I encountered a very rude employee at the Subway at 20475 Hwy 46 ste 140, Spring Branch, Tx 78070. Employee, Alyssia could not hear my order. So, I repeated it a bit louder so that she could hear me. She then told me that I didn't have to yell at her.

Then she proceeded to have a very rude attitude towards me. She persisted giving me dirty looks and then asked me what my problem was. She said do you have a problem twice. Another employee tried to get her to calm down and Alyssia continued being rude.

I can't believe how rude this employee was. I asked the person at the cash register who the manager was because I was going to put in a complaint. That is when Alyssia stopped helping the customer that she was talking to and came over to try to argue with me.

Price gouging. 1 ft long and 2 salads. $50. I’m totally serious. I took my 2 neighbors who don’t have a lot to lunch. now I’m the one who doesn’t have any money left. I filed a complaint and a Kelsea Ogilbee responded with nonsense and rudeness.

Waited in line 20 minutes. We ordered 3 foot long subs based on the coupon we had. When we checked out we were informed that they do not accept coupons. We then asked where is the sign that says they don’t accept coupons.

They told us they were not allowed to put the sign out. They then made us pay full price for the subs. They did this to trick us into paying full price instead of accepting the coupons.

Is a woman making sandwiches did not comply with OSHA regulations or the state administration of food. A Subway manager named Amber located at 7229-31 Forest Oaks Blvd Springhill Fl 34609 texted me, confronting me about a situation with me and another girl that works at subway, whom I know on a personal level. I do not know Amber, except when she interviewed me which I believe was on Monday, September 4th of this year.

I had only seen her when buying cookies at subway, which I do on a regular. She never said anything to me, but me and Shyanna hung out a couple times since then. After me and Shyanna stopped talking the next day, Amber decided to reach out to me and confront the situation.

She made me feel very uncomfortable in the fact that she only had my number due to professional reasons and I only met her during my interview.

I live maybe a mile from two subways. I get subways coupons. Neither store except them. I notice at the bottom of each coupon it says at participating stores. What I would like to know, do the store manager call the shots about weather they except coupons, or from the main office here in Louisville Kentucky. OH, by the way.

My first bad experience with Subway was yesterday 9/26/23. My hair stylist made a special appointment for me since I recently broke my back, am wearing a brace and using a cane. I purchased her favorite subway sandwich to thank her.

She texted me exactly how she wanted it made. A footlong tuna. When we ate, her sandwich was minus 4 of her favorite ingredients. I did not watch the young man make it as I concentrated on staying upright being an inexperienced handicapped person.

We sat to eat finding that ingredients were left off. Sounds silly but it ruined our lunch mood. I would like to give her a gift card to make up for mess up. The store was the Stansbury Utah location.

Went into the Subway tonight North Bend Oregon and got the worst service of my life. The guy behind the counter was throwing stuff, slamming door's drop, and food just being really absolutely rude didn't even get what we ordered didn't get a bag when we left a next customer came in behind us and as they walked in.

Was treated poorly and overcharged. A young black girl came from the register and asked how she could help me. When I ask she change her gloves she rolled her eyes and didn't move. I said I watched you touching money. She then complied.

I am an employee. My owner is Khalid khan. He forces us to work off the clock with no pay even though they say we will be paid which is not the case. He forces us to put less food on everything.

If we put the corporate amount we get written up. They forces one person on the clock at a time. We are not allowed breaks of any kind. He forces us to not order essential things like labels, subways, cleaning supplies, and even food.

I was forced to work after a surgery off the clock. Never received any form of pay. They do not train people. I am a manager with no training and getting written up for things I don't know how to do.

I ask for training on multiple occasions but nothing is ever done.

My son has worked for a subway company here in Colorado for over 12 years. My husband died on Sept. 1st. The boss over him, would not let him come to my side to comfort me. He had to work.

He ended up working 2 weeks straight and not having any time off for grieving the loss of his father. He stopped by one morning on the way to work and broke down sobbing. I can't believe Subway would hire such heartless and cruel people as his supervisor.

He let the owner know. No word yet. It angers and saddens me.

I was in the subway at lakeshore & cawthra yesterday, sept 19th 2023. Around 4:30pm I asked the girl for no hot peppers or peppers. But everything else. When I got home. There was jalapeño peppers on it. I told her I couldn't because I have a allergy to them and carry a epi-pen.

It could be life threatening to me. But she didn't care and told me nothing she could do. I was so mad. And just hung up the phone. Hi my mom and I went to eat at Subway on Tuesday, September 19 around 3 o’clock. As soon as we got in there, we told him we had a coupon and then continued to make our subs, but when we were going to pay for our subs, he told us the coupon wasn’t good because we didn’t order the right sandwich.

I love Subway and go quite often. Here lately the Subway in Decatur, Mississippi is closing before their regular closing hours. It says on their website they close at nine o'clock. My daughter went by a little before eight to get me a footlong, and they told her they were already closed.

I have a conplaint about the subway here in cleburne texas. about an employee name howard miller who answers to tres who works at that subway in cleburne texas. I went into Subway last week and bought 2 footlong flatbreads with a coupon that had been put in my mailbox. A sign on the register when I started to pay listed a few ham, turkey, and tuna sandwiches you could get with a coupon.

Mine was chicken, bacon and ranch. The coupon was scanned and I paid coupon price. Monday, I went in with a coupon for a 6 “ flatbread and the sign stating what sandwiches I could order with a coupon was now at the ordering station.

The girl said I could not get a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich at coupon price. I asked why but she didn’t have an explanation. My coupon was honored last week but not this week. Why aren’t all sandwiches available with the coupon?

Before I got hired on in Greenville, Ohio I told them I had to work specific schedule because I don’t have a babysitter. They understood at least I thought like they said but lied. They didn’t even interview me they just had me start.

I placed on line order for #33 sandwich and a roast beef . When I got there the young guys says the roast beef is made but that he couldn't make the #33 , so he said pick another of equalvalue or he could cancel order.

I opted for make another and chose #8 rotisserie chicken and bacon with vegs . I said toasted is good so he put bacon on and toasted it filled thru with cheese vegs. He was done but I said where's the rotisserie chicken he said it's there I said I didn't see it go on he wraps it up .

I have been going to the subway here in the town of Windsor NY. It is located on Main St. My problem is who ever works there does not know how to make sandwiches. Every time I call an order in ok go in person they never make my sandwiches right. This has just started happing, they were great, but then I don't know happen, but they are lousy now. I am about to take my buniess some where else. I love my subway sandwiches,but I am getting tired of paying 20.00- to 25:00 for my sandwiches and I can not even enjoy my meal. On 28 August 2023 at approximately 1640 I went to the Subway located at 2115 Vista Oeste NW Suite E Albuquerque, NM. I have visited this store on many occasions over the years and have not had any issues. On this particular day I encountered a young male employee that was rude, disrespectful and not a positive representative for your company.

At the Subway store in Barbourville ky. The woman who took my order (host id cf74725542) was very rude and disrespectful not only towards myself and my family but to there's as well. Well I also got the wrong order.

I did not receive the order that I placed. The woman who waited on myself and my family was not even dressed professionally her bra was showing through a grey tank top. When I worked for the Subway company we was never allowed to dress as we pleased and the way she acted and dressed was not professional whatsoever.

I went to the Subway in Robertsdale Al store # 17613-0 on September 1,2023 at 6:34pm. The line was to the door an when I was able to place my order everything was good but when I went to pay I had coupon's an was told the coupon machine was not working.

If I had been told I would have went to a different subway but was not told. 47 because I was not told about it. We eat subway a lot an yes I love to use coupons when I can.

That was my second time in there today but didn't have a coupon the first time. It will be a good while before I go back not being told before I placed my order about the coupon machine.

The subway employee turned me away he said they are closed and said they close at 3. I was 2 minutes after 3 and the online app said they are till 10 pm. They are only open a few hours then they closed for the day and very inconvenience for the customer so if we want a subway sandwich we have to travel to the next town to get subway that is a half hour away.

River ridge ckemmons nc. Posted sign hours are until 9pm. We were told, after the person behind the counter was very unwelcoming and had an attitude, after we paid for our food, sorry, the dining room is closed. We have started cleaning so you will have to take it to go.

Posted hours are hours of operation. No where does it state dining rm closes at 8 but open till 9. We will no longer frequent any subway because of rude and poor customer service.
