ordered a parking pass for the game that i had paid a lot of money for the tickets. When i ordered the tickets I ordered it for the specific date of my game however, when i received the parking pass it was for the day before my game.

i spoke with customer service two times and spoke with Puddyenn, and Chrystal R. both were very rude and told me i bought the ticket and that it was my fault for not verifying the date. i tried to tell them that i did verify however both just informed me that i was out out of luck and had to eat the $61 for the parking pass.

On 7/9/22, I purchased three tickets for the 9/10/22 Hawaii/Michigan football game. I received an e-mail that same day confirming my order (#502111956)/advising tickets will be sent shortly. After two weeks of not receiving any additional e-mails, I contacted their 866 customer service number which is a call center in Jamaica.

The representative told me there was a problem with the tickets' bar codes but they would have it resolve shortly. After other two weeks of no messages, I call again/told the same exact thing (bar code issue which would resolve shortly).

My order number was 557578945. My case number is 25567044. I am unable to use a 120% credit that Stubhub issued as you cancelled my tickets to the event. On 6/28/22, I tried to find something that worked for me but was unable to.

I clicked on the button for refund and everything disappeared. There was nothing stating a refund in process. I received no email that a refund was in process. On 6/29/22, I contacted customer service by phone and was told that my refund was in process and it would it my credit card in 3-5 days.

I was told that Stubhub was having an issue with their email which is why I hadn't received an email about the refund in process. On 7/7, I checked the credit card account that the tickets were procured on and there was still not refund. 91 original amount credit.

Hi, I've called three times to customer service and told to wait for a supervisor. Its been 3 days and no response. I will never use Stubhub again along with many other family members or friends, service what service! "0" stars on my experience As stated above I posted (4) tickets to a Garth Brooks concert for the July 15th event, Sec 108 Row 10 seats 12-15. I called the afternoon of July 15th and a StubHub employee told me the tickets were sold and I would be credited back the money in 5-8 days. That same employee took my C.C info and added it to my profile to insure payment would be completed. To confirm after the call with the StubHub employee that afternoon on the 15th of July, I checked both ticketmaster and Stubhub and the tickets were not listed which confirmed they were sold.

I tried twice to purchase tickets thru stub hub for around $400 and never received the ticket. When did not receive the email directions within 24 hours, as my confirmation email told me to expect, I was told to they would refund me and and I could choose other tickets.

Now I haven't received tickets again and they are telling me they won't refund and that I should wait an additional 2 months to get the tickets. Very dissatisfied with this business and will be sure to let others know their policies are dishonest.

I sold tickets on StubHub. It was for $63. They set up a bank transfer with me to get paid on my debit card with my checking account routing number. I was not paid. They said I was. I never got the money in my account.

I checked with my bank from them and they said they didn't give you the money. I called StubHub and they changed my bank transfer information to my debit card routing number and my debit card number. Then they changed my bank transfer information to my checking account routing number and my checking account number.

This started on July 14. They have lied and have been rude. I have Bank proof that they did not pay me. I want my money. Please reply.

I sold 2 tickets on stubhub and order shipped same day. A week later, customer got tickets and canceled. Stubhub refunded them and they kept tickets. I never got paid or tickets. Called and filed claim 4 times now. Keep being told 5 to 8 business days to get refunded.

It has been a month. This company is dishonest and shady. NEVER again will I sell or buy from these scalpers.

I spent two days on the phone trying to get my baseball tickets that I paid 90/ticket for. After talking for three hours today and still no tickets, the customer service lady was very rude and I asked calmly to speak to her supervisor.

She argued with me that they had treated me well. I insisted, it was a two hour wait. I hung up because I had to leave for the game to buy tickets.

I was trying to buy wheelchair accable tickets to a SF Giants game for my sons Birthday, but there was no way to purchase ADA guaranteed tickets. I bought 5 tickets in the row above where I found an ADA section on the team website but when I went to purchase 2 ADA tickets it tried to put us in a middle section, so

I called and was told that unfortunately the ADA "feature" was no longer working and I would need to call the actual venue to buy tickets! 00 worth and was told I could try and re sell them but there was no guarantee they would sell and I would not get the money until AFTER the event happend.

My son is turning 9 and has Cerebral Palsy, he is the one in the wheelchair so how could I just buy tickets and "hope" they are wheelchair accessible. 00 laying around to just buy more…

My family could not attend the NY Yankees at Cleveland Guardians baseball game on July 2, 2022. I went to use the "relist your tickets" link from the website. I put in the relist price and information and got the confirmation screen that the tickets were relisted successfully and would be online shortly.

I checked back 2 hours after and 2 hours before the game. The tickets were NOT listed!! Instead they were deactivated! Supposedly there is a listing deadline/expiration date and if the date is past the day you are listing they will be put in deactivation status and have to be MANUALLY listed.

Order No. 273415645 In May, I sold two tickets to Hamilton in Greenville, SC for a June 7 performance. The venue gives me access to the tickets digitally 48 hours before the performance. Upon receipt of those tickets, I sent them to the buyer. I also sent her screenshots of the tickets she could use to enter the venue. Additionally, I left her name at Will Call, just in case. Everything went smoothly and she emailed me the following day to tell me how much she enjoyed the show and the seats.

The show was held on June 7. As of today (June 30) I have not yet been paid by Stub Hub for the tickets. I have spoken to Customer Service twice. The careless customer service skills when it comes to a dispute is ridiculous. Very unsatisfied how long it took for me to be able to talk to a manager after requesting one. I asked for a manager 3 times. Before trying to contact them, the rep repeatedly told me well He is going to tell you what I just told you.

After letting her know I’d appreciate if he or she tells me that, I waited for 15 mins for the rep to tell me what he said to her. I requested to actually speak to him again to talk to him about my situation I waited 15 more minutes and finally spoke to him.

Due to recent “systems upgrades and maintenance” 3 of my recent ticket listings were not listed even though I got confirmations from Stubhub that they were listed. The tickets went unsold and I am now out hundreds of dollars due to Stubhub’s ineptitude and horrible customer service.

I reported these problems to Stubhub by phone and was told that my issues would be “escalated to mapping” and would receive an email confirming that the problems were resolved. So far, crickets chirping.

Order was cancelled due to covid, so we had to call StubHub we spent about eight hours of our life this past week talking to different representatives, each representative said they were going to send a text through our email to call seller and get our tickets.

Each time never receiving them. So we would haveTo call again and wait each time 40 minutes. The first time we called the lady informed us that there was no way that she could help us that she had to take care of the baseball tickets that there was nothing that she can do that we had to call back another day, after we waited 40 minutes.

I sold a ticket on stubhub. Stubhub never paid me for the ticket however I know for a fact that the person who paid them for the ticket received it and attended the event without incident. This is stealing. I spent four hours on hold before I gave up waiting to speak to someone. They have no email.

Horrible customer service/communication. ) my listing first disappeared. Then it reappeared but on the sale side a buyer could not see the row number, although it could still be seen on the list side. After calling and a service rep escalating two different times, not only has the issue gone uncorrected, but now the row number cannot be seen from the seller side either.

I had been told that I would be contacted in approximately 48 hours during the first two escalation phone conversations only to have no contact and find out during the third call and escalation that I had been misinformed and that no one would be contacting me at all. During the third call I was told that if no correction was made in 48 hours that I was free to call back again. Gee, thanks!

I bought 5 tickets to a Dodgers game on June 14th. Purchased the tickets over 1 week ago. The night before the game they cancelled my order at 1150 pm. Of course I am already in town from 400 miles away.

Won't get a refund for up to 10 days. I am out gas money, hotel costs and am dealing with disappointed family. What a rotten experience. STUBHUB IS WORST THAN A PORTA POTTY THAT HAS BEEN UNCLEANED FOR A YEAR.

Your web site won't allow ticket sale listing and the pending payments to me of approximately $4600 has disappeared.

I have called 5 days in a row and am told every day that the site will be up and running "tomorrow".

To be blunt your moronic IT people should be fired because no one with even the basic experience would allow updating a system without extensive testing. Moreover should the update fail like it has catastrophicly has you should have the ability to put the old system back up.

I have been trying to purchase tickets since yesterday to two events on back to back days and StubHub’s link to view both events has been experiencing technical issues all day. I contacted support this morning and was told the site is being updated and should be available before the event is scheduled to start.

It is now one hour till event start time and I am still not able to purchase tickets for either day. I would be even more upset if I was selling tickets to these events, as I would lose out on the sale, because customer’s are unable to view and purchase the tickets.

Leaving this review because I am disappointed in the situation not being resolved in time and I know I am not the only person who had this technical issue today.

I purchased 4 tickets to the Yankee game scheduled for May 7th. Unfortunately, the game was rained out and the makeup was scheduled for May 9th, which was a Monday. I was not able to attend the Monday game, as I had to go to work. I was not able to sell the tickets via stub hub and was not able to give them to anyone who could attend.

I seen over 1,000.00 on the tickets and was hoping that StubHub could provide some type of credit or refund so I could attend another game. I was told that there was nothing that could be done and I essentially lost over 1,000.00 without being able to attend the event I paid for.

Tickets to a music festival (Coachella) were purchased through StubHub, when we purchased these tickets there was no notification that the ship to address could not be a PO Box. We received confirmation of our order and notified we would receive our tickets on Tuesday 4/19/22.

On 4/19/22 we continued to track the package and were finally able to see UPS was the shipper and would not send out our tickets for delivery because the ship to address is our PO Box.

We immediately called UPS who advised we would have to go through StubHub to update the address so the tickets can be re-routed to an acceptable address UPS would deliver to.

I bought tickets in Sep 2021 for the Elton john concert in. Greensboro April 19 and since I did not get the tickets I called and my tickets are gone they were in section C row 17 I paid u $1497.

I purchased tickets via Stubhub for Dodgers vs Rockies 4/9. Sec 141 seat 5 and 6. (Don't ever buy these tickets.)

Arrived an hour before the game to 2in of standing water above drain. Rockies basically did nothing when all they needed to do was clean the crap out of the drain that was washed into it from opening day. Guy with a broom cam down so everyone had water and it all drained back to my seat.

Stubhub "The Offical Sponsor of the MLB" offers a 20% discount on next purchase rather than just refund the money or do anything to remediate the poor experience.

I have a decent amount of StubHub ticket purchases MLB (including regular season, playoff and WS)

Really disappointed in the support.

2022. I entered my bank info 5 times and never received the payment. I have called and called again about 10 times. I have spoken to the call center as well as supervisors. The last time I called they said they would mail me a check in 2 to 3 weeks, that was about 6 weeks ago and still no check.

I specifically requested six tickets. They sold me five. I submitted my order upon the specification of six tickets! There are six women planning on attending, not five! A consumer should be able to speak with a company's Customer Service department.

There is no one to speak to, no point of contact & no customer service email address. This is unacceptable customer service.

I listed tickets on stubhub. They informed me that they were sold and they were be depositing the sale amount into my account. However later they said my tickets were invalid. They never made a deposit, however they in turn deducted the sale amount from my account. So by listing my tickets I never got paid and stubhub charges me. What a racket this is fraud and usury wrapped into one.

I dealt with a supervisor, Kayann Ref: 1564943 who thinks these practices are fair, they are not.

Purchased 7 tickets in December 2019 for Reba in April 2020. Cost of $235 per ticket. Her show has been rescheduled 4x. Our group can no longer go but we can't get our money back? Every other ticket group, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, etc has been giving refunds.

The concert was rescheduled several times due to COVID (May 16, 2020, June 27,2020 and May1, 2021, finally September 18, 2021 was canceled). 8/19/21 Stubhub sent an email and stated they would provide a credit worth 120% of the total amount you paid for the impacted event.

Purchased tickets for the Texas tenors in Lancaster pa. Never received the tickets and they would not give me a refund. They said the delivery address was wrong. They had a calif address which I never gave nor lived there .

The address I gave was 234 Dolomite drive. York pa 17408. It’s pretty pathetic when a company does not stand behind problems that happen. I will never recommend StubHub nor use it again. Spent $196 for nothing. Retired and money is to tight to throw away.

There was a system glitch last night after I listed a ticket. I went to delist the ticket but it was not showing up as sold and it did not show up as active. 40 minutes later I received an email that the ticket was sold.

I had already committed the ticket to someone else. I notified the buyer of the ticket of the problem and let him know he may want to buy another ticket. He confirmed. I tried calling customer to resolve. The representative's phone line was very poor and their English was not very good.

They ultimately could no longer hear me speaking and disappeared from the call. I want you to void this transaction. The whole experience has been very frustrating. Please confirm that the transaction has been cancelled and this issue is resolved.

I spent more than $1000 on a pair of Eagles ticket. I endured two reschedulings and in the end got screwed because i refused to participate in their vaccine scandal. This promoter practiced discrimination against those that do not need the fake vaccine, (covid cured by natural antibodies).

Stubhub created unconscionable clause to a contract. 5 years they held that payment. Stubhub lacked the good grace of even informing their paid customers that the rescheduled concert was upcoming. This I heard on the radio. I cant imagine how many people they screwed out of the ticket proceeds.

5 hours haggling with their "customer service", pretenders. right up till the call dropped in their transfer shuffle. they would at least have the decency to call you back. i have not heard from this company…

I purchased 3 Tickets in May for a concert scheduled for August 28, 2021 through PayPal on Ticketmaster. In August I listed them for resale on Stub Hub. I listed them for $300. They Sold on Aug. 19 and I got a Statement/email that they sold and that my payout was $255.

I have a picture of it on phone and it is still on my stub hub account. The site lists their policy that they pay out 5-8 days post event. My event was August 28th. I have not received the money in my PayPal account.

I contacted both Paypal and my bank which is linked to Paypal and both said they cannot help me since the transaction was with Ticketmaster. What are my options? The 800 number keeps you on hold for 3 hours only to disconnect you.
