I spent more than $1000 on a pair of Eagles ticket. I endured two reschedulings and in the end got screwed because i refused to participate in their vaccine scandal. This promoter practiced discrimination against those that do not need the fake vaccine, (covid cured by natural antibodies).

Stubhub created unconscionable clause to a contract. 5 years they held that payment. Stubhub lacked the good grace of even informing their paid customers that the rescheduled concert was upcoming. This I heard on the radio. I cant imagine how many people they screwed out of the ticket proceeds.

5 hours haggling with their "customer service", pretenders. right up till the call dropped in their transfer shuffle. they would at least have the decency to call you back. i have not heard from this company…

I purchased 3 Tickets in May for a concert scheduled for August 28, 2021 through PayPal on Ticketmaster. In August I listed them for resale on Stub Hub. I listed them for $300. They Sold on Aug. 19 and I got a Statement/email that they sold and that my payout was $255.

I have a picture of it on phone and it is still on my stub hub account. The site lists their policy that they pay out 5-8 days post event. My event was August 28th. I have not received the money in my PayPal account.

I contacted both Paypal and my bank which is linked to Paypal and both said they cannot help me since the transaction was with Ticketmaster. What are my options? The 800 number keeps you on hold for 3 hours only to disconnect you.

There is no email to reach out to the company. Utterly frustrating and horrible…

Only reason I put one star is because you did charge me. I bought tickets on stubhub.com on 10/14/21 and never received my tickets. Now I recieved plenty of other stubhub emails, but never got my tickets email...

This was for the MMRBQ in Camden, NJ on 9/25/21. I looked for my tickets on my email a few times since the 14th. I have spent over 20+ hours on hold with your customer service team that is nonexistent. I have NEVER done business with a company so SCAM oriented and difficult to get a hold of. I have reported your company to the BBB and will be reporting you to any channels necessary so nobody has to go through what I have experienced.

I have sold 2 tickets on September 4th to Chelsea Handler in San Diego, CA. I “transferred” the tickets and received an email with transfer. This is my first time selling on Stubhub and did not realize I HAD TO CONTACT BUYER DIRECTLY to coordinate transfer.

I had ordered Eagles tix for a concert in Denver pre pandemic through a reseller. I got the tix emailed to me fine. Due to covid, the date of the concert was rescheduled to 9/18/21. I went back to the email prior to the concert and the tix wouldn't open.

I tried calling Stubhub customer service. The day before the concert, I was on hold for 1 hour before I was cut off. 5 hours with noone picking up... Just horrible customer service. Fortunately, I was able to reach the person who sold me the tix and they ended up scanning the original tix over to me and they were able to work through the gate.

I, along with hundreds and possibly thousands of other people, have had issues receiving tickets that I paid hundreds of dollars for. My event is tomorrow, I’ve been on hold for a very long time, and there is no way to contact StubHub customer service outside of just a phone call.

This is a lousy business model and leaving many people angry. It’s unacceptable in my opinion and worth a class action lawsuit.

I've been trying to call them at customer service on stubhub many times but nobody picks up. I can be on hold for at least 3 hours and no one will ever pick up and try to get a representative for me.

The reason why I been trying to get a ahold of them is because I need a refund on some tickets that I bought recently on a pancho barraza concert and no one has been able to help me with this. I need a refund is because I didn't know we needed to have the vaccine in order to attend this concert and I had to work this day so that's why I wasn't able to go to the concert.

This is why I need a refund, I need my money back please. It's really important.

This company has the worst customer service ever. After spending hours on-hold and speaking to multiple customer service reps to fix payment mixup that Stubhub created, I got charged for tickets twice and now have to wait 2 weeks for almost $5k refund to my checking account! Are you kidding me???

This is after they charged almost $1k in fees for services they simply didn’t provide at all. I will never buy a ticket through them again. Awful experience!

I bought tickets to Rent Dallas for last year in April 2020- the show was canceled because of COVID at which point StubHub told me they were waiting on a decision from Dallas Summer Musicals on if they were going to cancel all together or reschedule. It was eventually decided that they would reschedule some, and cancel others (mine was canceled).

I called a few times, some times being hung up on, sometimes getting through to people that had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually I finally got through to someone that was really helpful and apologized and said that basically they could either refund the money to my card or give me credit on my stubhub account for 120% of the amount that I paid.

In 2019 I purchased tickets for several concerts. Specific concerts on specific dates. The concerts were cancelled due to the pandemic. Stubhub will NOT refund my money. They issued coupons to me which I cannot use as these concerts are cancelled.

I believe the no refund/coupon policy was implemented AFTER I purchased those tickets for those events. I do NOT want the coupons, I want my money back. I have been ripped off. I had even sold some tickets before the event was cancelled.

I received my money for the sale, but when the event was cancelled the buyer got their money back and I sales was cancelled. They got their money back but I did not. I was ripped off.

I sold my tickets last year for an event that was supposed to take place in March 2020. I got an acknowledgement email date March 17, 2020 Thanking me for delivering the tickets and that I would be getting paid.

Due to COVID the event was rescheduled for April 21, 2021. When I called last year they told me about their policy and I'd have to wait 7 days after the event to be paid. I patiently waited till this year, but now the event has been rescheduled again to April 22, 2022. 2022!!!!!

I called today and they said I'd have to wait another year.

I sold tickets to Stubhub for a concert called Tropicalia, taking place on November 9-10th. 50. The buyer of the tickets submitted a dispute claiming the one of the tickets were invalid so a representative reached out to me about the dispute on November 21st.

She asked me to participate in the investigation. I participated in the investigation and contacted the venue for any information about the tickets and provided this information to Stubhub. 50. There was no investigation on thier part. I went back and forth with the one representative that was working on my claim.

In August, my husband and I planned a trip out of town to Knoxville to see Greg Gutfeld. We used your company, Stub Hub, to purchase our tickets. We have a confirmation code. We were told the tickets would be in my husband’s email by 10pm the night before the show.

Stubhub failed to deliver my tickets to the Ultra Club at the PGA Championship although they charged my credit card and confirmed the purchase by email. The problem was they were confirm by Stubhub until the 8:30 am the morning of the tournament and I had no time to find replacements.

I ordered two tickets for Hamilton in San Francisco for Oct. In the process of finishing the order, and after I submitted my payment option (credit card) a window popped up indicating that these tickets (initially for Oct. 16) were no longer available...

I have been a StubHub customer for many years. 50 each. As I am CHECKING OUT and PAYING, they raised the price to $200 per ticket. 50. I called StubHub and was unfortunate enough to receive an extremely rude male employee with a thick eastern European accent who put me on hold for nearly half an hour only to tell me that the ticket seller has the right to raise the ticket prices even if they are mid checkout.

In September 2017 regarding my stubhub account I was told by Amy Monroe, Executive Customer Care Department at StubHub, regarding complaint #51538 asking that my bank account information be removed from Stubhub, that "At this time due to ACH payment option being a new feature, StubHub does not have the ability to delete or remove ACH information from a StubHub account after it has been added. This is because the information is not stored on our systems. This option is being added to our system and is expected to be available by mid-year 2018"

My wife recently sold two tickets to the 7/5/19 Dave Mathews concert at Alpine Valley in Troy, WI. They were sold for $400 which $60 of that was taken as a StubHub service fee. We received an email from a William with Marketplace Investigations on 7/9/19 at 8:31 PM. Essentially, stating one of the tickets was invalid. The email went on to direct us through the StubHub required process to participate in this supposed investigation. We did everything possible on our end to participate in the investigation to move towards a resolution. Hello I listed this event with Last Minute Services. I brought the tickets to the Manahattan Stubhub Office in early June so they could be listed for last minute services. Everything was fine until the day of the show (7/11). At Noon I went tocheck the status and the tickets were not listed. They had been deleted. Not by me. I paid $194 For tickets to NY Yankees vs KC Royals game in Kansas City on May 24, 2019. The Game was postponed because of Weather. I could not stay next day to see the RESCHEDULE game on Saturday May 25 .

Because I live out of town, Iasked for refund and was told I can only try and resale tickets. TICKETS did not sale and now I'm out of $194 which is so unfair. Money should have been refunded in full from the seller her /Him who sold the tickets should be able to refund me if StubHub can't.

Tried to purchase a ticket to SJ Sharks. They sent a transfer email and told me to update my password. When I did that the transfer email disappeared. So far it has taken me 1 1/2 hours on the phone to correct this.

They apparently have no method in house when something goes sideways. I was disconnected twice during this process. Never will I purchase another ticket online.

My son bought tickets for Elton John this Saturday in Feb. He misplaced the= m and said he put them in a place where they no longer are. Dumb, I know. W= e have the receipt from Stubhub and PayPal. I sold 2 tickets through stubhub on June 19th. I was supposed to receive my payment within a few days after the event was over (July 7th). I made numerous phone calls and wrote several emails and I am still waiting to be paid.

Incidentally, stubhub received several hundred dollars in commission from the buyers as soon as the tickets were sold.

99, and I bought 6 for friends & family!! A friend of mine sent me the link to the Alan Jackson concert here in Charlotte, NC to order tickets. I did not question it or do any research on Stub Hub, I just thought they were like Ticketmaster.

I am 60 years and have not gone to a concert in about 25 years. Back in the late 70's there wasn't a concert that came to town that I DIDN'T SEE!! Back then you bought the ticket at the door and you knew exactly what it cost and exactly where you were sitting.

Back then IF the tickets sold out, there were "SCALPERS" outside selling tickets for a "bit" of a profit AND if they were caught doing so, they went to jail. Now I guess it is all perfectly…

I purchased two tickets (Order #522062148) and the concert was cancelled 40 minutes prior to the live show. It was then rescheduled for a later date and I cannot attend therefore, was attempting to relist and sell my tickets to recoup monies lost. I have repeatedly contacted Stubhub as the system has a glitch and not allowing me to list them. They have repeatedly advised that someone would phone me back and it has now been one week. Your system inability has shortened my window of opportunity to sell these tickets. I need this matter to be resolved or to be refunded 100% for the cost of these two tickets. I am beyond upset right now with Stubhub right now, and am currently on hold with customer service. I am visiting my cousin in Houston and we just got tickets to the Houston FC cup game.

I've bought exclusively from stubhub for the last 5 years and the only time I had any problem was fixed to my advantage. I purchased 3 tickets to a Texans game, 40 yard line on the 3rd row. The seller couldn't supply the tickets, so Stubhub offered some 50yd line 2nd row tickets and a 10% credit.

I've been loyal ever since.
