the phone. They emailed me twice and said they were going to direct deposit my ticket money but then said I had no payment option on PayPal which was a lie.

I purchased aisle seats for Sept 8 Cardinal game. The seats were not on the aisle even though they were advertised on StupHub as such. I specifically needed aisle for my friend who had a broken leg and would have had difficulty without the aisle.

Now I understand their slogan "help right to your seats". Because when I call to complain after the fact I'm told I should have called them at the time of the issue which would have been while I'm trying to enjoy the game I paid for while I sat in the wrong seats.

When I tried to contact them again today ("yesterday they were experiencing longer than usual wait time") I was told it was too late, they couldn't do anything. So I guess it's their bate and switch is part of their business model.

I sold two single tickets to a show and sent them apparently correctly via Ticketmaster. On the day of the show, some idiot from Stubhub called me and his introduction was to tell me there was a problem with Stubhub order number XXX, as if I had it up on my screen already and knew what order he was talking about. He said the buyer hadn't received an e-mail about the ticket, and the best thing to do would be to cancel the transfer and re-send it.

I asked him "Which order is it... I don't have Stubhub up and it could be either one?" I had to repeat myself twice to be understood, and then he hung up. Such horrible customer service.

I went to Ticketmaster, saw that neither had been picked up, and cancelled and re-sent both. Hope that works.

I ordered two sets of tickets for the MN vx ILL football game. I was told my tickets would be ready by August 16. One set was but one set is still not available after three calls with promises they would expedite the ticket processing. Order # 503750208; I want to cancel this order and receive a refund due to your lack of response. I don't want the tickets and I can't resell them (which your website claims is easy) but I can't because I do not have the tickets yet.

I'm done trying to get a response. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none was available.

Need response no later than Monday, August 29th.

ordered a parking pass for the game that i had paid a lot of money for the tickets. When i ordered the tickets I ordered it for the specific date of my game however, when i received the parking pass it was for the day before my game.

i spoke with customer service two times and spoke with Puddyenn, and Chrystal R. both were very rude and told me i bought the ticket and that it was my fault for not verifying the date. i tried to tell them that i did verify however both just informed me that i was out out of luck and had to eat the $61 for the parking pass.

I spent two days on the phone trying to get my baseball tickets that I paid 90/ticket for. After talking for three hours today and still no tickets, the customer service lady was very rude and I asked calmly to speak to her supervisor.

Horrible customer service/communication. ) my listing first disappeared. Then it reappeared but on the sale side a buyer could not see the row number, although it could still be seen on the list side. After calling and a service rep escalating two different times, not only has the issue gone uncorrected, but now the row number cannot be seen from the seller side either.

I had been told that I would be contacted in approximately 48 hours during the first two escalation phone conversations only to have no contact and find out during the third call and escalation that I had been misinformed and that no one would be contacting me at all. During the third call I was told that if no correction was made in 48 hours that I was free to call back again. Gee, thanks!

At 4:57 am the day of the game, received email that stubhub could not provide tickets. They let me and my family down. Never use them again. You should not sell what you do not have. Understand they are a reseller but they should have the goods in hand before advertising and taking my money
