I placed an online order and my boyfriend was there placing an order in person. We were never greeted the guy working was making online orders. The other worker who I assume was the manager an older lady. With short white hair.

The back door was open next to the counter with the sign saying “Unisex” on a door inside I decided to use the facility before putting in my order. I go to that store occasionally and have used the faculty before. Many places you have to go through the back room to go to the bathroom.

This is awkward, I've asked for the same sandwich at Subway, 311 E Pawnee St, Wichita, KS 67217subway for maybe a year and a half or two and still haven't received any mushrooms on my sandwich within a year from this specific store. No offense I'm told their out of 'mushrooms'.

We love the franchise and have supported since inception. Surprisingly, my 9yr old daughter and I went to our local subway on Washington Pike in Carnegie where tend to support w our appreciated Coupons. But this time the mgr told us they dont take our 2 for $12.99 coupon for steak or chicken sandwiches anymore ? No sign on the glass, no such thing written on coupon and the mgr seemed to have a personal grudge w us for some unknown reason. She also claimed next month in Sept they won't take Any coupons at all as per management/owner.

Experienced horrible customer service from the new manager at the Lancaster, NY Subway located at the corner of Central and Walden Ave. Have ordered from this location several times in the past few months and never had any problems. Always ask if the coupons can be applied to the subs ordered and the person(s) making the subs are always very nice and generous with the meats and veggies.

Usually order the same 3 subs, BLT, Subway Club and Chicken Bacon Ranch. A different person checked us out and charged $5 extra for bacon. We did not order extra or double meat and asked why the extra charge? Since when does a BACON, lettuce and tomato sub NOT INCLUDE BACON???

The franchise for Subways in Paducah, KY. DO NOT accept ANY Subway coupons or offers. I get Subway coupons in the mail and none of the Subways in my area will accept them and they DO NOT offer ANY specials, no promos and will not take any Subway company/ corporate discounts or offers.

My husband and I went to the Subway in Santee. We were standing in line to put in our order when a customer stood up and told the girl behind the counter that there was a hair in her sandwich.

Placed an order on line with your Subway store in Sebring Florida. Picked up the other to discover much of the order was missing. As I pointed out the missing items to the store representative who spoke little English he consistently stated I had not ordered those items.

As I showed him these items on his printout he provided them. Reaching my destination I discovered neither sandwich was even close to my order. I called the store when a lady who stated she was not in the store said I was the 12th complaint today.

The last 3 visits at our subway here in Mont Belvieu Texas they have been out of something. 1st visit approximately 6 weeks ago they were out of containers for salad. 2nd visit about 2 weeks ago and no meat for cold cut sandwich.

Tonight I did an online order 30 minutes in advance. When I got there they hadn’t even started and then they were out of wraps. Poor young man looked new and was all by himself too. I will not be using again and we have been going there for years.
